third

notice
we're
not
emailing,

libraries
like
to
check
to
make
sure
they
don't
have
the
item
on
the
Shelf
before
they
send
out
a
bill.

that's
the

idea,
so
we
buy
water
set
us
up
with
a
a
plug-in
called
The,
Print,
overdues
print
overdue
notices
and
bills
plugin,
and
so
we
can
run
that
plug-in
and
it
get
it
generates
like
a
table
and
it
it
pulls
in
like
whatever
your
overdue.
We
use
our
overdue
3
as
our
bill
notice
text
and
it
like
kind
of
does
a
mail
merge
for
all
of
that
and
you
can
print
out
the
notices,
but
because
it's
just
a
manual
process.
The
system
doesn't
know
that
you're
that
you've
build
those
patrons.

item

checked
the
item
in
or
if
you
actually
print
out
the
bill
and
send
the
bill
to
the
patron.
So
we
were
thinking
possibly
of
creating
like
another
authorized
value
for

an

we

revenue
for
us

have
those
automatically
checking

the
library
goes
in
runs

do
use
