A
Foreign
to
the
June
meeting
of
the
acquisition
Sig
for
quack,
we
are
in
the
middle
of
summer
here
so
I'm
sure
everybody's
got
their
summer.
Reading
programs
going
full
war
and
all
kinds
of
exciting
things
going
on
the
main
thing
that
I
wanted
to
kind
of
talk
through
today
was
I
submitted.
A
proposal
for
an
Acquisitions
presentation
to
the
co-host
conference
and
I
would
like
lots
more
input
on
that.
A
B
A
A
If
we
can
show
different
experiences
for
how
Acquisitions
is
used,
we
might
be
able
to
encourage
some
people
to
at
least
look
at
it
and
see
what
it
is,
because
the
more
people
that
are
using
it,
the
more
weight
that
we
have
with
our
requests
for
advancing
you
know
in
enhancing
I
guess,
is
a
better
word.
The
functionality
that's
in
koha,
so
I
was
just
kind
of
curious.
A
I
know
you
know
Barbara,
you
guys
use
it
with
out
EDI,
and
then
you
know,
Marcy
I
know
you
guys
use
it
with
EDI
and
is
your
main
vendor
Baker
and
Taylor.
Is
that
right.
B
For
adult
content,
our
main
vendor
is
Baker
and
Taylor.
Brodart
is
our
main
juvenile
content
vendor,
and
then
we
also
use
EDI
with
Ingram
and
with
Midwest.
Okay.
A
Those
are
the
three
that
we
use:
EDI,
okay,
but
yeah.
If
we
can,
if
we
could
show
different
experiences
different,
you
know
I
think
like
most
things,
a
lot
of
libraries
do
take
the
same
module
and
their
workflows
are
a
little
different.
A
You
know
just
to
show
some
maybe
different,
workflows
that
we
have
different
ways
that
you
can
use
it
I
mean
there's
always
the
purchase,
suggestion
part
of
that
that
people
can
use
with,
maybe
not
necessarily
with
the
rest
of
it.
But
you
know
just
showing
how
much
easier,
especially
I
was
going
to
say
so
the
bug
and
I'm,
not
it's!
It's
like
an
8
000
number.
It's
a
really
low
number.
It's
an
old
bug!
That's
what
I'm,
trying
for
receiving
multiple
items
at
the
same
time
is
it's.
A
Eight
one
seven
nine
there:
it
is
it
pops
up
in
one
of
the
top
search
results
for
me,
not
that
I've
been
watching
it
and
I
know
that
for
non-edi
libraries
this
is
huge.
This
is
a
huge
Time
Saver,
and
that
is
now.
D
It
says
2305
Rhonda,
it
wasn't
backboarded
to
2211,
but
it
is
released
in
220
2305,
which
is
the
version
that
just
came
out
last
month.
A
Okay,
got
it
yeah,
so
yeah
that
feature
function.
We
obviously
won't
have
that
to
show
people
at
the
koha
conference,
but.
A
Very
much
so
because
I
know
that's
that's
just
even
even
for
the
couple
vendors
that
we
don't
do
EDI
with
it's,
it's
a
pain
to
have
to
go
in
and
receive
all
that
stuff
one
at
a
time
if
you
get
a
bunch
of
them
in
at
once,
so
there's
that
function
and
then
but
I
guess
I
just
wanted
to
kind
of
put
that
this
idea
out
there
I.
A
You
know:
I
I've
got
a
placeholder
for
us
in
the
conference
and
then
we
can
kind
of
figure
out
the
nuts
and
bolts
of
what
we
want
to
do.
But
if
you're
interested
in
participating
in
that
you
don't
necessarily
have
to
be
at
the
conference,
we
can
I
think
Jason
correct
me.
If
I'm
wrong,
we
can
get
people
in
through
Zoom
or
something
like
that,
and.
D
A
Yeah,
hopefully
the
library
will
have
something
for
us
too.
Okay,
you
know,
so
if
you
can't
actually
attend
but
you'd
like
to
participate
or
even
just
in
participating
in
the
planning
of
it.
That
would
be
great.
A
So
if
you
want
to,
is
anybody
just
off
the
top
of
their
head,
saying
yeah?
That
sounds
good
to
me.
B
Hey
Rhonda:
this
is
Marcy.
I
can't
attend
in
person
this
year,
but
I
would
be
willing
to
help
in
the
planning
and
or
zoom
in
exactly.
A
Okay
sounds
good,
so
I
will.
What
I'm
thinking
is
we
will
do
you
know
we'll
we'll
meet.
