Why
do
I
want
to
remove
the
shutters
you

primarily
because,
basically

don't
think
they
add
very
much
to
the
house.

if
you
go
in
that
neighborhood
and
you
look
around.

are
probably
four

five
houses
that
are
this
kind
of
modified
cape
with
shingles.

color,

trim
and
none
of
them
have
any
shutters.

one

shutters

the
shutter
is
in
the
middle

shutters

don't
really
understand
the
logic
behind

way

installed

all
seem
to
have
the
same
hinge,
structure,
ball
and
wall
and
hook
hinge
structure.

pictures

the
front
of
the

on

windows

has
evolved
and

with
a
contractor
gosh

nine
months
ago

been

while

he
boarded
up
the
vinyl
windows
and
we
were
gonna.
Let
him
work
through
this
and
then
we
got
a
complaint
that
two
wood
windows
were
put
in
and
they
didn't
quite
match.

boundary

neighborhood.

this

as
long

windows

any
objection
to
trying
to
turn
that
back
room
into
a
kitchen.

house

hired

roofer
to
come
patch,
the
back
side

the
roof
because
it
was
leaking
into
the
kitchen

getting
underneath

house

foundation
when
he
got
up
there.

tore
it
out
because
it
was
deteriorated,
making
it.

hole
now
in
the
back
of
the
house,
where
water's
just
running
in
every
time,

the
inside
of
this
house
is
in
fairly
good
condition.

damage
and
deterioration
all
over,
so
whenever
he
tore
it

go
ahead

drive
in
and
mitigate

damage
and

in

and
ask
for

taking

short
picket
part
around

back

you
brought
us
a
drawing

hadn't
started
construction,

if
you

brought
a
drawing
for
this
parapet
wall,

personally
suggested
maybe
an
open
railing
in

back.
Instead
of
the
tall
parapet
wall,
I
think
the
open
railing
would
feel
a
little
bit
more
appropriate
for
the
house.

right

house

it

live

neighborhood

be

horizontally.
