If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Okay,
thanks
so
kind
of
my
agenda
items
for
today,
guys
are
just
checking
in
on
covid.
I
mean
it's
kind
of
like
obviously,
on
everyone's
mind,
I
think
it's
good
to
talk
to
other
libraries
and
see
what
we're
all
doing
you
know.
Sometimes
you
get
like
so
wrapped
up
in
like
what's
going
on
at
your
own
library,
and
you
kind
of
like
don't
realize
what
other
people
are
doing
so.
Does
anyone
have
any
updates
on
kind
of
their
reopenings
or
how
those
are
going.
B
Ours
is
still
going
fine,
we're
at
25
capacity
and
we've
only
hit
capacity.
I
don't
know
five
times,
maybe
so
it's
it's
been
pretty
slow,
we're
in
texas.
We
are
having
trouble
with
people
and
not
wanting
to
wear
masks.
B
So
that's
been
it's
not
a
huge
issue,
but
it's
it's
still
something
we
have
to
deal
with
and
remind
people
about
still
quarantining
materials.
A
About
that
right,
are
you
guys,
at
the
library
doing
anything
in
terms
of
like
supporting
schools
with
the
online
learning.
A
Okay,
I
was
wondering
about
any
technology
support.
Were
we
were
able
to
get
a
grant
in
pueblo
with
hot
spots,
so
we're
distributing
like
three
or
four
hundred
hot
spots
to
one
of
the
school
districts,
so
we
did
get.
B
Hot
spots
and
chrome
books,
our
thought
is
that
mostly
those
are
going
to
be
more
for
adult
job
seekers
and,
and
that
kind
of
thing.
C
C
A
A
C
I
think
look
like
the
southeast
kansas
library
system
shares
a
building
with
the
iola
public
library
and
I
think
the
iowa
public
library
still
has
all
that
stuff
closed.
I
think
they're
using
the
meeting
room
mostly
for
quarantining.
D
C
A
E
I'm
in
a
consortium
like
jason,
so
it's
it's
kind
of
all
over
the
place
for
us
as
well.
So
pretty
much
all
of
our
libraries
are
open,
but
we've
had
some
that
had
to
step
back
because
staff
members
had
to
quarantine
or
things
like
that
and
there's
not.
Everyone
is
using
courier
at
this
point,
because
there's
still
some
that
are
very,
very
worried
about
that.
E
D
Right,
I'm
in
a
consortium
too,
and
most
of
our
libraries
are
open,
there's
a
couple
that
are
doing
just
curbside
only
but
yeah
it's
going
pretty
well,
as
far
as
I
know
so,
they're
quarantining
materials
when
they
return
yeah.
A
A
Not
sure
what's
going
on,
I
know
our
numbers
are
really
really
down,
I
mean
obviously
down
from
when
we
were
open,
but
we're
not
seeing
as
much
traffic
as
I
guess.
We
thought
we
were
going
to.
I
don't
know
if
you
guys
are
experiencing
that
it's.
A
I
think
we
have
like
a
vocal
minority
of
people
that
are
like
wanting
to
come
to
the
library
and
come
back,
but
it
was
just
not
the
numbers
that
we're
used
to
or
that
we
even
thought
we
would
have
in
this.
A
A
So
does
anyone
have
any
more
coho
related
topics
to
discuss?
I've
been
I've
had
my
hands
on
lots
of
different
things
lately,
so
I've
not
been.
You
know
everything's
going
really
well
for
us
with
co-hosts.
I
have
not
been,
as
you
know,.
C
I'm
trying
to
rack
my
brains
on
like
user
service,
related
things
that
I've
been
doing
with
koha
and
it's
kind
of
the
same
for
me
like
I
don't
have
much
complaints
from
that
end,
so
I've
been
focusing
on
other
things.
We
oh,
this,
isn't
interesting
to
anybody.
That's
outside
of
a
consortium,
probably
some
people
that
aren't,
but
no
I'm
gonna
lie.
C
That's
not
what
I
was
thinking
of.
I
was
thinking
the
clubhouse
thing
was
getting
fixed
sooner
than
later,
but
I
know
it
got
pushed
back
or
pushed
up,
so
it's
in
2005
or
now.
So
we
can't
use
clubholds
because
right
now,
when
you
place
a
hold,
it
sets
it
to
the
pickup
location
for
the
staff
member.
C
So
if
we
have
since
we're
in
a
consortium,
if
people
are
placing
holds
all
over
the
consortium,
we
want
it
so
that
the
staff
member
can
place
the
hold,
but
the
holds
go
to
the
library
of
the
patron
and
there's
a
fix
for
that
that
we've
been
waiting
on
it
got
pushed
to
2011.
