t
this
is
payable
to
the
Livingston
County
Treasurer.
C
This
is
for
the
bridge
that
was
on
the
county
line
for
the
timber
pile
repair,
and
this
is
our
share,
which
is
75
point
one.
Six
percent
of
that
and
that's
based
on
our
equalized
assessed
valuation
for
the
two
counties,
and
that
amount
is
thirty,
two
thousand
nine
hundred
sixty
six
dollars
and
seventy
seven
cents.
Okay,.
A
C
A
C
F
C
Depends
on
which
Coria
came
from.
We
had
a
letting
here
in
February
and
each
Korie
bid
a
price,
and
so
we
get
it
from.
We
add
a
mileage
charge
and
have
that
on
a
map
where
it's
the
least
on-road
cost,
from
whichever
quarry
so
one
bid,
I,
think
Vulcan
and
in
Lehigh
bid
nine
dollars
and
I.
Think
the
manteno
quarry
bid.
A
C
B
B
A
Okay,
a
couple
of
resolutions
here
and
I'd
like
to
have
a
motion
to
waive
the
entire
reading
or
just
read
the
title
into
mr.
Vickery
second
millisecond
mr.
Cady
one
finger
say:
aye:
okay,
the
first
one,
it's
resolution,
an
ordinance
for
the
establishment
of
altered,
speed
zones;
further
all
the
internal
streets
of
Lawndale,
Meadows,
Subdivision,
limestone
own
district.
C
Yeah
the
highway
commissioner
requested
that
we
go
out
and
do
a
study
to
establish
speed
zones
in
the
in
the
subdivision.
The
schedule
of
altered
speed
zone
is
on
the
second
page,
with
a
map.
Those
the
results
of
our
study
are
there.
It
becomes
effective
once
the
board
approves
and
the
signs
are
erected.
C
A
C
Think
Tampa
was
the
number
when
you
do
it,
you
go
out
and
we
do
a
speed
study,
so
somebody's
out
there
with
a
radar
gun
and
we
determine
the
prevalence
speed
and
then
there's
there's
different
factors
that
you
reduce
the
speed
for
like
parking
and
number
of
entrances
along
the
roadway.
That
could
be
what
affected
that
one.
A
A
C
C
F
Discussion
is
an
under
says
where,
as
the
second,
where,
as
that,
it's
our
responsibility
to
determine
the
prevailing
wage
of
the
county,
and
then
we
make
a
statement
in
section
one
that
we've
ascertained
that
to
be
the
same
as
the
prevailing
wage
for
construction
as
determined
by
the
Department
of
Labor.
So
that
we've
done
anything
or
just
accept
it.
It
seems
inconsistent
the.
C
F
C
F
C
F
D
Thank
you.
If
it's
okay
with
the
committee
I,
can
maybe
Mark
and
shoot
me
an
email
with
the
answer
to
that
and
I
can
provide
it
an
executive
this
month
because
we'd
have
to
approve
for
it.
The
full
board
meeting
it'd
be
nice
to
have
all
of
that
information
so
and
if
you're
here
you're
more
than
welcome
to
to
jump
on
the
mic
and
do
it
yourself.
Okay,.
A
D
A
D
We
can
hold
on.
We
can
just
explain
that
you
know
I
do
have
one
question,
though:
do
you
who
audits
that
who
audits
the
prevailing
wage
statements
that
you
get
from
your
we.
C
B
C
I
place
before
you
our
organizational
chart
at
the
county
highway
department.
Recently,
in
fact,
a
couple
weeks
ago,
I
did
hire
an
assistant
county
engineer.
His
name
is
Lucas
Stroud
he's
working
out
very
well
so
far
and
in
the
engineering
division
we
did
not
have
an
engineering
division
manager
for
years.
C
A
A
A
B
D
For
the
chair
notice
that
the
we
were
making
a
motion
to
waive
the
reading
that
the
word
accept
was
not
there,
so
just
want
to
make
sure
that
all
the
people
that
made
the
motions
to
waive
the
reading
also
include
accept
the
resolutions
you
see
my
then
that
was
mr.
Quinn
whispering
in
my
ear.
We
just
want
to
make
sure
that
all
those
that
made
the
resolutions
with
a
head
nod
that
that
was
also
the
intent
was
to.
A
D
E
G
G
Any
questions
on
that.
You
have
the
finance
report
before
you,
25,000
146,
47
cents,
there's
about
a
$10,000
increase
over
our
average
month
of
15,000
because
of
the
Delta
contract,
36
189
dollars
and
a
Johnson
control
fire
alarm
inspect
for
three
buildings
which
is
equivalent
to
about
about
$9,000.
