cardano
community.
Specifically,
I
am
from
china,
so
my
aim
is
to
bring
as
many
chinese
speaking
audience
into
cardano
as
possible,
and
I
got
funded
in
phone

for
my
proposal.
Cardano

I
would
like
to
bring
you
my
results
and
achievements
and
share
with
you
what
I
will
plan
to
do
in
the
future.

That's
just
among
one
of

many
reasons
why
it
was
not
very
well
known
and
people
don't
want
to
discuss
it

therefore
my
goal
is
to
clarify
this
thought
and
rumors
and
help
cardano
gain
positive
recognition
among

chinese
speaking
people
ultimately
bring
more
people
into
cardano.
So
that
was
the
goal.

As
I
progressed,
I
realized
that
more
and
more
people
are
beginning
to
be
interested
in
cardano,
and
that
was
the
perfect
time
for
me
to
build
a
community
around
it.
So
I
started
a
telegram
group
so
that
people
can
discuss
with
each
other
and
share
their
insights
while
they're
in
cardano
and
how
they
feel
about
the
daily
updates
of
the
project.

What
I
do
is
I
talk
about
what's
happening
in
the
chinese
community.
What
are
people
talking
about?
What
are
the
some
some
of
the
interesting
events?
I
also
bring
fundamental
news
at
broader
scale,
for
example
discussing
economy
policies

china.
Recently
I
covered
evergreen
situation
and
how
that
might
impact
crypto
and
economy.

They

fact,

an
integral
part
in
growing

to
spread

word

what

don't

to
get

really
excited

see
that

also

the
united

hong

malaysia

have

idea

people
aren't

look

it

most
of
them
are

beginning

plan
and
hope
that
we

more
females
like
happen
like
what
happened
in
the
chinese
market,

I

see
a
trend
in
the
most
recent
data
that
there
are
more
women
joining
my
channel
same
with
the
age.
Demographics,
relatively
young
people
who
are
viewing
the
cardinal
content
on
my
channel.

So
a
quick
sum
up
today,
what
we're
looking
at.
Oh,
that's,
a
screenshot

the
telegram
group
that
I
run
about
900
people.
What
we
observed
today
is
that
I
have
a
self-educating
community
or
shall
we
say
we
have
a
self-educating
chinese
community?
What
I
mean
by
that
is,
I
start
to
see
people
educating
each
other.
For
example,
if
some
guy
asks
a
new
question
about
staking
some
of
my
followers,
they
will
come
up
and
answer
that
themselves
and
that's
great.
The
community
is
self-generating
and
self-sufficient,
and
that's
something
that
I
would
like
to
see.

Another
thing
is,
I
observed
an
increased
level
of
recognition
of
cardano
among
chinese
people.
You
know
before
they
were
just
thinking.
This
is
a
ghost
thing
and
charles
hoskinson
was
a
cult
leader,
but
nowadays
much
less
people.
Think
of
that
a
lot
more
recognition
positively
about
it.
We
do
see
an
increased
interest
in
ada
and
staking
that
is
a
sign
for
long-term
investment
potential
and
interest.

And
finally,
on
the
other
side,
the
international
community
start
to
see
chinese
community
as
well
before.
They
just
think
this
is
a
very
closed
market
very
mysterious
hard
to
talk
to,
but
because
I
bring
regular
updates
talking
to
both
communities
and
sharing
such
knowledge.
The
international
communities
start
to
see
that
china
is
potentially
a
very
viable
market.

