it
takes
five

A
B
E
E
Some
of
some
of
the
members
requested
the
the
folks
that
I
represent
to
meet
with
the
adjacent
property
owners
and
I
believe
they've
done
that
I'm
gonna
I'm
gonna
hand
out
a
few
things
and
I'm
gonna
ask
frank
parsons
to
come
and
speak
on
behalf
of
this
okay.
F
F
F
We
store
cars,
boats,
trailers,
golf
carts,
cedars,
we
store
all
vehicles
in
safe,
secure,
convenient
storage,
we've
been
at
it
to
the
point
where
we're
almost
profitable,
which
is
exciting
and-
and
that
brings
us
to
really
wanting
to
grow.
I
wanted
to
grow
our
business
and
to
to
use
the
10
acres.
F
That's
about
a
mile
a
little
over
a
mile.
If
that,
from
our
current
facility,
our
facility
is
a
gated
facility
with
proper
security.
We
have
staff
that
are
on
site,
24
7..
It's
there
to
again
provide
folks
a
place
and
an
opportunity
to
park
their
vehicles
and
so
forth.
Know
when
they're,
safe,
secure
and
clean
convenient
facility.
F
The
shell
gas
station
and
faith
alive
church,
which
is
we
all
share
a
fence
together
on
that
property
there
off
wallace
drive
when
we
first
came
up
with
the
idea
and
met
with
those
neighbors,
they
were
excited
because
the
property
had
basically
been
abandoned
for
about
25
years
and
had
no
use,
and
was
you
know,
dead,
bolted
and
kind
of
left
on
its
own.
F
F
Our
customers
are
largely
within
five
to
ten
miles
of
wallace
drive,
even
as
we've
learned
looking
at
our
numbers
and
so
forth
that
even
when
you're
talking
about
tractor-trailer
guys,
those
guys
live
in
the
neighborhoods
surrounding
our
facility.
F
So
as
we
were
growing
and
getting
more
business
and
all
we
wanted
to
again
look
at
an
opportunity
to
further
this
business
and
to
you
know,
to
reestablish
a
a
proper
business
in
a
neighborhood
that
was
close
to
our
facility,
one
that
we
serve
our
customers
would
be
close
to
our
existing
facility
and
would
provide
them
the
storage
and
all
that
they
need,
certainly
that
the
the
traffic
flow
up
and
down
the
boulevard
and
all
is
something
that
we
all
are
aware
of
and
so
forth
and
having
tractor
trailers,
especially
parked
privately
and
out
of
sight
and
out
of
the
way
and
so
forth,
along
with
boats,
cars,
trailers
and
everything
else
is
a
good
thing
for
everybody,
because
I
think
it
helps
every
neighborhood
to
win.
F
After
our
last
meeting,
I
was
encouraged
to
to
reach
out
to
the
other
businesses
in
the
area
to
further
talk
about
our
plans
to
develop
the
10
acres
and
so
forth,
and
I
did
take
time
to
do
that.
The
map
that
you've
got
has
a
couple
of
write-ins
here.
It
talks
a
little
bit
about
the
mortuary
talks
about
the
church
and
it
talks
about
the
dialysis
center
that
are
there
on
the
east
side
of
the
property.
We're
looking
to
develop.
F
F
So
the
folks
at
davita,
which
is
dialysis
center,
they
were
fine
with
the
with
the
plan
and
understood
what
we
were
trying
to
do
and
did
not
have
any
objections,
but
they
did
want
us
to
note
their
thoughts
about
the
use
of
dorchester
and
the
potential
barrier.
We
also
met
with
the
folks
at
the
mortuary
bernard
collins.
F
Mary
is
chasing.
I
physically
met
with
them.
They
were
under
the
auspicious
notion
that
this
was
a
truck
stop,
and
I
think
that
was
one
of
the
things
that
was
misconstrued
at
our
last
meeting.
We're
not
a
truck
stop.
We
are
secured
storage,
we
don't
offer
after
hours,
we
don't
have
gas
pumps,
we
don't
have
a
novelty
store.
We
don't
have
a
restaurant,
that's
not
us
we're
we're
storage,
so
the
guys
at
the
mortuary
said
you
know
that
was
their
biggest
concern.
