A
motion,
mr
commissioner
mcgillivray
supported
by
commissioner
long
all
in
favor,
say
aye
aye.
C
I
need
I
I
will
just
make
note
before
we
do
this.
We
did
switch
the
order
late
last
night,
but.
C
C
C
Powell
will
has
seconded
and
please
note
that
she's
here
all
in
favor
say
aye
aye
aye.
C

C
Seventeen

one
updated
at
eight
a.m.
That
is
the
most
recent
version
of
the
packet.
C
Fair
okay,
so
all
in
favor
of
approving
the
agenda
say
aye
aye
opposed,
say,
nay,.
C
This
morning,
good
morning,
currently
your
public
comment
lines
are
open.
There
are
no.
C
Okay,
communications
is
the
next
item
on
the
agenda.
I.
C
Commissioner
mcgillivray
supported
by
commissioner
powell,
any
discussion.
C
Okay,
I
think
we
need
a
voice
vote.
Am
I
correct,
commissioner,.
C
Ms
worthington,
okay,
so
please
call
the
roll.
B
You
can
do
a
voice
vote
on
receive
a
file
if
you
want,
oh
okay,
so
all
in
favor
of
receiving.
C
Council
25
local
2437
asks
me,
and
today
we
have
deputy
lynch
and
brittani
anthony
and.
C
C
I
need
a
motion.
I
can
do
it,
commissioner
long
supported
by.
F
Okay,
thank
you
happy
after
sunday
afternoon.
This
is
our
third
in
a
series
of
four
week.
F
Reopeners,
our
last
one
will
be
ibw
that
I'm
hoping
to
bring
in
april,
if
not
probably
the
first.
F
One
in
may
this
is
afscme.
They
typically
are
in
the
circuit
court.
That's
where
they
primarily
live.
F
It's
a
multiple
different
classifications.
In
fact,
this
group
had
almost
nine
a
little.
F
Through
the
comp
study
to
make
sure
that
they
had
the
same
wages
as
that
were
delivered
there.
F
F
Going
to
be
open,
their
whole
contract
this
next
year
as
well,
but
this
is
just
for
wages.
C
Thank
you,
ms
lynch.
Do
we
have
any
questions
or
discussion
on
this
topic.
C
Going
twice
seeing
none,
please
call
the
roll
an
item
number
one.
Commissioners
cavell,
yes,
kowall.
C
Executive
campus
sustainability
planning
project
we
have
with
us
art,
holdsworth
and
april
lynch.
C
F
In
december
we
had
three
rfps
that
were
submitted.
I
went
through
a
significant.
F
F
F
F
And
making
and
making
sure
that
the
the
big
hits
are
met.
We
also
wanted
to
make
sure
that.
F
That
they
know
and
understand
how
we're
going
to
use
them,
as
well
as
the
ability
to
leverage.
F
Some
dollars,
so
that
was
another
priority
area
I
think
another,
our
I
know
another
one
was
that.
F
Communities
that
oakland
county
can
learn
from
in
oakland
county.
We
do
have
a
lot
of
communities.
F
F
Communities,
so
in
total
this
is
really
another
guidance.
Another
plan
that
we
could
take
in.
F
F
I
did
bring
our
two
leads
for
this
project
from
acom
katrina,
lewis,.
F
F
Bring
them
up
with
a
powerpoint
if
you
guys
are
okay
with
that.
C
Sure,
as
you
said,
some
of
us
have
seen
this
earlier
today,
but
I'm
I'm
certainly
willing
to.
C
As
to
whether
they
want
to
spend
the
money
for
this
so
yeah,
I
think
that
a
few
minutes
spent.
C
C
So
I
think
I
need
somebody
to
be
able
to
make
me
a
presenter
really
quick.
E
E
E
E
G
About
that
commissioners,
thanks
for
having
us
this
afternoon
now,
so
we
thought
it
would
be
helpful.
G
So
we
took
a
hypothetical
potential
goal
of
the
county.
This
is
an
example
goal
of
aiming.
G
G
And
priority
setting
section
what
might
that
look
like
in
portfolio
review,
so
I
mean
during.
