this

collaboration
between

ioh
ken
and
I

this

entrepreneur

running

boost
camp

the
entire
community

part
of

believe

the
meaningful

entrepreneurs

deeply
infrastructure

incubator

empowering
high
potential
catalyst
startups
to
develop
products
that
actually
solve
real
life
challenges
predominantly
in
african
markets.

we
have
like
these
two
major
categories
on
that,

one
is
what
we
call
the
african
catalyst
startups,
african-based
startups
in
the
in
the
cardinal
ecosystem
and
then
on
the
other
side.
Also
we're
looking
for
like,
and
workers
projects
would
actually
like,
have
focus
on
african
market
as
the
initial
market
or
wants
to
expand
to
to
african
market.

incubation
program
in
a
way
it's
a
very
classical
structural
incubation
program.
It's
a
five
month
core
based
startup
support
program
to
design
specifically
like
to
boost
like
high
potential
high
growth
startups
within
the
catalyst
with

catalyst
program

the
professional,
consulting
training,
business
market
linkage,
opportunities
and
and
as
well
as
like
kind
of
seed
investment
facilitation,
which
I
hope,
like
we're.
Gonna
talk
a
little
bit
more
about
that
shortly.

the
program
next

we
have
like
a
structural
program
like
we're

start
with,
like
what
we
call
like
startup
diagnosis.

we
work

you

one

one
with
a
series
of
meetings

activities,

understand,

you

core

what
we
do
within

this
framework
and
really
breaking
out
like
the
business
into
smaller,
smaller
pieces.

a
mentorship

for
the

of
the

projects

proposing
through

incubator
and
then
finally,
we're
gonna
have
a
demo

focused

those
startups
that
are
located

continent,

real
keen
interests

use
as
a
springboard

important

there's
local
knowledge
and
boots
on
the
ground.

can
really
help
with
that.

we
have

the
projects

funded

community
engagement,
which
has
been

absolutely
decentralized,

successful

diagnosis

kind
of
the
boost
camp
programs
through
entrepreneurs,
so
this
is
basically
like
kind
of
giving
a
very
quick
kick
to
structure
the
businesses
to
identify.

points

then

and

after
that,
we're
gonna
go
a
little

blockchain

scale
where
you

highly
innovative
ideas.
Highly
impactful
ideas
will
pass
through
this
different
support
system.

it's
not

the

incubator
kicking
off
to
create
a
pipeline
of
projects
focused
on
the
african
market,
but
at
the
end
of
that
process,
there's

potential
investment

as
part

the
six
million
dollar.

idea
scale

past

is
shown

these

But

I
you
know
personally.
I
have
also
noticed
a

deal

chatter,
not
only
on
idea
scale
but
on
all
social
media
platforms
where
people
have
been.
You
know,
exchanging
feedback,
further
thoughts
on
how
to
improve
projects
or
even
the
catalyst
process
itself,
and
you
know
where
to
look
for
those
opportunities
to
evolve
and
get
better.

it's
been
really
amazing
to
to
witness
that,
and
I
encourage
everyone
who
has
been
participating
in
these
endeavors
just
really
to
continue
and
continue
having
those
conversations
as
such.
It's
what
essentially
moves
us
forward.
So
having
said

final
stretch
of
the
finalization
stage,
so
this
means
there
are
only
hours

to
make
any
final
edits
on
your
proposals,
because
this
ability
will
shut
down
tomorrow

you
are
checking.
If
you
are,
if
you
have
that
email

your
phone

communications

make
sure
you
have
it
there

trusted
contact,
because
once
this
process
begins
after
advisors
are
done

their
primary
work,
we
will
be
reaching
out
with
a
raw
file.
There

be
output
from
from
that
effort.

just
keep
that
in
mind
and

really
the
last
call
tomorrow.

proposal,
submission
form
and
also
another
one
amazing
checklist
made
by
len
who
who
will
help
you
to
to
make
a
self
assessment,
so
both
should
provide
you
with
needed
clarity,
as
what
is
expected
so
make
sure
to
make
a
good
use
of
them,
but,
as
said
it
is
ever
so
important,
you
know
to
dial
down
to
basics.
Why
are
we
doing
all
of
this?
Well,
the
key
is
to
improve
our
collective
decision
making
process.

You
know
all
the
work
that
is
being
carried
out
over
the
course
of
the
next
week
by
community
advisors
essentially
allows
us
collectively
to
evaluate
which
proposals
are
more
likely
to
be
ready
for
funding
as
they
are
today,
and
maybe,
if
you're
asking.
Why
is
that
important?
Well,
treasury
funds
are
finite.
B
But
what
we
surely
wish
to
give
every
proposal
is
a
chance
at
getting
better
if
this
time
does
not
work
out
to
give
that
opportunity
for
the
next
time
and
all
that
feedback
is
critical
in
making
sure
in
identifying
what
is
it
that
those
proposals
are
still
lacking
so
community
advisors?
They
don't
just
go
about
plastering
scores
without
the
rationale.
B
Each
review
needs
to
come
with
a
very
thoughtful
explanation
as
to
why
it
is
being
given
the
value
it
deserves
high
or
low
marks,
and
what
are
the
elements
that
will
help
these
projects
get
better
or
what
is
it
that
they
are
actually
doing
right
because
it
could
be
both
right
and
a
quality.
Explanation
is
a
must
in
order
for
any
review
to
actually
stand
the
test
of
the
assessed
stage.

