Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
D
Thank
you
very
much.
The
invocation
today
will
be
led
by
the
honorable
karen
joliet,
commissioner.
If
you
can
come
forward
and
if
everyone
else
could
please
rise,
she'll
leave
the
invocation
followed
by
the
pledge
of
allegiance.
A
D
Thank
you,
commissioner
joliet.
This
will
now
move
us
to
approval
of
the
minutes.
Can't
get
a
motion
to
prove
the
minutes.
From
our
april
14th
meeting
moved
by
commissioner
kowal
supported
by
commissioner
nelson
any
discussion,
seeing
none
all
in
favor
of
approving
the
minute
say:
aye
aye
opposed,
say,
nay,
let
the
records
reflect
that
the
minute's
been
approved
unanimously,
and
this
will
now
move
us
to
approval
of
the
agenda.
D
I
believe,
in
one
item
was
moved
from
the
consent
agenda.
Mr
chair,
oh
sorry,
commissioner,
nelson
thank.
F
You,
mr
chair,
I'd
like
to
request
a
waiver
of
rule
three
for
public
health
and
safety
items
12
I
through
12w
on
the
consent
agenda.
These
resolutions
were
taken
up
just
prior
to
tonight's
board,
meeting
at
4
30.
D
And
it's
also
been
requested
to
move
item
c
that
was
under
economic
development
onto
the
regular
agenda.
I
don't
know
request
so
that
if
you
refresh
your
agenda,
that
will
be
reflected
as
well
so
move
by
commissioner
nelson
seconded
by
commissioner
kowal
to
approve
the
agenda
as
presented
there,
I'm
all
in
favor,
say
aye
aye
opposed,
say,
nay,
let
the
record
reflect
that
the
agenda
has
been
approved
unanimously.
This
will
bring
us
to
communications.
D
The
first
thing
first
order
up
is
we
have
a
public
hearing
specifically
for
a
local
road
improvement
program,
special
committee
and
approval
of
the
2022
road,
local
road
improvement
program,
project
applications
of
commissioner-sponsored
resolutions-
and
they
are
all
detailed
in
here.
State
law-
requires
a
public
hearing
on
these
issues.
The
local
road
improvement
program
is
a
partnership
between
oakland
county
and
our
local
communities
to
help
fix
roads
in
those
local
communities,
and
so,
if
any
member
of
the
public
wishes
to
speak
on
those
items,
please
come
to
the
podium.
D
Yes,
maybe
you
can
just
state
your
name
and
ask
you
to
speak
for
three
minutes,
so
this
is
just
on
the
local
road
improvement
program.
There's
lots
of
other
public
comment
tonight
welcome.
G
I
don't
think
okay
now,
I
think
it's
a
justice.
Thank
you.
My
name
is
catherine
kennedy,
I'm
from
lake
orion
and
on
the
special
roads
commission
item.
I
would
actually
object
that
any
of
it
be
discovered
because
this
morning,
when
I
downloaded
the
entire
packet,
nothing
for
communication
item
7a,
existed
and
in
fact
item
9a,
9b
and
9c
on
the
agenda
that
refer
to
projects
5501
and
56771,
both
for
2
million
each.
G
G
Both
there
were
four
extra
items
that
were
interjected
in
between
what
was
originally
the
final
budget
review
hearing
at
august
25th,
but
a
new
inserted
meeting
was
added
for
august
31st,
because
homeland
security
budget
was
changed
and
the
board
had
just
done
the
mass
mandate
the
day
before
and
did
a
brand
new
system
the
day
before
that
proposed
final
budget
hearing
august
25th
of
2021,
these
items
are
stated
as
being
created
by
amy
aubry
for
18,
22
or
recently
anyway.
G
However,
if
you
scroll
down,
you
see
that
the
actual
approval
relies
on
september
29
2021
approvals,
which
were
the
two
out
of
two
year
coulter
budget
meeting
that
we
had,
and
these
were
two
of
the
four
amendments
that
I
believe
that
were
added
from
the
floor.
During
that
meeting.
The
fact
that
none
of
the
items
which
are
2022
item
1
through
2022
item
335.
That
seems
to
me
like
a
whole
lot
of
money
and
being
your
of
public
body,
that's
supposed
to
be
a
fiduciary
of
our
funds.
G
That
government
agencies,
staff
and
officials
are
required
to
meet
the
fact
that
we
also
had
an
interjected
11
45
at
may.
4Th
finance
subcommittee
audit
meeting,
which
was
never
published
before
for
the
sole
purpose
of
choosing
plant
moran
for
the
2022
audit,
without
any
kind
of
competitive
bidding
or
any
of
review.
G
D
D
D
This
will
now
move
us
to
presentations.
I'm
going
to
call
recognize
the
honorable
commissioner,
chris
kristen
nelson
to
present
the
2022
outstanding
oakland
county,
older
adult
award,
and
I
will
give
the
floor
to
commissioner
nelson.
F
In
light
of
maybe
national
older
adult
month,
commissioners
have
nominated
an
older
adult
within
their
communities
for
the
oakland
county,
outstanding
older,
adult
award,
the
individuals
being
honored
this
evening
have
gone
above
and
beyond
in
their
communities,
contributing
their
time
leadership
and
their
wisdom,
making
our
communities
stronger,
more
informed
and
better
connected
at
this
time.
I'd
like
to
call
all
commissioners
and
honorees
forward
to
join
me
here
at
the
podium.
H
It
is
my
distinct
pleasure
to
recognize
jackie
smirka
this
evening.
Jackie
puts
the
energizer
bunny
to
shame.
She
is
currently
the
president
of
the
board
of
faith
of
faith
in
action
and
mission
possible
in
oakland
county.
The
organization
has
been
a
registered
501c3
with
the
state
since
may
13
2013..
H
Their
initial
goal
was
to
help
low-income
elderly
in
oakland
county
through
the
efforts
of
volunteers,
with
various
things
such
as
house
cleaning,
providing
respite
relief
for
caregivers,
taking
elderly
patients
to
appointments
and
much
more
in
2019,
the
board
sponsored
a
work
camp
for
high
school-aged
students
soliciting
to
all
high
school
principals
and
social
workers
in
the
county.
The
seven
students
who
volunteered
did
safety
home
repairs
in
13
homes
in
pontiac
in
five
days.
H
The
board
was
so
impressed
that
they
voted
to
continue
what
the
student
started.
Dubbing
admission
possible
mission
possible
pays
for
materials
while
construction
companies
all
over
the
county,
volunteer
to
do
safety,
home
repairs
for
low
income,
elderly,
disabled
and
veteran
homeowners.
To
date,
there
is
quite
a
list
of
completed
projects.
H
Over
the
years,
jackie
smirka
has
become
an
expert
on
available
services
for
seniors
and
veterans.
She
is
sought
out
by
many
seeking
guidance
and
refers
them
always
to
the
best
resources.
Anyone
who
knows
jackie
knows
she
won't
take
no
for
an
answer.
I
know
that
very
personally,
she
will
always
find
a
solution
for
any
given
situation.
H
Honored.
To
present
you
with
this,
this
plaque,
jackie,
and
I
want
to
give
a
shout
out
to
her
ever
patient
husband,
dave
sitting
back
there
too.
She
puts
him
to
work
all
the
time.
I
Thank
you
so
much,
but
I'd
like
to
accept
this
award
on
behalf
of
those
seven
kids.
All
of
them
were
from
low-income
families
and
very
poor,
and
they
were
the
ones
that
signed
up
to
help
us
repair
these
homes
these
in
these
13
homes.
In
five
days.
I
can't
even
begin
to
tell
you
how
amazing
that
was
the
last
night.
They
were
the
ones
that
said
we
should
move
this
forward
and
help
all
of
the
people
that
we
can
in
oakland
county.
I
J
Hello,
my
senior
excuse
me
my
outstanding
older
adult
is
carolyn
price
and
if
they
gonna
put
the
picture
up
or
oh,
they
are
so
she
couldn't
be
here
today.
She
had
a
conflict
in
her
schedule,
but
carolyn
price
is
a
community
activist
in
the
city
of
pontiac
and
actually
for
some
of
you
who
may
know
huber
price.
He
was
a
former
commissioner.
This
is
his
wife.
J
She
also
serves
as
a
senior
liaison
for
me
for
the
commission
senior
citizens
group.
She
has
over
the
years,
helped
so
many
people
and
she's.
Actually
the
lady
in
the
gray,
little
sweater,
with
the
face
covering
so
y'all
know
who
I'm
talking
about.
J
She
has
over
the
years,
helped
so
many
people,
but
her
focus
is
with
helping
and
leading
the
seniors
living
in
the
city
of
pontiac.
She
is
the
chair
of
the
world
renown.
You
better
tell.
I
said
that
world-renowned
golden
opportunity
club.
This
is
a
very
active
senior
group
that
comes
together
on
a
weekly
basis
and
receive
information
to
help
them
and
their
families.
She
has
volunteered
many
hours
to
different
organizations
helping
in
our
community
and
we
appreciate
her
so
much
for
everything.
So
thank
you
and
honoring.
J
I
am
so
proud
to
be
presenting
this
to
this
queen
standing
next
to
me,
because
this
woman
is
a
tireless
supporter
of
the
city
of
southfield
and
her
name
is
barbara
selden
and
tonight
barbara,
you
are
more
than
just
your
service
means
so
much
more
than
just
this
plaque.
I
wish
I
could
give
you
a
million
dollars.
J
K
J
Read
something
about
barbara
barbara
puriforay
selden
is
currently
a
retired
associate
professor
assistant
to
the
dean
for
special
projects
and
director
of
minority
recruitment
in
the
department
of
perion
dentology
division
of
dental
hygiene
at
the
university
of
detroit
mercy.
High
school
I
mean
I'm
sorry,
school
of
dentistry
as
assistant
to
the
dean
for
special
projects
and
director
of
minority
affairs.
J
She
is
currently
an
examiner
right
now
currently
for
for
the
commission
on
dental
competency
assessments.
She
is
past
president
and
former
treasurer
for
the
martin
luther
king
task
force
and
current
chairperson
for
the
martin
luther
king
international
taste
fest
in
2010.
Commissioner
nancy
corals
originally
appointed
her
to
the
oakland
county
senior
advisory
council,
where
she
consid
continues
to
serve
as
yolanda
charles's
representative,
but
she
lives
in
my
in
my
area.
J
Her
community
service
was
recognized
for
our
former
mayor
now,
congresswoman
brenda
lawrence
as
michigan
december
10
2005
and
was
named
barbara
purifoy
selden