I
think,
and
we're
on
1911
now
yeah,
so
lucas
backported
it
to
2005..
So
we
should
be
able
to
have
that
by
the
end
of
the
year
instead
of
next
year.
C
We
were
excited
about
that,
but
there
was
some
other
thing
that
was
coming
next
month
that
I
was
excited
about,
and
I
don't.
B
C
Oh,
oh,
I
remember
it
had
to
do
with
the
cart
to
shelf
functionality
for
quarantining
items
so
we're
using
that
to
give
like
a
a
four
day.
Quarantine.
Now
I
think,
but
when
things
were
coming
in
back
off
the
courier,
it
was
when
you
checked
it
in,
it
would
say,
move
to
quarantine.
But
when
you
looked
at
the
logs,
it
would
say
it
was
moved
to
quarantine
and
then
reverted
back
immediately.
C
So
there
was
like
a
double
reversion
thing
happening
there
that
wasn't
supposed
to
which
was
a
bug
that
nick
was
able
to
fix
fairly
quickly.
I
think
and
that's
that's
going
to
be
in
1911
09.
I
think
we're
in
1911.08.
E
A
A
Yeah,
that's
that
sounds
like
when
my
whole
curbside
location
debacle.
I
was
telling
you
guys
about
in
the
last
one
where
and
basically,
staff
had
to
toggle
back
and
forth
and
like
check
things
in
multiple
times,
just
for
that
right,
location
to
show
up,
and
since
then
now
that
we've
been
more
fully
reopened,
we
have
eliminated
all
of
those
curbside
locations,
so
we're
just
back
and
if
anything
like
this
happens
again,
I
know
we're
never
adding
those
again.
A
Do
any
of
you
guys
work
with
itiva
for
your
phone
notifications.
B
We
do
and
we
are
planning
on
discontinuing
it
in
the
fall
and
moving
to
trying
to
move
everybody
to
text
or
email
notifications.
I
just
ran
a
report.
We've
got
about
1900
people
that
have
phone
only
and
I'm
not
sure
out
of
that
number.
How
many
are
truly
active
or
not,
but
that
is
something
we're
working
on.
D
We
use
unique
management
services
for
our
robocalls,
it's
not
integrated
with
cohop.
We
have
a
crown
that
sends
a
report
to
them
every
day
and
then
they
they
call
the
patrons
and
it's
it's
reasonably
affordable.
D
A
Yeah
we
just
throughout
this
whole,
like
few
months
they've,
just
been
really
unresponsive,
and
so
we've
not
even
been
doing
phone
notifications
at
all,
so
we're
just
trying
to
decide
what
to
do,
because
we're
kind
of
at
that
point
too,
where
we
could
renew
or
not
renew
right
now.
So
I
just
wondered
what
others
were
using.
B
Well
and
after
we
get
rid
of
it,
I'm
trying
to
come
up
with.
What's
our
process
going
to
be,
we
know
there
will
be
some
people
who
just
don't
have
the
other
options,
and
we
know
we'll
have
you
know
a
handful,
hopefully
that
we're
still
gonna
have
to
call
and
so
trying
to
figure
out.
What's
our
our
efficient
process
going
to
be
for
how
we
identify
those
people
and
you
know,
notify
them
in
a
timely
fashion
and
and
all
of
that
and
we
haven't
really
gotten
there
yet.
A
A
A
A
A
No
well,
the
one
other
thing
I
did
want
to
talk
about
and
and
how
it
kind
of
worked
in
coho,
but
have
any
of
you
guys
gone,
find
free
recently.
B
We
want
to
and
we're
we're
trying
to
get
that
signed
off
on
the
fee
schedule
in
september,
so
that
that's
our
other
big
thing
that
we're
kind
of
looking
at
it's-
it's
not
done
yet.
But
what
are
you
looking
at.
A
A
So
I
just
need
to
pull
the
data
together,
but
I
I
do
know
that
we're
going
to
be
going
fine
free-
and
I
guess
I
just
wondered
if
anyone
had
experience
with
that,
like
with
coho
like
what
it
looked
like
just
I'm
I
just
I'm
thinking
about
accounts
and
just
all
of
the
logistics
of
it.
I
guess.
D
Well,
in
our
consortia
we
have
about
a
third
of
our
libraries
that
are
fine
free
and
the
other
two-thirds
accept
fines.
So
it's
it's.
