I
mean
still
as
far
as
the
schedule
that
we're
looking
at
it's
still
August
for
the
Steenkamp,
focusing
on
a
film
and
making
and
the
four
days
of
bootcamp
for
collaborative
development.
So
that's
definitely
in
teaching
people
how
to
collaborate,
but
then,
after
that,
the
theme
of
real
economic
development
and
products
such
as
filament
or
furniture-
you
know
like
if
you
have
a
large
access
to
film
it
making
you
can
make
large
print
larger
things,
but
basically
enabling
that
whole
access
to
recycled
filament
would
be
a
good
deal
now.

also
gets
into
thoughts
on
what's
the
plan
for
the
proposed
incentive
challenge
of
September?
Now,
that's
I,
don't
know
if
that's
happening,
so
it
doesn't
look
great
in
terms
of
it
happening.
I
guess
we
don't
have
things
in
place
and
then,
if
it
were
to
be
the
the
cordless
drill.
Challenge
in
question
is,
like
our
people
still
interested
in
that
quite
a
bit:
I'm,
not
sure
where
people
are
with
the
energy
of
the
the
kovat
stuff.

Think
some
kovat
personal
protection
equipment
is
still
a
live
topic.

Can
pretty
much
produce
produce
equipment
24/7,
whether
masks
or
other
things,
and
you
got
it
low-cost
to
be
able
to
make
that
a
decent
product
that
we
can
actually
ship
out
and
produce
for
people?
So
that's
that's
the
ideas,
but
as
far
as
right
now
we
pretty
much
want
to
get
the
curriculum
refined.
My
work
here
is
I've
been
working
on
an
18
inch
printer.
So
that's
almost
ready
for
a
release,
pretty
much
finishing
up
some
stuff
on
that.

pretty
nice
with
the
18
inch
chrome
bed,
which
means
that
you
can
pretty
much
print
like
one
one
print
bed
gets
you
like
all
the
parts
or
another
printer
instead
of
doing
multiple,
multiple
prints.
So
that's
that's
a
good
part
and
beyond
that
kind
of
moving
along
in
that,
and
also
developing
the
marketing
for
the
steam
camps
were
working
with
180,
D,
180
degree,
consulting
group,
that's
regular
meetings
and
Fridays,
but
developing
that
aspect
to
but
other
than
that
I
mean
things
are
kind
of
like
in
a
covert
time
kind
of
shifting
and.

equipment
that

require
people
to
get
tested
before

would
come
here
and

have
some
protective
equipment
that
we

helmet.

these
are
all
kind
of
like
difficult
propositions
to
come
to
carry
out.
Imagine
like
all
of
us
like
30
of
us,
and
we
all
got
our
big
helmets
on
and
doing
our
freecad
in
there
in
the
same
room.

know
how
that's
know
if
anyone's
doing
but
like
as
far
as
the
face
masks,
I
know,
they're
uncomfortable,
like
it's
gonna,
be
really
hard
to
get
people
to
wear
them
all
day.

it's

emergency
hospital
stuff-
and
it's
really
hard
on
people,
only
thing
is
like
the
the
powered
air
purifying.
Respirators
are
probably
the
only
thing
that
would
be
practical
in
any
way
where
you
still
have
a
comfortable
head
gear

you
can
actually
a
function
and
pretty
much
for
you
pretty
well
without
getting
to
discomfortable.
You
know,
but
yeah
definitely
different
challenges
towards
the
live
event.

so
we
can
focus
on
the
remote
events
for
now,
which
is
a
complete
shift,
because
because
you
can't
really
have
that
on-site
collaborative
where
people
are
helping
each
other
and
actually
building
up
some
bigger
things
like
like,
for
example,
building
a
welder

based
on
a
bunch
of
battery
packs
of
different
people's
being
joined
together.
You
can't
can't
really
do
that.