G
This
study,
we
would
review
the
energy
data
across
this
portfolio.
We
would
overlay
that
data
with.
G
G
G
G
G
G
Mentioned
as
well
as
gathering
specific
data
and
information
from
the
county,
art's
already
been.
G
G
G
G
G
G
A
Thank
you,
madam
chair
I'd
like
to
ask
art
holdsworth
for
some
history.
On
the
last
time.
A
A
A
Update,
I
believe,
you've
mentioned
several
times
a
one
of
the
county
power
facilities,
so.
A
A
I'm
kind
of
I'm
hoping
that
acom
would
be
accountable
and
deliver
a
good
product
on.
A
H
So
they
had
identified
maybe
two
dozen
projects
that
would
increase
our
energy
efficiency.
H
H
H
H
At
equity
issues,
it's
going
to
be
involving
public
input
more
which
the
last
one
did
not
do
at.
H
All
and
then
kind
of
transitioning
into
your
second
question.
This
study
and
the
plant
moran.
H
H
H
But
this
study
will
help
us
figure
out.
You
know.
H
H
H
Well,
yeah
there's
a
little
bit
of
of
oversight.
There.
H
H
A
A
All
of
this
to
to
move
forward
on
something
like
like
this
effort,
I'm
still
a
little.
A
Bit
puzzled
about
some
of
it,
but
I
will
just
pass
the
baton
to
somebody
else
for
now.
Thank
you.
C
Thank
you,
commissioner
kowall
commissioner
long.
I
Of
environmental
sustainability,
but
I
do
have
quite
a
few
questions
regarding
the
funding.
I
So
the
625
000-
I
don't
know
who
would
answer
this-
maybe
april
or
art-
I
don't
know
so.
The
625
000.
I
I
I
I
Return
on
investment,
because
before
I
vote
on
it,
I'd
like
to
know
how
many
years
out.
I
Is
are
we
gonna,
you
know
if
we
spend
four
million,
how
many
years
is
it
with
our.
I
Sustainable
building
will
take
us
to
get
our
return
on
investment,
so
I
don't
know
if
that's
too.
I
I
Can
we
use
grants
like
the
airport
did
and
then
I
the
real
important
thing?
What
would
be
our.
I
To
me
before
I
support
this
project
sure
I
can
take
that.
Yes,
the
625
is
to
implement
the.
F
F
F
Those
so
that
we
again
are
making
sure
that
we're
maximizing
our
dollars
and
making
sure
that
not.
F
Only
are
we
impacting
the
environment
that
we're
doing
it,
the
smart,
most
fiscally
sound
way.
F
F
A
comment
too
that
it's
a
plan
just
like
a
cip
there's.
You
know
this
plan
could
come
back
at
five.
F
Right
now
and
that's
why
we
want
to
make
sure
that
we
leverage
any
type
of
of
grant
funds
that.
F
F
But
anything,
but
those
projects
will
come
back
one
at
a
time.
Back
to
this
team
are
back
to
the.
F
To
get
started
and
what
that
might
you
know
what
that
would
look
like
and
and
start
planning.
I
I
Roi
personal
example,
as
I'm
looking
into
the
new
mustang
electric
and
I
figured
out
how
many.
I
I
I'm
not
against
making
stuff
sustainable
on
the
county
campus,
but
I'm
having
a
little
hard
time.
I
Just
not
knowing
the
return
on
investment,
I
get
that
we
have
to
do
the
study
because
we
don't
know.
G
J
J
Asking
questions
that
are
probably
pretty
stupid:
I'm
going
to
get
on
it.
What
does
sustainability.
J
C
Do
you
want
me
to
answer,
or
do
you
want
yeah?
What
does
it
mean.
C
C
Let's,
let's
have
art
answer,
hey
art,
good,
to
see
you,
how
are
we
doing
man
we're
gonna
go
with
this.
B
Thing
for
you,
I'm
great
saint
patrick's
day
happy
morning
to
you
afternoon.
I'm
sure
april
will.
H
Equipment
in
the
building
you
would
have.
J
Making
it
using
up
less
more
environmental,
more
efficient,
let's
put
it
that
way,
efficient.