Finally,
come
to
the
future
plans.
My
goal
in
the
long
term
is
to
still
keep
educating,
keep
growing
the
community
keep
bringing
more
chinese
people
into
carano
and
keep
bridging
the
communities,
the
chinese
speaking
and
the
international
communities,
because
this
is
not
unique
to
any
local
communities.
We
shouldn't
be
satellite
communities,
we're
all
cardano
together
and
therefore,
in
the
next
phase,
my
focus
will
be
to
be
putting
on
more
focus
on
connecting
the
communities
so
that
people
can
converse
with
each
other.

this,

achieve

plan
to
continue
making
my
educational
video
content,
because
video
is
still
the
most
popular
form
of
communication
for
a
chinese
speaking
audience.

the

difficult

have

found
this
gap
between

chinese
world
and
cardano
like?
Was
it
difficult
like

many,

people
been
looking
at
blockchain
tech,
specifically
with
the
recent
news
of
like
government
regulations
like
what
it's
like
to
be
part
of
chinese
blockchain
community?
Today,
from
your
perspective,.

Today,
what
I
observe
is
that,
if
you're
asking
about
people
who
are
already
in
crypto
who
have
already
experienced
the
last
bowl
cycle,
I
would
say
they
don't
have
much
emotions.
I
think
they
have
been
through
so
many
different
stages
and
cycles
of
china,
crypto
ban
china,
crypto
and
ban,
and
china
ban
again
that
they
just
have
figured
out
a
lot
of
solutions.
Obviously
I
can't
really
disclose
what
they're
doing
so
that
they
could
circumvent
this
restrictions
because
we
don't
know
who's
listening.

But
let's
just
say
that
I
have
learned
they
have
different
ways
to
deal
with
the
crypto
ban
in
china.
We
have
a
saying
is:
if
up
there,
there's
a
policy
then
down
here
we
have
a
solution,
so
that's
the
gist
of
it,
and
but
when
it
comes
to
mentality
people
who
are
already
in
crypto,
they
have
very
strong
beliefs.
The
most
challenging
part
is
to
convince
the
people
who
are
still
sort
of
on
the
fence
and
when
it
comes
to
that,
let
me
give
you
one
example.

What
I
observed
from
when
I
first
started
is
that
polka
dot
has
a
really
big
chinese
following
and
I
got
curious
because
sometimes
I
do
draw
parallels
like
cardano
polka
dot.
I
think
they
could
be
comparable,
but
why
such
big
popularity
in
polka
dot
and
yet
not
cardano,
of
course,
apart
from
the
obvious
fog
and
scams
and
things
like
that,
why
polka
dot
and
what
I
observe
is
that
at
least
today
in
the
chinese
speaking
community,
I
think
we
have
this
sort
of
impatience.

We
want
to
build
things
fast
and
we
want
price
to
pump
quick
and
the
most
challenging
part
is
that
it's
actually
not
a
tech.
It's
actually
not
about
charles
looking
like
a
cult
leader
and
he
doesn't
really
wear
suits.
The
real
thing
is
that
how
do
you
convince
people
that
you
can
believe
in
a
project
in
long
term
in
crypto?

A
lot
of
chinese
people
in
crypto
think
this
is
contradiction
in
terms.
How
can
crypto
and
long
term
you
know
be
together
it
just
it's
hard
for
them
to
grasp
this
idea.
So
it
is
really
up
to
me
as
an
educator
to
tell
them
the
road
map
of
cardano
different
stages
of
cardano
and
what
we're
doing
each
phase
of
cardano,
for
example,
when
charles
signs
a
deal,
I
would
tell
them
when
dc
spark
does
something
amazing.
I
will
tell
them
it's
really
not
about
telling
them
yeah,
yeah
ada
will

five

Trust
me
because
I
know

about
updating

daunting

have
to
think
about

for

understanding

catalyst

to
start
really
small
and
say
catalyst

If
you
have
ada,
you
can
not
only
earn
money,
you
can
only.

also
vote
and
you
get
voting
rewards.
How
sweet
is
that?

now

people
interested.
So
it's
like
this
step
is
step
by

It's
really
hard
to
convince
people
of
a
big
idea,
but
it's
really
easy
to
you
know
lure
them
in

periodic
updates
releases
and

they
start

talk

each
other.

really
brilliant
guys
like
some
cardinal
chinese
ogs,
then
they
will
come
out
and
say
what
you're
doing
is
great.

