A
So
this
video
is
to
show
how
to
view
email
stats
in
marketo,
I'm
going
to
take
one
of
the
programs
as
an
example
which
is
devops
moscow.
What
you
would
want
to
do
is
go
into
the
program,
epic
and
click
through
to
the
main
marketo
campaign.
A
Once
you're
in
marketo,
you
can
see
the
follow-up
folder
here.
You
would
want
to
expand
on
that
and
we
have
two
emails
because
it
was
virtual
conference,
so
one
email
was
sent
to
both
attendees
and
one
was
sent
to
registrants
and
attendees.
You
would
want
to
view
the
stats
for
both
of
them
separately.
A
So
once
you
click
on
the
follow
up
booth
line,
the
dashboard
appears
automatically
and
the
first
part
of
the
dashboard
shows
the
emails
delivered.
In
this
case.
It's
really
good.
It's
100.
We
normally
get
a
little
bit
of
a
dropout
due
to
the
soft
and
hard
bounces
and
on
the
right
hand,
side.
You
can
see
the
opens
per
hour
and
on
the
second
part,
the
summary
part
you
can
see
the
number
of
opens,
clicks
and
click
to
open
and
unsubscribe,
and
there
is
an
engagement
score
of
45.
A
engagement.
Score
is
marketo
algorithm;
it
takes
into
account
sort
of
engaged
behavior
versus
an
engaged
behavior,
so
opens
clicks,
campaign,
performance
and
also
number
of
unsubscribes.
A
A
So
if
you
want
to
view
more
stats
on
on
the
email
sent,
you
can
export
that
information
into
excel.
So
all
you
need
to
do
is
click
on
that
export
button.
A
It
normally
gives
you
sort
of
the
number
of
soft
and
hard
bounces,
and
this
case
there
are
none
but
and
normally
they're
awesome,
and
that
is
essentially
it.
Thank
you.
