A
This
project
includes
replacement
of
roof
and
siding
repairs
to
gutters
soffits,
retaining
walls,
fence
posts,
concrete
sealant
and
other
related
issues.
These
repairs
are
necessary
to
main
operations
of
the
center
and
were
necessitated
by
structural
defects.
That
must
be
corrected
to
ensure
the
center
is
usable.
B
B
One
action
item
so
we'll
go
ahead
and
do
that
and
then
one
that
is
just
for
information.
So,
mr
aubry
are
you
with
us.
C
The
first
item
I
have
is
a
lease
renewal
for
lease
space
for
the
cabinet
for
health
and
family
services
in
clark
county.
This
lease
is
being
renewed
under
the
same
terms
and
conditions
at
ten
dollars
per
square
foot
for
total
annual
cost
of
one
hundred
nine
thousand
four
hundred
sixty
dollars
and
is
good
through
june
30
of
2023.
B
All
right
and
I
believe,
there's
an
information
item
as
well.
C
Okay.
Thank
you.
The
second
item
is
a
tenant
improvement
fund
request
for
the
mayo
underwood
building
located
here
in
frankfort
kentucky
the
education
labor
cabinet
is
requesting
to
install
688
door
openers.
On
the
first
floor,
crm
company
submitted
a
bid
for
the
work
in
the
amount
of
thirty
seven
thousand
eight
hundred
seventy
one
dollars
and
thirty
six
cents
upon
review.
The
tenant
agency
has
requested
that
we
proceed
with
the
improvements.
The
total
cost
for
improvements
at
this
facility
today
is
forty
five
thousand
seven
hundred
one
dollars
and
twenty
nine
cents.
C
The
third
item
is
a
new
lease
amendment
for
a
lease
with
transportation
cabinet
in
warren
county.
Temporary
housing
is
needed
for
families
whose
houses
were
damaged
by
the
tornadoes
that
occurred
in
december
of
last
year.
The
lease
properties
provide
sites
with
basic
utility
hookups
to
place
non-congregate
shelters.
This
lease
adds
an
additional
two
sites
to
the
original
agreement
for
a
total
of
12..
The
lots
are
leased
on
a
month-to-month
basis
at
a
cost
of
500
dollars
per
site
per
month.
C
Last
item
I
have
is
a
lease
modification
for
the
department
of
corrections
in
calloway
county.
This
lease
is
being
modified
to
allow
for
renovations
within
their
current
space
to
meet
the
agency's
needs.
Two
estimates
were
obtained
for
the
renovation
costs
in
the
amount
of
17
480
dollars
from
adams,
construction
and
16
975
dollars
from
cleaver
construction.
The
low
bid
submitted
by
cleaver
construction
was
selected
and
this
will
be
amortized
to
the
end
of
the
lease
term.
That
expires
june
30th
of
2027.
B
All
right,
thank
you,
sir,
and
does
anyone
have
any
questions?
Mr
aubry
all
right?
B
Oh
okay,
we've
got
our
one
of
our
house.
Members
came
in
today,
so
we
can.
We
can
actually
vote
so
yeah
yeah
we'll
go
ahead
and
do
all
that
and
all
right.
Mr
aubry,
thank
you
so
much.
You
want
to
go
ahead
and
do
the
do
the
voting
all
right.
B
One
of
our
members
came
in,
so
we
can.
We
actually
have
an
official
meeting
all
right.
How
do
we
do
this,
catherine?
I
will
go
back
and
make
a
motion
for
the
minutes.
We'll
start
with
the
minutes.
Okay,
so
we'll
just
start
and
do
the
minutes.
If
someone
will
we've
already
had
a
motion
in
a
second
for
the
minute,
so
we
can
do
that
and.
B
B
A
We
can
go
we'll
put
the
motion
in
if
petri
could
do
the
motion
again
for
the
transfer.
B
Sorry
about
that
we'll
go
ahead
and
do
the
uofl
lease
report.
If
we
get
a
motion
in
a
second,
we
can
get
caught
back
up
and
we'll
be
in
good
shape.
D
B
Yes,
all
right
so
that
one
is
passed
now
we
will
go
to
the
finance
and
administration
cabinet
number
five,
a
that's
the
transfer
requiring
action
for
the
project-
and
this
is
the
one
chairman
petry
had
some
concerns
over
so
can
we
hold
that
one
off.
C
A
B
All
right
now
we're
to
do
the
lease
renewal,
which
is
agenda,
item
number
six
and
that's
for
the
renewal
and
the
tenant
improvement
fund.
B
A

is
due
to
bids
coming
in
higher
than
estimated
we'll
bring.
The
total
loan
amount
to
2
million
948
000.
A
The
original

and
conditions
do
remain
the
same.
This
will
be
a
30-year
loan
with
a

and

and
we're
happy
to
we're
always
happy

for
a

would
be
happy
to
answer
any
questions.
B
All

thank

Does
anyone
have
any
questions

and
this
call

and
this
project
is
an
infrastructure

the
potential
for
future
economic
development
opportunities
here

the
commonwealth,
funds
will
be
dispersed

we
do
need
to

get
a

in

But
again
we

anyway.
But
thank
you
all
for
