What I'm doing right now is basically doing the final blade machining for this I'm actually going to need to go through one more time.

We get this lip here if you can zoom in on that right there, just because now I have to go sideways with this before I had the body sticking down, but when the boring bar sticking down this has to be way out so that a compass, it's because the holes right here and there's just too much vibration, so you can only take like twenty thousand or so comfortably, whereas you can do at least 40 when it's sideways like this, can L be more accurate and smoother so switch to this direction, but unfortunately, this the bottom of it is lower than the blade of the boring bar.

So, as you can see here, it won't go all the way down. I'm gonna have to stick that vertically, but it'll be ok, because it's only machining this this little bit at twenty thousands per tag versus you know everything at twenty thousands per take which speeds it up a lot. So now, I'm pretty close to done with this I'm. Just trying to decide whether I should take more or not how.

Do you know the fit is correct out.

The measuring how you got the perfect radius well,.

Just go one bit of time and check it with this and see if it's fine, um my in.

Increments of 20 thousandths so.

Hard to like I was doing like 40 pounds at first and then basically went down to five thousands or last I. Just did a two and a half thousand one. So.

It's a tight fit to two-and-a-half thousands yeah.

I mean I don't know how tight it's got to be. That's why I'm testing it right now um to see you can see it's really close right now I mean it's like I might be able to go a little more, I'm not sure if I should so this, the top right now is two-and-a-half thousands bigger than the bottom.

So just kind of trying to see and I got this feeler gauge set over here to check that blade gap or the gap between it because that'll tell me, I mean it's hard to see by I, but basically, if it's not machined enough, you know the inside. There should be a gap right here at the center and if it's to machine, there's going to be a gap at the sides, so I just got these. These go all the way down way. Small, let's see where were they?

I was using this 0015 one and a half thousand two thousand, oh well,.

It's done, yeah.

And so there was that gap on the bottom, but now I want to check on the top, because this is machine, 2000s, more and just kind of see where that tie. So it's kind of tough here to get it positioned just right, especially since it's machine. So it's.

See I'm thinking the top is like perfect right now, but.

The thing is: I sighs. What about the size when the top is perfect? What about the sides.

That's what I getting busted yeah you could, so you could get it in the sides which.

Means probably the bottom is perfect.

And see the thing is I think there's going to be enough force on that or if there's a little bit of play, it'll probably deform this to make it a perfect fit so I'm not really sure how far to go. This is something we got to experiment with. I mean probably the only people in the world that know are the engineers that design machines like this and the people that fabricate them and I haven't been able to find information like that anywhere show. That is just too much junk in here. I got to clean that out. I was plenty to do one more mill after a machine that so there's like a little. Something is preventing this from going all the way up on that side, but.