spread
word
for

free

talk
about
cardano,

you

more
people
interested
and
join
in
the
community,
and
that's
what
I
mean
by
we
have
a
self-sufficient
self-educating
community.

there's
only

much

to
educate
people,
it's
really
down
to
the
individuals
talking
to
each
other
and
teaching
each
other.

interest

maintains

process
itself
still
involves
a
fair
share
of
human
input.

while
the
blockchain

you

easier
part,
the
rest
takes
a
bit
time
to
get
it
right,

expect
this
to
be
complete
in
about
one
day's
time
frame

results
will
be
published
first
via
the
official
telegram
announcement
channel
plus
the
mailing
list
and
then
distribute

all
the
other
social

platforms.

clear
information

votes

wallet

to

the
return
of
intention
in
investing
our

collective
time
and
resources
into
those
challenges

well
spent

needs

be

will
be
an
instrumental
tool
in
making
this
happen,
and
there
are
going
to
be
once
more.

allocated

control
of

these

incentive

perspective
on
how
things
went.

set
up
some

town
hall
sessions
and

retrospectives,

basically
had
five
criteria
where
we
asked
people
to
make
some
notes.

list
was
generally
an
open
list
for
any
kinds
of
thoughts,
but
we
had
special
categories
for
things
that
people
really
liked
things
that
they
learned
things
that
they
felt
were
lacking
and
things
that
they
longed
for.

were
kind
of
the
five
categories
that
we
broke
down,
the
retrospectives
in
and
so
now
we'll
go
through
the
different
retrospectives.
Just
to
give
you
a
highlight
of
the
kinds
of
things
that
people
brought
up
and
we'll

the
end
to
the
actual
retrospectives.
If
you're
really
curious
to
see
all
the
data
that's
in
there,
so
the
first
one
is
the
voter
retrospective
and
after
clustering,
these
things
they
fell
into
four
main
areas
around
community
and
onboarding,
tooling
scaling
and
the
plutocratic
voting
system
next
slide.

really
drawing
out
a
lot
of
the
creativity
from
the
community
and
that
was
really
great
to
see
and
participating
in
the
voting
process
and
reading
all
the
proposals
and
everything
was
a
great
excellent
learning
experience
for
people

deep
dive

cardano
and
then
the
higher
quality
assessments
helped
a
lot
to
make
a
decision.

the
ca
activity
was
super
helpful

aim
voter
tool
got

lot

help

good
call
outs.

that
was
difficult
for
everybody
and
some
concern
that
if
we
double
again
in
fund
seven
nobody's
gonna
have
time
to
look
at
1600
proposals.
So
the
the
linear
or
the
the
growth
of
the
thing
might
start
to
cause
some
issues
that
we
need
to
figure
out
as
a
community
on
how
to
handle
that
next
slide,
and
then
the
last
one
was
around
plutocratic
voting.
There
was
a
lot
of
people
who
mentioned
that
just
the
one
801
vote
didn't
feel
really
diverse,
especially
with
huge
wallets
out
there.

Some
people
bought
800
500
data
just
to
vote
and
then
realized
that
that
amount
likely
had
no
meaningful
impact
on
overall
voting
results.
At
least
that
was
their
feeling,
and
the
third
comment
kind
of
reflected
that
as
well
voting
is
a
small
holder
of
ada,
somewhat
pointless,
unless
you
feel
that
in
and
of
itself
valuable
to
be
a
voter-
and
it
might
be
interesting
to
do
some
analysis
on
that
for
people
later
just
to
see
how
many
small
wallets
voted
and
how
much
that
actually
affected
the
outcome
of
the
vote.

because

a
feeling
that,
as
a
crowd,
our
small
votes
actually
add
up
to
something
pretty
meaningful.
So
we'll

