we're

go
through
deactivating
triggers
in
the
zendesk
ui.
So
let's
share
my
screen
and
get
started
from
your
main
page
you're,
going
to
access
the
admin
for
the
admin
panel,
which
will
be
via
this
little
gear,
icon
and
you're,
going
to
need
to
go
down
to
zendesk
triggers,
which
is
under
business
rules
about
at
the
bottom
of
the
page.

This
will
tell
you:
it's
been
deactivated
and
if
we
go
back,
you
go
to
inactive
and
see
that
it
is
in
fact
deactivated
at
this
time.
That's
really
all
there
is
to
it.
Deactivating
is
a
great
way,
because
if
we
need
to
reactivate
something
or
refer
back
to
it,
it's
still
there
we
do
have
the
repo
sync
repos,
which
keep
things
you
know
in
a
good
place,
but
it
is
pretty
simple
to
do
it
through
the
zendesk
ui.
