fomo.
All

information
was
sort

a
little
bit
stagnant,
even
though
we
had
a
class
of
veteran
and
regular
community
advisors
alike,
helping
each
other
out
and
working
through
the
through
the
holidays.

cardano
and
specifically
catalyst
quite
early,
but
I
was
always
too
busy.

was
leading
a
digital
transformation
at
a
fortune,
200
company
until

august-

now
I
do
my
experiment
within
the
experiment,
starting
a
very
specific
initiative
called
dlt360.

So
our
mission
is
to
establish
risk
and
opportunity
information
for
the
decision
makers
in
the
in
the
catalyst
community.
So
this
should
be
a
kind
of
a
really
powerful
assistance
to
have
continuous
improvement
and
to
kind
of
keep
on
optimizing.
What
we
like
to
provide
is
a
not
only
internal
view,
but
also
a
view
from
from
the
outside
world.

we
move

the
next

we
got
funded
in
fund
six
with
our
so-called
risk
and
opportunity
radar,
and
since
these
weeks,
when
we
got
funded,
we
were
let's
say,
doing
very
much
base
work.
We
formed
the
basic
team,
we
selected
a
very,
very
powerful
and
very
nice
tool.
You
don't
see
it
yet.
We
are
working
in
the
background
and
we
focus
now
on
populating
the
risk
and
opportunity,
rather
with
very
specific
content,
and
one
focus
area
is,
of
course,
governance
and
innovation.

currently
issuing
a
survey,
and
the
survey
has
the
the
format
of
an
innovation
audit.
We
are
using
a
fairly
standardized
scheme
for
that.
It
looks
quite
a
little

interesting

something
mentioned
about
european
union.
We
are
using
the
the
survey
generator
of
the
european
union.

the
whole
purpose
is
to
have
to
analyze,
reflect
and
learn
about
the
innovation
process
and
also
to
look
at
achievements,
risks
and
opportunities.
Of
course,
honestly,
if
you
also
provide
some
textual
feedback,
it's
difficult
to
do
in
15
minutes,
it
will
probably
take
about
20
minutes
and
we
had
to
set
the
quite
tight
deadline
with
january
19..

to
incentivize
you
we
are
kind
of,
of
course,
want
to
mention
that
this
is
value-adding
activity
for
actually
helping
us
to
learn,
but
I
also
made
good
experience
to
play
with
some
ins
in
incentivization,
so
I'm
I'm
offering
a
thousand
usd
from
my
own
pocket
to
the
one
lucky
participant,
so
we're
not
kind
of
distributing
it
evenly.
We
we
have
one
winner
takes
it
all.
So
if
you
provide
us
with
your

we've

coming

We
are
at

precipice
of
deciding
on
many
more
projects
coming
into
the
cardano
catalyst
community,
and
I
think
we
should
just
take
some
pause
for
just
a
moment
to
think
about
other
than
just
the
standard,
fun
cycle
fun
and
what's
coming
up
with
fund
seven
governance
about
to
happen
and
then
fund,
eight,
almost
beginning
straight
after
we,
we
make
some
decisions
together.

kpi
report
from
december.
So
you
know
a
few
weeks
ago
now
it's
over
85
and
a
half
thousand
developers
that
that
you
guys
that
have
been
funded
under
catalyst
are
reporting
as
having
engaged
with
and
whether
it's
one
developer
five
developers,
500
developers
or
60
000.
You
know
this
is
all
contributing
towards
the
growth
of
a
healthy
and
active
space,
so
yeah.

just
want
to
congratulate
all
of
you,
and
particularly
these
two
projects
for
for
some
really
gigantic
efforts
and
leaps
being
made,
and
I
think
this
really
takes
us
into
the
next
slide
to
discuss.
You
know
how
else
we're
thinking
about
data
reporting
at
the
moment,
so
we've
been
receiving
feedback
that
yeah,
whilst
we're
we're.
Certainly
we're,
certainly
even
mindful
that
the
the
key
tenets
of
catalyst
is
accountability
to
the
community
and
transparency.

we
also
recognize
is
that
there
has
been
a
little
bit
of
a
challenge
in
making
sure
that
we're
balancing
the
needs
of
the
community
to
be
reported
to
have
this
data
and
information
reported
appropriately
and
also
being
mindful
of
intellectual
property
and
progress
and
sensitive,
potentially
sensitive
commercial
information.
That's
coming
out
of
startups
and
businesses
that
are
developing
projects
and
reporting
information
to
us
during
these
progress
reports
and
kpi
reports.

So
we
certainly
see
that
by
making
publicly
available
this
kpi
data
and
the
challenge
teams
are
going
to
have
a
a
greater
opportunity,
a
more
easier
opportunity
to
communicate.
Some
of
these
wins
back
to
to
the
community
members,
and
then
a
next
step
on
on
this
journey
is
the
catalyst
health
dashboard.
So
this
has
been
a
piece
of
work
that
we've
been
spearheading
internally.

You
know
we're
sitting
on
an
awful
amount,
an
awfully
large
amount
of
data,
and
we
need
to
make
it
appropriate
and
not
exposing
certain
things
that
you
know
people
wouldn't
want
to
be
exposed,
such
as
personally
identifiable
data
or
information.
That's
potentially
commercially
sensitive,
so
it
is
a
it's
a
tricky
thing
that
we're
having
to
navigate,
but
I'm
really
confident
that
very
soon
we'll
be
able
to
to
have
some
some
good
outputs
from
this.

everybody
at
any
time
to
be
able
to
go
and
query
some
of
the
the
cool
stuff.
That's
coming
out
of
all
of
this
gargantuan
effort,

a
little
bit

catalyst
accelerators,
whilst
I'm
not
really
going
to
be
able
to
give
you
access

that

certainly,
if
we

the

boost

So
far,
we've
had
48
individuals
go
through
the
program,
so
far
cohort
three's
now
concluded,

we
are
soon

opening
up

haven't
been
closing
following
closely
cohort,
three
was
only
for
our
africa
focus
projects,
so
those
projects
that
were
funded
and
that
are
either
based
in
africa,
tackling
local
market
challenges
or

outside
of
located

of
africa,
but
are
focused
on
that
market
and
yeah.
Once
we
get
to
open
up
co
four
four,
this
is
going
to
be
the
first
time
that
fund
six
participants
or
fund
six
funded
projects
should,
I
say,
will
be
able
to
participate
in
the
boost
camp.

they've

the

selection

the
first
intake
for
that
africa
program
is
going
to
be
working

will
be
the

excited

intakes.

got
intakes
ongoing

a

and

been

catalyst

help

ideate

solve
challenges

the

community

coyote
ecosystem,
specifically
around
the
adapay
solution

getting
adapted

more
adopted