F
F
F
F
You
know
that
would
give
them
more
peace
of
mind
and
so
forth.
If
you
look
at
the
map-
and
I
and
I
don't
know
that
those
honestly
in
the
zoom
had
the
map
or
had
a
picture
of
it,
but
if
you
look
at
where
we're
trying
to
establish
our
our
business,
it's
at
the
north
end
of
this
property
yeah.
F
If
you
look
at
your
color
map,
you
know
it's
10
acres,
the
the
nearest
neighborhood
you
know
is
down
here
at
the
end
of
the
10
acres,
10
and
a
half
acres
or
so
away
from
where
we're
trying
to
establish
our
business,
and
I
don't
think
a
lot
of
the
folks
on
zoom
knew
that
and
they
of
course
I
try
to
explain.
That's
what
we
were
doing.
We
would
give
more
than
an
ample
buffer
we've
even
had
discussions
saying
that
we
would
just
not
develop
the
last
two
or
three
acres
of
the
property.
F
F
Captain
you
know,
there's
the
thrift
store
to
the
to
the
west
of
the
property,
the
bingo
parlor
and
then
the
three
businesses
that
I
physically
went
and
tried
to
meet
with
to
talk
through
our
plan
to
try
to
help
them
understand
what
we
were
trying
to
do,
and
they
did
not.
They
did
not
offer
you
know
opposition,
but
they
wanted
us
to
be
aware
of
some
of
their
their
thoughts
going
forward
which
we've
had
to
change
and
incorporate
into
our
plan.
F
So
those
are
some
of
the
things
that
have
we've
been
working
on,
and
I
took
the
advice
of
this
body
and
went
and
met
and
talked
to
try
to
have
these
discussions,
so
everyone
knew
what
we
were
trying
to
do.
Our
plan
going
forward
is
to
try
to
use
access
from
the
eastern
boulevard,
not
dorchester,
we're
not
we're,
not
a
truck,
stop
whatsoever.
F
We
store
cars,
boats,
trailers,
rvs,
campers
and
certainly
looking
ahead,
because
we
think
there's
a
unique
need.
Yes,
we
would
like
to
store
tractor
trailers,
but
we're
we're
a
storage
facility
and
so
forth
a
gated
facility.
We
would
even
be
glad
to
build
a
solid
gate
around
the
property
and
so
forth
to
provide
a
bigger
barrier
for
those
who
may
be
concerned
we're
willing
to
to
do
those
types
of
things
and
we're
willing
to
further
discuss
with
the
neighborhoods
any
other
concerns
and
all
that
they
may
have.
F
We
want
to
be
a
good
neighbor.
We
want
to
be
a
good
neighbor.
We
think
we
have
an
opportunity
to
help
those
and
all
kinds
of
needs
to
store
vehicles
and
so
forth
and
we'd
like
to
be
the
ones
to
do
it
god's
blessed
us
and
allow
our
business
to
grow
and
we'd
like
to
grow.
Now
on
these
10
acres,
I
did
get
a
letter
and
I
did
ask
reverend
jackson
to
meet
with
us
tonight.
F
He
had
another
commitment,
but
he
wrote
a
letter
about
our
relationship
that
we've
had
for
three
years
on
wallace
drive.
I
think
you
got
a
copy
of
it.
I
think
he
would
be
glad
to
be
for
someone
that
you
could
reach
out
to
if
you
had
other
questions
or
concerns
about
how
we've
handled
ourselves
at
the
wallace
drive
property.
Uniquely
the
wallace
drive
property
is
less
than
400
feet
from
the
entrance
to
governor's
estate.
F
The
first
house
is
350
feet
away
from
our
entrance
to
our
facility.
We've
been
there
almost
three
years
and
have
never
had
a
problem
or
complaint
period.
If
you
go
to
the
west
of
our
property,
there's
a
an
apartment
complex
with,
I
believe,
150
apartments,
I've
thrown
footballs
with
the
kids
in
their
backyards.
At
that
property,
never
one
complaint
about
our
business.
G
Yes,
sir,
excuse
me
I'm
charles
walters,
I
just
wanted
to
say
one
thing
about
after
talking
with
all
the
neighbors
dr
parsons
and
I
are
taking
serious
the
the
landscaping
of
the
business
and
we're
putting
a
privacy
fence.