day
in
the
city
of
southfield,
in
recognition
of
her
long-standing
service
of
excellence
and
community
service
to
veterans
and
president
of
the
south.
She
also
serves
as
president
of
the
southfield
veterans
organization
in
2018
mayor
ken
siver
appointed
her
to
the
southfield
veterans
commission
in
2011,
as
president
of
the
martin
luther
king
task
force
and
in
2013
and
14,
along
with
the
united
nations,
barbara
traveled,
to
exopla.
J
J
This
there
is
no
real
pleasure
in
giving
or
having
true
pleasures
in
giving
and
to
give
without
the
need
for
reciprocity.
So
I
wasn't
looking
for
anything
in
return
in
everything
that
I
do.
I
do
it
from
my
heart.
I
am
a
veteran
and
I'm
proud
of
my
veteran
service,
and
I
know
that
I
came
from
very
meager
beginnings,
so
when
you
have
nothing
and
you
get
a
little
bit,
you'll
learn
to
give
a
little
bit
forward,
and
so
that's
what
I
do
I
think
janet.
B
Well,
our
welcome
this
is
barb
garbett.
If
you
ever
need
anything
done
in
cameras,
township
or
anyone
on
a
board
or
commission.
This
is
who
you
go
to.
Everybody
knows
her
she's
lived
in
cameras
township
for
52
years
now
she
started
her
teaching
career
as
a
physical
education
teacher.
She
quickly
got
promoted
to
assistant
principal
then
her
love
for
the
outdoors
landed
barb,
the
full-time
position
of
outdoor
education
director
for
18
years
for
the
last
seven
years
of
her
teaching
career
barb
served
as
principal
of
commerce
elementary
school.
B
Camp,
so
she
knows
rob
when
she
was
very
little
so
yeah.
I
get
all
the
stories
so
barb
donates
her
time
to
numerous
boards
and
commissions,
including
walt
lake
city
and
commerce,
township,
community
library,
board,
commerce,
townships
parks
and
recreation.
Commission
wall
lake
schools,
credit
union
board.
B
She
maintains
those
three
little
free
libraries
and
puts
our
own
books
in
our
parks
and
commerce,
and
barbara
represents
district
7
commerce
and
an
oakland
county
senior
advisory
committee
and
she's
very
good
she's
an
advocate.
She
goes
to
the
senior
centers
and
tells
them
all
the
important
issues
on
the
senior
events,
and
I
probably
missed
a
lot.
She
does
more.
She
also
works
with
the
boy
scouts.
What
do
we
do
with
the
cemetery
we
clean?
We
clean
them
off,
thus
old.
What
how
old
is
it?
B
Cemetery
she's
on
a
cemetery
committee
to
100
year
old
cemetery
she
cleans
and
fixes
the
what
do
they
call
it
again
now
headstones
tombstones,
yeah
she
fixes
and
does
that
with
boy
scouts.
So
she
does
many
more
things,
but
I'm
it's
honored
to
give
barb
garbage
this
plaque
today
and
congratulate
her.
Thank
you.
L
D
Gwen
before
you
do
that
to
our
honorees
here,
you
are
welcome
to.
If
you
need
to
sit
in
any
of
these
chairs
up
here
I
mean
sit
in
the
commissioner's
chairs.
You
are
invited
to
sit
there
and
and
can
come
up
when
the
commissioner's
presenting.
I
don't
want
anyone
to
fall
all
right.
L
Good
evening
everybody
I'm
gwen
markham,
I
represent
district
nine
and
my
honoree
is
dr
siddharth
mob
sangvi.
When
I
started
to
think
about
who
in
novi
is
a
older
adult,
that's
worthy
of
recognition.
His
name
popped
right
into
my
head
so,
and
I
think
everybody
in
novi
says
that,
because
when
I
started
to
call
around
and
ask
people
about
him,
they
all
said:
oh
we're
so
glad
you're
doing
this.
L
So
anyway,
he
moved
to
novi
in
1975
and
he's
been
serving
us
ever
since
he's
originally
from
rajkot
rajkut
india,
where
he
attended
the
same
high
school
as
mahatma
gandhi,
and
I
think
that
really
influenced
the
way.
He
thinks
he's
told
me
about
that
many
times
upon
earning
his
medical
degree
in
1956.
L
L
L
Much
of
his
volunteer
service
has
been
with
the
novi
rotary,
which
he
joined
in
1977
he's
been
the
chapter
president
he's
been
the
district
governor
and
when
he
was
district
governor
in
1987
to
88,
he
advocated
very
strongly
for
women
to
be
admitted
into
rotary.
So
I
like
that,
especially
about
you
and
today
he
still
works
with
the
international
rotary,
bringing
nicu
services
and
hpv
vaccinations
to
rural
india.
L
He
became
a
member
of
the
novi
city
council
in
1998.
He
later
was
appointed
to
the
board
of
zoning
board
of
appeals
where
he
still
serves
today
he's
a
former
member
of
the
chamber
of
commerce
board
of
directors.
He
served
on
the
novi
community,
school
excellence
and
education
committee
and
he
currently
sits
on
the
2022
state,
fair
steering
committee.
L
A
M
A
M
F
Cam
truly
goes
above
and
beyond
to
make
sure
that
all
voices
across
oakland
county
are
heard
while
tirelessly
advocating
for
programs
and
services
that
enhance
our
aging
older
here
adults
here
in
oakland
county.
Whether
cam
is
speaking
at
local
events
to
raise
awareness
on
important
senior
issues,
collaborating
with
community
organizations
or
popping
into
our
local
community
senior
centers
across
oakland
county
to
lend
a
hand,
cam
exhibits,
a
spunky
warmth
and
genuineness
that
always
lightens
the
room
and
brightens
the
day
so
cameron.
It
is
an
honor
to
recognize
you
today.
A
Thank
you,
I'm
not
usually
lost
for
words,
as
commissioner
nelson
will
tell
you
normally,
they
have
to
tell
me
to
shut
up
okay.
I
am
the
chairperson
of
the
oakland
county
senior
advisory
council,
which
was
created
by
l,
brooks
patterson,
and
our
county
executive
david
coulter
continued
to
allow
us
to
exist.
A
Okay-
and
I
want
to
thank
our
county
commissioners
for
the
support
that
they
give
us
because
we
interact.
There
are
24
of
us,
they're,
21
senior
advisory
council
members,
there's
one
assigned
to
each
county
commissioner.
A
So
we
tried
to
keep
them
clued
in
on,
what's
going
on
with
us
old
folks,
okay
and
they
listen
and
we
are
off
and.
A
N
A
Bueller,
thank
you
so
much
for
the
opportunity
to
speak
today.
I'm
hoping
you
can
hear
me
just
fine
a
little
while
back
I
put
a
call
out
to
some
members
of
district
17
to
help
me
recognize
someone
doing
outstanding
work
in
lathrop
village,
school
board,
trustee
and
lather
village
resident
ashanti
bland
told
me
about
her
neighbor,
who
was
always
picking
up
litter
along
the
street
and
even
near
696.
A
I'm
anti-litter,
if
you
didn't
know-
and
I
just
appreciate
members
of
the
community
like
john
who
don't
mind
getting
out
there
and
just
making
our
community
beautiful,
and
so
he
said
to
me
when
I
told
him
about
the
award
that,
like
many
of
the
people
who
have
spoken,
he
doesn't
do
it
for
recognition
and
that's
what
makes
this
very
very
special,
because
it
is
nice
to
recognize
people
who
are
doing
it
just
for
the
good,
and
so
with
that
john.
I
do
want
to
recognize
your
beautiful
wife.
A
O
Thank
you,
you
know.
Thank
you.
So
much.
A
very
famous
person
two
thousand
years
ago
said
I
love
your
neighbors
yourself,
and
so
all
I
do
basically
is
trying
to
love
our
neighborhood
by
cleaning
up
I'm
not
on
any
committees.
I
almost
feel
like.
Why
am
I
here
because
of
all
these
other
famous
people?
Who've
done
all
these
great
things.
I
just
pick
up
trash
every
day
and
I've
been
doing
it
since
1989
on
a
two
to
four
mile
route.
O
So
I
picked
up
a
lot
through
the
years
and
I
just
try
to
keep
lace
up
clean.
I
even
go
to
southfield
on
12
miles,
so
I
enjoy
doing
it
because
it
makes
a
difference
as
far
as
how
people
see
the
neighborhood
and
I
want
it
to
be
clean.
I
do
recycle
as
much
as
I
can
too
so
I'm
trying
to
do
what
I
can
to
make
the
earth
a
better
place
in
our
city
a
better
place
and
the
neighbors
have
stopped.
Sometimes
when
I'm
walking
and
do
say
thank
you
in
their
car.
P
Well,
I
have
the
opportunity
tonight
to
introduce
howard
adams
and
howard
is
one
of
the
incredible
dynamos
in
troy.
When
I
first
was
talking
with
cindy
stewart,
who
is
the
troy
community
affairs
director
about
who
is
who
is
really
into
senior
affairs
and
community
involvement?
All
those
things
and
cindy
knows
everything
in
the
city
of
troy.
P
She
mentioned
only
one
name,
and
that
was
howard
adams
and
so
howard
is
the
troy
representative
on
the
senior
advisory
committee.
He
has
done
so
many
things
that
I
am
unfortunately
not
going
to
relay
all
of
them.
Okay,
but
you
know,
he's
been
involved
in
the
city's
board
of
review,
the
historic
commission
and
the
troy
historic
village
board,
as
well
as
you
know,
church
and
neighborhood,
and
you
name
it
so
I'm
into
short
and
simple.
So
howard
has
done
a
great
job
and
he
certainly
deserves
this
commendation.
As
an
outstanding
older
adult
adult
from
troy,.
A
Thank
you
tom
word
of
admonition
to
all
of
us.
If
you're,
not
a
senior
citizen
by
now,
you
will
be
someday
and
if
you
don't
know
what
the
definition
of
that
is,
it's
50
years
old,
so
by
a
show
of
hands
who
is
not
50
years
old
here.
Q
Thank
you.
My
nominee
is
from
madison
heights.
Lori
gerald's
laurie
has
been
a
cornerstone
of
volunteerism
in
madison
heights.
Over
the
last
40
years
she
had
good
leaders
of
that
and
her
parents,
former
state
representative
and
mayor
monty
gerald's
and
barb
gerald's
she's
involved
in
so
many
things.
The
list
could
go
on
for
hours,
so
I
won't
go
through
all
of
them,
but
she's
very
active
in
the
intermediate
women's
club
in
madison
heights
has
been
for
a
long
time.
She's
held
every
office
from
president
to
treasure
to
secretary
and
right
now
down
the
line.
Q
I
think
she
started
a
program.
It's
called
matt,
which
is
make
a
difference
mondays,
and
she
does
this
during
the
summer
time
and
she
gets
a
group
of
kids
parents,
senior
citizens,
that'll
go
out
and
paint
bleachers
in
a
park.
Q
Make
sure
that
