today
we're
going
to
look
over
deactivating,
a
ticket
form.
So
to
do
that,
let
me
share
my
screen
and
we
will
get
started
so
to
start
you're
going
to
need
to
go
to
the
admin
portal
by
clicking
this
gear
icon
on
the
left
side
under
the
manage
go
to
ticket
forms
and
then
you're
going
to
locate
your
ticket
form
now,
there's
two
ways
to
deactivate
a
ticket
form.

That's
all
there
is
to
actually
deactivating
a
ticket
form,
it's
relatively
straightforward
and
I'm
sure
you'll
notice,
very
similar
to
other
deactivations
in
gitlab
itself
or
in
zendesk
itself.
I
should