Our
our
plan
forward
is
to
put
a
privacy
fence
all
the
way
around
the
property
and
landscape
it
with
trees
such
as
our
provided
trees
and
then
also,
as
he
said,
leaving
a
nice
buffer
down
at
at
the
bottom.
B
Thank
you.
I've
got
a
couple
of
questions
for
either
one
of
you.
Maybe
the
did
you
see
the
letter,
the
previous
letter
that
was
added
to
the
revised
from
the
planning
commission.
If
you've
seen
this
letter.
H
B
H
Well,
there's
also
one
from
the
dialysis.
A
Which
contradicts
what
you
just
said
from
the
dialysis
people
nick
bostic.
F
Okay
yeah
mr
cook
and
yes,
I've
seen
it
the
misconception
that
it's
a
truck,
stop
and
so
forth,
yeah.
I
I
did
see
that
and
that's
you
know.
I
think
we
mischaracterized
or
you
know
we.
We
really
have
been
saying
trucks
and
so
much
more
than
we
should
it's
vehicle
storage.
F
But
we
get
three
or
four
calls
a
week
for
folks
trying
to
obey
the
law
and
to
do
the
right
thing
to
find
a
place
to
park
their
you
know
their
tractor
trailer
and,
and
that
has
inspired
us
to
try
to
grow
our
business
and
to
provide
a
place
for
them
and
knowing
that
when
we
first
called
and
got
the
wares
of
the
property,
we
heard
it
was
commercial.
F
F
C
Yes,
you
mentioned,
the
dialysis
place
was
okay
with
it.
You
mentioned.
Basically,
the
church
is
okay
with
it,
and
you
mentioned
the
funeral.
Home
is
okay
with
it,
but
those
places
aren't
open.
24
hours,
the
neighbors,
the
neighborhood
people
are
there
24
hours
and
if
they
object
to
it,
and-
and
you
said
yourself
that.
C
F
Councilman
mitchell
and
I
have
spoken
and,
and
that's
been
one
of
the
things
we've
tried
to
overcome
and
and
I've
said
I
would
physically
go.
You
know
as
as
folks
can
attend
and
all
to
meet
further
with
neighborhood
and
so
forth,
to
explain
that
if
that
continues
to
be
an
issue
it
it
almost
stunned
me
that
that
was
the
that
was
kind
of
the.
The
thought
is
that
we
were
a
truck
stop
that
never
even
crossed
our
mind.
A
F
I
think
what,
where
I
probably
misspoke
was
that
we're
we're
inspired
by
so
many
folks
calling
wanting
storage
for
the
tractor
trailer
and
and
we
would
like
to
help
them
meet
that
need
and
we're
entrepreneurs
we're
we're
not
a
corporation
or
a
monster
company.
We're
we're
entrepreneurs
that
yeah
that
are
in
the
storage
business,
not
in
the
truck
stop
business,
we're
drop
it
off
and
go
home.
You
know
we're
we're
coated
we're
in
the
gates.
F
You
know
you
have
a
space
and,
and
you
you
know,
you
enter
your
code,
safe,
secure,
convenient
storage,
and
then
you
leave,
you
don't
spend
the
night,
you
don't
run
your
truck,
you
don't
you
know,
you
don't
do
repairs,
it
is
storage
and-
and
I
may
have
in
my
this
descriptions
of
all
the
trucks
and
things
of
that
nature
may
have
led
folks
to
believe-
and
I
understand
that
it
was
a
truck
stop,
but
we're
not
no
we're,
not
anything
close
to
a
truck
stop.
F
E
Do
you
see
the
there's
about
a
100
foot,
swath
of
land
that
accesses
the
boulevard
right
there
to
the
north
and
there's
a
full
access
off
of
eastern
south
boulevard
right
there
to
the
north?
There's
also
a
left
turn
lane
already
constructed
on
the
north
side
of
the
bypass
turning
into
this
site
as
well.
E
E
A
That
I
don't
think
that
changes
the
situation,
because
you're
saying
that
you're
gonna
store
trailers
there.
So
a
truck
is
gonna
drive
the
trailer
inside
that
spot.