hard
to
know
with
so
many
news
articles
and
media
stories,
what
are
the
needs
exactly
as
they
keep
on
changing
and
people
come
up
with
solutions,
it's
hard
to
know.
Are
they
doing
enough,
so
it
might
be
nice

assess?
Is
that
still
a
big
need
in
the
world
and
if
so,
then,
maybe
to
make
some
kind
of
slightly
more
comfortable
personal
protective
equipment
that
might
yeah.

let's
say
we
do
a
remote
challenge,
so
it's
either
personal
protective
equipment
or
something
like
the
cordless
drill
or
something
like
a
plastic
extruder
component.
So
just
see
you
yeah,
we
sites
around
the
world.
We
preview

highlights

see
camps
like
in
Belgium,
Texas
Virginia,
or
we
could
even
possibly
do
some
site
hosting,
because
we
have
a
through
a
few
3d
printers.
We
get
a
few
teams
together
and
they
design
and
collaborate
remotely
on
some
kind
of
invention,
whether
it's
PPE,
cordless
drill
or
the
like,
and
then
at
the
host
sites.

out
and
assemble
the
remotely
designed
equipment,
and
then
our
competition
so
to
speak,
is
the
performance
of
these
items
under
various
tests.
So
can
it
work
as
a
handle
for
the
cordless
drill?
Can
the
battery
pack
fit
all

components
together,
or
can
you
actually
get
a
fully
3d
printed
drill
within
one
or
two
weeks
of
collaborative
work?

those
are
a
few
ideas
that
come
up,
so
we
still
have
some
of
the
elements
of
the
in-person
camp,
except
that
only
a
few
people
who
have
the
3d
printers
are
doing
that.
But
the
team
is
still
working
remotely
to
achieve
some
end,
which
has
a
tangible
end
and
that
we
documented
as
to
the
performance
of
whatever
items
were
making.
So
it
might
be
a
sort
of
a
remote
coopertition
of
some
sort,
because
we
are
all
trying
to
make
better,
but
we
test
each
team's
equipment
by
printing
out
and
assembling
it
in
some
way.

that
still
stands
as
if
you
have
an
ability
to
take
this
is
called
recycling.
It's
a
very
attractive
thing,
its
environmental.
It
addresses
a
pressing
issue,
but
recycling
and
getting
back
to
useful
products
like
say
like,
for
example,
you've
seen
the
chairs
the
CNC
cut
tears
that
we
have
here
right,
remember
and
in
my
house
a
the
that
is
something
you
can
3d
print.
If
you
have
ample
plastic
right,
you
can
print
those
because
that's
their
cnc
cut
from
flat,
so
you
can
just
3d
print
the
flats
right
and
then
assemble
them
together.

it
works
with
that
recursion
of
getting
the
local
material
supply
chains
going
immediately,
which
is

is
really
important

one

the
things

this
whole
experience
is

how
quickly
can
we

technological
recursion

start

parts?
So
we
were
depending
less
on
on
fragile
supply
chains?
That's
the
plastic
qualifies

issues
can
certainly
be
negotiated,
but
it
does
require
some
significant
development
and
and
I
think
I
guess.
In
one
perspective,
there
will
be
a
case
where
okay
now
we're
actually
getting
a
lot
of
people
around
that
project
and
succeeding
at
it,
and
the
closest
is
like,
what's
that.
That
brings
up
precious
plastic
to
mind
immediately
but
they're,
not
working
on
any
other
filament
making
or
3d
printing.
So
they're
not
doing
filament
at
all.
That's
a
complete
gap
in
their
program,
so.

you
want
to
be
taking
trash
from
from
your
waste
stream,
but
then,
if
you're
gonna
take
any
trash
like
PVC
is
very
abundant
like
we
could
take
all
the
PVC
scrap
that
we
have
right
now,

and
like,
for
example,
we
do
a
lot
of
constructions.
So
we
have
a
lot
of
PVC
scrap.
We
can
be
grinding
all
that
down
into
filament,
but
that
would
require
like
a
little
bit
more
infrastructure
and

3d
printer,

to
have
a
closed
chamber
and
filtration.