J
All
right,
and
so
the
actual
deliverables
are
they
me,
I
mean.
Are
they
measurable,
like
I
give
you.
J
J
Know
you
know,
dogs,
you
know
so
here's
the
thing.
How
much
is
it
going
to
cost
or
is
this
625.
J
H
H
An
easy
sell
for
this
administration
as
well,
so
I
just
wanted
to
throw
throw
that
in
they're.
H
But
the
recommendations
that
will
be
brought
forward
are
going
to
have
good
paybacks
to
them
as
well.
What
do
you
say
payback?
How
are
you
I
reckon.
J
Like
money
saved
over
the
life
of
the
building
or
money,
how
would
you
mean
payback.
H
H
But
hypothetically
yeah,
so
we
did.
We
looked
at
window
replacements
in
the
old
project
right.
H
J
J
J
J
J
Me
indulge
me
so
the
thing
is:
is
that
great
now
over
how
until
we
get
the
plan,
that's
we
decide.
J
How
much
we're
going
to
pay,
whether
it's
going
to
be
100
million
or
whether
it's
going
to
be
5,
000
or
whatever?
But
that's
we're
going
to
look
for.
I
hope.
J
This
plan
will
also
have
the
will:
it
have
the
costs
in
the
plan,
how
much
it's
going
to
cost.
J
H
Katrina,
I
mean,
I
believe
the
answer
is
yes,
but
let's
let
katrina
weigh
in
on
that?
Okay.
G
G
G
G
G
J
Okay,
may
I
ask,
through
the
chair
madam
chair,
to
commissioner
long,
who
had.
J
Some
issues
about
this:
how
does
this,
how
do
these
explanations
satisfy
or
do
not.
I
I
Was
a
good
selection?
I
don't
know
if
I'm
going
to
support
it
today,
but
I
certainly.
I
And
they're,
probably
it
makes
sense,
because
if
you
do
these
projects,
I
get
it.
I
bet
you.
I
There's
grant
money
for
it
just
like
the
airport,
and
I
know
we
need
a
plan
I'm
just.
I
just
have.
J
J
About
at
this
point,
we're
going
to
pay
for
the
625
000
out
of
fund
balance
is
that
the
plan
yes.
J
Okay,
thank
you
very
much.
I
appreciate
it
and
thank
you,
madam
chair
you're,
welcome
commissioner.
C
D
D
D
D
The
use
of
light
bulbs
in
some
of
the
spaces
that
aren't
being
utilized
on
a
regular
basis,
it's.
D
There's
another
element
particularly
calling
ourselves
oakland
county.
It
brings
to
me
a
county.
D
A
good
starting
point-
and
my
last
point
is
about
175
000
of
that
600
000
is
going
directly.
D
Towards
engagement
to
per
you
know
just
to
get
the
buy-in
from
the
community,
and
so
I
think.
D
C
Thank
you,
commissioner.
Charles
did
anybody
else,
have
any
questions,
commissioner
cavell
and
then.
C
K
K
K
A
Well,
thank
you,
madam
chair.
I
think
what
you're
kind
of.
A
A
So
I
can
agree
with,
I
can
go
along
with
that.
The
whole
idea
of
energy
efficiency.
A
You
can
not
only
be
energy
efficient,
but,
like
geothermal,
like
it's,
it's
it's
a
constant.
A
I
still
kind
of
have
a
few
questions,
maybe
or
a
little
bit
more
discussion.
I
need
to
have.
A
C
Okay,
thank
you,
commissioner
kowall
anybody
else.
C
Ask
excuse,
me
are
if
you
could
discuss
a
little
bit
our
strategy
and
how
this.
C
C
Asset
management,
so
can
you
talk
about
that?
How
they
relate
sure,
so
we
have
the
that
cip.
H
H
The
two
of
those
firms,
comparing
notes
and
looking
at
the
various
projects
that
are
that
both.
C
Thank
you
for
that.
So
I
just
want
to
make
a
couple
of
points
and
then,
if
nobody
else.
C
Has
any
more
comments
we'll
take
a
vote
this?