You
know
Zoom
kind
of
meeting
a
couple
of
times
in
the
next
month
or
so
whenever
we
can
get
together
and
kind
of
lay
out
what
we
want
to
do
and
then
we'll
kind
of
go
from
there.
So
I.
C
Feel
like
I
I
should
say:
yes,
since
my
method
is
different,
so
I
think
I'm
saying
yes,
even
though
I'm
sure
I
won't
do.
C
A
Holly,
all
right
so
I
will
just
send
out
like
a
meeting
invitation
to
those
people.
You
know
the
by
four
four
of
us
so
far
and
then
even
you
know,
even
if
you
don't
want
to
participate
as
such,
you
can
help
with
the
planning
and
you
know
just
sit
in
on
the
meeting
and
kind
of
learn.
Maybe
you'll
learn
something
about
stuff
that
way.
So,
if
you're
interested,
if
you
need
to
think
about
it,
whatever
just
drop
me,
an
email
and
I
will
include
you
on
the
the.
C
A
B
A
Yeah,
okay,
right
right,
then
all
of
us
are
Central
so
far,
I
hope
that
makes
it
easier,
yay,
okay!
Well,
this
will
be
the
Texas
version
of
acquisitions,
cool.
Okay,
then
we'll
get
that
going.
A
I
wanted
to
just
get
that
going.
So
then
we
have
a.
A
Full
disclosure
I've
been
on
vacation
for
10
days,
so
this
is
like
my
first
day
back
so
I'm.
A
little
scattered
and
the
outstanding
things
that
we've
been
working
on,
I
guess
would
be
classified
as
old.
A
Business
is
the
the
work
that
we're
trying
to
get
done
on
the
Acquisitions
module
related
to
end
of
year,
processing
and
being
able
to
have
basically
two
active
budgets
open
and
then
we
can
add
items
to
whichever
budget
is
appropriate
so
that
we
get
a
better
sense
of
where
we
are
at
the
end
of
the
year,
where
libraries
like
ours,
that
are
use
it
or
lose
it,
because
we
like
to
spend
as
much
as
we.
C
A
A
And
trying
to
make
that
as
less
painful
as
possible,
so
we've
got
that
outstanding,
I'm
I'm
still
so
the
update
on
that
is
I'm
still
talking
with
Catalyst
and
some.
A
What
I
would
what
I
want
to
do
is
get
Catalyst
and
buy
water
to
kind
of
talk
to
each
other,
because
the
nervous
making
part
of
it
for
me
is
the
difference
in
their
price,
quotes
800
versus
eight
thousand
dollars,
so
I'm,
not
sure
I
I
haven't
convinced
myself
that
both
of
those
estimates
include
the
same
kind
of
work
and
I
want
to
make
sure
that
we
get
this
done
right
and
not
almost
right,
so
I
I
kind
of
want
to
figure
out
a
way
to
get
by
water
and
Catalyst
to
talk
with
me
in
the
room
or
whoever
wants
to
join
and
just
make
sure
that
we're
getting
what
we
want
you
know
and
and
if
catalysts
can
do
it
for
eight
hundred
dollars,
that
would
be
fantastic.
A
C
Notice
wrong
before
you
go
on
so
I
missed
the
meeting
last
month
and
I
watched
it
and
I
think
it
was
Christy
was
asking
questions
about
the
end
of
year.
Processing
and
I
went
through
it
based
on
the
the
bug
that
you're
trying
to
you
know
get
your
quote
for
and
I
think
it
it
all
works.
For
me,
I
was
a
I.
C
Have
my
current
budget
I
was
able
to
set
up
next
year's
budget
and
make
it
inactive
and
I'm
still
ordering
off
of
this
year's
budget,
and
when
we
get
closer
to
the
end
of
the
year,
we're
planning
on
placing
orders
you
make
that
new
budget,
the
future
budget
active
and
then
we're
going
to
place
some
orders
on
gifts
so
that
we've
got
two
things
going
and
I.
Think
years
ago.
I
tried
this
and
it
didn't
work
for
me.
So
either
it
didn't
work
back
then
or
I
have
a
feeling.
C
Maybe
I
had
both
of
my
budgets
active
and
so
it
wasn't
hitting
the
right
budget,
but
anyway,
I
know
she
was
asking
about.
You
know
like
she
was
saying
something
like,
but
that's
possible
now
and
she
was
asking
questions
about
I
thought.
You
said
there
was
something
new
coming
and
I.
