A
Foreign
okay:
this
is
the
November
1st
circulation,
Sig,
meeting
2022
and
we'll
just
get
started
and
I
don't
really
have
an
agenda.
Nobody
actually
emailed
me
with
any
ideas,
but
I
did
want
to
just
throw
it
out
there
that
I'm
thinking
of
of
leaving
leadership
next
year.
So,
if
anybody's
interested
in
taking
it
over
definitely
email
me
or
email,
I
think
it's
Jennifer's,
the
the
new
secretary,
so
just
get
in
touch
with
somebody
from
koha
us
about
that.
A
Just
wanted
to
throw
that
out
here
and
my
the
following.
The
question
that
I
did
have
for
you
guys
right
now
is
that
is
any
of
you
guys
on
2205.
C
B
B
In
certain
situations,
let
me
pull
up.
My
I've
got
an
RT
ticket
that
tells
me
which
bug
it
is
Patron
search,
causes
internal
server,
error.
B
But
essentially,
if
you
have
some
borrower
categories
that
are
only
visible
at
some
libraries,
then
searches
will
fail
if,
if
they
have
any
results
that
have
those
borrower
categories.
So
if
I
log
in
like
at
if
I'm
logged
in
at
like
Highland
Community
College,
they
only
have
four
borrower
categories
that
they
can
use.
But
then
there's
like
20
other
borrower
categories.
B
So
if
they
do
a
search
for
like
Smith
and
they
don't
have
any
and
and
there's
a
result
for
a
Smith
that
isn't
one
of
those
four
borrower
categories
at
Highland,
Community
College,
then
the
search
will
return
an
internal
server
error
because
the
because
the
it's
trying
to
limit
results
to
a
set
of
results
that
aren't
allowed
to
be
shown
at
that
library.
And
my
understanding,
is
that
there
is
a
patch
and
it
has
been
back
ported
to
220507.
B
B
Probably
it
would
affect
me
because
we
have
you
know
a
bunch
of
libraries
but
single
libraries
shouldn't
be
a
problem
and
Juliet
hi
Juliet
I,
don't
know
what
the
situation
is
there,
but
that
should
it
should
be
fixed
in
220507.
According
to
the
bug.
B
But
that
was
kind
of
a
pain
when
I
logged
into
the
test
server
and
the
first
thing
I
do
is
I
search
for
Williams,
and
you
know
internal
server,
like
the
first
thing
that
I
did
on
the
on
the
test
server.
Well,
my
first
problem
with
the
test
servers,
they
told
me
it
had
been
updated
and
then
I
logged
in
and
I
got
the
web.
Installer
page
I
said:
are
you
sure
it's
finished
updating
yet
and
then
they
said:
okay,
try!
B
It
now
and
then
I
tried
it
now
and
then,
like
five
minutes
later,
I'm
saying
I
can't
search
for
if
I,
search
for
Williams
or
Smith
I
can
get
zero
results.
A
Oh
that's
interesting.
Well
for
those
who
joined
recent
just
a
minute
ago,
we
were
talking
about
any
new
things.
You've
seen
in
2205
and
George
found
a
bug.
So
congratulations
well.
B
A
E
I,
look
at
it
a
little
I
didn't
turn
it
on
on
our
test
server,
but
it
it
sounds
like
it's
more
focused
towards
academics
and
publics,
because
it
sounds
like
the
whole
point
is
like
the
patron
request
that
you
get
that
book
back
so
that
they
can
have
it.
So
it's
like
I,
don't
know
that
it's
practical
for
our
our
use
case,
but
I
haven't
dug
into
it
too
deeply.
B
F
E
D
B
And
so,
if
you
go
to
the
library-
and
you
don't
find
something
on
the
Shelf,
you
would
just
put
a
request
in
for
it,
and
that
would
automatically
be
a
recall
and
if
a
faculty
member
had
it,
they
would
get
a
notice
saying
that
this
needs
to
be
returned.
Somebody's
requested
this
and
you've
got
two
weeks,
and
if
it's
not
returned
at
the
end
of
two
weeks,
the
fines
were
like
a
dollar
a
day.