The
funding
for
this
was
put
in
this
year's
budget.
C
Job
is
really
big
and
we
didn't
want
to
just
nibble
around
the
edges.
We
wanted
to
take
as.
C
I
believe
katrina
said
a
holistic
approach
to
sustainability
and
energy
and.
C
C
Which,
I
think
is
really
quite
efficient
if
we
take
one
year
to
really
think
about.
C
C
I
like
the
fact
that
we
will
be
investing
based
on
data
driven
information.
You
know
it's
not
just.
C
So
I
did
hear
some
you
know
valid
concerns
from
from
several
of
the
commissioners
in
terms
of
more.
C
Information
that
they
need
to
potentially
support
it,
but
I
am
in
support
of
this.
I
think.
C
C
B
An
item
number
two
commissioner's
kowall,
no
mcgillivray,
yes,
powell.
B
Powell,
you
still
with
us
charles,
yes,
long,
no
moss.
J
No
cavell,
yes,
powell,
are
you
there
markham,
yes
and
madam
chair,
you
have
four
yeas
and
three
nays.
C
All
right
motion
carries
thank
you
very
much,
ms
lewis
and
ms
johnson
for.
C
All
right
next
up,
we
have
item
number
two
and
number
three.
C
I
need
a
motion
yep,
commissioner
long.
L
And
let
me
all
right
sorry
about
my
camera
there,
a
second.
L
So
I'll
get
started
on
this
this
resolution,
while
the
camera's
opening
these
are
a
standard.
L
It
service
agreements
for
online
payments
and
over-the-counter
and
also
columbus
services.
L
For
van
buren,
township
who's,
an
existing
klemis
customer,
it's
a
renewal
for
van
buren.
B
So
we're
just
bringing
these
as
prescribed
by
board
process
for
your.
C
B
B
B
C
First
quarter
financial
forecast
and
budget
amendments.
I
need
a
motion.
C
Commissioner,
charles
supported
by
commissioner
kowall,
okay,
we
should
have,
I
see
we
have
lin.
M
Hi,
it's
it's
a
pleasure
to
be
before
you,
as
mentioned,
we're
bringing
to
you
the
first.
M
Throughout
the
year,
so
I'm
gonna
walk
through
the
highlights
in
terms
of
the
high
level.
M
Numbers
and
44
of
your
pack,
I
think,
and
then
lynn's
gonna,
highlight
and
explain
you
with
the.
M
M
The
past
and
we'll
be
happy
to
answer
so
turn
age
104,
the
updated
forecast
shows
a
net
positive.
N
M
Okay,
let
me
start
over
here,
we'll
we'll
have
the
folks
from
I.t
over
to
try
to
fix.
M
So,
to
start
over
on
page
144
of
your
packet,
the
updated
forecast.
M
For
the
fiscal
year
21
budget
as
compared
to
what
was
adopted
last
year,
that
figure
is
the.
M
Because
of
the
slowdown
in
activities
due
to
covid,
we
actually
have
some
positive
variants.
M
From
state
revenue
sharing
from
from
a
two
percent
increase
in
our
revenue.
M
M
Million
dollars,
and
that
relates
to
the
mechanics
of
cares
at
dollars
and
county
public
health.
M
And
safety
payroll.
So
if
you
recall
you
know
this
is
this
is
out
of
the
219
million
dollars.
M
In
cares,
act
dollars
that
the
county
received
last
year
and
used
for
various
activities
related.
M
To
covid
response
and
economic
supports
and
so
forth,
you
know,
after
all
of
the.
M
M
M
Employees
in
those
areas
were
spending
a
lot
of
time
responding
to
the
coven
crisis.
M
Rather
than
general
fund,
which
creates
that
favorability,
there
isn't
there's
an
additional.
M
6.8
million
dollars,
above
that
you
know
the
largest
factor
there,
is
that
we're
seeing
higher.
M
Personnel
favorability
generally,
you
know,
I
think,
as
a
result
of
the
hiring
freeze.
M
That's
been
in
place
and
slowed
the
pace
of
hiring.
So
with
that,
I
will
stop
talking.
