00:33:55 vescobar: In 2017 when we first staring using Koha I had to learn how to create the FY by myself using the limited information available from Bywaters
00:45:55 Judy: Are you recording? Will you send link?
00:46:05 Margaret Hade, ByWater: Yes, this meeting is recorded.
00:47:02 Margaret Hade, ByWater: Jason should add the time range in the video description of where Rhonda does “what NOT to do” and then when it switches to “What to do”.
00:48:15 Michelle Clarizio - Roseville Public Library: Every year and I have to compare the status reports from B&T and bug my Acquisitions Librarian to create next year's budget a few months early so I can push forward things that are 100% coming in next year's budget
00:48:33 Jason Robb, SEKLS: I'll add clickable timestamps to the youtube video description
00:49:36 Margaret Hade, ByWater: Yay, thank you Jason!
00:50:33 vescobar: Here at ALD we had the same problem, I moved the orders to this FY to re encumber the money. For us is use it or loose it as well.
00:54:48 Judy: You should be able to get a report from your vendor of items on order and pub dates and use that to move to next years budget as Rhonda did.
01:01:58 Carolyn - Haines, AK: Question: First off, hello from Alaska - glad to meet you all. Second, we buy our books primarily from a local bookstore. Any ideas on how that might look in Koha? No possibility of EDI, of course.
01:03:26 vescobar: I also create a report in Koha for any items with an "on order" status a couple of months before the FY end that helps me keep track of items not received.
01:06:56 hmcdougle: We are not able to remove them. I have to contact someone at KOha to remove them
01:07:08 Judy: We don't care about the deleted records because the money is spent and accounted for in acq.
01:07:16 Margaret Hade, ByWater: I need to hop onto another meeting, have a great day y’all!
01:07:27 Barbara Johnson: Have to go - great ideas for me to try. Thanks.
01:11:55 vescobar: I'll be glad to help as well, I use Amazon and our local bookstore.
01:12:47 vescobar: Thank you Rhonda.
01:12:48 Michelle Clarizio - Roseville Public Library: Thank you!