So
that's
why
you
see
the
increase
this
month
in
those
two
fees,
there's
any
other
questions
on
any
other
buildings.
I'd
be
happy
to
answer
them.
G
Move
forward
to
building
rapport
we've
we've
brought
on
the
new
maintenance
director
as
you're
all
aware
of
Wes
Andrews
sitting
here,
he's
taken
over
the
office
I
passed
off.
The
phones
he's
now
now
fielding
most
of
what's
going
on
in
the
office,
I'm
kind
of
sitting
back
figure.
That's
the
best
way
to
go.
I've
never
done
this
before
so
it's
kind
of
new
to
me
as
well
and
he's
doing
a
great
job
and
catching
on
very
quickly.
What
we
have
going
on
so
well
I
want
to,
but
I
won't
things
are
going
well.
G
We
had
a
staff
meeting
yesterday,
staffs
all
aware
of.
What's
going
on
and
they're
all
they've
all
been
introducing
and
they're
there
I
think
they're
as
excited
as
we
all
are
about
a
new
guy
coming
in
bring
some
fresh,
some
fresh
air
to
the
office.
If
you
will,
we
I
sent
the
resolution
signed
by
the
County
Board
yesterday
to
JH
to
be
for
the
two
roofs
at
189
in
the
courthouse.
They'll
start
scheduling
with
Langley's
on
those
two
roofs
I.
He
just
got
that
this
morning,
so
I'll
have
more
information
about
that.
G
Next
month,
all
the
a/c
units
and
all
the
buildings
have
been
tested.
Everything's
operational.
We
had
a
couple
of
things
that
weren't
working.
We
had
those
fixed
right
away
and
everything
seems
to
be
working
pretty
good.
We
got
the
buildings
in
order
and
again
Wes
is
taking
care
of
all
that.
So
all
the
files
have
been
moved
out
of
the
treasurer's
building.
Now
that
building
is
vacant,
we
have
some
things:
we're
gonna
tear
out
of
it.
G
Some
old
cabling
that
kind
of
stuff
we're
using
it
for
light
storage
of
office
equipment,
but
overall,
the
building's
empty.
So
the
burglar
alarm
system
has
also
been
moved
to
the
V
AC
and
the
state's
attorney's
office
are
the
only
ones
who
have
keys
and
codes
of
that
building
other
than
maintenance
because
of
we
having
to
get
in
there.
So
that's
all
done
the
courthouse.
G
The
annex
building
last
month,
the
County
Board
Chairman
approved
some
money
from
a
sale
of
some
of
the
vehicles
over
at
the
annex
building.
There's
a
conference
room
on
the
North
on
the
southeast
side
of
that
building
that
they
use
pretty
consistently
for
training
and
and
several
things
there
was
a.
There
was
an
old
office
that
had
temporary
walls
put
up
they
weren't
it
wasn't
a
permanent
structure
office.
G
The
probation
director,
Tom
Latham,
asked
to
have
those
two
walls
taken
down
to
increase
the
size
of
the
conference
room
and
that
was
approved
by
the
county
board
chairman
as
well.
At
no
costs
to
the
cut
to
the
general
fund
and
also
the
doors
and
handrails
in
that
building
are
going
to
be
painted
as
well.
G
That's
all
being
taken
care
of
through
probation,
so
they're
doing
that
job
and
started
it
this
morning,
the
demo
we
did
we
did
the
demo
on
the
electrical
and
the
IT
department
did
all
their
take
out
of
all
the
computer
lines
that
were
in
the
way.
We
continue
to
have
water
and
sewer
pipe
leaks
at
the
old
jail
and
will
continue
to
fight
that
that's
a
building's,
almost
50
years
old.
So
we
stay
on
top
of
that.
As
best
we
can.
G
We
had
the
glycol
tested
over
there
on
the
condensing
unit
was
rated
at
about
36
degrees.
That's
supposed
to
be
about
20
below
I
believed
10
10
to
20
below
I'm,
going
to
get
a
hold
of
precision
piping,
there's
a
chemical
company
down
in
Clifton.
That
believes
where
we
buy
that
glycol
from
we're
gonna
have
that
system
upgraded
and
get
that
glycol
back
down
to
where
it's
supposed
to
be.
Now
that
winters
over
elevator
Update
I,
was
contacted
by
Kona
yesterday,
Jeff
explained
to
me
the
situation
with
the
elevator.
G
When
the
original
elevator
shaft
was
drilled,
it
was
drilling
a
bit
of
an
angle.