C
Let's
take
a
moment
and
see
if
there
are
any
questions
so
far
from
the
commissioners.
C
Seeing
none,
let's
go
ahead
and
hear
from
lynn.
N
Okay,
so
at
the
beginning,
on
pdf
page
140
of
the
finance
committee
agenda
packet
starts
the.
N
Resolution
and
the
res
within
the
resolution,
there
are
numerous
budget
amendments
taking
place.
N
Amendments
within
the
body
of
the
resolution
that
I
wanted
to
call
out
on
pdf
page
141,.
N
That
is
for
an
additional
or
it
is
a
continued
appropriation.
It's
an
additional
appropriation.
N
For
continued
service
of
cleaning
at
the
animal
shelter
we
previously
were
able
to
utilize.
N
Able
to
utilize
inmates
from
the
jail
trustees
to
help
clean
that
facility
and
we're
no
longer.
N
N
Possible
or
it's
not
possible,
we
know
we're
going
to
get
additional
funding
from
the
federal.
N
N
N
N
And
the
last
large
amendment
that
does
have
an
impact
is
on
starts
on.
N
The
for
those
of
you
that
are
new
to
the
finance
committee
meeting.
There
is
a
summary.
N
N
Favorability
of
the
29
29.1
million
dollars
broken
down
by
departments
for
the
expenditure
side.
C
Commissioner,
charles
thank
you,
madam
chair
yeah.
This
was
a
great
induction
into.
D
County
dollars
and
cents
and
hope
I
give
the
taxpayers
good
diligence
in
my
questions,
but.
D
I
first
would
like
to
ask
if
we
have
a
policy
with
regards
to
a
threshold
for
flagging
of
our.
D
Fund
balance,
you
know,
michigan
has
a
trigger
of,
I
think
three
percent
for
for
that
fund
balance.
D
And
I
know
southfield
public
schools,
just
as
a
shout
out,
I
had
a
10
threshold
that
we
tried
to
maintain.
D
Regards
to
the
the
gaap
it
was
on
my
radar
and
lynn.
I
don't
know
if
you
have
my
room
bugged,
but.
D
D
I
even
sent
an
email
this
morning
just
to
clarify.
Was
it
something
out
of
the
ordinary.
D
That
I
believe
it
was
somewhere
300,
500,
000
or
so
to
normandy,
oaks
and
sue
wells
did
assure.
D
Was
wondering
if
you
could
speak
to
the
gap
piece?
And
you
know
it
also
speaks
to
the
general
fund.
M
Yes,
absolutely
so
the
county
has
an
adopted
fund
balance,
I
think
from
2015
15.
You
know
that.
M
M
Recommendations
in
terms
of
of
clarifying
potentially
revising
that
fund
balance
policy.
N
N
N
It
looks
like
a
reduction
of
roughly
7.5
million
dollars
to
the
impact
of
general
fund,
which
is.
M
M
K
The
meeting
and
looking
forward
to
talking
with
lynn
and
kyle
about
learning
more
about
this.
C
J
Welcome
to
zoom
all
right.
A
question
first
question
is:
excuse
me,
hey
all
right
right.
J
J
Please,
okay
great
number,
one
we're
doing
a
lot
of
spending
of
the
fund
balance.
It
strikes.
J
Me
that
I
know
that
we're
doing
a
revision
to
the
police,
official
policy
of
fund
balance.
J
Can
we
do
we
know
when
we're
going
to
see
that
revision?
Are
we
essentially.
J
Operating
under
the
new
revised
policy
right
now,
whether
or
not
it's
been
officially
published.
M
No,
I
mean
we
are
operating
under
the
current
policy.
You
know
we
are
expecting
to
be
able.
M
To
bring
some
recommendations
to
you,
you
know
either
april
or
may
you
know
we're
trying.
M
Hopefully
save
the
county
money,
you
know,
so
we
are
trying
to
take
a
narrow
approach
and
you'll.
J
Well,
if
we
are
using
fund
balance
to
balance
ongoing
operations.
J
So
that
would
that
would
probably
be
something
to
cease
and
desist
as
quick
as
possible.