The
truck
is
coming
in
there
with
their
trailer.
That's.
F
A
F
What
I've
learned
in
three
years
is
that
two
things,
the
guys
that
are
traveling
in
state.
You
know
they
park,
they
leave
they.
They
they
come
back
at
six
in
the
afternoon.
They're
done
just
like
everybody
else.
They
come
in.
They
leave
in
the
morning,
come
back
in
the
afternoon,
those
that
are
delivering
out
of
state
they
leave
on
sunday
afternoon
and
they
don't
come
back
a
friday
afternoon
where
they
park
and
stay
home
over
the
weekend
and
do
the
same
thing
over
the
next
week.
But.
F
F
A
F
A
He
said
she
can
we
get
the.
Can
we
give
the
neighbors
an
opportunity
to
speak.
A
Someone
from
the
district
six
would
like
to
speak.
B
F
Have
michael
hodges,
briefly
speak
somewhere
within
is.
B
E
H
I
E
Oh
well,
you
know
if
we
were
to
reply
to,
I
think
we
would
have
to
provide
access
to
legal
access
to
that
property.
So
let's
say
we
carve
off
three
acres
on
the
southern
side.
It'll
be
landlocked
if
we
didn't
provide.
I
I
I
mean
you
know
you
say:
you're
gonna
use
these
bypass,
I
mean
southern
bypass,
but
later
on,
I
know
you
hope
your
business
is
going
to
grow
you're
going
to
need
more
access.
I
J
E
If
there's
a
full
access
point,
you
just
have
to
cross
there's
several
places
that
they're
are
being
delivered
that
are
not
signalized,
that
they
cross
the
bypass
as
well
and
again,
we'll
we'll
engage
the
state
and
have
a
state
permit.
I'm
sure
we'll
have
to
do
some
improvements
to
the
right
of
way
like
a
right
turn
lane
right
eastbound
on
the
boulevard,
I'm
pretty
pretty
sure
that
the
state's
going
to
require
that.
B
K
My
name
is
john
owens,
I'm
with
spring
valley,
cross,
creek,
community
association,
and
we
did
have
a
zoom
meeting
with
dr
parson
and
his
people
last
week.
We
are
not
at
all
in
any
type
of
agreement
on
what
this
business
is
going
to
bring.
K
We
went
by
their
facility
on
wallace
drive
today
and
there
seemed
to
be
ample
parking
for
the
tractor
trailers
inside
out
on.
We
saw
a
boat,
but
mostly
there
was
plenty
room
as
for
us
to
talk
about
parking
of
tractor
trailers,
the
part
that
they
came
into
where
the
entrance
is
on
wallace
drive
is
a
very
narrow
street.
Again
it
is
backed
up
to
governors
estates,
which
is
less
than
3
400
feet.
K
We
were
looking
and
told
that
it
was
a
storage
unit,
but
we
thought
there
was
going
to
be
a
storage
unit
at
first
when
we
found
out
exactly
what
it
was.
A
bunch
of
the
neighbors
and
neighborhood
associations
are
totally
against
that.
If
you
look
at
their
business
entrance
there
you're
talking
about
woodley
road
right
there
at
east
south
boulevard,
there's
a
light.
There
there's
a
light
at
dorchester.
K
I
don't
believe
that
there's
a
turning
lane
or
a
access
lane
to
the
entrance
that
they're
talking
about
up
here.
K
I
don't
believe,
there's
a
turning
lane
there.
There
is
a
bunch
of
traffic
yeah
and-
and
I
don't
see
how
you
can
go
in
to
that
area
and
not
block
traffic.
If
you're
going
to
undo
that,
you
may
need
a
stop
like
this.
There
are
two
stop
lights
there
already
one
at
woodland
road,
one
at
dorchester.
If
you
put
another
in
it's,
going
to
further
kick
traffic
back
up
on
the
bypass,
which
is
not
a
safe
entrance
right
at
all.
K
Right
now,
going
across
there,
you
just
can't
go
and
make
one
turn
you're
going
to
have
to
go
across
two
lanes
of
traffic.
The
other
thing
is
we
spoke
with.