I
think,
there's
a
lot
of
data
coming.
People
are
analyzing
that
and
looking
at
it

interesting
to
see
moving
forward
next

developments

mentioned

really
fit

was
mentioned
for
a
few
times
that
there
were
general
positive
vibes
so
much

passionate
people

catalyst
community
which
was
really
liked
by
the
by
the
proposers
and
that
that
the
quality
and
professionality
in
in
general
kind
of
increased
people
felt
encouraged
and
engaged
which,
which
was
nice
and
some
people
started
to
leave
their
day
jobs.

maybe
we
can
applaud
for
that.
Maybe
some
people
can
raise
their
hands,
who
already
made
the
switch,
really
really
cool,
and
so
we
can
already
see
a
starter
of
an
social
impact
that
catalyst
has
on
real
people
and
next
slide.

just

survey
statistics.
So
we
can
see
on
the
left
side
what
the
experience
and
you
know.

experience
basically
was,
and
so
the
majority
said
they
rated
them
good
or
great.
So
it
was
helpful
to
get
community
feedback
in
general,
but
the
overall
experience
could
be
improved
a
bit
so
nearly
50
percent
said
they
were
kind
of
neutral.
As
an
overall
experience,
10
said
it
was
not
so
great
and
45
said
it
was
good
or
great,
so
I
think
there's
still
some
room
to
improve
and
next
slide.

dig
a
bit
more
into
what
the
people
really
liked
and
what
could
be
improved.

statement
is
reduced
to
just
140
characters
and
therefore
it's
sometimes
hard,
if
you
have
a
very
overarching
big
problem,
to
reduce
it
just
to
140
characters
which
could
lead
to
some
misunderstanding
for
later,
for
example,
assessments
of
cas,
if
the
focus
was
too
much
on
the
140
characters,
then
the
second
part
that
could
be
improved
is
the
interaction
part.
So
a
few
proposes
mentioned
that
they
lacked
the
connection
to
the
voters.
Idea
scale
is
kind
of
separated
from
the
whole
voting
process.

It's
it's
not
really
integrated
and
it's
a
problem
that
also
voters
can't
just
look
at
the
ideascape
proposals.
If
there
aren't
already
logged
in
to
idea
scale
or
have
an
idea
scale
account,
so
that
could
be
improved
as
well,
then
it
was
criticized
that
there's
not
the
chance
to
basically
talk
to
the
cas,
who
already
made
an
assessment
before
the
score
finalization.

So
maybe
some
cas
misunderstood
some
points
and
but
they
already
made
up
their
score
and
that
can
be
changed
afterwards
anymore.
It
just
can
be
flagged
or
not.
So
that's
maybe
a
point
where
a
small
iteration
could
be
established
and
then
there's
a
lack
of
incentivation
to
comment
on
proposals
and
proposers
really
like
if
there's
a
lot
of
feedback
by
a
lot
of
comments,
so
encouraging
for
the
next
round
make
a
lot
of
comments.
But
maybe
there
could
be
some
incentivation
as
well,
and
the
last
part
is
the
guidance
for
the
whole
proposers.

proposals
mentioned
that
there
it
wasn't
clear
from
them
from
the
start.
What
is
the
assessment
focus
of
the
cas?
So
maybe
in
the
proposed
proposal
guidance
there
could
be
a
stronger
focus
on
the
assessment
criteria
by
the
cas
and
also
some
more
role
model
proposals
which
help
them
to
see.
What
is
really
relevant
in
writing
proposals
and
added
to
that
documentation
of
resources
where
they
can
go
to
see?
Okay,
these
other
role
models,
and
these
are
the
main
relevant
criteria
that
they
have
as
an
orientation
yeah.

had
a
good
learning
experience
that
focusing
on
assessing
multiple
proposals
and
the
same
challenge
was
helpful.

also
agree
with
this
because
your
mind
is
focused
on
one
challenge,
so
you
can
better
assess
all
those
proposals

that
challenge
instead
of
jumping
from
one
challenge
to
the
other.