B
Totally
ignore
it
and
that's
why
the
University
of
Idaho
library
had
a
dollar
a
day,
fine
and
then
that
usually
you
know
when
they
got
a
50
fine
from
the
library
they
would
say:
oh
I
guess
maybe
maybe
I
should
take
it
back.
So
so.
D
A
Was
just
curious
about
it
because
when
we
when
I
was
at
Stanford,
I
was
the
person
that
had
to
do
the
recalls
for
the
the
professors
and
we
had
to
waive
certain
professors
who
bonded
with
fines
that
cost
that
you
know
amounted
to
a
small
car.
So
it
was.
A
It
was
always
kind
of
interesting
to
have
to
deal
with
that
and
just
seeing
it
added
to
to
koha
and
I'm
wondering
if
they
work
the
same,
because
it'll
it'll
in
you're
working
with
Symphony
at
Stanford
and
it
would
reduce
the
amount
of
the
loan
period
and
then
they'd
also
get
a
notice
saying
that
this
item
has
been
recalled
and
faculty
would
recall
it.
So
we
would
have
recall
Wars
between
faculty
and
students
and
staff.
Yeah
yeah.
It's
just
kind
of
nostalgic,
but
I
just
wanted
to
see
how
it
works.
B
A
A
Even
with
like
high
use
materials
like
recently
released
movies
and
all
that
jazz
well,.
B
The
point
of
a
recall
is
to
get
something
back
sooner,
but
you
know
movies
mostly
are
like
a
week
or
two
weeks,
and
most
of
our
library
is
the
longest
thing
they
loan
is
four
weeks
and
if
somebody
really
wants
it,
they
put
a
hold
on
it
and
they
can't
be
renewed.
So
you
know
I,
don't
see
why
we
would
be
in
a
situation
where
we
need
to
do
recalls.
B
So
if
we
had
a
library
that
had
like
end
of
the
semester,
but
we
only
have
five
Public
Schools
and
one
Community
College
and
honestly,
the
Community
College
doesn't
check
out
a
lot
of
books
from
their
own
collection.
E
I
could
see,
maybe
for
us
using
it
with
hot
spots,
because
I
have
some
libraries
that
have
like
extremely
long
loan
periods
for
hot
spots
so
that
there
might
be
a
practical
use
case
there,
but
yeah
I
think
holds
basically
take
care
of
everything
we
need
and
like
for
the
popular
stuff,
we
can
use
the
the
decrease
High
hold
functionality
as
well
so
like.
E
If
it's
got
a
lot
to
hold,
then
only
check
out
for
a
shorter
period
of
time
that
that
sort
of
thing
and
my
academic
I
mean
I-
have
a
Community
College
Library
that
might
make
use
of
it.
But
I
haven't
I,
don't
know
they
didn't
make
use
of
course,
reserves
so
I.
Don't
think
that
they'll
probably
want
to
do
recalls
either.
A
A
B
A
A
E
Yeah
it
was,
it
says
it
was
pushed
for
21
1103,
so
that
one
got
backboarded
yeah.
A
D
F
Right
now,
if
you
have
Auto.
B
Renewed
turned
off,
if
you
don't
have
Auto
renew,
turned
on
there's
still
that
in
the
check-in
in
the
checkout
settings,
there's
still
a
little
check
box
there
that
says
Auto,
renew
and
I
just
have
that
hidden
with
a
piece
of
jQuery,
because
people
will
check
it
and
they
say
well.
I
checked
Auto
renew
for
that
page
and
water
renew
isn't
turned
on
so
you
know.
If
they
see
that
box
there,
some
staff
think
that
it
that
it
works
and
so
I've
just
got
it
hidden,
but
adding
a
system
preference
to
disable
that
checkbox.
B
E
Yeah,
it
seems
like
it's
going
to
be
a
sort
of
a
low
impact
upgrade
which
is
nice
yeah.
It
seems
like
just
little
things
here
and
there
one
thing
that
people
I
I,
George
and
I
were
talking
about
the
keger
at
KLA,
our
our
library
conference.
Last
week.
People
are
excited
about
the
the
webcam
integration
with
adding
patreon
photos
to
patreon
accounts
like
you
can
directly
connect
your
webcam
to
add
those
photos
which
removes
several
steps
in
that
process.
