seeks

educate
on
the
process
of
catalyst

the
tutoring

proposal

unpredictable
nature

policy

our

cross-countries

back

period
of
being
a
challenge
team

looking
through
the
lenses
of
the
proposals,

whole
pipeline

kind

proposals
are
being
submitted
and
then
what
actually
gets
delivered
at
the
end
of
the
day?
Were
there
any
surprises
to
you
broadly,
there
were
you
know
that
you
could
speak
of
in
in
terms
of
like
the
the
regional
expansion.

Yes,
there
was,
as
I
cited
in
point
four
I,
never
expected
Vietnam
to
grow
that
exponentially.
I
was
confused
August.
Why?
What
is
fueling
them
so
I
tried
to
dig
further
I
tried
to
find
that
silver
bullet
that
made
everything
make
sense.
So,
just
recently,
I
found
a
report
from
the
World
Bank
that
states
that
the
education
of
Vietnam
in
comparison
to
the
British
and
Canadian
counterparts
is
better
in
terms
that
the
British
and
counterparts
have
a
higher
budget
of
six
times.

That
of
Vietnam,
so
that
that
that
to
me
shows
a
a
silver
lining.
A
red
lining,
I
think
that's
the
term
that
education
is
one
of
the
keys
to
increase
the
adoption
of
cardano
that
that
that's
that's
one
of
the
main
driving
findings
that
I
am
stress,
testing
to
see
if
that
can
be
duplicated
and
if
successful,
I
hope
that
that
this
can
be
a
good
precedent
to
other
communities
that
to
increase
adoption.

common

the

countries

as
Korea,
just

India

the

themselves

build

stress
that

finding
from
the
Vietnam
Community
whether
it
can
be
duplicated.

absolutely

totally
attest
to
that

Remember
the
growth
of
the
interest
and
the
drive
and
the
passion
over
the
course
of
the
last
two
and
a
half
three
years
right,
like
it's
I,
remember

first
groups.
You
know
five
people
in
them,
but
then
they
started
growing
dramatically.
All
you
know
whether
it's
on
telegram
support
groups
on
discords
and
whatnot
and
I've
seen
tremendous
effort
and
drive,
especially
in
the
Vietnamese
communities,
to
go
through
an
extra
mile
in
education
and
like
translating
materials
and
sort
of
like
provided
that
space.

The
framework
within
which
people
can
start
sort
of
like
formulating
their
ideas
and
thinking
about
like
how
to
work
their
way
through
the
project
catalase
in
cardano
at
large.
So
it's
I
I
think
that
Network
effect
has
been
quite
astounding,
especially
within
that
community
group.
And
it's
like
you
know,
no,
there's
no
stupid
questions.
Just
everybody
comes
asking.

runs
a
lot
of
those
local
education,
Community
initiatives.
You
know
whether
it's
also
the
local
idea
fests,
but
you
run
local
Town
Halls.
Maybe

you
tell

little
bit

that

sort

Aspect

it,
because
it's
quite
relevant
to
issues
that
we're
addressing
at
the
moment,
particularly

how
we
manage
change
and
how
we
can
engage

community
in
managing
change.

acceptance
criteria?

baselines?

issues

transparency
which
have
come
since
the
report
was
written

that
proposal,

was
quite

while
ago.

things
have
moved

now
very
interesting
proposals,
fantastic
that
address
some
of
these
issues,
but
I
would
still
request
that
people
read
that
and
look
at
the
minimum
guidelines
that
we
suggested
in

are
submitted

network

decentralized

people
who,
with
different
capabilities

what
we
hope
to

capture
parameters

improved

gaps
lay

leverage

the
future

improvements,
category

now,
we
are
able
to
identify
and
quantify
what
the
gaps
are.
They're,
arguably
going
to
be
Avenues
where
we

alleviate
some
of
those
challenges.