that's
a
little
bit
of
advancement
on

3d
printer,
which
is
not
a
big
deal

ultime
Kerr
does
that
they

filtration
some
other
printers
have
filtration
as
well,
but
between
like
filtration
on

enclosed
chamber,
high
temperature
chamber,
yeah
you're
talking
about
some
massive
potential
for
realistic
production
like,
for
example,
the
helmets.
If
we
were
to
do
helmets
fooled
by
a
full
body,
helmets,
that's
thin
prints.

you're
gonna
do
that
out
of
like
abs,
you
can
do
you
can't
really
print
that
in
anything
outside
of
like
PLA,
which
will
not
warp
on
you.
But
anything
else,
you
need
a
chamber,
a
heated
chamber
to
do
it,
so
the
heated
chamber
once
again
the
air
filtration
and
the
filament
making
infrastructure.
That
is
that's
absolutely
powerful
like
if
we
talk
about
the
the
avenue
of
mass
creation
of
Right
Livelihood.
That
is
certainly
relevant
so
but
we'll
kind
of
have
to
see.

for
example,
there's
all
open
source
covered
medical
supplies.

lot

projects

boasting

that
they've

produced
as
a
distributed
open
source
effort

million
pieces

protective
equipment
already
through
this
very
distributed
effort.

there's
active
effort
on
that
so
joining

production
were
to
be
protective
equipment
or
whatever

we
need
the
printers
with
low-cost
access
to
filament
to
make
it
happen.

open

so

active,
quite
active
development
and
just
on
a

the

production,
like
everyone's
reporting
they're
like
what
they
have
produced
for
this
whole
week,
then
people
are
doing
a
lot
of
different
stuff
on
that
group.

collaborative
marketing

we
reach
out
to
Allied
people

example,

we

products

the
3d
printers,

feature

our
products

that
everyone
does
better.

there's
active
development
on
marketing
aspects
and
the
curriculum
development
for
the
steam
camps
as
we're
kind

we

customer
engagement
and
outreach

campaigns

products
that
they
had.
For
example,
they
have
this
trail
bar
that
has
chai
in
it.
So
we
did
a
campaign
around.

wanted
people
to
send
us
pictures
of
them

during
their
hikes
and
things
like
that,
with
the
trail
bar
to
get
some
engagement
around
that

people
who

receive
they
were
rewarded

idea

step

research

a

a
good

willing

collaborate

collaborate

open
products

we

forward.
So

what's

the
basic

ask?

how
does
this

work,
with
with
respect
to
logistics
and
fulfillment
like
one
Avenue,
so
one
Avenue
for
fulfillment?
Is
that
they're
basically
like
a
lead
generator?
They
give
us
the
lead
and
the
order
goes
to
us
and
then
we
fulfill
it
or
it
could
be
the
other
way
around
where
we're
actually
shipping
inventory
to
the
the
company.

now,
shipping
inventory
is
not
not
how
we
like
to
work
we'd
like
to
do
it
on
demand
production,
so
we
don't
keep
stock
and
that
that
keeps
costs
down.

companies,

requirement

be

challenge

hackerspaces

be
who's
actually
offering

ambitious
program
of

global
education,
but
that's
certainly
worth

spaces

exactly
that,

Gaudi
labs.

a
hackerspace,

a
company.

an

in
the

would
be
a

great
idea
of
the

hacker

to

open-source
collaborative
kits

idea.
They

have

ideally
they

entrepreneurial.

it's
actually
about
an
educators.

the

It's
really
like
the
five
like
a
dog
we're
talking
about
the
open-source
collaborators.
People
have
kids
for
building.

like
spark
fun
or
gaudi
labs
or
late
Adafruit
Industries,
their
entrepreneurial
they're,
educators,
so
yeah,
that's
that's
the
kind
of
can
narrow
it
down
to
a
bunch
of
people
like
that,
and
then
we
should
be
able
to
find
a
lot
of
different
groups
around
that,
because
that
that
means
a
global
audience.
So
each
country
will
have
will
have
some
of
this,
which
is
really
good
and
the
the
part
of
the
pitch
like
I
mean
the
offer
is
that
were
the
ideal
client.