I
spoke
with
the
funeral
home
peace
march
where
with
brainard
collins,
and
he
was
under
the
impression
that
they
were
going
to
definitely
have
an
entrance
off
of
the
bypass
and
not
off
dorchester
they're,
saying
that
they
they're
hoping
that
they
can
get
an
entrance
off
the
bypass.
K
That's
that's
an
unknown.
What,
if
they
can't
now,
if
they
rezone
this,
they
can
go
off
door
just
all
they
want
them.
This
is
not
in
our
best
interest:
they're,
not
bringing
in
any
jobs
the
business
that
we
went
by
and
saw
today.
The
yards
were
basically
have
holes
in
them,
potholes
in
them,
and
if
you
can
imagine
what
it's
gonna
do
to
their
yard.
Imagine
what
it's
going
to
do
to
those
streets
in
that
bypass.
K
We
are
firmly
against
it
firmly
against
me
and
I'm
not
just
speaking
for
spring
valley,
I'm
speaking
for
elves
mead
woodley
park.
We
have
residents
from
there
and
other
associations
if
you
look
at
their
map
on
the
other
end
that
parking
or
that
end
of
the
bypass
backs
up
to
brantford,
which
is
right
behind
the
funeral
home.
K
If
you're
talking
about
where
their
new
place
is
going
to
be
baldwin,
that's
in
the
whitney
park
area.
These
people
are
totally
against
it.
Also.
K
So
we
prayed
that
y'all
would
take
this
and
it
in
to
consideration
before
changing
a
zoning
area
like
that
to
make
it
feasible
for
someone
to
just
come
in
and
it
be
one
sided
again.
I
don't
have
a
problem
with
people
talking
about
parking,
their
tractor
trailers
off-site
or
off
our
streets.
I
haven't
seen
that
many.
K
B
L
L
There's
a
building
on
one
side,
we
don't
know,
what's
going
to
happen
to
it,
what's
going
to
say
that
trucks
are
not
going
to
park
across
the
street,
they've
been
doing
that
and
you
can't
see
it
for
the
businesses
that
are
on
the
bypass
and
they
have
torn
up
the
parking
lot.
The
other
thing
I
wanted
to
stress
was
that
there's
no
proof
that
having
this
facility,
there
is
going
to
stop
them
from
parking
in
our
residential
areas.
We're
concerned
about
traffic
increase,
of
course,
and
basically
that's
that's
about
it.
E
Good
evening,
I'm
michael
hodges,
my
family
owns
this
little
piece
of
land.
We've
done
it
a
long
time,
I'm
just
going
to
speak
in
behalf
of
the
group.
That's
trying
to
get
it
rezoned.
E
I
think
a
lot
of
the
people
are
going
to
be
parking
on
sunday
coming
back
on
friday,
there's
not
going
to
be
a
steady
stream
of
traffic
all
day
and
all
night
you're
going
gonna
have
boats,
you
can
have
rvs.
You
can
have
a
little
bit
of
everything,
but
I
think
when
people
say
that
you
know
it's
just
gonna
be
constant
traffic.
That's
I
don't
see
that
happening,
they're,
not
a
flyby
night
they're
established.
E
You
have
to
have
an
account,
so
it's
just
not
like
you
show
up
and
you
want
to
get
a
storage
spot.
That's
not
going
to
happen!
You're
not
going
to
sit
there
and
idle
all
night
you're
not
going
to
bring
trash
in
there,
and
I
would
like
to
see
something
go
in
that
area.
It's
been
dead
for
a
long
time.
The
family
mart
buildings
been
sitting
there,
the
rite
aids
sitting
there
abandoned.
E
K
Again,
I
have
questions
and
some
of
our
questions
haven't
been
answered.
K
What's
the
we
asked
about
the
number
of
vehicles,
that's
on
wallace
drive
right
now
like
say
I
went
by
there
this
morning
with
one
of
our
city,
councilmen
and
one
of
the
community
presidents,
and
there
was
ample
parking
their
parking
lot
in
itself
needed
repair.
My
next
question
is:
do
they
own?
The
building
on
wallace
drive
is
that
property
owned
by
the
not
leased
but
owned.
F
Yes,
the
property
is
owned.
The
yard
is
full
we're
at
full
full
capacity,
but
you
know
it's
a
matter
of
what
time
of
day
you
come
by
there,
so
that
that
explains
the
the
parking
and
so
forth.
