here

today
we're
going
to
go
over
editing
a
macro
in
these
in
desk
ui.
We
go
ahead
and
share
my
screen
and
we'll
get
started
to
start.
You'll
need
to
go
to
the
admin
panel
by
clicking
the
gear
icon
here
and
then
the
macros
list
which
is
under
manage
tends
to
be
the
third
from
the
top
from
there.
We
need
to
locate
our
macro
now.
Your
standard
view
here
is
going
to
show
all
your
shared
macros.

That's
basically
something
that's
accessible
anyway,
but
you
could
do
this
where
it's
macro
shared
with
all
agents,
personal
general
level,
one
shared
per
group.
What
we're
going
to
do
is
go
ahead
and
click
personal
macros,
because
we
want
to
edit
one
I
made
in
the
last
video
now
to
edit
it
you're
just
going
to
click
on
the
name
of
your
macro
from
here.
You'll
have
the
editor
page,
which
looks
very
similar
to
the
you
know,
new
macro
page
and
we're
just
going
to
go
ahead
and
make
modifications.