all
the
swings
are
are
hanging
right
and
that
kind
of
thing
she
does
a
terrific
job
at
everything
she
does
she's
been
very
involved
with
memorial
day
parade
the
committee
that
puts
that
together,
as
well
as
a
veterans
day
ceremony,
the
madison
heights
arts
board
madison
heights
pumpkin
walk.
So
you
can
see
that
she's
very
active
in
the
community,
and
all
you
have
to
do
is
if
you
need
some
help.
Q
A
L
A
C
C
C
So
she
first
became
active
in
the
school
ptas
in
the
60s
and
70s,
which
led
her
to
joining
the
school
board
in
the
70s
throughout
the
years.
She's
volunteered
with
the
clausen
historical
museum,
many
in
a
variety
of
activities
in
our
fourth
of
july
festivities
secured
donations
for
the
veterans
memorial
memorial
wall
at
our
city
hall,
attended,
most
city
council
meetings,
planning
meetings,
every
meeting
that
we
would
have
in
the
city
and
has
helped
with
local
campaigns.
C
She
is
the
epitome
to
me
of
our
class
and
community
activists,
much
knowledge,
much
wisdom,
much
experience
that
she
shares
with
others
and
with
me
we
have
become
friends
throughout
the
years
and
it
it's
my
honor,
so
you're
my
sounding
board
at
times.
So
I
will
often
go
to
lou's
house
and
visit
with
her.
C
I
I
wanted
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
my
nominee,
who
is
sylvia
whitmer?
I
My
son
went
to
the
went
through
the
birmingham
school
district
and
sylvia
was
the
head
of
developmental
case
k
through
12
development,
and
she
was
such
an
outstanding
role
model.
I
was
a
a
big
fan
of
hers
and
then
I
learned
she
was
in
my
district.
She
lived
in
my
district
and
it
was
my
honor
to
appoint
her
to
the
citizen
advisory
council,
I'm
so
proud
of
the
work
she
does.
I
R
Thank
you
all
right
good
evening.
I
I
first
I'd
like
to
call
up
any
county,
commissioner.
That
would
like
to
be
in
the
background
and
say
something
after
I
have
a
small
speech
about
the
former
councilman
in
my
district
that
I
took
over
for
bill
dwyer,
so
anybody
wants
to
come
up
feel
free
to
come
up,
so
I
have
the
great
honor
bill
dwyer.
R
R
So
I
don't
think
anybody
can
argue
that
he
loves
to
protect
and
serve
and
he
also
did
a
good
job
as
in
a
great
job
as
a
commissioner,
I
meet
with
him
periodically
and
I
will
let
me
back
up
and
say
he
was
not
able
to
be
here
from
circumstances
beyond
his
control,
so
I've
met
with
him
a
few
times
and
we
rely
on
a
lot
of
things.
We
have
a
lot
of
good
views
together,
a
lot
of
good
talks.
R
J
I
just
want
to
say,
as
a
fellow
commissioner,
serving
in
farmington
farmington
hills
with
llama
commissioner,
garcia
and
miller
that
commissioner
dwyer,
his
presence
on
the
board
of
commission,
really
enabled
us
to
look
at
law
enforcement
in
a
in
a
personal
way
because
of
his
long
history
in
law
and
law
enforcement,
and
he
was
easy
to
work
with
in
a
changing
district.
So
I
appreciated
what
I
learned
from
him
and
I'm
I'm
watching
him
and
warren,
and
some
of
the
things
that
we're
doing
right
now
with
law
enforcement
and
active
shooter
training
for
churches.
J
He
has
been
a
trailblazer
in
that
and
and
for
the
city
of
warren.
So
thank
you
for
for
presenting
him
with
this.
Q
Yeah
I
served
with
bill.
He
was
a
chairman
of
the
public
safety
committee
and
then,
when
he
retired
I
took
over
as
chairman
for
that
committee,
we're
both
very
strong
supporters
of
law
enforcement
and
I
think
he
did
a
terrific
job
for
the
for
his
district.
So.
I
Bill
dwyer
was
one
of
my
favorite
commissioners.
We
worked
together
so
well.
He
I
said
one.
I
said
one
but
well
he's
not
a
commissioner
though
okay,
so,
but
the
thing
that
really
stands
out
in
my
mind
was
the
courage
he
showed
when
he
stood
up
for
gun
safety
initiatives.
I
It
was
very
powerful
to
stand
next
to
a
gentleman
who
had
been
the
police
commissioner
for
two
communities
who
was
so
well
respected
in
his
field,
to
stand
up
and
advocate
for
safe
gun
ownership,
and
he
was
just
someone
I
admire
a
very
good
friend.
We
had
some
great
times
with
johnny
giannapolis
at
gianapolis
restaurant,
and
I
just
have
to
say
that
bill
lost
his
wife
of
65
years
recently
and
has
been
going
through
somewhat
of
an
adjustment.
K
I
grew
up
in
farmington
hills
and
bill
was
the
chief
of
police
back
in
the
day
when
I
was
still
going
through
high
school
and
bill
will
be
the
first
to
tell
you
his
resume
for
the
number
of
years
that
he's
been
in
law
enforcement,
which
has
been
a
lot
he's
done.
A
lot
of
great
things
here
at
the
board
of
commissioners.
He's
done
a
lot
of
great
things
in
farmington.
He
did
a
lot
of.
A
K
Great
choice:
yeah:
I
just
want
to
take
a
minute
to
talk
about
bill
2
as
the
former
chairman
of
the
board
and
the
one
trying
to
organize
all
the
votes,
many
times
bill,
and
I
would
have
debates
but
there's
two
things
about
bill.
He
would
always
start
and
end
with
the
smile,
so
he
wasn't
hostile.
It
wasn't
negative
life,
wasn't
a
fight,
we
didn't
hold
grudges,
but
we
could
agree
and
be
disagreeable,
and
I
think
that's
a
lesson
that
we
need
more
of
today
amongst
our
own
parties
and
amongst
cross
parties.
K
The
other
thing
I
would
say
about
bill
is:
we
could
list
his
accomplishments
about
about
10
pages
long,
but
if
you
got
to
know
bill
and
you
and
you
really
understood
something,
what
he
loved
and
was
probably
most
proud
of,
was
his
benevolent
fund.
The
golf
charity
that
he
put
on
every
year
to
raise
money
for
officers
who
died
in
the
line
of
fire
and
had
kids,
and
that
should
say
something
to
all
of
us
too.
K
So
you
know,
I
appreciate
you
recognizing
bill
and
thank
you
for
letting
us
have
an
opportunity
to
talk
about
them.
R
And
I'm
glad
commissioner
gainesville
brought
up
the
benevolet
fund
because
the
farmington
hills
is
where
it
started
and
they
had
one
year
without
bill
there,
and
they
didn't
see
the
contributions
that
they
saw
so
he's
on
the
ground.
He's
not
he
didn't
just
set
it
up
and
let
it
run
he's
out
there
knocking
doors,
get
out
there
getting
contributions
to
make
sure
that
these
families
get
what
they
need.
R
F
D
Thank
you,
commissioner,
nelson,
for
leading
this
effort
to
recognize
seniors
across
oakland
county
making
oakland
county
the
great
place
that
it
is
to
live
next
up.
I'd
like
to
let
me
call
on
the
honorable
mike
gingel
to
present
the
next
proclamation
in
the
service
of
a
mutual
friend
of
ours.
Mr
dennis
cowan,
commissioner.
K
Thank
you,
mr
chair.
So
you
know
continuing
recognizing
people
have
done
great
things
in
our
community.
I'd
like
to
ask
dennis
cowan
to
come
forward,
and
I
know
that
many
of
us
know
and
have
worked
with
dennis
over
the
years
if
you'd
like
to
come
forward
to
support
recognizing
him
with
me.
Please
do
I'd
also
like
to
take
a
minute
to
recognize
his
wife,
andrea
of
many
years,
who
I
know
she's
back
there
waiting
for
date
night.
K
So
we'll
we'll
make
this
quick
and
I
believe,
good
roots
from
lake
orient
so
go
dragons,
yes,
but
for
those
of
you
that
don't
know
dennis
he's
been
a
prevalent
attorney
in
oakland
county
for
many
many
years
and
recently
he
had
a
great
honor
bestowed
upon
him,
which
is
why
we
want
to
recognize
him
this
evening.
So
I
know
there's
a
lot
of
us
here
and
probably
the
most
efficient
way
is
I'll,
just
read
the
the
proclamation
and
then
we
can
all
make
comments
as
as
appropriate.
K
So
let
me
do
that,
whereas
it
is
an
honor
to
recognize
oakland
county
residents
who
have
demonstrated
exceptional
leadership
and
their
expertise
in
their
field
and
who
have
leveraged
that
talent
for
objectives
beyond
professional
success,
aiming
to
improve
our
communities
and
have
a
positive
impact
on
the
lives
of
others.
Whereas
dennis
g
collin,
who
was
recently
named
to
the
michigan
lawyers
weekly
hall
of
fame
class
of
2022,
is
one
such
remarkable.
K
Individual,
the
michigan
lawyers
weekly
hall
of
fame
recognizes
esteemed
leaders
in
the
field
of
law,
people
who
have
left
a
lasting
positive
impact
on
the
profession
through
their
extraordinary
leadership,
mentorship
precedent,
setting
cases
and
record
of
successful
outcomes
for
their
clients,
whereas
mr
account
has
accomplished
all
of
that
and
more
a
partner
at
plunkett
cooney.
Since
1996
mr
cowan
holds
the
distinction
of
having
previously
served
as
the
firm's
president
and
ceo.
K
His
legal
practice
focuses
on
real
estate,
but
he
also
has
is
an
expert
in
the
banking
law,
business
transactions
of
all
aspects
and
corporate
law,
and
his
more
than
30
years
of
practice.
Mr
cowan
is
involved
has
been
involved
in
some
of
the
state's
largest
and
most
significant
business
deals,
including
working
on
the
financing
package
that
made
detroit's
bank
bankruptcy
grand
bargain
possible,
whereas
in
addition
to
the
distinct
honor
being
named
into
the
mill
w
hall
of
fame,
mr
collin
has
received
widespread
recognition
for
his
long-time
successful
career
he'll.
K
He
was
named
a
michigan
super
lawyer
in
the
land
use
and
zoning
by
as
a
leading
lawyer
in
land
use
and
zoning
and
condemnation
law
by
leading
lawyers,
michigan
magazine
from
2015
to
2021.,
the
publication
included
him
and
its
leading
michigan
business
lawyers,
as
well
as
mr
cowan
identified
as
db
magazine
as
a
top
lawyer
in
land
use
and
zoning
in
municipal
law,
from
2019
to
2020
and
has
a
2020
leaders
in
law
honoree
by
michigan
lawyers
weekly,
whereas
outside
of
his
career
in
law.
K
Mr
cowan
has
also
proven
his
commitment
to
public
service
and
his
community.
He
served
14
years
on
the
royal
oak
city
commission,
before