So
I've
got
people
excited
about
that
for
sure.
B
We
don't
use,
we
don't
save
photos
of
people,
so
we
it's
not
a
big
deal
for
us,
but
that
is
a
nice
integration,
because,
before
you
had
to
take
the
picture,
save
the
file
load.
The
file
into
Kohan
then
put
the
file
onto
the
account.
So
it
does
save
a
lot
of
steps.
I'm
looking
at
the
community
release
notes
not
the
buy
water
release,
notes
and
there's
another
one
I
see
here
for
fines
and
fees.
B
Add
a
system
preference
to
make
payment
type
required
that
one
I
think.
Could
you
know
right
now:
there's
no
requirement
to
to
Mark
a
payment
type.
A
I'm
always
I'm
always
kind
of
hesitant
or
Larry
whenever
they
add
something
to
fines
and
fees.
It
always
means
I
have
to
reduce
our
our
payment
reports
and
that's
always
a
pain
in
the
butt.
So
that's.
B
Gotten
a
little
better
I
would
say:
that's
one
thing
that
I
think
when
I
the
first
time
I
migrated
to
koha
when
we
first
migrated
to
koha.
That
was
something
incredibly
lacking
in
koha.
Was
the
money
handling
and
that's
changed
so
much
for
the
better,
and
even
though
I've
had
to
rewrite
like
a
bazillion
reports
in
the
last
five
years,
it
is
so
much
better
than
it
was
back
in
2012.
E
Sort
of
tangential,
because
it's
not
circulation
but
reports,
I
notice
that,
like,
if
you
put
a
borrower,
number
and
a
report
now
it
generates
a
link
to
view
the
account
and
that
sort
of
thing
automatically
when
it's
got
like
a
little
drop
down
arrow
and
you
can
view
the
account
or
edit
the
account
or
same
thing
with
item
number.
So
that's
kind
of
handy
because
that's
written
into
a
lot
of
reports
already
for
us
yeah.
B
I've
got
a
lot
of
reports
where
I
write
the
the
HTML
to
link
to
a
borrower
account
and
that
changes
that
a
lot
I,
the
the
big
problem
with
that
with
putting
all
that
HTML
in
there
is
that
when
you
want
to
Output
it
as
a
spreadsheet,
you
get
all
that
HTML
in
the
spreadsheet
and
by
having
it
just
be
an
automatic
thing.
It
means
that
the
you
don't
have
all
that
HTML
when
you
print
one
of
those
reports
or
I'll,
put
it
to
Excel
or
something
else.
A
I
I,
keep
getting
circulation
or
material
handlers
coming
to
me
and
saying:
can
I?
Can
you
change
the
coding
on
this
to
to
make
it
work
this
way
and
I'm
like
no?
This
is
hard-coded
can't
do
that,
but
I
can't
give
you
a
report
that
does
that,
and
they
don't
want
to
use
the
report.
They
just
want
to
use
the
old
SKU.
So.
E
B
Yeah,
when
you
pull
up
a
borrower,
you
can
send
a
welcome
message.
B
Whereas
under
more
send
welcome
email
and
send
password
email,
password
reset
email,
so,
instead
of
a
borrow
instead
of
when
somebody
comes
in-
and
they
say,
I
I
need
to
reset
my
password
you,
instead
of
telling
them
go
to
the
OPAC
and
click
on
the
link.
That
says,
forgot
your
password
and
then
enter
your
email
address
and
your
other
thing
and
it'll
send
you
one.
You
can
just
click
a
button
and
say
it's
in
your
inbox.
B
And
the
same
is
true:
with
the
welcome
mail,
you
can
send
an
email
instantly.
I
can
see
that
being
used
a
whole
bunch
of
different
ways,
but
it's.
A
So
about
those
those
new
notice
emails,
are
they
automatically
generated,
or
is
this
something
you
have
to
set
up
on
on
your
end,
I'm,
just
thinking
about
the
workload
once
this
there's.
B
A
there's,
a
default,
template
I
believe
there's
a
let's
see.
B
See
the
the
existing
welcome
email
is
called
Account
Details
and
there's
a
new
one
called
Welcome
notice.
