Description
Jason Colyer, Support Operations Manager, takes us through how to delete Zendesk SLA policies
A
Greetings
all
my
name
is
jason
caller.
I'm
the
support
operations
manager
here
at
get
lab,
and
today
we're
going
to
cover
deleting
an
sla
policy.
Now
sla
policies
can
affect
contractual
legal
agreements
we
have
with
our
customers
who
bought
subscriptions.
So
please
keep
in
mind.
You
should
always
follow
proper
change
management
procedure
before
editing
deleting
creating
sla
policies.
That
all
said,
let's
get.
Let
me
share
my
screen
and
we'll
get
started
so
to
get
started.
A
You're
going
to
go
to
the
admin
panel
by
clicking
this
gear
icon
scroll
towards
the
bottom,
under
business
rules,
click
service
level,
agreements
and
then
you're
going
to
locate
the
slide
pulse
under
delete
in
this
case,
we're
going
to
delete
testing
hover
over
it
and
then
go
to
this
gear
icon
on
the
right
side,
click
it
and
then
click
delete.
This
box
is
going
to
ask
you
to
confirm
that
it
wants
to
do
this.
A
It'll
have
an
immediate
effect
on
metrics
and
business
rules,
so
it's
important
to
make
sure
you're
sure
once
you're
sure
click
that
black
delete
policy
button
and
it
will
delete
the
policy
for
you.
That's
all
there
is
to
deleting
an
sla
policy.
I
hope
you
found
this
educational.
I
look
forward
to
seeing
you
next
video.