he

2001,
mr

Whereas
mr

a
member
of
the
oakland

and
the
real

He
is
also
a

Mr

has
earned
a
jd
from
detroit

now
known
as
michigan
state
university
college
of

congratulating
magna
laude
in
1984.
K
prior
to
that.
He
obtained
his
ba
from
the
university
of
massachusetts,
where
he
also
graduated
magna
laude
in
1978,
whereas
we
joined
mr

friends
and
his
colleagues
to
thank
him
for
his
service
and
contributions
to
his
profession,
his

oakland

our

and
to
congratulate
him
on
being
introduced
inducted
into
the
mill

fame
class
of
2022..
K
Q
Thank
you
that
that
was
a
lot.
So
I'll
be
brief.
But
first
of
all
I
want
to
thank
the
board
of
commissioners
for
this
recognition,
particularly
that
it
was
not
done
posthumously,
and
I
could
I
could
get
this.
You
know,
while
I'm
still
here,
but
you
know,
driving
up
here
today
with
my
wife,
I
was
reminiscing
about
the
first
time
I
came
to
this
august
auditorium.
Q
It
was
as
mayor
to
negotiate
with
the
commission
and
brooks
patterson
over
the
sale
of
farmers
market,
which
was
a
win-win
for
everybody,
and
I'm
eternally
grateful
to
this
commission
for
doing
that
for
the
city
of
royal
oak.
I've
been
really
blessed
in
my
professional
career
in
public
service,
and
I
thank
you
also
for
the
appointment
to
the
healthcare
board
network.
Q
Q
I've
also
I've
been
blessed
with
the
residents
of
royal
oak,
who
trusted
me
to
be
a
leader
in
the
community
and
also
but
most
importantly,
I've
been
blessed
with
a
wonderful
wife,
andrea
and
three
wonderful
children
who
have
supported
me
through
all
these
years
and
continue
to
support
me
and
in
all
these
various
endeavors.
So
thank
you
very
much.
I
appreciate
this
and
also.
Q
This
was
a
joint
effort
by
mike
genjo
and
my
commissioner
from
royal
oak
david
woodward,
who
I've
known
for
many
years.
You
may
not
know
that
david
and
I
were
the
our
respective
party
chairs
for
the
same
four
years.
You
won
that
one,
not
all
of
it,
but
a
lot
of
it.
D
Okay
and
I
believe
I'm
next-
I'm
gonna
recognize
the
honorable
island
kowal
to
come
up
and
present
the
recognition
to
the
u.s
naval
sea
cadet
corps
great
lakes
division.
The
floor
is
yours,.
H
Thank
you,
mr
chair,
I'd
like
to
welcome
captain
luke
clyburn
to
the
podium
please,
and
while
he's
walking
up,
I
just
like
to
say
about
luke.
I've
never
seen
anybody
so
passionate
about
our
great
lakes
and
about
the
naval
sea
cadet
program.
Sometimes
that's
I
mean
he's
so
single
mindedly
focused
on
it
I'll
ask
him.
If
he's
read
any
good
books
lately
or
seen
a
movie
or
anything
but
and
his
house
is
actually
like
a
maritime
museum,
it's
full
of
all
kinds
of
interesting
things
he's
gathered
over
the
years.
H
H
The
great
lakes
division
is
headquartered
in
white
lake
michigan,
whereas
in
1977
the
program
acquired
a
retired
navy,
yp587
yard
ship
and
nape
it
the
noble
odyssey.
Shortly
afterwards,
it
began
conducting
scientific
dives
that
continued
today,
with
the
pride
of
michigan,
an
81-foot
vessel
that
replaced
the
noble
odyssey
in
1989.
H
The
accommodations
on
the
new
ship
allowed
for
co-ed
training
and
young
women
were
then
able
to
participate
in
its
important
stewardship
work
and
whereas
the
diving
opportunities
offered
through
the
program
allow
cadets
to
learn,
unique
sea
going
field
operations
and
scuba
diving
skills,
specifically
geared
towards
underwater
research
and
especially
useful
to
scientists.
Wanting
to
explore
the
great
lakes
student
divers
have
studied
zebra
mussels,
lamprey
goby
fish
and
drowned
forests
and
have
even
searched
the
mouth
of
the
clinton
river
for
evidence
of
a
european
settlement
lost
to
flooding
during
the
nineteen
or
during
the
eighteen
hundreds.
H
The
noble
odyssey
foundation
has
also
produced
12
documentaries
over
the
years,
including
the
1993
pbs
film
angels
of
the
sea,
about
the
emperor's
shipwreck
off
the
coast
of
isle
royal,
which
won
several
international
awards
with
a
love
of
boats
and
diving.
Since
an
early
age,
captain
clyburn
remains
committed
to
conducting
research
projects
that
illuminate
the
fascinating
history
of
the
great
lakes
and
that
carry
out
the
noble
odyssey
foundation
mission
to
develop
knowledge
through
sea,
going
education.
H
Over
the
past
50
years
now,
therefore,
david
t
woodward,
chairman
of
the
board
of
commissioners
and
commissioner
arlene
t
coal
and
the
entire
county
board
of
commissioners,
do
hereby
claim
special
commendation
to
the
noble
odyssey
foundation,
so
luke,
what
a
great
history,
what
a
great
job
and
I'll
I'll
quit,
calling
you
captain
bly,
because
you
know
anyway,
luke
would
like
to
say
a
few
words
about
the
program
and
before
I
hand
over
mike
too
I'd
like
to
say
that
if
you
know
anybody
any
kids
that
would
like
to
get
involved
in
this,
it
is
a
great
program
and
many
of
your
cadets
have
gone
on
to
west
point
and
annapolis
and
whatnot
and
they've.
H
Just
it's
been
put
him
on
the
course
for
great
success
in
life,
and
he
likes
to
say
I'll
quote
him.
He
said
we
we
go
way
out
in
outer
space
and
explore
outer
space,
and
we
don't
explore
the
depths
of
our
great
lakes
and
our
oceans.
We
don't
know
what
we
have
here
so,
but
if
luke
is,
if
it's
he
can
help
it
we'll
get
that
all
that
done,
and
he
does
all
this
and
he'll
be
80
on
tuesday,
happy
birthday.
M
Thank
you
so
much
for
the
recognition,
but
what
really
even
adds
to
it
more
to
have
been
here
tonight
with
so
many
people
from
oakland
county
that
have
made
the
community
better?
My
history
started
off.
I
grew
up
on
the
banks
of
the
ohio
river
worked
on
riverboats
in
high
school
came
to
michigan
because
of
the
great
lakes
to
finish
school
things
have
evolved.
I
went
to
work
for
a
bank,
and
the
banker
was
a
military.
Individual
congress
had
not
started
a
secret
program
in
america
until
1962.
M
european
countries
that
had
secret
programs
for
over
150
years
and
the
purpose
of
the
seeker
dance
was
really
to
bring
young
people
into
the
maritime.
I
grew
up
in
the
maritime
I
am
here
because
of
the
great
lakes.
This
is
the
history
of
the
great
lakes
and
the
history
of
this
part
of
the
country
that
has
really
given
what
we
do:
a
real
foundation,
the
history
that
we're
looking
at.
M
You
know
people
aren't
aware
of
the
populations
and
what
took
place
over
the
last
we're
looking
at
history
that
goes
back
8
000
years,
we're
looking
at
the
copper
industry,
the
amount
of
copper
that
was
moved
and
we
feel
very
strongly
that
it
wasn't
an
old
world
and
a
new
world.
It
was
one
large
world.
We
can
look
for
evidence
of
that
wreckage
in
the
last
250
300
years.
There's
some
6
000
shipwrecks
on
the
bottom
of
the
great
lakes,
and
these
are
wrecks
that
were
moving
and
taking
part
commerce.
M
From
eight
thousand
to
three
thousand
years
you
had
copper
being
moved
off
of
the
cuban
oil
and
al
royal.
It
was
the
only
place
in
the
world
that
you
could
get
100
pure
copper
in
the
abundance
that
we
had.
We
don't
understand
that
history,
but
if
there's
six
thousand
wrecks
in
the
last
250
years,
how
many
in
that
five
thousand
year
period
went
down
in
the
bottom?
Nobody
has
ever
looked
for
it
a
little
bit
about
the
seeker
program,
and
this
is
a
program
that
was
developed.
M
M
It
ran
across
parents
who
have
a
son,
that's
graduating
from
annapolis
next
week,
so
we've
had
hundreds
of
young
people
that
came
in
have
gone
through
the
program
because
of
maritime
and
it's
because
of
being
in
oakland
county.
It's
because
of
the
support
that
you
know,
I'm
not
paid
for
doing
this,
not
anybody!
That's
working
with
it!
It's
all
about
us.
It
is
something
we've
had
a
passion
for
something
we've
been
loved
for,
and
it's
been
able
to
happen
because
of
oakland
county.
Many
many
businesses
in
oakland
county
have
been
great
supporters.
M
We've
had
a
tremendous
amount
of
support
from
the
commission
from
older
days
in
oakland
county,
and
I
don't
think
I
could
have
gone
anywhere
else
and
had
the
things
happen
that
we've
had
happen
here.
So
I
feel
very
fortunate
to
be
in
oakland
county
to
be
part
of
this
community,
and
you
know
again
watching
and
listening
to
the
people
that
recognize
tonight
really
shows
you
that
we're
a
very,
very
important
part
of
of
this
whole
part
of
the
world
and
with
the
fresh
water,
the
development
of
interest
in
the
fresh
water.
M
The
future
of
this
part
of
the
world
is
going
to
depend
on
the
preservation
of
that
fresh
water,
we're
developing
the
generation
of
people
that
would
take
care
of
it.
So
thank
you,
oakland
county,
thank
you,
commissioners,
and
it
really
is
an
honor
to
be
here.
So
thank
you.
So
much.
H
Yeah
come
on
join
us
up
here.
One
more
thing:
I'd
like
to
say
that
luke's
partner,
kathy
trax
has
been
with
him
for
a
number
of
years,
every
step
of
the
way
and
you're
all
familiar
with
the
diver
poised
over
line
five.
D
Let's
get
another
round
of
applause
to
captain
kleiberg
and
the
service,
he
does
protecting
our
waters
and
everything
else.
Thank
you.
I
will
now
recognize
the
clerk
to
a
couple
of
other
additional
communications.