B
B
But
it's
a
pretty
basic,
it's
a
pretty
basic
message
and
it
shouldn't
be
that
hard
to
modify
what
was
the
other
one
is
reset
I
think
that
must
be
there's
a
new
notice.
For
that
too,
the
old
one
is
called
password
reset
and
the
new
one
is
called
staff
password
reset,
and
so
for
my
purposes,
it's
probably
best
to
just
make
them
the
same.
B
Yeah
I
knew
about
that
because
we.
B
D
B
That
I
believe
so,
if
this
will
allow
us
finally
to
turn
on
the
patrons
hold
history
and
the
OPAC,
so
borrowers
can
see
their
holds
history,
but
they'll
also
be
able
to
to
delete
their
holds
history
and
use
the
privacy
settings
to
make
its
whether
whether
or
not
their
holds
history
is
saved
or
not.
E
E
E
The
borrowers:
that's
when
you're,
actually
adding,
let's
see,
can
you
awesome.
F
E
We
go
all
right,
so
this
I
think
this
is
me
right,
because
we
were
just
talking
about
the
it
being
a
system-wide
preference
and
trying
to
decide
how
to
handle
that.
That's.
B
F
D
D
E
E
E
Well,
we've
we
never
turned
it
on,
because
we
were
afraid
that
people,
because
it
pops
up
one
of
those
yellow
boxes
that
says
hey
you
had
this
before
you
sure
you
want
to
check
it
out
and
we
were
afraid
people
would
just
not
acknowledge
that.
But
I
had
my
last
users
hear
a
lot
of
people
interested
in
that
functionality,
some
somewhat
specifically
for
homebound
patrons
because
they
don't
want
to
send
the
same
title.
E
But
then
I
had
some
libraries
that
just
wanted
it
for
certain
patrons
which
it
looks
like
I
can
turn
it
on
for
individual
patrons.
So
maybe
it'll
work.
G
B
I
think
for
us
it
would
be.
It
would
only
check,
since
we
only
keep
Patron
history
for
the
previous
13
months.
It
wouldn't
it'll
only
say
and
see
if
they've
checked
it
out
in
the
previous
year,
yeah.
E
B
A
F
B
B
F
What
I
see
that,
as
is
a
way
to
test
templates?
Okay,
yeah
totally.
B
I've
been
using
the
print
overdue
message
to
test
template
toolkit
things,
because
that
will
let
you
use
a
lot
of
template
toolkit
commands
and
you
can
change
it
if
you
and
reprint
new
ones.
B
I'll
put
the
link
to
the
bug
in
the
chat
box.
It.
B
I,
don't
see
the
point
in
it.
The
I
recommend
to
people
not
to
use
the
built-in
holds
Q
I
have
a
report.
That's
separate
that
I
asked
them
to
run
instead
and
it
eliminates
all
information
about
the
borrower,
because,
when
you're
pulling
holds,
what
do
you
carry
the
borrower
is
just
hold
and
Trigger
it.
So.
E
I
do
have
a
youth
go
through
this,
so
I
I
did
remove
Patron
information
from
the
hold
stew,
because
privacy
but
I
have
a
library
where
the
the
the
children's
librarian
is
downstairs
and
the
adult
library
and
is
upstairs
so.
D
E
D
E
G
B
I
think
what
this
does
If
an
item
comes
off
the
whole
skew.
It
removes
it
from
the
report
that.
B
B
One
thing
that
didn't
get
really
discussed
I
think
in
the
last
upgrade
is
there?
Is
this
circulation
desk
feature
now
Jason?
Would
that
help
with
your
with
your
holds
issue,
because
that
really
seems
to
be
what
it's
built
for
I?
Guess
it
works
if
the
staff
place
the
request,
but
not
if
the
borrower
does
yeah.
E
And
I
I
hadn't
dug
into
it.
It
seemed
like
it
would
just
add
an
extra
layer
of
complexity.
But
it's
on
my
to-do
list,
because
I've
had
requests
for
the
point
of
sale
thing
to
be
turned
on
and
I
think
that
all
ties
together
to
the
cash
registers
and
the
search
desks
and
I'll
get
there
someday
I.