J
And
sort
of
federal
state
largesse
coming
in
is
incorporated
into
these
numbers.
How.
J
Much
of
how
much
is
that
is
being
used
to
keep
us
above
water
is
there?
Is
there
a.
J
Master
breakdown
of
where
all
the
care
stuff
comes
in
and
how
it's
all
being
used,
because
I.
J
Probably
missed
it
yeah,
we
can
absolutely
provide
that.
I
think
deputy
county.
M
M
M
Holdover
of
of
the
budget
approach
from
the
last
administration,
which
is
a
little
complicated.
J
When
john
nixon
came
in
was
budget
director
and
the
first
snyder
administration
and
told
us
all.
J
Live
and
learn
yeah
just
be
sure
that
you're
cognizant
that
this
you
know
those
it
may
be.
J
Given
but
it
could
be
quickly
taken
away
all
right,
it
used
to
be
there
used
to
be
the
the.
N
N
N
For
actual
turnover,
because
we're
never
going
to
achieve
full
employment
right
well,
I
know.
J
That
it's
a
big
surprise
to
me
that
a
bob
daddow
budget
would
be
structurally
unbalanced,
but.
C
Okay,
anybody
else
have
any
questions
or
discussion
on
this
topic.
B
C
O
I'm
jealous
anyway,
so
this
is
our
an
amendment
to
our
large
grant
that
we.
O
To
purchase
for
to
pay
for
salaries
to
pay
for
any
advertising
contracted
services,
any
materials.
O
Reservation,
save
your
spot
system,
so
the
majority
of
the
funding
is
going
towards
salaries.
O
Whether
it
be
you
know,
helping
us
take
appointments,
actually
you
know
taking
phone.
O
O
A
Patty's
day
got
my
green
on
too.
I
have
got
a
lot
of
interesting
calls
about
vaccines
and.
A
People,
particularly
those
that
aren't
you
know,
connected
the
maybe
our
elderly
population,
that.
O
The
vaccine
clinics,
but
I
mean
that's
a
great
idea,
so
if
you
have
people
that
contact
you.
O
At
oakgov.com
and
I
can
make
sure
I
provide
that
to
the
board
of
commissioners
staff
too,.
O
O
C
Is
that
it
commissionerkowall?
Okay,
commissioner
cavell,
you
had
your
hand
up.
K
Thank
you,
chair,
hi
leigh-anne.
I
I,
since
public
health
and
safety,
when
you
showed
us.
K
K
O
O
O
O
Last
week,
wow
how
time
class
50
and
over
that
have
a
disability
or
underlying
health
condition.
O
O
O
O
O
D
D
With
those
partners
and
ways
to
better
facilitate
the
the
the
rollout
of
the
vaccine.
O
Coming
up
and
we're
gonna
be
working
with
some
more
community
faith-based
organizations.
We've.
O
O
Part
of
the
connection
to
for
that
ford
field,
regional
partnership
that
they
have
put
together.
O
O
O
O
On
those
areas,
so
yes,
we
are
continuing.
Yesterday
I
talked
a
little
bit
about
you
know.
O
O
O
Them
about
what
we
can
do
to
better,
you
know
get
that
population
signed
up
so
that.
C
And
you
know
we're
so
lucky
to
have
you
and
all
of
the
folks
at
the
health
department
who.
C
Knew
how
to
ramp
up
and
ramp
up
quickly
and
make
things
happen,
we're
all
getting
lots
and
lots.
C
C
O
O
B
C
Okay:
next
up
item
number:
six
health
and
human
services,
neighborhood
and
housing
development.
L
Thank
you
always
always
a
tough
act
to
follow
leanne,
but
I'm
gonna
do
the
best
that
I
absolutely.
L
Goes
to
support
third-party
providers
in
the
community
that
work
specifically
with
people.
L
Pay
some
marriages
and
some
back
rental
amongst
you
know
some
other
funding
programs
out
there
to.
L
Help
get
them
caught
up
on
their
costs,
and
so
all
of
this
is
going
to
because
we
don't.
L
But
these
community
service
agencies
really
do
the
bulk
of
the
work,
and
so
this
additional.
