This time they were joined by Marc D Anderson (Sympraxis Consulting) to talk about his career, learnings and work he currently does also from community perspective.
Marc leads a new PnP effort around non-development documentation with a goal to build an open source set of content to help people like Information Architects, Business Analysts, "Makers" (aka Citizen Developers), and Site Owners who want to use the platform better.

effort

a
platform
upon
which
to
build
it,

where
we
were
headed.

been
a
good
long
time,
a
good
long
run,
but
I've
always
been
very
passionate
about
the
people
who
try
to
get
things
done
either
at
the
departmental
level
or
the
the
team
level.

power
users
or
essentially
that
I've
always
taught
tried
to
think
about
the
middle
right.
You've
got
end
users
and
you've
got
developers
and
there's
this
big
empty
space
in

middle

that
middle
is
where
a
lot
of
interesting
things
happen
or.

term

itself.
It's
confusing
right
because,
like
too
many
folks
like
especially
in
the
past,
it
wouldn't
mean
admins,
like
admins,
were
the
IT
pros,
but
then
at
some
point
like
I

recall
it
like
I
would
do
an
IT
Pro
exam
on
SharePoint,
2013
or
2010
and
I
got
all
kinds
of
things
like.
How
do
you
setup
this?

those
labels.
All
of
them
have
always
really
really
bothered
me
because
to
me
we're
all
a
little
bit
of
everything
you
know
sometimes
do
one
thing:
sometimes
we
do
another
in
very
large
organizations.
People
get
pigeonholed
into
those

roles
and
they
they
often
are
not
allowed
to
step
out
which
create
your
credible
inefficiency.

you

say

look

bad
things
that
people
can
accomplish
today
in
Excel
or

power-ups,

build

everything

fact

understand
many
many
other
aspects

SharePoint
to
be
a
successful
deaf,
even
in
a
farm
solution.

need
it
to
actually
understand
a
lot
of
more
than
just
api's
right.

weekly

had
any
clue
how
big
this
would
actually
grow.

it's
like

don't
want
to
bet
and
end-to-end
documentation
until
you
understand

actually
catching
usage.

now
coming

on

the

middle

documentation,

people

redirecting

documentation