That
comes
comes
the
following
because,
as
community
advisors
do
their
work
once
they
complete
it,
all
proposers
will
get
the
chance
to
challenge
any
substandard
or
incompetent
reviews
during
the
appeal
process.
So
again,
as
I
hinted
earlier,
if
you
are
a
proposer,
make
sure
not
to
miss
the
critical
flagging
period
that
will
follow
right
after
advisors
complete
their
assessments,
but
before
we
get
there,
we
need
to
provide
the
quality,
training
and
direction
and
that's
fundamental,
especially
for
the
fund,
7
class
of
the
new
community
advisors
and,
if
you're
asking
how
to
achieve
that.

So
that's
a
lot.
We
will
need
all
the
help
we
can
get
and
if
I'm
going
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
who
can
be
a
proposal
so
sorry
sca
and
talking
about
the
rewards
now
for
fund
seven,
a
total
of
three
hundred
twenty
thousand
dollars
are
going
to
be
distributed
to
the
cas,
and
this
is
going
to
be
distributed
based
on
the
number
of
assessments
provided
to
each
of
the
proposals.
Also,
the
quality
of
these
assessments.

Those
who
provide
higher
quality
assessments
specified
as
excellent
are
going
to
receive
more
rewards
than
those
who
just
provide
good
ones
and
those
who
don't
provide
even
good
ones,
are
going
to
be
filtered
out
from
the
process.
So
it's
important
for
you
to
learn
how
to
make
the
assessment
with
quality,
and
there
are
also
some
bonus
rewards
for
approved
proposals
and
approach.
Proposals
mean
that
they
received
15
more
yes,
votes
than
no
votes
during
the
governor's
phase,
and
these
rewards
are
proportional
to
the
budget
of
these
proposals.

You,
the
community,
can
cannot
know
who
you
are.
You
cannot
associate
your
assessments
with
your
yourself,
your
name.
We
cannot
guarantee
this
100,
because
we
are
using
a
third
part
platform,
but
we
are
doing
our
best
to
guarantee
your
anonymity
within
this
process,
and
you
don't
have
to
hold
any
aid
to
be
a
ca.

You
just
have
to
sign
up
in
id
scale
and
you
can
choose
what
proposals
you
are
going
to
assess
and
there
is
no
minimum
or
maximum
quantity
for
your
trust
to
assess
and
you
can
be
a
proposer
and
a
ca
in
the
same
fund.
This
is
something
that
has
been
changed
since
the
last
fund
since
span
six.
The
only
thing
is
that
you
cannot
act
as
both
roles
within
the
same
challenge.

And
challenge
setting
challenge,
which
is
just
one
regular
challenges,
are
all
challenges
where
the
proposals
submit
their
ideas,
their
projects
and
they
are
seeking
funding
to
make
them
become
reality.
So
these
years
are
going
to
assess
them,
using
the
impact,
visibility
and
clarity,
clarity
and
auditability
criteria.

there's
some
explanation

about
what
what
it
means,
what
each
of
these
criteria
means
and
for
the
challenge
setting
set

criteria
are

little

different

proposals

a

projects
seeking

funding,

they
are
proposals
of
challenges
for
the
next
fund.

be

front

seeking
budget
to
be
allocated
for
these
challenges
and
the
criteria
are
a
little
bit
different.

feasibility,
which
is
basically
if
the
community,

cardinal
community
and
ecosystem
is
able
to
come
up
with
valuable
proposals
to
be
proposed
within
this
challenge
and
the
last
one
is
the
verifiability
which

similar
to
the
auditability,
but
it's
a
way
to
measure
the
success
of
the
challenge
itself
and
not
the
proposals
next
slide.

been
already
through

voting
grounds

proposals,
learning

decision

discuss

decipher
how
to
bring
your
voice.

we've

build
a
a
really
good
layer
of
representatives
that
will
participate
in
this
process
and
then

of

also
delegate
to
yourself.

be

different
aspect
of

the
protocol

governance
itself,

working
out
the
details
right
now,
but
there
will
be
definitely
several
of
those

there's
going

several
circles
of
technical
councils.

initially

technical
councils
are
going
to
be
mostly
appointed
by
iog,
basically
going
through
tried

tested
technical
and
research
experts
that
have
been
doing
this
this
for
a
while,

over
time

created

generation

values
of
other
generations

they're
so
resilient

people
are
opposing

want

improve,
they
manage
to
resist
change

the

got

darker
side,
the
dark
side
of

resilience.

about
funded
proposals
and
how
to
accelerate
these
projects,

then,

the
middle,
we
had
some
decentralized
governance
where
it
kind
of
goes
along
with

topic,

experiment
with
iterative
and
gradual
transitions
and
and
as
a
community.
We
know
that
we
have
been
working
for
over
a
year
now
for
on
helping
proposers
and
and
onboarding
new
people.

in
the

idea.

to

it

we
gather

know
we
plan
ahead,
what
we
need

funding

stage