It
can
be
confusing
to
patrons
whether
they,
if
they
because
we're
all
in
we're
two
counties,
so
they
can
visit
different
libraries
and
they're
like
well.
How
come
I
got
to
find
here,
but
not
there
and
oh
yeah,
so
yeah
our
libraries
are
all
individually
governed,
just
part
of
our
library
system,
so
they
all
have
their
own
rules,
their
own
circles,
their
own
fine
rules.
So
it's
it's
challenging.
C
Yeah
we're
the
we're
the
same
way.
I've
had
libraries
that
have
never
done
fines
and
I've
had
libraries
that
have
done
away
with
fines,
most
recently
at
a
library
do
away
with
kids
fines,
but
not
parent
finds.
So
it's
just
a
matter
of
getting
all
the
moving
parts
in
place
really
like
making
sure
that
the
circ
fine
rules
are
set
up
correctly,
there's
also
optics
where
you
have.
We
went
and
had
to
communicate
with
the
patrons
that
hey,
we
wiped
out
your
fines.
C
C
E
C
Zero,
those
out
on
the
I
think
they
actually
wrote
them
off
and
they
they
put
a
little
note
on
each
fine
line,
saying
write
off
for
whatever
ticket
it
was.
So
we
could.
We
have
some
history
historical
tracking
there,
but
as
far
as
the
quahog
component
yeah,
it's
just
a
matter
of
getting
your
circles
set
how
you
want
at
the
point
at
which
is
appropriate
in
your
process.
I
guess.
C
Yes,
we
just
wiped
out
fine
overdues
yeah
everything's
different.
Now
I
had
to
write
a
new
report
because
they
changed
all
the
the
fine
codes
but
basically
yeah
the
overdue
charges
were
wiped
out.
The
lost
charges
stayed
okay,.
B
And
that's
what
we're
planning
is
just
to
do
the
the
overdues
and
leave
all
the
you
know,
actual
materials
related
finds
and
we're
planning
on
wiping
out
everything
on
the
books.
So
it's
just
all
gone
and
then
I
think
last
week
my
director
started
saying:
well,
you
know
we
want
to
go
find
free,
but
you
know,
should
we
still
have
a
fine
for
like
the
chromebooks
and
the
hot
spots
right,
we
still
have
a
fine
for
library
of
things,
so
I'm
not
sure
if
it's
gonna,
you
know
now
be
all
across
the
border.
A
Yeah
we
were
talking
about.
I
can't
remember
how
many
days
right
now,
an
item
is
out
that
it's
considered
lost
thinking
about
upping
that
number.
So
it's
it
comes
a
little
sooner
as
kind
of
a
way
to
so
yeah
people
aren't
checking
out
chromebooks
and
not
bringing
them
back
for
months
and
months,
and
just
having
that
shorter,
you
know
period
before
it
goes
into
lost
status.
B
A
A
That's
I
mean
that's
really
the
big.
I
mean
obviously
everybody's
kind
of
doing
it
right
now
and
I
think
everyone's
moving
towards
it,
but
we've
seen
you
know
a
big
decrease
in
our
cirques
over
the
past
two
years,
as
I'm
sure
a
lot
of
other
public
libraries
have
so
I
just
wondered
if
it
helped
bring
up
cirques
again
and
get
you
know,
those
patrons
back
in
the
doors.
C
Is
definitely
down
to
us,
as
you
were
saying,
I
think
it's
just
people
being
a
lot
more
cautious,
so
we'll
see
if
what
kind
of
impact
it
has
when
things
stabilize
a
little
more.
B
B
You
know
multiple
times
a
day
to
try
and
get
change,
because
we
just
can't
you
know
they
want
to
pay
for
40
cents
and
they
don't
have
a
card,
and
you
know
all
these
different
things
so
we're
now
not
breaking
20s,
because
we
just
can't
do
it
anymore,
and
we
learned
that
our
city,
we
used
to
have
a
transaction
charge
on
debit
and
credit
cards,
so
they
really
discouraged.
You
know
running
something
under
five
dollars
or
one
dollar
or
all
that.
B
A
I
think.
Actually,
I
think
we
are
doing
some
up
to
10
prints
for
free,
I
want
to
say
people
can
come
in
or
they
can
schedule
like
a
curbside
pickup
for
their
prints
and
they're
just
emailing
a
set
email
address
that
we
have
and
we're
just
checking
that
daily
and
and
so
they're
getting
them
for.
A
C
Something
that
came
up
at
the
I
think
at
the
web,
dev
sig
that
might
resound
here.