B
So
it's
only
operating
with
requests
and
holds
because
I
have
some
libraries
that
circulate
at
two
different
locations
in
the
library
like
there's
circulation,
desk
and
Leavenworth
in
the
children's
section.
B
And
then
there
are
three
circulation
computers
at
the
at
the
main
desk
and
and
they
would
kind
of
like
to
know
which
one's
getting
used
more.
It
would
be
nice
for
them
to
be
able
to
break
down
where
circulation
is
happening
in
the
building.
But
none
of
that
is
recorded
with
the
new
desks
feature
in
all
of
the
desk
features
is
doing
is
is
telling
you
which
desk,
to
send
a
request
to.
E
B
A
D
A
E
D
B
B
D
E
Let's
try
this
so
this
is
I,
think
my
current
OPEC
and
then
my
Testo
pack
is
here
great.
It's
this
they're,
getting
rid
of
the
word
search
and
replacing
it
with
an
icon,
but
apparently
that's
hidden
on
my
something's,
not
right.
There.
E
But
in
the
screenshot
on
the
bug,
it's
showing
like
the
little
question
mark
icon.
D
E
C
And
they
did
change
the
word
go
to
a
little
search.
You
know:
hourglass
magnifying
glass,
icon
thingy.
At
the
end
of
that.
E
C
C
So
it's
not
just
the
Amazon
images
or
whatever
you're
using
and
the
reason
for
us
is
what
we
use
synthetics
and
we
can
get
DVD
covers
right,
you
know
and
we
can
get
like
play
away
things
we
stuff.
We
get
from
playaway
I'm,
some
of
it's
looking
a
little
fuzzy
to
me.
So
I
may
have
something
going
on.
You
know
where
I'm
I'm
causing
a
problem
with
it.
But
now
all
the
DVDs
pretty
much
you
know,
show
a
nice
cover,
so
that'll
be
good
for
staff.
C
But
we
already
had
synthetics
turned
on
for
the
OPEC,
and
so
they
were
just
there,
so
I
don't
think
there
was
a
setting
to
and
it
you
know
you
have
the
option
to
click
through
the
number
of
images
so
like
I
can
see
the
Amazon
image
and
I
can
see
the
synthetics
image,
and
if
you
only
have
the
you
know,
if
it
only
can
bring
up
the
one,
that's
all
it
shows.
F
C
E
E
A
B
E
Lucas
has
been
inviting
that
for
me
for
like
two
months
now,
because
we
did
turn
on
auto
renew
for
one
library
in
a
testing
situation
and
it's
really
frustrating
because
it's
like
hey
your
item
renewed
and
the
next
day
it's
like
hey,
you're
out
of
didn't
renew
Ed,
but
I
shouldn't
have
tried
to
renew
anyways.
So
at
this
point,
I
think
the
notices
aren't
even
sending
when
it
renews,
but
maybe
that's
a
good
thing.
I,
don't
know
we're
still
working
on
it,
but
this
will
fix
that
I.
Think
for
sure
foreign.
B
Here's
a
bug
fix,
item
level
hold,
should
assume
same
pickup
locations
build
level
holds.
This
is
the
issue
that
came
up
when
they
switched
the
switch
the
drop
down.
So
there's
a
separate
drop
down
for
each
item
level
hold
that
should
fix
that
problem,
which
means
I
have
jQuery.
I
can
get
rid
of
always
get
rid
good
to
get
rid
of
the
old
jQuery.
That
does.
A
D
A
G
D
E
I
have
a
bug
that
causes
the
circulationist
nightmare,
so,
okay,
so
it's
related
to
clubholds
and
permissions,
so
like
George,
valba's
bug
and
I
foolishly
ignored
it,
but
and
we
were
going
fine
for
several
I
guess
over
a
year
now
that
we've
been
using
clubhold
and
finally,
someone
managed
to
play
three
clubholds
on
a
record
which
ended
up
putting
and
it
was
like
poldark
season
four
or
something
so
we
got
100
holds
on
pullback
season
four
and
we
thought
it
was
just
really
popular.
But
then
I
was
digging
and
realized.
