editing
roles
in
zendesk.
So
let
me
share
my
screen
and
we
will
get
started
to
edit
a
roll
you're
first
going
to
need
to
go
to
the
admin
center.
Do
that
by
clicking
the
four
squares
up
here
in
the
right
corner
and
then
go
to
admin
center
from
here.
You
need
to
go
to
the
roles
section.

is
under
people,
team
and
roles,
or
you
can
just
search
roles
and
it'll
pop
up
that
way
too
locate
the
role
you
want
to
edit
in
question
we're
going
to
go
ahead
and
edit
this
as
a
test
from
here,
you
can
make
tweaks
to
anything.
So
you
know
we
can
get
rid
of
this.
Just
randomly
change
some
of
these
up
after
you're
done
making
your
edits.
You'd
click,
this
blue,
save
button
in
the
bottom
right
hand
corner.
