If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
C
A
Please
silence
your
phones
as
I
always
try
to
announce
that
to
you
and
when
the
guests
come
to
the
table,
please
make
sure
that
the
green
light
is
on
and
speaking
to
your
microphone
as
close
as
you
can
before
we
proceed
we're
going
to
be
doing
three
bills.
Tonight
we
are
going
to
be
passing
over
Senate
Bill
128
this
evening,
so
we
will
begin
with
House
Bill
579
and
the
sponsor
is
representative
Meredith,
representative
Meredith.
Please
come
forward
and
introduce
yourself,
sir,
and
the
guest.
C
A
A
G
I
know
the
hour
is
late
and
I
generally
have
really
good
reading
comprehension,
but
I
honestly
don't
understand
what
this
build
does.
Could
you
please
explain
and.
C
I'll
be
happy
to
give
a
brief
explanation,
representative,
bojanowski,
so
I
think
it
was
the
weekend
before
the
bill
filing
deadline.
The
finance
and
administration
cabinet
reached
out
to
me
because
of
all
the
natural
disasters
that
have
not
just
happened
in
Kentucky
over
the
last
several
several
years,
but
that
have
happened
throughout
our
region.
C
We
buy
reinsurance
after
that
to
cover
anything
over
a
million
dollars,
but
because
of
all
the
disaster
experience
in
the
area,
there
is
a
real
fear
amongst
the
cabinet
and
their
insurance
brokers
that
they
will
not
be
able
to
buy
at
that
one
million
dollar
policy
limit.
That
is
sitting
statute
right
now,
and
they
need
some
time
to
allow
for
a
higher
limit
until
the
experience
can
get
back
down
and
they
can
buy
a
policy
within
the
boundaries
of
the
statute
at
a
higher
level.
E
I'm
just
concerned
that
we
are
doing
this
and
I'm
not
sure
if
the
Press
knew
that
we
were
coming
in
for
this
meeting
and
open
meetings,
open
records
I
mean
I.
Just
have
you
know
some
concerns
about
that,
but
I
the
in
terms
of
the
legislation
I
agree
with
it.
It's
just
a
way
in
which
we
are
doing
it
this
evening.
A
Well,
sir,
the
the
meeting
announcement
was
set
Friday
evening
before
we
our
afternoon
after
we
left.
So
the
meeting
has
been
out
there
on
record
all
weekend
long
and
today,
as
well,
representative
Meredith.
Would
you
like
to
follow
up
on
anything
else?
There.
C
'll
be
happy
to
answer
any
other
questions
that
members
have,
but
it's
pretty
it's
pretty
simple.
Obviously
it's
a
little
bit
complicated
in
the
reading
of
it,
but
it's
pretty
simple
fix
and
it's
it's
not
something
that
I
think
anybody
just
wants
to
do
it's
something
that
we're
having
to
do
out
of
necessity
because
of
the
disaster
experience
in
our
area.
A
F
F
G
A
A
A
Represent
or
Senator
Mills
you
may
proceed.
Thank
you
Mr
chairman
may
I
before
you
do.
There
is
a
motion.
A
F
The
the
sub
actually,
the
first
the
sub,
actually
gets
the
exclusion
of
the
universities
correct.
It
was
incorrect
on
our
from
sub
1
to
sub
two.
There
were
some
slight
changes
coming
over
from
the
Senate,
also
so
very
technical.
We
had
our
communication
crossed
up.
The
the
universities
wanted
to
be
Exempted
from
this.
D
F
Chairman
just
a
brief,
brief
explanation
here,
we've
all
heard
and
read
concerns
related
to
the
digital
app
Tick
Tock.
The
FBI
has
warned
that
that
the
Chinese
could
use
the
app
to
influence
or
even
spy
on
its
users.
Tick
Tock
continually
harvests
data
which
can
possibly
act
be
accessed
by
the
Chinese
government.
The
FCC
is
asking
Apple
and
Google
to
remove
tick
tock
from
their
app
stores
for
its
pattern
of
data.
Stealing,
nearly
half
of
the
states
in
Congress
have
already
banned
Tick
Tock
from
government
devices.
F
It's
time
that
we
add
Kentucky
to
this
to
this
list
and
protect
our
Commonwealth's
Digital
Data
and
our
networks.
This
bill
will
remove
tick,
tock
from
executive
and
legislative
networks
and
devices
under
and
direct
cot
and
the
lrc
to
implement
controls
to
prevent
the
use
of
tick.
Tock
motion
on
the
bill
is
amended
by
the
committee
sub.
A
D
You
Senator
Mills
I
love
the
bill.
I
had
a
quick
question.
You
mentioned
devices
and
networks.
Would
that
include
like
Wi-Fi
networks
within
schools,
because
I
think
that
could
be
an
important
inclusion
in.
F
This
bill:
well,
the
you
know
this
bill
just
pertains
to
executive
branch
and
into
the
legislative
branch
the
universities
are
excluded,
so
this
does
not
go
into
post-secondary
education.
D
With
a
question
I'm,
sorry,
yes,
nor
like
K-12,
no.
F
I'm
sorry
I
said:
post
secondary
I
meant
education,
so
K
through
12.,
okay,
education,
okay,
thank
you.
A

D
A
Senate
Bill
20,
as
amended
by
the
committee
sub,
has
18
yes,
votes.
Zero,
no
votes
passes
with
favorable
Expressions
should
do
the
same
on
the
house
floor.
Senator
Mills,
thank
you
for
being
here
with
us
this
evening.
At
this
late
hour,
appreciate
you
bringing
this
bill
to
us.
Thank
you
so
much
the
third
and
final,
a
gentleman
Honor
on
our
agenda,
the
third
and
final
item
on
our
agenda
this
evening.
Pardon
me
it
has
been
kind
of
a
long
day
is
Senate
joint
resolution,
79
sponsored
by
Senator
Carroll
Senator
Carroll.
I
You
Mr
chairman
I'm
Danny
Carroll,
the
state
senator
from
the
second
district
Senate
joint
resolution.
79
establishes
the
nuclear
energy
development
working
group
under
the
executive
branch
of
energy
and
environment
cabinet
the
bill
or
I'm
sorry.
The
resolution
also
sets
the
the
membership
of
this
working
group
and
it's
made
up
of
various
stakeholders
in
nuclear
energy
and
various
experts.
The
bill.
The
resolution
defines
the
purpose
of
the
commit
the
working
group
and
that
is
primarily
to
establish
the
structure
of
a
nuclear
commission
for
the
Commonwealth.
I
And
finally,
this
working
group
is
required
to
report
to
the
governor
and
to
the
legislature
by
December.
31St
I
have
spared
you
my
normal
talk
about
nuclear
energy.
If
there
are
those
of
you
who
are
not
up
to
date
on
nuclear
energy
and
why
we
need
to
do
this,
I'd
be
more
than
happy
to
answer
those
questions.
G
Yes,
this
is
definitely
an
area
within
which
I
don't
have
much
familiarity.
I
did
not
notice
on
the
on
the
members
of
the
working
group
The
any
representative
from
like
Louisville,
Gas
and
Electric.
Is
that
because
it's
not
related
to
nuclear
power,
I
just
wasn't
understanding.
I
There
there
are
various
utility
Representatives
that
are
on
on
this,
this
working
group
and-
and
they
are
a
crucial
part
of
this,
but
we
had
to
try
to
balance
out
the
membership
and
we
also
have
several
nuclear
experts,
so
so
they
are
represented.
Maybe
not
that
particular
utility,
but
energy
is
very
much
represented
in
the
working
group.