to
the
oakland

board
of
commissioners
members
of
the
board.
Please
accept
this
letter
as
notification
that
I've
exercised
the
authority
granted
to
the
chairperson
of
the
board
to
approve
grant
applications
in
excess
of
50
000
for
the
purposes
of
meeting
a
submission
deadline
due
to
the
grantor
deadlines
and
the
board's

process
process
and
calendar,
it
was
not
possible
to
submit
the
application
for
full
board
consideration
in
accordance
with
our
normal
procedures.
The
application
was
reviewed
by
all
appropriate
county
departments.
D
Thank
you.
We
need
a
motion
to
receive
and
file
the
communications
move
by
commissioner
genjill
seconded
by
commissioner
lubes.
Any
discussion
see
none
all
in
favor,
say:
aye
aye,
aye
opposed
and
let
the
record
reflect
that
the
communications
are
received
unanimously.
This
will
move
us
to
the
the
public.
The
next
public
comment
portion
of
this
meeting.
This
is
the
opportunity
for
members
of
the
public
to
address
the
board
on
items
on
the
consent
or
regular
agenda.
D
I
know
a
number
of
people
signed
up,
and
so
I
will
start
with
those
and
then,
if
there's
other
people
who've
shown
up
since
then,
when
we
get
through
this
list,
just
come
to
the
podium.
We
ask
that
you
keep
your
comments
up
to
three
minutes
address
your
comments
to
me,
the
chair
and
I
will
start
with.
D
C
C
D
Thank
you
now,
christina.
T
My
comment
is
regarding
the
conversation
with
the
united
nations
that
we
talked
about
last
time.
We
were
here.
D
T
T
T
T
C
D
D
S
S
If
I
can,
during
dennis
cowan's
recommendation
or
recognition,
they
were
talking
about
gun
safety
and
the
only
gun
safety
we
need
is
our
second
amendment
right.
If
we
actually
have
our
second
men
right-
and
I
think
everyone
here
took
an
oath,
did
you
not
take
an
oath
to
the
constitution,
then
we
should
be
upholding
our
second
amendment.
We
don't
need
any
other
gun
safety,
but
what
is
already
in
our
second
amendment?
S
We
won't
need
anything
in
the
churches,
because
there
will
be
no
mass
gun
shootings
in
the
churches,
because
we
should
be
able
to
protect
ourselves,
and
so
what
is
what
christina
already
said
goes
along
with
that
I
will
not
consent
and
I
do
not
consent
to
the
un
or
the
wef
takeover.
You
come
on.
My
property
and
you'll
find
something
else.
We
all
need
to
start
standing
up
and
pushing
back
against
the
great
reset.
We
know
exactly
what
you
guys
are
doing
here,
we're
seeing
it
playing
out
and
we
don't
agree.
D
Thank
you.
Jamie
nicholson,
followed
by
tasha
shurigen.
S
S
S
Mom
had
alzheimer's
disease
for
16
years
dad
and
I
helped
care
for
her
every
day
in
her
long-term
care
facilities
as
she
became
unable
to
take
care
of
herself
until
the
lockdown
we
watched
mom
fade
away
through
windows.
Our
persistent,
substantiated
and
diplomatic
requests
were
refused
by
the
administrators
at
mom's
long-term
care
facility
because
of
the
corruption.
S
S
We
are
part
of
a
movement
advocating
for
loved
ones
in
michigan
who
want
an
end
to
this
corruption.
The
same
corruption
that
killed
my
mom,
our
loved
ones,
are
dying
because
of
their
mental
anguish
and
continued
isolation.
Long-Term
care
facilities
are
low
on
staff,
they're
unclear
on
the
guidelines
and
inconsistent
in
their
visitation
policies.
S
Let
us
in
corruption,
continues
in
long-term
care,
causing
the
suffering
and
deaths
of
our
loved
ones.
On
the
day
of
her
death,
I
called
about
mom's
personal
effects.
Danielle
answered
the
phone
at
the
front
desk,
oh
sure
she
said
cheerfully.
You
can
come
by
anytime
to
pick
up
her
belongings,
just
let
us
know
and
go
right
on
into
her
room
and
collect
her
things.
Wait,
I
said:
are
you
telling
me
that
we
were
not
allowed
to
be
with
her
for
11
months
in
her
room
and
now
that
she
is
dead?
S
We
can
go
into
her
room
at
any
time
and
pick
up
her
things.
Unfortunately,
yes,
she
said
have
a
great
day.
You
want
to
talk
about.
Corruption.
Loved
ones
continue
to
be
isolated
from
their
family
members.
The
lockdown
practices
are
inconsistent,
inhumane
because
of
corruption,
and
we
demand
change
now.
This
is
about
humanity
and
justice.
S
I'm
tired
of
having
to
supervise
this
board
forced
to
watch
everything.
That's
on
the
agenda,
you're
elected
to
represent
us
our
county
and
you've
failed.
What
we're
experiencing
is
historical.
The
question
is:
what
side
of
history
do
you
want
to
be
on?
I
choose
to
be
on
the
side
of
liberty
and
freedom,
we'll
reflect
back
at
this
moment
in
time
and
it'll
be
clear.
S
You
were
either
part
of
the
great
awakening
or
the
great
reset
it's
clear
by
how
many
of
you
have
voted
that
you're
choosing
to
be
on
the
wrong
side
of
history,
whether
intentional
or
blindly,
your
actions
show
that
you
do
not
have
our
county's
best
interests
at
heart.
Klaus
schwab,
the
founder
of
the
world
economic
forum,
says
by
2030
we'll
own
nothing
and
we'll
be
happy.
This
is
the
new
world
order.
It's
the
agenda,
that's
being
pushed
by
the
world
economic
forum.
S
S
We
see
this
in
attainable,
housing,
trust
the
push
for
mass
transit,
the
sustainable
presentation
from
the
last
meeting
that
was
endorsed
by
the
world
health
organization,
and
now
you
want
to
make
an
alliance
with
the
world
economic
forum.
We
don't
want
our
money
spent
this
way.
We
don't
want
this
agenda
being
pushed
on
our
community
and
we
definitely
don't
want
this
mess
left
for
our
future
generations.
S
E
Hello,
jerry
riley
from
waterford
and
I'd
like
to
comment
about
the
economic
development.
The
resolution
appropriating
funds
for
the
u.s
center
for
advanced
manufacturing
in
the
designation,
and
I
looked
up
just
a
couple
of
quick
definitions
of
the
automation
alley.
It
is
a
world
economic
forum
organization
and
a
definition
for
the
a
hub
is
a
north
american.
It's
a
non-profit
industry,
4.0
knowledge
center
with
a
global
outlook
in
regional
focus.
They
facilitate
public
private
partnerships
by
connecting
industry,
education
and
government
to
fuel
michigan's
economy.
That
sounds
wonderful.
That
sounds
great.
E
This
is
a
globalist
world
dominating
organization.
They
want
world
control.
This
board
is
opening
the
door
to
this
horrific
agenda.
I
know
it
looks
great
it's
packaged
so
professionally
and
promising
I've
been
following
the
new
world
order
for
over
40
years.
I
remember
when
senior
bush
talked
about
a
new
world
order
and
it
is
not
a
theory
or
you
know
one
of
those
theories
anymore.
It's
out
in
the
blatant,
open
and
they're,
not
even
hiding
their
agenda.
E
Has
anyone
researched
the
agenda
of
the
one
world
order?
Have
you
looked
into
this
global
government
that
they
want?
Have
you
I
ask
you?
Have
you
looked
into
what
the
new
world
order
is
all
about
what
this
new
form?
I
was
stunned
when
detroit
was
selling
property
to
the
new
world
order,
stunned,
couldn't
believe
it.
I
think
it's
the
old
jail
property
and
flabbergaster
I'll
be
honest
when
I
found
out
that
you
guys
are
opening
the
door
to
this
same
agenda
in
our
county,
it's
more
than
it
seems.
E
G
G
G
So
we
have
acknowledged
our
staff
in
2022
that
there
is
a
small
structural
imbalance
with
the
current
spending
already
before
entertaining
all
the
wasteful
spending
of
the
attainable
housing,
the
global
world
economic
forum,
the
regional
transit
authorities,
keeps
popping
up,
even
though
they
claim
it's
not
on
the
agenda,
but
actually
people
show
up
for
it.
So
there's
so
many
regional
tax
issues
that
are
being
posed
on
oakland
county
with
the
theory
that
they
think
oh
we're
rich.
We
can
afford
it.
G
No,
the
fact
of
the
matter
is
they're,
destroying
our
community
and
wasted
all
this
money,
creating
such
huge
inflationary
pressure
on
our
county,
even
though
we
already
have
the
worst
inflation
in
40
years.
That
biden
created
with
his
policies
and
this
administration
keeps
following
the
misguided
leader
in
dc
following
all
the
sba
that
was
minority
that
was
rejected
by
scotus,
but
I
think
we
still
have
it
in
place
here.
We
have
changed
our
seed
lending
for
the
businesses.
G
They
have
to
be
disadvantaged
people
that
probably
won't
prosper
in
business,
because
the
entrepreneurs
aren't
that
type
of
people.
Entrepreneurs
are
the
ones
that
come
up
with
ideas
and
do
not
want
to
be
controlled
by
the
government,
and
then
you
come
up
with
this
