A
I
want
to
thank
michelle,
beverly
and
jason
for
their
time
today
participating
in
this
panel,
and
you
know
I
learned
so
much
from
all
of
you
and
and
thank
you
for
sharing
your
resource
that
we
are
sharing
on
our
website,
so
that
people
who
are
on
this
call
and
who
view
this
video
later,
will
be
able
to
follow
up
and
see
some
of
your
great
work
so
for
everyone
on
the
call
today,
I
want
to
thank
you
for
your
time.
This
was
a
long
haul,
but
you
made
it
through.
A
I
am
so
impressed
with
how
little
attrition
we
had
over
a
three
hour
meeting.
You
all
are
troopers.
So
this
is
the
start
of
a
conversation,
it's
kind
of
crazy
to
think
that
we're
starting
with
a
big
three-hour
meeting,
but
we
have
more.
We
want
to
say
on
this
topic,
so
please
watch
your
inboxes.
A
We
are
going
to
have
some
meetings
coming
up
that
are
going
to
be
focused
on
a
provider
panel,
where
you
will
hear
directly
from
early
learning
providers
talking
about
their
experiences
and
why
it's
so
important
to
get
some
more
support
for
them.
We
are
also
going
to
be
talking
about
governance
and
the
ways
that
different
states
govern
their
early
learning
programs
and
the
impact
that
has
on
teachers
and
teacher
quality.
Well
we're
wrapping
up
here.
A
A
Okay-
oh
I
see
so
you
all
have
started
with
that.
So
all
right
cool.
I
was
gonna,
skip
this
question
because
of
time,
but
it
seems
like
you
all
are
already
on
top
of
it.
So
we
can
talk
about
it.
A
It
was
a
ranking
of
what
early
learning
workforce
issues
are
maybe
most
important
a
front
of
mind
in
your
state
and
looks
like
compensation
is
running
away
with
it,
and
professional
development
and
teacher
quality
are
kind
of
tied
there
in
second,
but
that
is
with,
I
think
three
participants,
so
we
might
be
able
to
do
better
than
that.
A
A
Well,
while
we
see,
if
anything
else,
pops
up
in
here,
I
just
want
to
remind
you
that
we
here
at
ncsl
are
stand
ready
to
answer
any
questions
you
have
on
early
learning
workforce
or
the
early
learning
as
a
topic
more
broadly,
please
let
us
know
what
questions
you
or
the
legislators
you
work
for,
may
have
we're
happy
to
do
research
if
we
don't
have
the
answer
off
the
top
of
our
head.
We
also
have
a
very
comprehensive
build
tracking
system,
so
you
can
see
what
other
states
are
doing
in
the
early
learning
space.
A
So
please
think
about
that
as
a
resource.
So,
even
if
you
just
want
to
understand
whether
students
are
doing
please
reach
out
to
us,
we
love
hearing
from
you
and
helping
you
think
about
these
issues,
we're
seeing
some
more
financing
and
funding.
Yes,
I
should
say
that
our
next
conversation,
where
we
are
going
to
talk
about
governance,
is
also
going
to
talk
about
funding
and
financing,
so
great
compensation
parity
birth
through
age,
five
with
the
k-3
and
up
to
12.,
so
yeah
we
can
dive
into
that
more.
A
A
All
right,
well,
I'm
looking
and
I
have
seen
that
we
are
close
to
time
if
you
have
any
last
words
from
any
of
our
speakers
when
you
run
csl
staff.
This
is
the
time
otherwise
you
know
I
want
to
thank
you
so
much
again
for
your
time.
We
really
appreciate
the
engagement,
even
after
so
much
online
learning,
so
I've
seen
one
more
thing
in
the
chat.
Oh
thank
you
beverly
for
participating.
A
So
with
that
nice
note,
oh
wait
we're
seeing
some
more.
We
also
have
community
base
versus
public
schools
as
a
topic
and
sorting
through
federal
funds
and
age
groupings.
That's
something
we
can
talk
about.
Yes
on
one
of
our
next
calls.
We
will
have
austin
reed
our
federal
affairs
person
for
the
education
team,
and
we
will
talk.
A
I
think,
a
little
bit
more
about
some
of
the
things
that
we
heard
from
lauren
about
ways
to
use
this
new
funding
to
support
these
educators,
so
I've
ended
a
million
times,
but
now
I
actually
am
gonna
end
and
thank
you
once
again
for
your
time
and
please
keep
in
touch.
We
will
be
sharing
resources
and
follow
up
from
this
meeting
and
certainly
be
getting
on
your
calendar
soon
for
those
follow-up
conversations,
so
thanks
again,
dollar
presenters
and
have
a
great
rest
of
your
day.
Everyone.