Certainly
it
you
know,
there's
wear
and
tear
on
that
parking
lot
and
that
that's
all
nice,
that's
on
our
property.
We
have
to
maintain
it,
which
we
do.
K
Like
I
say
it
didn't
seem
well
maintained
today
when
I
went
by
there.
I
took
pictures,
and
I
thought
that
councilman
mitchell
may
have
already
submitted
them.
I
don't
know
if
they
have
them,
but
that
storage
place
the
garage
and,
at
the
end
of
the
street
they're
going
going
west
you'll
back
up
right
to,
I
think
it's
uncle
bob's
storage.
K
They
have
tractors
and
trailers
stored
in
there
also
now
we're
bringing
in
another
storage
facility
again.
This
is
nothing
that's
benefiting
the
area
as
far
as
jobs
as
far
as
income
for
any
of
our
people
or
any
of
these
neighborhoods.
It's
not
really
that
important
to
us,
but
we'd
like
to
see
something.
That's
going
to
be
sustainable,
that's
going
to
be
profitable
for
the
whole
area,
not
just
one
business,
that's
taking
their
money
and
going
to
another
side
of
town,
it's
not
beneficial
to
us.
K
Anyway.
We
we've
looked
at
plans
that
y'all
gave
to
us
and
talking
about
envision,
2020
a
lot
of
that
stuff,
hadn't
taken
effect,
we've
looked
at
envision
2040
and
if
this
is
kind
of
business
that
we're
talking
about
bringing
into
the
neighborhoods,
it's
not
going
to
be
good
for
us.
It's
to
me
it's
a
detriment
and
again.
I
just
hope
that
y'all
would
look
at
this
to
see
how
important
it
is
for
us
to
to
have
a
say
so
and
what's
going
on
in
our
neighborhoods.
K
We
have
so
many
businesses
that
come
in
set
up
business
and
they
they
take
take
take
and
give
nothing
back.
Like
I
say
I
look
down
that
road.
Going
back
up
to
that
road
is
torn
up
already
and
more
traffic
is
only
going
to
tear
it
up
even
worse
and
at
that
point,
who's
who's
it
going
to
be
on
the
city
and
if
they
don't
get
that
access
to
the
bypass
dorchester
is
what
now
is
that?
Are
they
able
to
go
back
and
now
enter
the
off
door?
Chester.
B
B
B
D
B
D
I
I
You
know:
there's
been
a
regulation
in
montgomery
and
other
cities
for
a
long
time
that
you
couldn't
build
on
top
of
property
lines
and
when
you
want
to
utilize
both
sides
of
the
property
lines,
you
replant
it
into
one
lot,
and
this
is
what
we,
what
we're
going
through
is
that
we
need
to
get
legal
where
the
man
can
work
on
that
property
line.
That
is
between
them
now
and
have
one
lot
only
that's
the
simple
request.
B
J
H
H
H
A
house
has
been
built
on
that
close,
very,
very
just
very
around
the
corner
from
us
and
there's
cars
parked
on
the
street.
There's
not
enough
room
to
maneuver
in
there.
We'll
have
the
same
issue
if
cars
are
parked
on
our
street
as
opposed
to
even
driveway.
So
we're
asking
is
this
going
to
be?
In
fact
a
single-family
dwelling.
I
B
H
B
H
H
B
B
I
B
J
H
H
Good
evening
I'm
brian
mcgregor's
paul
mcclendon,
with
larry
speaking
associates
here
representing
the
owner
and
developer
here.
Can
you
pull
the
mic
up.
A
H
H
B
H
Yeah,
the
lot
line
would
go
so
right
now.
You've
got
the
burger
king
sitting
there
in
a
large
parking
area.
You
can
see
from
the
aerial
photograph
there
so
right
so
immediately.
Adjacent
to
the
south
there
right
there,
where
you
are,
is
all
parking
at
this
moment
we're
looking
to
cut
that
out.
B
D
B
H
D
A
H
N
Okay,
we
are
bringing
to
you
tonight
a
application
for
a
pud
rezoning,
for
what
most
people
know
is
a
graham
property
on
vaughn
road.
N
H
H
B
C
And
and
the
other
question
is
you
have
the
entrances
coming
from?