global
economic
forum
and
the
reality
is
oakland
county
started
that.
G
Business
enterprise
through
here
why
in
the
world,
would
we
join
a
global
organization
designed
to
suck
away
the
assets,
the
business,
the
industry
of
the
community?
That
built
it?
Why
this
is
the
united
states
of
america
we're
supposed
to
have
property
rights?
We
need
to
defend
our
second
amended
rights.
Fabio
was
absolutely
right.
He
said.
That's
the
one
thing
you
can't
let
go
of
no
matter
what.
N
While
we
all
support
automation
alley,
making
this
connection
to
the
world
economic
forum
is
a
big
mistake.
When
citizens
in
the
county
find
out
this
has
been
passed,
you
will
see
a
huge
upward
uproar
and
a
lot
of
discussion
about
it
in
the
upcoming
primaries
and
in
the
general
election
in
case
you
didn't
know,
the
wef
is
an
organization
with
a
very
troubling
record.
It
already
is
involved
in
establishing
a
transportation
center
in
detroit,
with
potentially
devastating
results.
N
The
leader
of
the
wef
carl
schwab,
has
a
world
view
that
many
in
oakland
county
would
consider
be
contrary
to
their
family,
religious
and
community
well-being.
One
of
his
quotes
is
where
he
gleefully
states
now
remember.
His
father
was
a
member
of
the
third
reich
that
it
is
far.
This
is
a
quote
that
it
is
now
far
easier
to
manipulate
with
the
precision
human
genome
with
viable
embryos
which
me,
which
means
that
we
are
likely
to
see
the
advent
of
designer
babies
in
the
future
who
possess
certain
particular
traits.
N
N
N
Let
me
give
you
a
couple
of
things
to
think
about.
The
wef
is
now
taking
the
next
step
to
shape
global
regional
and
industry
agendas
and
quote
with
a
new
digital
id
system.
Under
the
framework,
the
wef
proposes
collecting
data
from
many
aspects
of
people's
everyday
lives.
That's
a
quote
through
their
devices
telecommunication
networks
and
third-party
service
providers.
The
wef
suggests
that
this
data
collection
dragnet
would
allow
for
a
digital
id
now
listen.
This
gets
very
narrow.
B
My
name's
heather
smiley,
I'm
from
lake
orion.
I
was
looking
over
the
agenda
and
I
guess
one
of
the
first
things
that
pop
in
my
mind,
is
why
more
taxes,
as
it
was
touched
on,
we've
got
a
parks
and
recreation
levy,
as
well
as
a
tax
levy
for
support
of
county
operations.
B
The
way
you
guys
spend
money
for
the
executive's
new
communications
department,
adding
14
positions
for
the
airport,
who
we
used
to
make
revenue
off
of,
but
now
we're
just
covering
all
the
cost.
Of
course,
the
hud
trust
the
two
extra
million
a
year
that
we're
going
to
spend
for
hunter
granting
hud
funding.
We've
got
the
rta
that
you
guys
keep
throwing
in
our
face,
of
course,
the
salary
positions
for
dei.
B
I
have
no
idea
why
we
don't
have
money
to
pay
for
support
of
oakland
county
as
far
as
what
a
lot
of
people
have
been
touching
on
the
automation
alley.
My
grandpa
worked
for
ford's
for
his
entire
life.
I
used
to
test
drive
cars
with
him.
I'm
definitely
a
car
girl.
As
far
as
this
goes,
though,
oakland
county
does
seem
to
be
opting
a
lot
of
detroit
ideas
with
sha,
with
schwab.
The
wef,
as
melissa
noted,
established
a
new
global
center.
B
In
detroit
from
my
understanding
that
three-day
zoom
inaugural
urban
transformation
summit
included
and
depicted
millions
of
manufacturing
union
wage
jobs,
agricultural
jobs
being
lost
by
dominating
multi
multi
international
corporations
pretty
much
getting
rid
of
the
little
person.
I
maybe
people
are
not
familiar
with
klaus
and
the
world
economic
forum.
It
is
an
organization
made
up
of
the
world
and
looks
like
oakland
counties,
political,
economic
and
cultural
elites.
B
I
wrote
a
book,
the
four
industr,
I'm
sorry,
the
book,
the
fourth
industrial
revolution
which
basically
characterizes
the
fusion
of
technologies,
blurring
the
lines
between
physical,
digital
and
biological
spheres.
His
partner,
dr
we're
going
to
say
harare,
talks
about
how
humans
are
now
hackable
animals
no
longer
subject
to
the
intelligent
design
of
some
god
above,
but
our
intelligent
design.
Dr
harari
goes
on
to
say:
today
we
have
technology
to
hack
human
beings
on
a
massive
scale.
B
How
can
they
hack
us?
You
ask,
as
mentioned
all
of
our
personal
data,
is
online,
but
you
know
the
recent
merger
respect
with
spectrum
and
beaumont.
It's
part
of
the
ultimate
control,
whoever
controls
health
care
and
jobs
controls
the
people.
Mr
swab
also
mentioned
that
it
is
far
easier.
Someone
else
mentioned
to
manipulate
the
human
genome
with
viable
embryos.
I
know
we
spent
a
lot
of
money
on
planned
parenthood
that
comes
to
mind
more
profit
and
abortion
to
feed
the
science.
B
As
far
as
a
second
book
that
he
wrote,
it
is
in
2020,
coven
19,
the
great
reset
where
he
did
get
his
research.
It
was
a
w-e-f
in
october,
2019
collaboration
with
john
hopkins
bill
and
melinda
gates
on
a
pandemic
exercise
called
event
2021,
which
stimulated
an
international
response
to
an
outbreak
of
the
novella
coronavirus
sounds
very
familiar.
I
think
you
guys
look
a
little
surprised
in
closing.
I
think
it's
just
good
to
know
who
you're
getting
in
bed
with
before
you
catch
any
foreign
diseases.
Thank
you.
O
I'd
like
to
speak
out
against
item
9m
as
in
mother,
as
in
male
matrimony,
I
don't
understand
why
any
american
entrepreneurs
would
want
to
take
third
place.
O
I
don't
see
americans
really
going
for
that.
Americans
want
to
strive
to
be
the
best
american
entrepreneurs
have
always
been
the
leaders
of
the
world.
They
don't
need
the
kowtow
to
a
world
order
organization,
or
especially,
the
communist
chinese
oakland
county,
should
be
striving
to
be
the
best
in
the
world
and
not
be
dependent
upon
anybody
else
to
get
there.
O
That
should
be
their
game
and
their
order
of
business
is
to
be
number
one
in
the
world,
regardless
of
any
other
world
organization
or
especially,
of
the
communist
chinese.
Thank
you.
D
Thank
you
very
much
ross
chris
and
then
sharon
carter.
O
Thank
you,
I'm
chris
meister.
I
live
in
royal
oak
and
I
find
it
amazing
that
anyone
in
a
position
of
leadership
who
is
familiar
with
george
orwell's
book
1984
would
look
at
themselves
and
say
I
want
to
be
big
brother,
but
that
is
exactly
the
role
model
of
the
world
economic
forum
and
all
who
associate
with
it.
Follow
the
founder
and
executive
director
of
the
world
economic
forum.
O
Wrote
every
country
from
the
united
states
to
china
must
participate,
along
with
every
industry,
from
oil
and
gas
to
tech,
in
its
initiative
to
reshape
the
post-covet
world,
to
redistribute
wealth
to
advance
its
agenda
according
to
schwab,
all
must
be
transformed.
In
short,
we
need
a
great
reset
of
capitalism.
O
This
stuff
is
on
their
website,
along
with
this
great
reset,
comes
the
capacity
for
the
government
to
digitally,
monitor
the
speech
and
actions
of
every
individual
to
an
extent
that
the
monstrous
joseph
stalin
could
only
dream
of
how
the
board
of
commissioners
for
oakland
county
could
consider,
even
for
a
minute
using
three
million
dollars
of
taxpayer
money
to
sell
out
the
individual
liberty
of
our
citizens
by
partnering
with
this
organization
with
its
insidious
strings
attached
is
beyond
my
comprehension,
this
board
can
say
to
save
the
people
three
million
dollars,
while
preserving
their
privacy
and
individual
liberty
by
not
supporting
this
initiative.
D
Thank
you,
sir
sharon
carter.
L
Good
evening,
commissioners,
good
evening
hi,
my
name
is
sharon
carter
from
southfield.
I
was
listening
to
a
finance
meeting
earlier
in
the
week
and
heard
two
gentlemen,
mr
carlson
and
mr
kelly
discuss
automation
alley.
I
thought
this
was
a
great
idea.
The
manufacturing
industry
has
taken
many
steps
forward,
and
now
we
are
looking
at
industry
4.0,
our
country.
Our
county
is
full
of
bright
and
inventive.
Small
manufacturers
that
need
to
be
brought
together,
led
and
energized.
L
L
L
Small
manufacturers
must
band
together
to
behave
like
big
manufacturers.
We
need
the
world
to
pay
attention
today.
He
went
on
the
world
economic
forum
and
I
went
what's
this.
The
world
economic
forum
is
a
membership
organization
where
the
big
manufacturers
band
together
to
talk
about
issues
that
affect
the
global
manufacturing
community.
L
There
is
no
world
economic
forum
center,
there's
that
name
again
for
