foundry

thousand
square
feet.

scrap
using

would

feedstock
for
a
completely
local
metals

of
training
we've
trained
over
300
teachers
on
how
to
run
their
own
fab,
labs

schools,
and
how
to
integrate
that
love,
making
activities
practical

into
the
classroom.

YMCA

training
system
house
based
on
crying
dolls
and
wipe

the
blackout.

we
are
still
solving
for
people
showing
up

a
volunteer
organization.

are
working
on
a
business
models
where
you
can
replicate
this,

latest

that
is
setting
up
our

chapter
so
incorporated
OSE
chapters
in
different
locations
that
can
replicate
at
least
what
we
do.
We
have
a
revenue
model
based
on
workshops,
extreme
manufacturing.
We
sell
some
product
and
there's
just
a
tiny
bit
of
nonprofit
funding.
We
don't
go
after
after
that.

have
some
donations
here
and
there,
but
that's
we're
still
to
sustain
it.
Bare-Bones
Living
them
in
the
mud
hut
for
the
last
decade,
almost
very
simple,
voluntary
simplicity,
but
at
the
same
time
like
we're,
ready
to
start
growing
this
thing
and
not
not
creating
employees
but
creating
entrepreneurs.

look
at
a
model
of
franchising
or
partners
or
chapters
not

more

the
McDonald's
franchise,
where
we
prepare
something

people
can
replicate
as
opposed
to
us,
employing
people,
because
you
don't
believe
in
creating
more
employees.

in

makers,

we're
all

it's
time
to
productize
some
things.
Collaborate
like
one
thing
that
we're
really
trying
to
solve
for
is
the
collaboration
aspect,
cuz
I
notice.
One
of

big
learnings
of
recent
history
is
that
very
few
projects
that
are
open-source
are
highly
collaborative
and
very
highly
curfew.
Highly
collaborative
projects
are
open-source.
There
is
completely
in
college
like
a
lot
of
them,
don't
come
together.
So
we're
really
focusing
on
ok,
collaborative
and
open
source,
making
explicit
mechanisms
for
such
collaboration
to
be
possible.
