Description

00:24:49 Maribel Carrillo: Do any of you pay Overdrive invoices? If so, how do you pay for these? Are you manually creating an invoice? If so, how do you create an invoice?
00:25:40 Judy: Baker & Taylor sends a separate invoice for processing and we track it separately for them
00:26:05 Judy: Midwest tacks the processing onto the material invoice so I can break it out
00:32:33 Sheri Waite: We manually receive but we only get a box or two a week.
00:33:33 Judy: I use Quicken. I haven't found Koha to be reliable enough
00:36:01 Judy: Yes, for us the Town has the final accounting. What we do in house is for our team and director to track their money.
00:45:16 Maribel Carrillo: Thank you Michelle!
00:45:29 Michelle Clarizio - Roseville Public Library: You are welcome :) Also, love your last name as it was my maiden name 💖
00:55:20 George Williams: You pay extra for the pre-processing, right?
00:55:31 George Williams: For the shelf-ready
00:55:48 Christie: yes!
00:56:04 Judy: Yes, with B&T shelf ready is extra about $4 per item
00:56:24 Judy: including cataloging and processing