advanced
manufacturing.
We
are
building
relationships
with
the
world
economic
forum,
this
world
and
economic
forum.
It's
getting
kind
of
monotonous
right
is
willing
to
designate
automation
alley
as
a
u.s
center,
the
only
manufacturing
center
for
the
world
economic
forum.
My
question
was:
what
is
the
world
economic
forum
and
why
are
they
the
only
answer
for
small
manufacturers
to
survive
and
thrive?
So
I
typed
wef
into
my
phone,
and
I
saw
a
couple
things.
L
L
L
L
D
L
While
the
resolution
should
be
terminated
solely
because
of
the
association
with
wef,
it
could
also
be
defeated
by
looking
at
the
content
of
3
million
in
proposal
spending
priority
per
the
resolution
is
to
be
given
one-time
investments
in
the
following
areas:
improving
government
services,
including
addressing
county
facility
and
technology
needs.
You
already
have
a
budget
for
that,
enhancing
public
safety,
preparedness,
campus
security
and
emergency
response.
You
already
have
a
budget
for
that.
L
L
D
D
R
Thank
you
chairman.
My
first
report
agenda
item
is
fiscal
year:
2022
appropriations
with
city
of
farmington
for
tri-party
road
improvement
program,
project
number,
56691,.
R
See
just
just
to
note
that
the
amendment
there's
no
changes
in
the
contribution
of
the
our
the
rcoc
and
the
city
of
farmington,
but
it
does
change
the
county's
contribution
in
the
tri
party.
A
D
R
D
B
A
Chair,
I
also
will
not
be
supporting
tonight.
I
want
to
outline
the
reasons
why
I'm
a
strong
supporter
of
automation,
ally.
I
think
it's
done
a
lot
for
oakland
county.
I
also
strongly
believe
that
there
is
this
shift
happening
in
manufacturing.
It
happens
every
day.
I
can
see
it
every
day,
my
day
job,
but
I'm
concerned
at
the
resolution
provides
almost
no
details
and
how
the
three
million
dollars
is
going
to
be
spent
in
a
references
and
agreement.
I
haven't
seen
so
I'll
be
in
there.
D
Thank
you.
Thank
you,
commissioner.
I'm
going
to
speak
to
it
because
I
think
it's
important
to
put
in
context
of
what
this
actually
does.
This
is
a
proposal
that
actually
is
designed
to
help
uplift
and
support
manufacturing,
not
just
in
michigan,
but
in
this
country
and
automation.
Alley
has
a
tremendous
record,
and
I
think
to
commissioner
coco
diver's
response
our
previous
comments.
D
There
there's
a
lot
of
transition
and
we
we
are
going
from
a
manufacturing
system
that
involved
a
huge
capital
investment
that
produces
a
few
things
to
the
need
to
produce
lots
of
things
in
a
changing
economy
and
what
automation
alley
is
positioned
to
do.
Our
contribution
with
this
resolution
is
being
matched
dollar
for
dollar,
with
the
michigan
economic
development
corporation.
To
do
exactly
that,
to
work
with
the
manufacturing
space,
with
heavy
emphasis
on
the
mom
and
pop
manufacturers
that
the
great
recession
of
the
pass
took
out
a
whole
bunch
of
them.
D
The
I
mean
great
resignation,
the
the
of
but
the
challenge
of
finding
staff
to
be
able
to
operate
these
things
to
be
relevant
in
a
moment
in
time.
We've
got
great
examples
in
which
embracing
of
immigration
of
industry
4.0
that
allows
the
smaller
manufacturing
being
able
to
play
on
the
in
the
big
stage
with
the
big
dogs
to
be
able
to
produce
things
to
make
things
to
make
things
in
america.
This
means
creating
jobs.
This
means
strengthen
the
economy.
This
means
robust
nimble
ability
to
move
to
a
changing
economy.
D
This
I
mean,
I
think,
is
it.
The
presentation
I
think
laid
out
a
chart.
Excuse
me
lays
out
a
way
that
this
is
going
to
be
used
over
the
next
three
years.
That
would
create
the
u.s
center
for
advanced
manufacturing
in
america.
That
will
help
support
all
of
these
things,
and
so
with
that,
I'm
working
with
our
economic
development
team
working
with
automation,
ally
folks,
that
we
have,
I
mean
great
trust
and
respect
and
their
ability.
D
I
think
this
is
the
next
step
to
be
able
to
continue
to
be
able
to
support
the
manufacturing
space
here,
to
build
things
in
america
to
build
things
here
in
oakland,
county
and
in-source
jobs
and
manufacturing
that
has
I
mean,
has
has
gone
away
to
bring
it
back
here
in
america.
So
I'm
very
supportive
of
this
resolution.
O
Thank
you.
I
think
I
was
the
first
time
around
the
board
of
commissioners.
When
automation,
I
was
just
getting
started,
so
I
think
that
you
know
I've
been
almost
like
you,
president
of
the
creation,
and
I
support
automation,
allies,
smart
and
learning
emerging
sectors,
and
I
do
remember
when
that
started
and
to
the
extent
that
we're
doing
that,
I
think
this
is
what's
not
to
like
and
all
the
things
that
you
have
described
what's
not
to
like
about
that
either.
But
what
I'm
looking
at
is
the
policy
analysis
by
the
board.
O
You
know
this
is
starting
to
get
into
to
social
spending
and
social
programs.
Now
that's
a
little
bit
different
than
talking
about
helping
small
manufacturers
get
into
whether
it's
4.0
or
a
continuation
of
the
third
digital
revolution
either
way
I
just
combined
with
the
lack
of
specificity
in
the
current
resolution.
O
So
it
didn't
work
then,
and
so
I,
given
the
lack
of
specificity
referred
to
by
commissioner
kochendorfer
and
these
priority
given
to
these
following
areas,
I'm
going
to
be
to
be
voting.
No,
if
it
just
said
what
you
say
I'd
be
for
it.
Thank.
H
H
They
are
they've,
got
a
whole
agenda
and
just
to
give
a
quote
from
harris,
gleckmann
senior
fellow
at
the
university
of
massachusetts,
he
describes
their
report
as
the
most
comprehensive
proposal
for
redesigning
global
governance
since
the
formulation
of
the
united
nations
during
world
war
ii.
So
I
just
fear
that
this,
what
they
call
stakeholder
capitalism
has
more
about
governing
the
world
via
corporations
and
and
government
itself
would
have
a
very
small
role.
Thank
you.
D
Excuse
me
thank
thank
you,
commissioner.
Excuse
me
there
will
be
order.
D
F
D
Mr
clerk,
please
prompt
the
vote.
D
Thank
you
a
sufficient
number
of
voting
the
affirmative.
The
resolution
is
adopted,
commissioner.
Nelson.
D
Right,
thank
you
very
much.
We've
got
to
move
into
new,
no
reports,
special
committees,
no
reports,
some
special
order
of
business,
no
unfinished
business.
That
brings
us
to
new
and
miscellaneous
business.
We
have
a
few
resolutions
to
introduce
first
we'll
recognize,
commissioner
lubes.
D
D
F
D
It
still
is
an
infrastructure.
The
policy
committee
is
infrastructure,
so
it
will
be
referred
to
economic
development
and
infrastructure.
Okay,
next
up,
commissioner
miller,
thank
you
chair.
R
I
like
to
introduce
the
resolution
intent
to
evaluate
options
related
to
oakland
county
road.
Commission
operation
refer
to
economic
development
infrastructure
committee.
Mr.
D
Okay,
all
right
all
in
favor,
referring
to
committee,
say
aye
aye,
aye,
aye,
all
opposed,
nay,
nay,
the
eyes
have
it
it'll
be
referred
to
economic
development
infrastructure
committee
there's
another
resolution
that
a
perennial
resolution
is
the
declaration
of
june
3rd
20
2022
as
national
gun
violence
awareness
day
in
oakland
county
in
support
of
the
wear
orange
campaign
and
I'll,
introduce
that
and
refer
to
the
legislative
affairs
and
government
operations
committee.
Any
other
discussion,
any
other
items
for
introduction.
I
think
we're
good
moves
us
to
announcements.
D
D
C
All
right
first,
there
are
so
many
issues
to
talk
about
that
are
stripping
free
americans
of
the
rights
first,
america
is
not
controlled
by
foreign
entities
of
the
un,
who
and
wef
second,
the
overgrowth
of
our
sheriffs,
my
god,
we
are
creating
a
police
state,
their
surveillance
of
our
lakes,
our
our
waterways,
our
walk
paths,
our
bike
paths,
our
laptops,
our
phones,
are
you
kidding
me?
Where
is
the
crime
where's?
C
C
It's
a
valid
question
and
I
think
it
deserves
an
answer.
Second,
the
fourth
revolution
of
the
digital
hub
that
you
all
want
to
create
in
troy
in
oakland
county,
that
is,
for
the
world.
That
is
not
just
for
this
state.
That
is
not
just
for
this
country.
That
is
a
digital
hub,
that
is
for
transhumanism.
C
C
Second
or
third,
rather
public
health,
I'm
an
adult,
I
don't
need
my
government
or
any
or
anybody
cdc
fda,
whoever
you
want
to
throw
out
there.
They
have
no
right
to
my
body.
I'm
gonna
choose
to
say
my
body,
my
choice,
if
it's
good
enough
for
democrats
and
to
stop
for
women
