replaced

campus

addendums
to
two
existing
leases
for
which
we
are
requesting
approval.
The
first
one
is
for
our
equine
analytical
laboratory,
which
runs
kind
of
drug
testing
for
the
sport
horse
and
Thoroughbred
industry.
It
is
located
at
824
bully
run
on
our
co-stream
campus
in
Lexington.

second
addendum
is
for
UK
healthcare's
Bluegrass
Care
Clinic,
which
is
located
at
3101
Beaumont
Center
Circle
in
Lexington.
We
are
adding
3496
square
feet
of
clinical
space,
bringing
the
total
to
twenty
nine
thousand
seven
hundred
and
fourteen
square
feet.
The
additional
cost
is:
seventy
eight
thousand
sixty
six
hundred
and
sixty
dollars,
which
will
bring
the
total
annual
cost
to

dollars.

renewal

Family
Services
in
Clark
County.
This
lease
is
being
renewed
under
the
same
terms
and
conditions
at
ten
dollars
per
square
foot
for
an
annual
rent
cost
of
one
hundred
nine
thousand
four
hundred
sixty
dollars,
and
it's
good
through
June
30th
of
2024..

The
next
item
is
lease
modification
for
the
Attorney
General
in
Floyd
County.
This
lease
is
being
modified
to
upgrade
two
restrooms
and
to
replace
existing
flooring
with
vinyl
composition,
tile
two
existing
side,
exterior
double
doors,
with
new
metal
doors
and
frames,
and
to
replace
existing
lighting
with
LED.

Two
estimates
were
obtained
for
in
the
amounts
of
55
000
from
Sloan's
Plumbing
LLC
and
sixty
five
thousand
two
hundred
dollars
from
the
plumbing
guys
LLC.
The
lesson
were
also
requested
that
the
Commonwealth
pay
eighty
dollars
and
forty
cents
to
cover
the
cost
of
advertisements
for
the
bid
notice
in
the
local
Floyd
County
newspaper,
the
low
bid
submitted
by
Sloan's
Plumbing
LLC
was
selected,
and
the
agency
has
agreed
to
reimburse
lessover
for
the
advertisement
cause.
Therefore,
the
cost
of
fifty
five
thousand
eighty
dollars
and
forty
cents
will
be
amortized
through
the
current
lease
term.

next
item
is
release
modification
for
the
Cabinet
for
Health
and
Family
Services
in
Woodford
County.
This
lease
is
being
modified
to
increase
the
square
footage
under
lease
by
2522
square
feet,
for
a
total
of
3527
square
feet
and
we'll
add
two
additional
renewal
periods.
This
new
area
will
require
construction
of
additional
office
space.
The
list
holders
provided
one
estimate
in
the
amount
of
140
252.95
from
jpg
rental
and
storage.
The
bid
submitted
by
jpg
rental
and
storage
was
accepted
and
will
be
amortized
through
the
new
established
lease
term.
That
expires
June
30th
of
2031.

project
will
extend
water,
sewer
and
natural
gas
infrastructures,
as
well
as
grading
100
acres
in
the
South
Cooper
Industrial
Park
in
Glasgow.
Matching
funds
for
this
project
are
a
local
Grant
total
potential.
Investment
for
this
project
is
six
million
five
hundred
thirty
three
thousand
two
hundred
and
twenty
three
dollars.

County
Fiscal
Court
on
behalf
of
the
Hickman
County
Industrial
Development
Authority
was
approved
by

for
a
seventy
six
thousand

EDF
Grant

build
an
entryway
into
the
Enterprise
Park
Clinton.
In
addition
to
installing
a
water
well
and
a
high
pressure
pump
to
attract
new
businesses
to
the
community
in
Clinton.
Matching
funds
are
through
the
Ida
and
total
potential
investment
for
this
project
is
a
hundred
and
fifty
three
thousand
one
hundred
and
twenty
eight
dollars.
