A
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Cedric

raise
your
hand.
Yes,
yes,
Elizabeth

Mary
Robinson
is
not
here.
He's.
A
Come
in
very
sorry,
John
Hayden,
John
foshee
is
absent.
Hillary
Morgan,
thank
you,
Kenny
Williams
and
Khalia
Bell,
and
the
first
item
on
the
agenda
is
Suzanne
black
with
her
property
on
Martha
Street,
Cottage
Hill,
and
since
she
is
not
here,
we'll
go
on
to
project
number
two
Carter
Neely
and
a
proposed
privacy
fence
at
Old,
Alabama
town
come
describe
your
project
to
us,
sir.
E
A
pretty
straightforward
project
we
are
proposing
to
build
a
fence,
a
privacy
fence,
six
foot,
wood
privacy
fence
along
the
property
line
on
the
sorry,
the
south
side
of
the
Young
House
in
Old,
Alabama,
Town,
it'll,
separate
the
young
house
from
the
Gibson
Tire
garage
bays
and
their
parking
back
parking
lot.
This
came
at
a
request
of
the
tenant
after
some
conversations
with
Christy
and
with
Russell
we've
designed
it
so
that
it
will
not.
E
E
E
F
Is
it
just
a
pre
or
Pine
I
mean
yeah
okay,
so
it'll
fade
over
time,
which
yeah
always
none.
G
A
A
C
A
When
we
had
discussion,
no
one
mentioned
what
their
problems
with
this
project
is.
D
Yes,
that
would
be
good,
okay,
my
issue
with
the
project
is
it
started
out
as
an
issue
about
water,
being
you
know,
being
there
washing
away,
and
you
know
all
that
kind
of
stuff.
The
pictures
are
evident
of
what
the
owner
is
talking
about.
D
D
It
may
not
farewell
for
the
owner
of
the
house
next
door
if
we
were
to
be
able
to
know
definitively
that
whatever
her
solution
is,
would
actually
have
a
positive
influence
on
the
water,
where
it's
going
to
go,
how
it's
going
to
be
how
it's
going
to
drain
then
I
may
be
able
to
change
my
mind,
but
at
this
point
you're
taking
an
area
that
is
while
it's
not
grassy,
it's
not
concrete
and
it
does
still
absorb
more
water
than
concrete
or
pavers
or
whatever.
D
If,
if
there
was
more
of
a
definitive
solution
for
the
water,
because
my
biggest
issue
is
the
water
I'm
not
trying
to
move
water
from
One
Foundation
to
the
next
Foundation
I
want
a
solution
for
the
water,
I
was
convinced
by
whatever
she
proposed.
Then
I
would
change
my
mind.
But
at
this
point
I
just
don't
see
that
in
her
solution.
G
Okay,
the
water
was
going
to
be
directed
as
it
is
right
now
it
comes
out
of
the
back
and
it
bundles
down
at
the
end
of
the
sidewalk
and
has
a
straight
shot
to
the
the
street.
What
I
was
trying
to
do
was
to
pretty
much
barricade
it
in
between
the
house
and
the
get
the
fence
putting
planting
monkey
grass
along
the
side,
the
border
of
the
fence
and
the
house
that
would
keep
keep
the
water
contained
going.
That
way.
G
A
A
C
And
that's
where
you
propose
to
put
the
monkey
grass
in
the
in
the
pea
gravel
so.
G
G
A
G
And
I
chose
monkey
grass
because,
as
you
see,
my
cast
irons
have
pretty
much
taken
over.
They
will
have
to
be
cut
from
left
to
right
to
do
that.
So
we're
not
using
that
because
it
would
just
eat
up
too
much
of
walking
space
right
so
that
monkey
grass
would
contain
it
without
getting
into
the
walkway.
Okay.
B
So
I
I'm
I
think
I've
missed
a
step
somewhere
in
here,
because
I'm
unclear
I
was
unclear
without
a
plan
or
anything
of
what
your
project
is.
So
what
I'm
hearing
is
your
house
is
adjacent
to
this
property?
It's
on
the
right
side
of
that
picture.
Yes,
yes,
mine's
on
the
right
and-
and
so
the
yard
goes
like
this
going
down
so.
E
B
B
B
B
E
E
E
C
A
A
E
A
E
G
A
A
B
B
B
Not
tall
either
so
the
the
remarks
say
it's
to
be
a
four
foot
tall
right
eye
iron
fence.
This
one
looks
closer
to
maybe
four
six
or
five.
A
B
A
All
right,
let
me
see
if
I
can
make
a
synopsis
of
this.
We
are
talking
about
bringing
a
line
of
monkey
grass
from
the
post.
That's
at
the
back
of
the
house.
You'll
have
new
steps
coming
down
and
then
you'll
have
pig,
gravel
crushed.
River
Revel
is
a
better
idea
because
Pete
gravel,
you
know
you
do
this.