to
have
their
abortions,
and
it's
good
enough
for
me
to
take
control
of
my
own
body.
C
Second
or
third,
fourth,
whatever
I
am
not
a
domestic
terrorist
or
a
trans
human,
I
am
a
god-fearing
60-year-old
grandmother
of
four
with
no
such
with
nothing
more
of
a
parking
ticket.
I
am
a
patriot
under
god's
sovereignty
under
the
constitutional
republic
rule
and
the
declaration
of
independence.
I
will
not
serve
international
law
or
or
give
up
my
freedoms
and
my
rights
that
this
country
worked
hard
for
that.
God
gave
to
support
this
evil
agenda.
C
E
Jerry
riley
from
waterford.
My
comments
come
from
an
article
written
by
nick
moser.
It's
entitled
exactly
what
is
the
great
reset.
He
says
this
so
eloquently,
so
I
am
quoting
him
in
this
article,
I'm
quoting
now.
I
will
attempt
to
explain
exactly
what
the
great
reset
is
unravel
its
complexity
and
cut
through
the
soft
language
used
by
the
world
economic
forum
to
disguise
its
true
intentions.
E
I
will
attempt
to
lay
out
the
plans
of
the
world
economic
forum
in
the
simplest
way
possible.
In
order
to
fully
understand
the
great
reset
agenda.
We
must
understand
something
called
stakeholder
capitalism
again.
The
name
we've
heard
before
tonight.
Klaus
schwab
was
the
founder
of
the
world
economic
forum
in
a
boat.
E
In
a
book
he
wrote
in
1970
he
described
what
was
later
referred
to
as
the
stakeholder
capitalism,
a
new
form
of
capitalism,
where
corporations
would
aim
not
to
just
make
loads
of
money,
but
also
to
enhance
the
well-being
of
everyone
who
has
a
stake
in
the
company.
This
would
include
employees,
governments
and
the
communities
that
are
affected
by
goods
and
services.
E
In
practice,
however,
the
stakeholder
theory
doesn't
really
work
or
serve
the
people
interests
at
all.
This
is
because
the
government
also
considered
a
former
stakeholder
in
this
theory
and
because
governments
are
in
position,
they
ultimately
get
to
decide
what's
serving
the
greater
good
in
what
it
actually
means
in
stakeholder
capitalism.
E
Governments
would
create
problems,
then
provide
grants,
contracts,
tax
exemptions
for
corporations
that
are
willing
to
solve
these
manufactured
problems.
Here's
an
example
remember
when
pharmaceutical
companies
were
being
called
by
the
government
around
the
world
to
serve
the
greater
good
and
manufacture
for-profit
vaccine
to
solve
the
global
health
crisis
created
by
the
pandemic.
E
Pharmaceutical
companies
then
produced
millions
of
doses
of
eric
experimental
mrna.
We
know
that
they'd
made
millions
and
actually
billions
of
that.
This
is
a
perfect
example
of
stakeholder
capitalism
in
action
and
we're
seeing
more
examples
like
this
emerging
every
day,
even
in
oakland
county.
I
took
a
picture
of
the
screen
tonight,
12
to
9..
E
S
Well,
I'm
absolutely
disgusted
by
the
board
of
commissioners,
so
my
comments
are
actually
to
the
audience.
I
have
a
fundraiser
coming
up.
It's
a
political
action
committee
in
lansing
june
6.,
it's
all
about
health
choice
or
health
freedom
and
vaccine
choice,
and
you
will
be
able
to
meet
some
of
the
candidates,
some
that
are
even
running
for
county
commission,
because
you
will
all
be
replaced.
We've
had
enough.
D
Thank
you,
sasha
ross.
O
I'd
like
to
congratulate
the
12
who
voted
for
the
9m
world
federation,
that
the
world
economic
forum
deal
because
you
solved
a
decades-old
problem:
the
the
communist
chinese,
stealing
american
intellectual
property.
You
just
gave
it
to
him.
Congratulations.
C
Thank
you
for
those
of
you
who
don't
know
me.
I
am
andrea
lalonde.
I
am
the
chair
of
the
road
commission
for
oakland
county
first
I'd
like
to
commend
commissioner
joliet
for
bringing
her
resolution.
It
is
something
that
I
stand
behind.
I
think
anything
that
we
can
do
to
help
the
citizens
in
the
special
assessment
district
afford
to
take
care
of
their
roads
or
replace
their
roads
not
entirely
on
the
burden
of
themselves.
I
think
is
important
so
as
it
goes
to
whichever
committee
it
lands
with,
I
make
myself
available.
C
C
I
if,
if
the
commission
on
a
whole,
feels
that
the
road
commission
for
oakland
county
needs
some
sort
of
oversight
review,
then
I
will
stand
back
and
and
support
that.
However,
I
would
kindly
ask
that,
rather
than
commissioner
miller
be
in
charge
of
this
because
of
an
obvious
conflict
of
interest
with
open
negotiations
with
the
road
commission,
local
324,
I
ask
that
somebody
else
stand
in
in
charge
of
that.
Thank
you.
D
Thank
you
very
much
melissa.
N
Hello,
melissa
williams
from
west
bloomfield,
an
amazing
article
about
the
world
economic
forums
plot
to
murder
detroit.
It
sounds
so
severe,
but
I
just
want
to
give
you
a
paragraph
from
it.
The
financiers
will
get
their
pound
of
flesh.
One
of
the
panels
of
the
december
summit
was
rethinking
public
private
cooperation
in
that
discussion,
as
well
as
in
other
interviews
and
presentations.
N
The
actual
parasitical
nature
of
the
center
for
urban
transformation
comes
into
full
focus.
All
of
the
projects
being
proposed
by
the
center
are
designed
to
be
in
the
form
of
public
public-private
partnerships,
with
the
overwhelming
bulk
of
the
financing
to
come
from
the
private
sector.
Some,
hopefully
very
few
libertarian
fanatics
might
applaud
this
private
initiative,
but
please
don't
be
fooled.
N
N
N
N
I
want
to
go
back
to
finish
my
previous
public
comment.
What's
left
once
the
digital
id
has
access
to
this
huge,
highly
personal
set
of
data,
the
wef
proposes
using
it
to
decide
whether
users
are
allowed
to
quote
own
and
use
devices
quote
to
open
bank
accounts
to
carry
out
online
financial
transactions.
This
is
where
this
is
headed.
In
spite
of
what
mr
woodward
has.
N
He
paints
like
this
amazing
picture,
but
it's
hood.
Winked
you're
hoodwinked
to
conduct
business
transactions
to
access
insurance
or
treatment
for
medical
book
trips,
I'm
still
quoting
through
border
control
between
countries
or
regions.
Wait
till
this
is
restricted
based
on
your
online
use.
Still
quoting
access
to
third
party
services
that
rely
on
social
media,
logins
file,
taxes
to
vote
or
collect
benefits.
End
quote,
so
you
know
that
little
that
little
passport
that
they
gave
you
or
that
little
I
got
vaccinated
card
it
was.
N
It
was
so
crazy
to
think
that
maybe
the
covid
passport
might
grow
into
something
exactly
like
this.
I
want
to
add
here
that
we
warned
you
back
in
april
2020
when
we
tried
to
submit
a
resolution
to
avoid
medical
discrimination
in
oakland
county
page
four.
The
wef
document
states
that
at
a
collective
level,
vaccine
data
is
an
incredible
public
asset
data.
Shielding
techniques
could
be
harnessed
and
controlled
to
allow
for
the
re
to
the
reuse
of
highly
sensitive
data
of
citizens.
T
Just
as
miss
williams
is
saying
it
is
you've
been
hoodwinked.
I
came
up
around
consumer
products
I
designed
and
developed
consumer
products
and
took
them
to
market
for
a
lion's
share
of
my
career
30
years.
T
In
order
for
me
to
be
successful
in
oakland
county,
it
would
behoove
me
to
have
commissioners
that
didn't
bring
in
global
competition
that
didn't
that
that
maybe
had
a
quota
on
bringing
in
x
amount
of
walmarts
and
franchises
that
are
trying
to
compete
with
little
old
me,
because
in
order
to
make
those
mom
and
pop
shops
thrive
and
and
bring
in
jobs,
they
need
people
like
me
that
are
committed
to
working
with
them.
I
guarantee
you.
T
T
T
Doesn't
that
make
sense?
We
want
freedom
right
exactly?
Yes,
so
again,
let's
pray
for
this
country
and
I
pray
for
each
and
every
one
of
you,
because
this
is
a
spiritual
war
and
god
always
wins,
amen.
S
Might
as
well
come
up
for
a
second
one,
rachel
weaver
oakland
county
resident.
I
just
noticed
in
this
agenda
under
the
public
health
and
safety
that
you
have
23
bullet
points
and
out
of
that
only
two
are
not
related
to
sheriffs.
S
S
S
S
I
didn't
know
that
a
tax
levy
could
be
passed
by
resolution.
I
thought
resolutions
were
just
for
these
little
plaques
and
stuff
that
you
guys
passed
out,
so
I
think
we
better
be
looking
into
that.
We
should
be
able
to
vote
on
our
taxes,
so
we're
going
to
be
charged
more
for
parks
and
recreation
is
that
is
that
what
we're
doing?
D
All
right,
I'm
gonna
break
protocol.
Voters
approved
the
parks
levy
every
year
by
law
that
we
have
to
assess
it.
So.
