support
tens

millions
of
users
without

glitch
and
ultimately,

we
see
as
a
big
opportunity
is
continuously
helping
get
more
people
into
web

and
helping

adoption
happen

also
driving
the
move
from
web
2
to
web3
in
terms
of
high
level
strategy.
How
do
we
actually
do
that?

happening
across
the
entire
ecosystem

foundation

play

very
important
role
to
continue
to
help
further
decentralize

2022

forward

building
sustainable

more
hand-holding

therefore

access

resources
is
what's

we

advancements

co-author
on
the
paper
that
pretty
much
introduced
Transformers,
which
is
the
technology.

powering

GPT
and
kind
of
image
like
stability,
mid-journey,
Etc
and
so
I've
received
a
lot
of
questions
both
from
folks
kind
of
here
in
the
ecosystem,
as
well
as
more
broadly,
what
is
kind
of
nears
doing
in
AI
space,
so
I
just
published
actually
a
a
long
read
on
near
social
about
this.
So
go
kind
of
check
it
out
under
my

off

the

but
just
to
kind
of
quickly
mention
a
few

mean
there's

not

stop
research

development

the

of

that

leading
projects

the

that

recently
announced
was
with

it's
the

platform

merges

our

do
we
handle

is
there
that
we
have
five
new
functional
work
groups
at
the
end
of
v0.
That
would
be
ready

receive
funding

the
community
treasury,
in
addition
to
the
Grassroots
styles
that
are
already
there
we'll
bring
on

V1
governance
voting
mechanism.

can

vote
and
make
decisions

ecosystem

of
what
we're
doing

strategy

community
soon,
and
it's
going
to
be
10
to
20
pages
in
there.
But
to
give
you
like
a
bit
of
a
taste
of
the
high
level,
what
we're
doing
this
is
a
short
presentation.

our
vision
here
is
to
basically
be
the
developer
community
on
here
and,
as
you
know,
with
many
programming
languages
and
open
source
communities,
there's
frequently
an
entity
behind
them
like
with
Russ.
There
is
some
Rust
foundation
and
and
similar
with
other
programming
languages,
so
think
of
that
Dao
in
a
similar
way.

We
are
facilitating
self-sufficient
community
of
near
developers,
and
we
not
only
maintain
it,
but
we
wanted
to
grow
so
all
of
the
values
of
the
classic
open
source
communities
apply
to
us,
except
we
want
to
move
it
much
much
higher
velocity
than
you
would
expect
the
typical
open
source
Community
to
move
at
and
I
mean
by
maybe
like
seven
times
faster.
This
is
our
intuition
here,
so
next

want

be
way
more
on
the
side
of
the
classic
open
source
communities,
with
a
little
bit
of
a
stream
of
money
to
kind
of
make
things
move
faster
or
incentivize

projects

implies

ecosystems.
So
we
don't
have
we
don't
just
care
about
developers
entirely
dedicated
to
near.
We
have
already
collaborations
with
echa
systems
like

we
want
to
have
the

developers,

that
means
that
this
month
they
might
be
active
or
near
next
month
they

blockchain-
and

is
totally

with
this
blockchain
operating

we're
building
contributing
means

care
about
developers
who
actually
invest
some
of
that
time
or
effort
into
near
right

I

not
just
build
or
build
code,
but
also
help
other
developers.

answer
some
questions

a

in

Tech

expert

They
can
be
the
ones
actually
helping
and
social
channels,
and
we

a
way

incentivize
this

awareness

focus

retention

because
the
developer,
Dao,
we
see,

the
main
mechanisms

developers

Discovery
to
actually
stay
around
and
do
something
because
developer
Dao
is
is
all
about
the
community
and
the
community
is
what
keeps
people
around.

it's
a

will

a
very
strong
retention
mechanism
and
already

goal

to
have
multiple

actually
doing
fundraising
and
Partnerships,
and
negotiations
and
event
planning,
and
it's
entirely
sufficient
for
the
open
source
Community
to
just
accomplish.

Partnerships,
even
with
companies
like
Google
and
any
kind
of
other
Fan
Company,
it's
entirely
possible
for
the
open
source
Community
to
accomplish
all
of
that
with
just
minimal
governance
structure
and
maybe
five
to
ten
people
at
the
top
doing
all
that
work,
strategic
initiatives,
zero
knowledge
is
our
chosen,
a
strategic
initiative
right
now
we
are
heavily
helping
this
slice
of
the
near
ecosystem.
We
haven't
started.
We
just
started
actually
advertising
on
what
we're
doing
there
I
want
to
assure
you.

that
is
actually
our
deep
Tech
awareness
pipeline.
That
will
make
sure
this
is
happening.
We
have
set
up
something
there,

there
is

long
long
way
to
go
there
to
actually
create
a
channel

makes
sure

by
near
have
been
broadcasted

explained

the
ecosystem.

hubs
with
all
kind

they
run
the
hackathons,

they
attract
local
developers?

kind
of
technical
messaging
do
they
have,
so
this
is
currently

set
up?

finally,
the
three

support
public
repositories.

is
what
I
call
the
centralized
devrel.

Basically,
the
idea
here
is
to
have
Community
sourced
way
of
maintaining
and
and
improving
documentation
having
people
helping
in
Social
channels
and
even
managing
the
public
repositories
of
which
we
have
more
than
200.
Actually
today,
yeah,
so
a
lot
of
things
again
are
getting
done
there
and
I'm
going
to
share
a
broader
surgery
overview
in
the
based

with
with
everyone.
Next

for
us
is
that

we

storage

decentralized

just
hire

develop

way.

will
take
us
time
to
figure
out

to
do
it
in
decentralized
way.
So,
meanwhile,
we're
just
going
to
backfill
it
with
the
community
members
who
are
basically
going
to
be
executing
the
role
of
the
Deborah,
but
they're
going
to
be
compensated
through
the
developer
dial.

are
bootstrapping.
This
event's
local
presence
pipeline
that
I've
been
talking
about,
which
is
a
very
big
responsibility
together
with
deep
Tech
awareness
and
our
goals
for
the
Q2
would
be
focus
on
the
Zero
knowledge
projects,
finalizing

setup
of
the
operations
legal
structure
and
now
we're
getting
to
polish
and
everything.

need
to
take
to
take
everything
that
we

it
move
faster