The
they're
working
on
owen
specifically
he's
working
on
a
lot
of
bugs
dealing
with
accessibility
and
he's
been
looking
for
someone
who
can
like
real
life
test
that
kind
of
stuff
someone
who
uses
a
screen
reader.
So
if
you
guys
have
any
contacts
out
there,
that
could
help
with
that
he's.
Looking
for.
C
To
try
and
get
the
opec
more
accessible
sort
of
completely
unrelated,
but
bug
related.
The
the
conference
committee
is
talking
about
this
idea
of
a
bugapalooza.
C
I
don't
know
if
elizabeth
emailed
you
yet
chill,
but
during
the
conference
we're
thinking
the
third
day
will
just
be
dedicated
to
bugs
so
and
then
we're
gonna
like
have
time
slots
for
each
of
the
different
cigs.
So
so,
if
you
have
user
services
bugs
you
want
to
work
on
or
things
you
want
to
anything
bugzilla
e.
You
want
to
do
in
regards
to
user
services.
That's
kind
of
the
plan
for
that
third
day
of
the
conference.
C
Okay,
so
just
be
thinking
about
that
and
like
bring
some
bugs,
I
guess.
C
The
conference
is
going
to
run
from
the
20
september
22nd
through
the
24th.
It's
just
three
days
at
this
point:
okay,
but
we're
still
finalizing
the
schedule
so
that
may
change
but
yeah
that's
the
plan.
We've
got.
We've
got
enough
presentations
for
two
full
days
of
presentations
and
then
the
third
day
we
decided
we
would
dedicate
to
bugs.
We
thought
about
having
like
just
the
sig
meetings
those
days,
but
we
want
to
make
it
more
directed
at
bugs,
specifically,
so
we're
not
having
two
sig
meetings
in
a
month.
C
So
be
thinking
of
stuff,
and
if
you
come
up
with
user
services
bugs
you
want
you
guys
wanna
cover
that
day.
Just
I
guess
you
can
send
it
to
the
list
for
this
group,
that's
a
good
way
to
keep
track
of
those
things.
Yeah.
A
Yeah
and
like
I
said
we
did
have
someone
email
me
before
who
wanted
to
talk
about
their
her
library
is
currently
using
boopsie,
and
she
didn't
really
give
me
much
more
detail
than
that
and
just
was
wondering
what
other
vendors
are
out
there
that
do
what
boopsie.
C
A
C
So
I
know
that
who
maybe
ed
is
it
is
working
with
christopher
at
ajax,
christopher.
E
C
Is
working
on
developing
a
a
sort
of
mobile
interface
for
cohar
or
an
app
for
coho?
I
think
that
that
anyone
will
be
able
to
use
once
they
launch
it
and
ed's
been
working
on
him
on
that
with
him.
But
I
don't
know
where
they're
at
at
this
point-
and
I
think
cindy
who
wasn't
able
to
talk
with
us
may
have
been
part.
C
I
think
she's
at
ajax
as
well,
so
she
probably
could
have
told
us
more
about
that,
but
yeah
I
I
know
that's
in
the
works
as
far
as
other
things
like
that,
I'm
not
sure
I'm
not
sure
what
all
boobs
he
does.
I
was
trying
to
google
it
and
see.
B
Not
with
boopsie
but
years
ago
we
used
library
anywhere
and
it's
a
library
thing
associated
with
library
thing,
but
we
got
rid
of
it
when
we
came
to
koha,
so
I
don't
know
anything
about
it
currently.
A
C
Yeah
we're
kind
of
similar
to
barbara
and
that
we
don't
we've
just
relied
on
koha's
responsiveness
and
not
not
ever
pursued
the
app.
That's
not
true.
I
do
remember
we
were
looking
at
boobs
at
one
point,
but
we
decided
that
cohab's
mobile
interface
was
good
enough
for
us.
At
this
point,
yeah,
I
don't
know
do
do
the
does
like
aspen,
have
a
different
sort
of
interface
for
quahog,
or
does
it
just
default
to
the
the
gohan
pack.
C
A
Yeah
we
had
just
gotten
it
like
right
before
the
conference
last
year,
so
that
was
like
very
exciting
and
you
know
mark's
just
done
a
lot
of
customization
for
us
and
I
know
he's
getting
busier.
As
he's
probably
you
know
more
libraries
are
moving
to
it,
but
yeah
I
I
just
love
it.
C
A
A
All
right:
well,
if
you
guys
don't
have
any
other
topics,
I
don't
really
have
any.
So
I
guess
it's
kind
of
last
call
for
anybody.