Don't
know
that
there
is
anything
new
I
think
my
impression
was
it
didn't
work
and
I
hadn't
gone
back
and
tried
it
again
and
anyway
now
I
I
think
we
can
it
all.
Is
there
in
a
non-edi.
D
A
Yeah,
that's
I
think
that
there
were
a
couple
of
things
added
in
some
releases,
that
kind
of
got
past
me
or
whatever,
but
yeah
for
us
with
EDI
and
mercy.
You
can
correct
me
if
I'm
wrong,
when
if
we
have
two
active
budgets
and
order
or
receive
on
when
we've
got
two
active
budgets,
the
default
is
to
always
go
to
the
newest.
Active
budget.
B
B
B
Now
you
have
to
Monkey
around
with
it
if
they
happen
to
arrive
early
if
they
come
this
budget
year,
but
that
that's
easier
than
otherwise
but
yeah
I.
Don't
ever
have
two
active
budgets
yeah,
because
what
I
experienced
that
first
year
is
that,
regardless
of
what
was
active
or
inactive,
it
just
hit
randomly.
If
the
fund
codes
were
the
same.
So.
C
C
A
Okay,
well,
okay,
so
we
will
I.
I
will
talk
with
them,
because
I
think
what
I
think
it
was
Nick
that
said
that
he
went
into
the
code.
Maybe
it
was
Catalyst
I,
don't
remember,
but
somebody
went
into
the
code
and
they
said
that
the
code
says
that
if
there's
two
active
budgets
then
grab
the
newest
one
and
receive
it
on
that
and
I
was
like
yeah.
No,
that's
that's
not
helpful,
so
I
I
just
want
to
get
both
of
them
in
the
same
room
and
see.
A
You
know
just
make
sure
that
we're
actually
for
EDI
processing
that
we're
actually
getting,
but
it's
so
fantastic
that
non-edi
is
actually
working
now
that
you
guys
can
do
that
and
then
the
other
kind
of
outstanding
bug
that
we
have
is
related
to
making
changes
to
the
budget
amounts
during
the
middle
of
the
year.
B
A
Quote
and
they
basically
broke
it
down
into
three
parts-
part
one
was
to
actually
track
the
Acquisitions
or
or
log
it
I.
Guess,
that's
a
better
word
log,
the
acquisition,
so
that
stuff
is
in
there
Acquisitions
is
getting
logged.
You
can
turn
it
on,
so
you
could
run
a
report
and
find
out.
You
know
the
changes
that
you
run.
The
next
part
would
be
that's.
The
most
expensive
part
is
I
think
it
was
seven
thousand
five
hundred
dollars
to
actually
put
the.
A
What
do
I
want
to
call
it
the
the
gooey
stuff
in
there,
for
you
know,
being
able
to
smoothly,
add
or
subtract
stuff
or
move
stuff
into
different
budget
lines,
rather
than
you
know,
going
to
this
budget
subtracting
this
much
out
and
then
going
over
to
this
budget
and
adding
that
that
amount
into
there
if
you're,
just
moving
money
around
so
there
we
had
asked
for
kind
of
a
an
interface
where
you
could
say:
I
want
to
move
this
money.
So
you
know
here.
A
This
is
the
account
from,
and
this
is
the
account
two
or
I
want
to
add
money
to
this
particular
account
or
I
want
to
take
money
out.
So
we
had
those
three
functions
that
one
seems
to
have
stalled,
so
we'll
have
to
do
a
little
bit
of
cheering.
You
know
to
get
that
one
going,
and
you
know
these
are
the
kinds
of
things
that
we
can
talk
about
in
as
part
of
our
presentation.
A
These
are
the
kinds
of
functions
that
would
really
make
the
Acquisitions
more
powerful
and
easier
to
use
and
more
helpful
to
the
libraries.
So
there's
those
are
the
two
main
ones.
There
is
one
other
one
that
I
just
got
notified.
We
we
actually
put
the
bug
in
in
last
year,
I
think
it
was
June
of
last
year
related
to
being
able
to
update
items
in
a
basket
in
a
batch
fashion,
because,
right
now
you
have
to
go
in
and
you
know
if,
if
you
want
something
in.
A
A
particular
budget
line
or
whatever
I,
don't
suppose,
I
actually
left
that
open.
No,
that
would
smart.
Then
it
would
you
have
to
do
it
one
one
at
a
time
for
each
item
in
the
basket.
The
function
we
were
asking
for
was
to
be
able
to
do
kind
of
a
batch
edit.
You
know
like
pick
one
seven
and
twelve
and
and
move
all
of
the
change
all
of
their.