said
that
was
unclear
about
how
to
access
feeding
feedback
regarding
his
review,
so
which
means
the
spreadsheet,
which
was
shared,
containing
the
proposer's
feedback
on
a
particular
assessment
and
the
classification
by
the
vca

excellent
the
spreadsheet
was
perhaps
not
as
shared.
So
there
is
a
point
there.
Many
people
agree
that
maybe
it
should
be
shared
better,
and
there
is
another
comment
which
is
to
have
sort
of
a
review
after
the
cca
assessment.

maybe
we

add

or
something

made

insights

thoughts

the
two
different
groups:
participation,
collaboration
and
the
assessment
and
review
phases,
also
both
the
good
things
and
the
things
that
needs
to
be
that
need
to
be
improved,
so
the
first
one
which
are
the
increased
participation
and
collaboration.

were,
they
had
more
quality
and
they
were
they
looked
more
professional,
and
this
is
very
good
because
it
means
that
we
are
bringing
more
professionals
and
more
experienced
people
to
our
community
and
for
the
first
time
the
community
was
community.
Members
were
able
to
participate
as
proposers
cs
and
vcas
in
the
same
fund
with
the
applicable
restrictions
which
were
someone
could
not
be
a
proposer
in
a
ca
or
vca
in
the
same
challenge
due
to
the
clear
conflict
of
interest.

we've
managed
to
prepare
to
have
a
good
preparation
on
how
to
be
a
vca
for
newcomers
and
the
catholic
school
helped.
With
this,
we
had
some
very
good
discussions
that
later
on
became
available
on
youtube
as

on
how
to
have
a
good
strategy
on
how
to
be
a
vca,
for
example,
as
andrea
mission
as
well
to
focus
on
a
single
single
challenge
at
a
time.
So
you
can
have
all
the
kpis
all
the
metrics
and
all
the
goals
of
that
challenge
in
mind,
while
reviewing
different
proposals.

we
had
to
have
a
last
minute
call
for
for
cas
to
assess
those
proposals,
and
it
was
very
good
because
it
was
successful.
But
now
it's
also
something
that
we
need
to
improve.
It's
also
one
of
the
bullet
points
to
be
improved
here.

talking
about
the
to
be
improved
points.
The
first
one
is
that
there
were
too
many
draft
proposals,
take
a
lot
of
time
and
also
resources
from
the
ter,
the
treasury
of
so
the
time
from
cs
and
vcas,
and
this
has
been
discussed
a
lot.

That's
something
that
I
think
most
vcas
realized
that
it
would
be
very
helpful
to
have
to
have
this
functionality
in
the
vca
tool
and
also
to
have
a
better
a
better
distinction
between
challenge
setting
from
other
proposals
from
other
challenges,
because
this
was
a
bit
confusing,
especially
for
new
case.
We
didn't
know
that
we
could
submit
challenges
to
be
telling
proposals
to
be
challenged
in
the
following
fund.

So
I
think
this
is
something
that's
going
to
be
incorporated,
for
example,
in
a
special
workshop
of
the
catholic
school,
also
a
better
common
understanding
of
what
excellent
and
good
mean
regarding
assessments
and
as
a
as
we've
said
in
the
liked
bullet
points.
This
was
the
first
time
that
we
used
this
kind
of
classification,
so
we
as
a
group
are
still
learning.

don't
have
these
standards,
yet
we
are
developing
this,
but
what
a
good
in
an
excellent
assessment
mean
also
the
community
mentioned
that
it
would
be
good
to
have
a
way
to
filter
out
blank
assessments
from
the
actually
actually
know.
This
is
the
other
one.
It's
a
optional
reason
for
filtering
out
assessments,
for
example,
if
a
vca
is
going
to
filter
out
an
assessment,
but
he
wants
to
provide
some
feedback
to
for
for
the
ca.
So
he
knows
what
he
did
wrong.

improve
the
next
iteration.

this

creating
a
positive
loop
and
also
to
create
some
kind

surveillance,