That's
a
four
story:
deep
elevator
shaft
we're
only
using
three
of
them,
so
there's
gonna
be.
There's
might
be
some
complication
here
on
I'm
having
to
read
rill
this
but
they're,
hoping
that
the
angle
of
the
shaft,
now
that
we've
shortened
it
to
three
stories
only
because
we
don't
plan
on
adding
to
that
building
might
save
us
some
time
here.
We
won't
know
any
of
that
until
the
drilling
company
gets
here
and
gets
a
of
this.
G
G
We
did
a
transfer
switch.
We
had
a
transfer
switch,
go
bad
out,
Jerome
comes
in
Phase
two.
We
replace
that
transfer
switch
about
three
weeks
ago.
Things
went
very,
very
well
we're
very
pleased
at
how
that
went,
and
that's
back
operational
and
next
month
on
a
Sunday
we're
going
to
change
the
capacitor
to
fans
and
the
battery
backup
system
for
master
control
that
we
have
that
on
the
schedule.
G
We
switch
that
we're
gonna
try
and
do
it
during
regular
working
hours
and
the
jail
chief
did
call
and
asked
if
we
could
move
that
to
a
Sunday.
So
we're
gonna
do
that
well
its
while
it's
downtime
we're
not
to
move
inmates
and
get
that
accomplished
other
than
that
things
are
not
coming
with.
Things
are
running
really
well
right.
Now,
we're
things
are
going.
Okay,
we
don't
have
any
issues,
so
that's
all
I
have
any.
D
Type
things
we
couldn't
spend
the
money
elsewhere,
we're
allocating
all
of
these
things
elevator
to
that
fund,
so
we're
not
abusing
the
maintenance
fund.
If
you
will
for
a
lot
of
this
stuff,
so
we're
using
that
money
for
what
it's
supposed
to
be
for
and
spending
that
down.
So
we
have,
you
know
it
started
out
at
500
and
I
want
to
say
five
hundred
ninety
thousand
roughly
and
we'll
be
down
around
two
hundred
thousand
when
all
this
is
done
and
that's
not
counting
anything
over
a
hundred.
D
E
Thank
again
mr.
chairman
yeah
brand
in
preparation
somewhere
down
the
line
for
demolition
of
that
building.
The
treasure
is
building
how
about
that
tunnel.
Well,.
G
So,
if
we
did
anything
at
all,
we
could
dig
it
up
at
the
curb
on
the
north
side
of
the
of
the
lower
parking
lot
there
and
seal
that
tunnel
off,
but
I,
don't
know
what
the
water
situation
is
there
we're
not
to
get
an
engineering
firm
involved
here
because
of
the
sewer
lines
that
run
around
that
parking
lot
do
things
that
are
done
over
there.
The
electrical
for
the
parking
lot,
the
lower
parking
lots
all
fed
from
that
building
the
rest
of
it.
The
rest
of
it's
all
ties
from
here.
G
G
We
could
refeed
the
parking
lot
from
this
building
and
I
and
I
have
kind
of
an
idea
how
we're
gonna
do
that,
but
the
overall
demolition,
the
building
I,
believe
the
ceiling
tiles
in
there
are
all
asbestos
I
could
be
wrong,
but
that
that's
original
original
ceiling
and
it's
the
hard
9
by
9
ceiling,
pants
so
I'm,
going
to
assume
that
they
are
asbestos
that'll.
Something
else
we'll
have
to
address.
F
D
D
G
E
I'm
familiar
with
that
I
worked
in
the
basement
in
the
computer
room
years
ago,
and
we
used
to
use
that
tunnel
quite
a
bit
and
there's
a
room
down
there
too.
I
guess
in
a
long
time,
but
I
just
know
that
that
that
whole
facility
or
that
whole
tunnel
project
it
would
seem
to
me
we
need
an
engineer
or
somebody
to
tell
us
what
we
can
do
to
fill
that
void.
E
D
Drive
the
skid-steer
through
it
probably
yeah
I
did
have
one
other
thing.
Mr.
chairman,
nobody
else
has
anything
just
to
let
the
committee
know
someone's
back
is
probably
four
months
ago
we
voted
to
move
Brian's
office
up
to
the
fifth
floor
and
the
auditor
down
to
the
fourth
floor,
to
take
that
office
and
the
auditor
is
refusing
to
move
now
so
I
just
want
to
let
the
committee
know
that
I'm
trying
to
figure
out
a
resolution,
but
right
now
one
is
not
presenting
itself.
So
it's
it's
just
a
for
FYI.
At