A
When
you
try
to
walk
and
crushed
River
gravel
doesn't
doesn't
slide,
doesn't
slide
you
as
much
will
not
put
you
down
on
your
knees
as
quickly
as
that
will,
but
some
sort
of
crushed
stone
and
then
you're
going
to
put
a
four
foot
tall
fence
and
you're
going
to
return
the
fence
into
the
house,
and
it
will
have
a
gate.
Is
that
correct,
correct
all
right?
Does
everybody
understand
that
online
yeah
all
right?
H
I,
don't
know
why
we
exactly
need
the
right
eye,
wrought
iron
fence
there,
but
if
the
erosion
is
the
problem,
I
think
that's
something
that
needs
to
be
discussed
for
the
entire
area,
not
just
part
of
it,
because
the
erosion
will
just
move
from
the
side
of
her
house
to
basically
decide
if
her
walkway
so
I.
Don't
think
this
is
a
proper
solution
for
just
the
erosion
problem.
E
H
Monkey
grass
won't
stop
because
it's
a
slope
area
and
so
from
our
backyard.
It's
still
going
to
wash
out
your
your
So.
Eventually
we're
going
to
come
back
here
and
you're
going
to
have
to
repair
it
because
it's
going
to
fall
over
I've
seen
other
instances
in
the
neighborhood,
where
you
have
a
situation
like
that
and
the
the
walkway
started
to
fall
over
the
brick
where
the
paper
is
starting
to
fall
over
because
of
the
erosion.
Okay,.
G
H
F
H
F
This
is
not
the
place
for
you
two
to
get
together
and
try
to
figure
this
out.
I
agree,
I'm,
not
trying
to
be
short
with
you.
It's
good
to
see
folks
trying
to
work
things
out.
I
certainly
do
encourage
that,
but
this
board's
job
is
to
vote
on
the
project
as
it's
presented
and
if
you
all
have
any
changes
or
modifications
that
y'all
can
agree
upon.
That's
great
so.
D
F
H
H
If
there's
an
and
if
there's
an
issue,
I
know
she's
stated
issues
about
us
parking
too
far
to
the
right,
and
we
are
glad
to
make
sure
that
anyone
who
drives
in
that
parking
spot
moves
as
far
to
the
left
as
possible
to
allow
her
her
lawn
guy
to
go
up
and
down
to
the
back
gate.
I
think,
they're
and
I
I
know
we're
not
going
to
fix
this
issue
now,
but
I
know
there's
other
Solutions.
H
B
I
I,
don't
think
it's
the
board
position
to
tell
whether
or
not
it's
a
driveway
for
this
or
that
I
think
if
there
is
a
an
issue
with
the
driveway
that
is
or
isn't
a
driveway
that
that's
got
to
come
from
some
other
group
that
that's
not
our
position.
We're
not
allowed
to
really
say
You
must
use
this
as
a
driveway
or
not
a
driveway
I
mean
I.
Think
that's
more
litigious
on
this
thing.
B
H
B
And-
and
we
agree,
that's
why
we
changed
the
position
of
the
gate
to
start
from
way
at
the
front
portion
where
she's
got
it
here
to
being
aligned
to
the
the
side
of
the
house,
which
is
what
we
do
with
pretty
much
every
fence
that
comes
it.
This
way
is
the
fences
are
typically
aligned
to
the
house
proper,
not
in
front
not
to
a
drive
not
to
a
planting.
B
It
usually
goes
to
the
house
proper,
which
is,
we've
asked
her
to
push
it
back,
which
is
a
good
what
10
feet,
or
so
yeah,
at
least
so
so
that
as
our
function
would
end
at
it
is
a
you
know,
an
acceptable
form
to
do
a
four
foot
fence
in
this
area
on
your
property
and
go
to
this
point
now,
if
you
have
a
problem
with
it
being
in
what
may
or
may
not
be
a
driveway,
it'd
have
to
go
through
some
other
means.
Not
not
this
body.
B
F
B
F
A
E
B
C
I,
don't
know
it's
it's
hard
to
tell
how
much
elevation
difference
there
is.
C
That's
a
foot
and
a
half,
but
it's
just
hard,
not
I,
haven't
looked
at
this
one
and
in
person.
So
it's
hard
to
tell
and
then
looking
at
the
the
roof
line.
I
think
a
lot
of
water
is
coming
off
the
roof.
That's
going
to
drain
onto
the
the
sidewalk,
slash
Mica
grass
area
and
it's
hard
to
tell
exactly
where
that's
going
to
hit.
But
that's
that's
going
to
be
one
of
the
major
contributors
to
the
erosion,
in
my
opinion.
What's
coming
off
that
roof
and
and
it's
going
to
land
in
that
area,.
F
C
The
monkey
grass
in
that
in
that
heart
clay,
but
again
that's
you
know
she
may
have
a
green
thumb.
H
B
B
C
C
A
C
I
understand
the
neighbors
concerned
with
it
not
being
a
driveway
I.
Just
don't
think
you
know
this
body
can
can
dictate
not
putting
the
fence
in
the
sidewalk
in
along
our
property.
So
that's
that's
my
feeling
on
it.