A
You
know,
whatever
their
fund
code
or
their
collection
code
or
shelving
location,
would
it
be
able
to
change
all
that
kind
of
stuff
in
in
batch?
Editing
I
forgot
her
name,
Katrine
I
think
it
was
actually
updated
that
bug
and
just
kind
of
changed
the
description
at
the
top
to
make
it
better
for.
D
A
There
we
go
yeah,
so
it's
still
a
new
status.
So
if
you
want
to
go
in
three
one:
zero,
zero!
Six,
if
you
want
to
go
in
there
and
put
your
two
cents
in
there
and
kind
of
get
some
activity
around
that
one,
so
it's
the
ability
to
make
that
changes
to
order
lines
in
a
basket.
A
So
I
think
what
we
requested
was
to
include,
but
not
limited
to
the
fun
code,
the
vendor,
node
or
add
an
external
note
and
the
transfer
option.
So
those
are
those
are
kind
of
the
bug.
Sounds
that
we're
kind
of
watching
and
want
to
get
some
attractions
and
someday.
A
We
can
spend
some
energy
on
you
know
with
EDI
ordering
automating
the
canceling.
You
know
so
that
if,
if
the
vendor
cancels
a
particular
item
that
that
would
get
automated,
we
had
that
in
our
last
EDI
system,
and
that
was
really
nice.
Yes,.
B
A
A
So
those
talking
about
the
the
conference
presentation
getting
some
traction
going
on
that
and
then
the
bugs
that
we've
sort
of
been
as
as
a
group,
you
know
like
this
particular
one
says
at
the
U.S
kohai
us
Acquisitions
saved,
we
discussed
so
I
figured
that
gives
it
some
more
weight.
You
know,
because
that
sounds
like
more
libraries
are
doing
it
than.
A
So
hopefully
yeah,
if
you
can
add
your
thumbs
up
to
that
one,
maybe
give
another
case
for
it.
You
know
how
it
would
be
useful
for
your
library
that
would
be
great,
and
that
holds
true
for
all
the
other
ones.
I
didn't
have
the
time
to
actually
figure
out
what
the
bug
was
for
the
the
gooey
thing.
A
A
So
the
other
thing
I
was
just
curious.
If
anybody
had
any
questions,
anything
that
they've
run
into
how
many
of
you
are
on
what
would
it
be
20
22,
oh.
C
B
A
That's
we
are
early
adopters,
so
we've
been
on
it
for
what
a
month,
something
like
that.
We
did
find
a
few
things,
but
by
the
time
you
guys
are
on
it.
Hopefully
almost
have
been
fixed.
I
think.
Are
you
Barbara?
Are
you
on
point?
What
is
it
07.
C
C
A
Okay,
yeah,
because
we're
22,
11.05
and
I
know
that
06
has
some
fixes
in
it
that
were
identified
during
the
early
adopter
phase.
So
yeah
it
was
I,
guess
the
biggest
well.
The
thing
that
we
were
looking
forward
to
the
most
was
the
ability
for
patrons
to
cancel
that
holds
if
it
was
on
the
whole
Shelf,
and
that
works
great.
If
you
have
a
koha
OPAC,
but
if
you
have
an
aspen
OPEC,
it
doesn't
work
so
great
and
hang
on
one
second.
A
And
so
yeah
they've
got
to
figure
that
out
and
get
that
working
before
we
can
actually
use.
C
Yeah
we're
we're
planning
on
enabling
it
I'm
gonna,
let
him
get
used
to
stuff
for
a
little
while
and
but
yeah.
We
were
interested
in
that.
That's
a
request.
Many
of
our
patrons
that
had.
A
Yeah
yeah
same
same
for
us
so
I,
you
know,
I
had
everybody
all
geared
up
and
ready
to
go,
and
you
know
this
is
how
it's
going
to
work
and
I
was
making
making
a
video
that
they
could
look
at.
You
know
and
just
see
the
all
the
steps-
and
it
was
like.
Oh,
it's
not
working
oops,
so
I
sent
that
video
to
buy
water
instead
and
said.
A
A
A
Okay,
well,
we
will
I
will
send
an
email
to
everybody
that
well
I'll.
Wait
I'll,
wait
a
couple
days
just
to
see
if
anybody
else
wants
to
join
I'll
send.
Maybe
what
I
should
do
is
send
an
email
to
the
group
and
see
if
there's
anybody
that
couldn't
make
today
but
would
be
interested
and
then
give
that
a
little
bit
of
time
for
people
to
respond
and.