collaborator
would
be
one
who's
actually
developing
open
products
and
therefore
we're
able
to
get
into
certain
collaborations
on
on
all
the
development
that
we
do
so
so
keeping
the
much
bigger
vision
in
mind.

the
whole
global
village,

so
that
people
can
build
micro,
States
farms,
villages,
micro
factor,

Collaborators,
so
the
collaborators
implies
open-source,
but
yeah
I
guess
the
two
key
words:
there
are
entrepreneurial
collaborators
who
are
willing

are
interested
in
open
source
product
development
for
the
the
bigger
picture.
The
much
bigger
picture
is
not
about
just
selling
this
education
program
or
this
kid
it's
about
we're
all
collaborating
to
this
much
bigger.
So
precisely.

yeah
keeping
to
the
OSC
mission
of
collaborative
design
for
a
transparent
and
inclusive
economy
of
abundance,
and
we
specifically
have
the
2028
milestone
of
finishing
all
the
different
tools
and
building
the
culture.
That's
that's
the
we're
finding
that
the
culture
is
the
missing
piece,
the
collaborative
culture,
so
so
people
who
who
want
to
work
with
us
where
we're
not
only
marketing
here.
But
it's
it's
it's
true
to
our
mission
of
the
collaboration.

we're

cultivating
collaborators
in
the
same
process,
so
I
think
that's
mission,
aligned
and
and
I
think
will
get
us
further.
So
that's
good
and
then
so
the
entrepreneur
collaborators,
that's
like
if
somebody
lights
up

a
real
good
sign
and
probably
a
useful
relationship,
because
the
other
thing
is
in
our
package

the
offer
of
distributive
enterprise.

talk
about

want

preach

printers

we're
into
saying

want
to

that

promote
that
that's

good
thing.

some
people

might
be
the
offer
that's
attractive
to
them.

we
make
an
explicit
offer.

replicating
their
products
so
say
and
say
there
is
successful
company
and
they
want
to.
You
know
they
have
production
capacity
and
they
want
to
produce
our
printers.
They
certainly
can
and
everybody
wins,
because
the
markets
for
these
things
are
huge.
Like
there's,
you
know
we're
not
concerned
about
there
not
being
enough
good
work,
good
work
to
be
done,
so
that's
definitely
a
value
proposition.

we've
got
enterprises,
we've
got
hackerspaces,
I,
think
between
existing
open
source,
hardware,
businesses
and
hacker
spaces,
and
it's
really
I
think
we
talked
about
entrepreneur
collaborators,
it
would
be
individuals
or
enterprises
like
solo
solo.
Businesses
are
like
more
established
enterprises
like
spark
fun
or
Adafruit
Industries,
which
are
the
key
audiences,
and
then
just
we
got
to
go
through
a
list
of
finding
them
contacting
them
to
make
this
happen.

dear

then
not
necessarily
going
to
the
spiel,
but
let
everybody
know
hey:
we've
got
this
available
and
we'd
like
you
to
be
a
part
of
it.
We
we
feel
that
there
would
be
some
synergy
between

organization

our
organization
for
what
we're
calling
this
collaborative
marketing
and
yeah
just
start
with
the
template,
email
or
some
kind
of
template.
Communication

cross
market
products,
but
the
greater
thing
is
well
we're
looking
for
the
entrepreneurial
collaborators,

also
mention
mentioned
that
we
work
toward
a
much
greater
picture
with
distributive
enterprises

a
different
paradigm

kind
of
philosophical,
so
I
mean
some
people
will
connect
to
that
quite
a
bit,
but
we
should

throw
that
in
there,

this
is
about
changing
the
way
that
economy
works

proprietary
development

open
development

norm.

throw
that
in

the
distributive
enterprise
bit.