E
Someone
made
a
mistake,
so
it
really
needs
to
be
a
permission,
because
if
we
had
all
three
copies
that
pulled
out
going
to
people
that
liked
Nora,
Roberts
and
Danielle
Steel
books,
instead
of
wanting
the
DVD,
so
I
wrote
some
jQuery
to
kind
of
mock
that
all
down
and
I
put
that
on
the
bug
there.
But
it
it
was
not
a
fun
day.
But
thanks
to
Barbara's
enhancement,
I
was
able
to
cancel
all
those
holds
with
check
boxes
instead
of
having
to
do
it.
One
by
one
yay.
E
E
E
I
filed
this
book,
a
while
back
where,
like,
if
you're
using
the
email
address
to
prevent
them
from
registering.
It,
also
prevents
them
from
being
able
to
request
modifications.
So.
B
I,
don't
know,
that's
something:
I
haven't
checked
on
our
test
system,
yet
so
something
to
talk
about
next
month.
E
Yep
has
anybody
heard
when,
like
non-early
adopters
are
upgrading
yet
have
they
haven't
said
anything
to
me.
B
I
haven't
heard
anything
yet
either.
My
guess
is
it's
going
to
be
like
the
when's
Christmas
is
the
20
it's
a
long
weekend.
My
guess
is
it'll
be
like
the
the
Wednesday
before
or
something
like
that.
E
Oh,
so
the
the
email
they
sent
out
yesterday
about
training
said
that
the
so
they
they
do
the
webinar
and
then
they
do
like
Town,
Hall
follow-up
and
the
town
hall.
Follow-Up
thing
is
in
January,
so
I'm
assuming
they're
not
going
to
start
production
upgrades
until
after
that,
but
I
don't
know
for
sure.
G
A
I'm
hoping
for
January
fingers
crossed
or
maybe
I
can
actually
actually
ask
them
so
yeah.
B
I
actually
tell
them
I
always
give
them
a
date.
I
say
this
is
the
weekend.
I
want
to
do
it
because
we
have
a
policy
that
says
we
do
at
least
three
trainings
before
an
upgrade
and
if
they
don't
do
the
training
until
until
November
or
December
I
can't
do
I
can't
be
trained
and
then
have
enough
time
to
do
training
so
I
always
give
them
a
day.
G
A
Yeah
I
have
a
group,
that's
working
on
the
upgrades
and
we
go
through
the
notes
and
and
the
webinars
and
and
see
what's
going
on,
if
anything,
if
there's
any
new
training
that
needs
to
be
created.
But
it's
that's.
Why
I'm
hoping
for
January,
because
you
know
the
Q
a
is
where
we
we
get
to
pick
the
brain
so.
A
All
right
well
we're
getting
down
to
last
minutes.
Does
anybody
else
have
any
topics
or
bugs
or
anything
circulation-ish.
E
E
A
C
We
haven't
either
but
we're
getting
so
many
more
libraries
right
in
this
area
on
co-host,
so
it
might
be
something
you
know
that
we
could
do
as
far
as
a
you
know,
just
sharing
materials
from
short
distances
between
libraries
but
I
haven't
done
anything
with
it.
Yeah.
E
Well,
we
looked
at
corticoha
here
and
I
think
that
it's
going
to
be
too
complicated,
but
they
talked
about
at
the
Iowa
Town
Hall
about
developing
new
back
ends,
so
our
Statewide
system
runs
on
share
it.
So
the
idea
would
be
that
we
hook
up
to
share
it
and
then
everything's
still
happening
within
kaha,
like
they're,
generating
their
requests
and
filling
requests
in
koha,
and
then
it's
going
out
to
that
second
software
and
doing
all
the
stuff,
in
the
background,
basically
to
smooth
out
workflow.
C
And
Texas
uses
oclc
Navigator,
I
guess
for
ILO.
E
B
E
B
We
should
do
it
someplace,
where
I
can
drive
and
spend
the
night
in
the
motel
and
get
away
from
my
family
for.
E
A
All
right
well
we're
coming
up
on
an
hour,
and
that
was
quite
a
conversation.
You
know
we
should
have
some
more
upgrades,
so
we
can
talk
more
but
see
you
guys
next
month,
unless.
