went
to
the
expense
of
increasing
our
internet
speed
with
our
providers
and
we
thought
that
would
resolve
them,
but
it
has
not.
It
has
helped
and
we
were
under
what
we
should
have
been
for
Speed
anyway.
So
I
don't
regret
that,

it
didn't
resolve
it.
It
helped.
But
there's
still
it's
inconsistent.

you're

middle

circulating,
checking
out,
we
didn't
go
back
and
look
at
those
bibs
and
items
to
see
were
they
records
with
a
lot
of
items
attached,
but
we're
a
Consortium
and
I
have
said

buy
water,

support
company,
that
it
is
to
be
expected
that
we
have
lots
of
items
attached
to
our
bibs
because
we
have
38
locations
and
with
best
sellers
you
know
they
may
have.
Some
of
the
libraries
with
more
money
may
have
multiple
copies
on
the
latest,
whatever
and
think
of
an
example.

with

tickets

we're

than
the

upgrades

can
break

nature
of
Open
Source,

happening

that

they

can't

us,
none
of
our

boxes,
have
changed.

Sore
spot
for
me,
because
eight
of
our
libraries
charge
fines
80
do
not
so
80
are
sharing
the
standard,
loan
rules
or
circulation
rules
and
they're,
fine
free,
so
there's
no
fines,
but
then
for
the
other,
eight
libraries
I
have
to
create.
You
know
every
single
set
every
single
rule
has
to
be
for
them
and
then
because
we
charge
fines
on
those,
you
can't
update
them.
If
you
have
the
overdrive,
overdue,
tap,
find
at
overdue
price
or
whatever
that
little
box.

that's
checked,
it
deletes
all
of
your

amount
that
you're
charging,
so
everything
defaults
to
zero.
So
that
took
me
to
set
up
our
system
initially
took
me

hours
