A
Hi
I'm
Sandra
I'm
a
product
designer
for
the
CEO
in
the
distribution
team.
Today,
I
would
like
to
walk
you
through
the
UX
scorecard
work
about.
Galib
only
was
the
installation
journey
before
dive
into
this
task.
Our
team
is
currently
using
the
job
to
be
done.
Framework
and
I
just
presumed
that
the
main
target
user
for
this
task
is
Sydney.
A
But
I
was
kind
of
curious
like
how
users
are
Landel
into
this
insulation.
Page
I
created
another
board
and
try
to
map
out
pre
insulation
flow,
which
includes
like
how
user
lend
on
to
the
insulation
page
or
maybe
the
documentation
page,
make
sure
you
the
bigger
screen.
So
this
page
I
mean
so
most
of
the
user.
They
start
the
insulation
journey
from
this
website
and
also
some
of
the
user
prefer
to
start
from
this
kit.
A
Laptops
landing,
page
and
I
also
found
us
some
interesting
point,
of
course,
like
they
lend
on
to
this
insulation,
landing
page
by
the
Google
search
and
also
from
the
installation
documents,
but
there
was
a
kind
of
hidden
journey,
so
if
they
buy
an
actual
license,
they
got
this
confirmation
email
that
they
can
just
access
to
this
installation
page
and
also
probably
some
user.
They
access
to
this
package
is
gillip
calm
and
then
they
select
a
package
as
they
want.
So
that
was
the
possibility
that
I
see
so
so
user
in
London,
the
installation
page.
A
A
A
It
was
really
not
easy
to
find
the
right
method
because,
like
now,
this
scroll
is
a
bit
shorter
than
before,
but
at
that
time
was
way
longer,
because
we
have
so
many
different
types
of
insulation
provided
here,
but
some
of
the
things
were
really
outdated,
even
the
version
below
like
10,
which
was
a
bit
weird
and
also
this
category.
Its
title
was
not
aligned
with
my
expectation
and
also
users
actual
expectation.
So
it
was
kind
of
hard
to
explore
the
right
option
and,
as
you
see
here,
we
don't
provide
any
search
options.
A
So
this
page
looks
visually
pleasing,
but
when
I
just
saw
here
like
okay,
we
have
Gila
omnibus
runner
chart
so
probably
I'm
presume
that
the
first
time
user
might
like
okay,
what's
going
on
here.
But
if
the
first
time
user
want
to
install
gillip,
then
what
could
they
do?
Of
course
they
will
see
this
big
search
box
and
I
presume
that
they
are
going
to
write
something
like
insulation,
so
imagine
that
they
type
in
the
insulation
and
then
there
are
so
many
different
insulation.
A
So,
in
summary,
browsing
Doc's
page
was
not
that
easy,
because
the
search
was
a
search
result
was
a
bit
confusing
and
also
how
we
show
the
insulation
method.
Information
architecture
from
the
installation
attic
page
and
also
on
the
top
space
were
a
little
bit
different
and
it
was
not
easy
to
find
the
insulation
menu
at
that
time.
But
now
it's
fixed
thanks
doc.
Stills
input
and
I
have
tried
out
this
only
this
insulation
of
Linux
Ubuntu,
and
that
was
very
pretty
fast.
A
So
thank
you
for
listening.
If
you
are
more
interested
in
to
contribute
your
idea
or
share
your
thought,
please
feel
free
to
email
me
or
ping
me
on
gitlab
I,
put
two
links
like
the
first
one
is
the
documentation
improvement
for
installation,
epic,
and
the
second
thing
is
about
redesigning
the
landing
pages.
Thank
you
very
much.