You
have
two
interests
other
than
vonroe.
You
have
two
other
entrances
correct.
N
No,
we
have
not,
but
the
that
those
entrances
were
provided.
When
the
you
know
the
earlier
developments
in
anticipation
that
this
would
develop
at
some
point
in
time
to
you
know,
provide
continuation
of
the
streets,
so
we're
we're
taking
advantage
of
those
connections,
and
you
want
to
utilize
them.
N
C
J
Is
there,
is
there
only
one
entry
and
exit
in
phase
one?
Am
I
looking
at
that
correctly?
That's
correct
just
one.
Yes,.
C
N
C
N
That
no
sir,
I
am
not
like.
I
said,
I'm
not
I'm
not
that
familiar
with
the
with
the
area,
and
I
apologize
for
that.
I'm
not
the
the
lead
person
you
know
has
been
working
with
this
project,
I'm
essentially
filling
in
tonight.
N
You
know
into
a
development
of
this
property
and
that's
that's
the
reason
we
connected
to
them.
We
felt,
like
the
city
wanted
us
to
connect
to
them.
H
J
There's
there's
a
note,
a
notation
on
the
on
plans
that
there
are
amenities
at
at
one
of
the
entrances
that
I
I
made
a
note,
and
maybe
I
misdid
it.
But
I
was
thinking
it
was
off
bomb
and
I
was
going
to
ask
what
are
what?
What
is
that?
What
are
the
amenities
going
to
be.
N
Don't
know
exactly
what
they
will
be
typically
in
these
type
developments
they
they
would
have
something
for
the
for
the
residents
to
use.
It
may
be
playground.
It
may
be
as
simple
as
as
a
pavilion
or
something
like
that.
Is
it
a
pool.
N
Possibly
be
a
pool,
I
don't
I
don't
have
the
answer
to
that.
I
don't
think
the
developer
hasn't
finalized
his
plan
for
what
exactly
he's
going
to
do
there.
B
B
N
If
you're
thinking
this
is
maybe
geared
towards
senior
living
or
or
that
sort
of
thing,
no,
it's
just
geared
toward
family.
This
is
geared
toward.
B
B
Take
your
mask
down,
so
we
can
understand.
You
tell
us
where
you
live
and
as
the
people
come
forward,
if,
if
you're,
what
your
comments
are
or
are
similar
to
the
person
in
front
of
you,
then
you
know
you
can
come
up
and
reiterate
that.
But
we
don't
need
the
same
thing
being
said
all
over
again:
okay,
go
ahead.
M
M
M
M
Being
that
our
neighborhood
is
small,
we
already
have
a
great
deal
of
traffic
with
work,
commutes
and
school
buses
from
the
elementary
middle
and
high
schools,
as
well
as
delivery
trucks
and
garbage.
The
addition
of
additional
traffic
would
just
make
it
very
difficult
to
ensure
the
safety
and
value
of
our
homes.
M
In
our
subdivision
we
have
an
inner
circle
of
homes.
Homeowners
parking
pads
are
located
on
the
back
of
their
houses
and
with
the
tight
space
for
driving
many
homeowners
are
having
to
park
on
the
street.
This
is
already
causing
a
strain
with
leaving
and
coming
into
the
neighborhood,
because
it
is
difficult
for
cars
to
pass.
M
Additional
traffic
will
make
an
unnecessary
strain
to
an
already
congested
area.
This
would
also
make
it
difficult
for
emergency
medical
vehicles
to
get
in
and
out
of
the
neighborhood
as
a
board.
We
are
exploring
all
avenues
to
try
to
make
everyone
in
the
neighborhood
happy,
but
we
have
a
short
list
of
suggestions
and
we
are
just
not
in
position
to
add
any
more
to
this
list.
M
Many
of
the
children
in
our
neighborhood
are
attending
school.
Virtually
and
parents
are
responsible
for
their
physical
education,
many
children
ride
their
bikes
and
families
take
daily
walks
because
our
neighborhood
poses
a
safe
environment.
To
do
such
additional
traffic
would
not
allow
this
to
be
possible.
M
We
are
currently
having
a
security
gate
installed
in
our
neighborhood,
and
the
additional
traffic
would
again
put
a
strain
on
the
maintenance
and
upkeep
of
our
new
gate.
