focus
on
problem
statements,

focus

articulating
why

experience

team

relevant

solving

signaling

energies
and
essentially

will
demotivate

to
flourish

are
taking
it
away
from
collective
return
on
intention.

opportunities

elevate

the
process

using
concrete

renting

bashing

other
tweets,
you

mocking

People's
efforts

actually
propose
those
changes

not
exactly
what
we're
after

example,

catalyst

other
places
where
we
try
to
identify
issues
and
then
write
blog
posts.

publish
it
in
discord,
invite
people
to
chat
and

score
a

views

topic

share
it

calls
to
action
and
whenever
you
get
the
opportunity

build
bridges

support

submit

proposal
drafts
and

like
a
timeline
that
you've
all
come

learn
pretty

the
past

terms
of
the
further
down
the
line,
the
flow
you
will
have
another
week,
three
refine
the
ideas
well
after

submission
based
on
community
feedback
that
you
will
be
gathering
from

everyone.

as

call
quiet
week
where
we
shut
down
the
communication
and
provided
quiet
time
to
all
proposals,
so
they
can
really
focus
on
finalizing
the
the
shape
of
their
initial
ideas
into

final
proposals.

budget
metrics
milestones
all
the
fun
stuff,
and
so
they
can
put
these
things
together
as
a
final
product
and
only
then
it
will
go
into
the
community
advisors
and
another
couple
of
weeks

apply
for
the
quality
assurance
process

efforts
are
reviewed
and
additional
feedback
is
provided,
and
after
all
of
that
is
done.
This
is
only
the
time
when
we
actually
get
to
vote
where
we
get
to
compete
for
communities
interest
via
the
ballot
in
the
in
the
voting

collecting

perspectives

insights

this
stage
is
extremely
valuable
if
taken
seriously,

you
can
take

lot
of
good
stuff

is
interoperability
with

networks

to
see
deployment
of
other
networks
in
the

we
want

with
those

networks

the
second
is
really
the
bottom
up.

how
do
we
create
tools?

create

on
top
of

can
see

convergence

crypto
communities
and

have

like
cardano

world
there's
accelerating
top
top-down
decentralized
identity,
infrastructure

technology

you
do
simple
things,
create
a

build
primitives
on
top

that

enable

things
like
a
person
giving
another

review
like
how
do
you
build
those
kinds
of
things

can
be
repeatable
across
different
kinds
of
communities

usable

different

looking
to
see
that
you

road
map,

maybe
you're,
targeting
a
certain
community
to
experiment
with
you're,
maybe
doing
some
research
exploring
how

implement
you

daos

exploring
what
you

wyoming
dao,

now
you
can
actually
form
a
legal
entity.

a
dao
for
the
first

relevant
experience

need

establish

risks

choose

could

connections

all

de-risk
the

will

understand

things

budget
roadmaps.
What
is
your
definition
of
success
and
other
metrics,
and
it
also
is
very
important
to
establish
the
intellectual
property
rights
so
community
and
people
who
are
voting?

then
we
talk
often
about
the
key
performance
indicators,
which
is
a
way
of
measuring
the
progress
when
you
are
submitting
the
proposal.
So,
basically,
you
go
back
to
the
challenge
and
showcase
like
which
metrics
are
relevant
to
your
specific
proposal,
which
metrics
do
you
think
you'll
be
able
to
move.

know
by
how
much
and
when
do
you
think
that
can
happen
and
when
you
talk
about
these
things
and
articulate
them
to
make
it
clear
that
you've
been
thinking
about,
like
your
high
level,
strategic
goals
of
the
challenge

fund
itself,

that

you

related
to
initial
submissions.

there
is
so
much

out

on

undermines

negative

bring
people
down
and
criticize

on

negative
yourself.

can
be
difficult,
but
just
keep
that

caveat

members

struggle