C
Commissioner
kowall
thank
you,
madam
chair,
and
thank
you
shane
just
one
question.
I'm.
L
Yeah,
so
the
short
answer
is
yes:
now
there
are
some
spending
time
limits
like
we
got
to.
L
Get
this
money
spent
out
pretty
quick,
and
I
have
no
doubt
that
we
will.
For
example,
we.
L
L
By
the
end
of
december
again,
I
don't
have
any
doubt
that
that
will
be
the
case.
There
is
a
match.
L
And
so
it's
very
similar
to
our
quote-unquote
regular
emergency
solutions,
grant
that
we
receive.
L
About
three
hundred
thousand
three
hundred
thirty
thousand
dollars
every
year:
okay,
very.
D
D
D
Just
wanted
on
your
radar
that
I
don't
quite
see
yet
how
the
collaboration
is
tied
into
say.
The.
D
D
Is
tuned
in
and
keen
he
and
I
just
talked
about
our
our
hopes
and
desires
for
woodward.
C
Thank
you,
commissioner,
charles
yeah,
and
so
I
just
because
there's
a
lot.
Oh,
go
ahead.
There's
a.
L
There's
a
a
lot
of
different
groups
out
there
doing
a
lot
of
good
work,
specifically
the.
L
L
Eight
mile
and
woodward,
and
so
that
is
a
big
effort
to
kind
of
keep
everybody
coordinated.
L
And
know
all
the
different
efforts
going
on,
in
particular,
the
homeless,
the
blueprint
to.
L
Help
end
homelessness
in
oakland
county
that
project
and
that
plan
is
going
to
get
started.
C
Correct
that's
correct:
they
have
contracts
with
us
already
set
up
from
the
other
one
and.
L
We're
looking
to
possibly
get
one
or
two
others
set
up
to
receive
some
of
this
funding
as
well.
L
Since
it's
almost
twice
as
much
as
the
first
one
and
all
the
others
will
just
work
off
of.
L
B
B
C
And
we
have
art,
holdsworth
and
paul
zachos
to
take
us
through
this
good
afternoon.
Commissioners.
P
This
is,
this
is
good
news,
because
we've
come
back
with
a
purchase
agreement
and
we're.
P
The
facility
decided
to
use
purchasing
in
a
sealed
bid
solicitation
and
that
was
sent.
P
Out
february,
11th
and
12th
purchasing
sent
that
through
mitten
and
to
any
other
interested
parties.
P
And
they
all
had
due
sealed
bids.
By
march
1st,
we
received
two
bids
back
and
those
are
from.
P
P
Dollars
with
60
days
due
diligence
and
the
other
developer
called
cl
associates,
they
were
at.
P
Three
and
a
half
million
dollars
with
60
days
so
purchasing
awarded
the
purchase
agreement.
P
P
Or
signature,
they
felt
that
this
was
the
best
way
to
do
it
and
we're
pleasantly.
P
Happy
with
the
way
this
worked
out
and
feel
that
we've
got
the
best
price
for
the
property
over.
P
P
Well,
we
have
you,
don't
have
specific
knowledge
of
what
they're
going
to
do,
but.
P
It
will
be
industrial
buildings
or
distribution,
we
had
good
feedback
from
the
city
of
auburn
hills.
P
Saying
that
they
actually
recommended
of
the
developers
that
they
know,
general
development
was.
B
Okay,
just
one
other
comment,
madam
chairwoman,
quite
a
few
years
back
now.
B
B
And
we
weren't
using
it
anymore.
We
didn't
even
have
a
garage
area
to
store
the
marine.
C
Commission
that
the
minimum
bid
was
3.25
million
dollars
and
the
bid
that
we
got
was.
C
Over
four
million
so
good
job,
it's
gonna
be
money
that
the
county
can
use
and
that's
great.
K
Right,
thank
you
chair.
Forgive
me
if
this
is
part
of
the
process.
P
Real
estate,
we
listed
it
with
a
broker
and
the
the
broker
takes
it
to
the
most
interested.
P
Parties
and
there's,
you
know
anyone
could
could
come
forward
and
make
an
offer
so.