At
this
time,
we
are
trying
to
ensure
that
we
as
an
hoa,
can
continue
to
maintain
our
gait
for
our
homeowners
that
will
be
entering
and
exiting
the
neighborhood.
M
We
as
a
board
approved
to
have
camera
systems
installed
and
monitored
in
our
neighborhood
in
support
of
neighborhood
safety.
We
are
planning
to
have
the
current
system
upgraded
in
the
near
future.
With
the
current
makeup
of
our
neighborhood,
we
are
able
to
monitor
more
closely
our
homes
and
equipment.
M
Additional
traffic
again
would
put
an
additional
strain
on
our
monetary
with
the
covet
crisis.
Some
homeowners
are
loot
and
some
homeowners
losing
substantial
income.
Many
are
not
in
position
to
purchase
additional
security
for
their
homes.
They
entrust
the
board
to
put
in
place
measures
to
ensure
the
safety
and
security
of
all
families
in
the
neighborhood
to
say
it
simply.
M
Please
do
understand
that
we
are
open
to
new
developments
in
our
city
and
we
want
to
work
closely
with
the
developers
to
ensure
that
everyone
is
happy
in
their
homes
and
will
be
for
years
to
come.
The
billingsley
place
hoa
is
asking
that
the
developers
give
us
an
opportunity
to
meet
with
you
and
discuss
our
growing
concerns.
M
It
is
our
ultimate
goal
that
we
continue
to
increase
the
property
value
of
not
only
our
homes
but
homes
that
are
soon
to
come.
I
thank
you
so
much
for
your
time
and
your
willingness
to
listen
to
our
concerns
here
today.
We
look
forward
to
working
with
you
in
the
future
and
we
wish
you
all
nothing,
but
the
best
in
your
endeavors.
B
B
M
From
this
area,
richard
moore,
I
have
victor
kroll,
if
you
all
have
any
other
things.
J
J
And
second,
you
know
this
is
a
prime
example
of
not
having
the
opportunity
to
sit
down
with
the
developer
exactly
and-
and
you
know
exactly
in
all
respects-
they
deserve
that
opportunity
to
at
least
hear
and
what
we
found
and
I'm
sure
you
found
it
too.
What
we
found
is
most
of
these
cases
can
be
worked
out
once
you're,
given
the
opportunity
to
express
yourselves
and
also
the
understand
where
the
developer's
coming
and
where
you're
coming
now,
that
doesn't
mean
that
it's
going
to
be
approved.
J
That
doesn't
you
know,
but
I
do
think
you
would,
let
me
say
it
another
way.
I
don't
think
you
would
want
us
to
vote
on
this
tonight.
Okay,
and
I
think
that
what
you
would
you
you
need
to
afford
the
owner
needs
to
afford
the
opportunity
to
sit
down
and
talk
with
these
people
before
you
request
this
group
to
do
anything,
that's
my
two
cents
right.
You
can
do
with
what
you
want.
B
Since
we've
got
25
or
30
people
here,
I
will
at
least
ask
the
question:
is
the
problem
is?
Is
it
entrance
like
this
lady
suggested?
Are
there
other
issues
with
the
development
itself,
if
they're,
if
people
have
issues
with
development
itself,
I'd
like
to
at
least
hear
it
tonight,
so
mr
simpson
or
barry
can
get
those.
If
he
hears
him
tonight
since
y'all
are
all
here,
then
we
can.
M
They
need
it
if
I
may
speak
on
behalf
of
the
billingslea
place,
homeowners
association.
We
all
just
received
a
copy
of
the
plans
on
tuesday
night
and
we
that's
what
we
asked
that
I've
asked
my
board
if
they
could
look
over
the
plans,
write
their
concerns
and
questions
down
to
see
if
we
could
possibly
have
a
meeting
with
the
developers
to
ask
any
additional
questions
or
to
answer
some
of
the
questions
that
we
may
have.
B
M
B
C
And
please
go
out
to
please:
please
go
out
to
the
area
and
take
a
look
at
it.
The
the
streets
that
they
have
concerned
about.
You
know
concerns
about
just
just
just
take
a
look
at
it
and.
