A
I
know
we
haven't:
I
am
Jay
one
of
the
chairs
of
this
wasn't
the
leads
of
this
subcommittee.
B
Oh
nice,
so
I'm,
the
the
new
program
director
at
the
Linux
foundation
and
I
figure
I
wanted
to
just
like
I,
can
only
stay
for
30
minutes,
but
I
figured
I
wanted
to
pop
in
and
and
see
what
you
all
were
doing.
A
Oh
man
happy
to
have
you
happy
to
have
you
and
happy
to
have
your
support
as
well.
A
B
Well,
I've
been
here
for
about
a
week
and
a
half
almost
two
weeks:
I
guess
and
so
I'm
brand
new
and
I'm.
Essentially
the
the
program
director
on
the
Linux
Foundation
side
for
openss.
A
Great
great
yeah,
we'll
probably
have
some
questions
about,
or
some
help
liaising
with
the
Linux
Foundation.
As
far
as
d
e
and
I
de
Andi
work
is
concerned,
especially
as
we
I
are
our
larger
initiative
here.
Coming
up.
So
it's
great
to
have
you
here,
I
mean
I.
I,
won't
ask
you
to
attend
every
meeting
but
yeah,
but
we'll
be
reaching
out
to
you
throughout.
So
thank
you
for
that.
A
D
D
Just
go
ahead
and
get
started
all
right
thanks.
Everyone
for
joining
I
know
that,
within
the
last
two
weeks
we
had
a
couple
of
things
come
up
along
along
along
the
lines
of
basically
kind
of
getting
the
word
out
on
this
particular
Dei
subcommittee
and
what
we've
been
working
on.
So
that
was
like
the
open,
ssf
Town
Hall,
but
before
we
actually
get
started,
I
know
I'm
Amanda.
You
did
quickly
introduce
yourself
before
I
joined,
but
as
anyone
else
willing
to
help
scribe
for
this.
D
Thanks
Folk
and
then
yeah
drop
in
any
opens.
You
have
most
of
the
ones
that
I
put
in
there
were
related
to
some
of
the
things
that
were
coming
on
the
Outreach
efforts
that
we
have
coming
up
and
all
right.
So
we
had
the
open,
ssf
Town
Hall,
where
we
kind
of
did
like
a
quick
update
on
introducing
this
work
and
if
there
was
any
any
Reflections
or
any
thoughts
or
things
that
we
could
have
that
we
missed.
D
What
we
should
have
done
just
would
love
to
kind
of
get
feedback
on
that.
A
Well,
I
won't
say
you
know,
I,
don't
think.
There's
anything
I
think
that
for
the
time
that
we
were
given,
we
did
amazing
what
came
out
of
that,
though
I
think
there's
a
few
follow-ups
or
one
in
particular
that
I
need
to
follow
up
on,
but
it's
with
the
Global
cyber,
the
global
cyber
Alliance
I've
did
a
brief
look
into
them
to
see
exactly
the
kind
of
work
that's
being
done.
It
seems
pretty
legit
there's
a
lot
of.
A
They
have
a
lot
of
partners
that
are
similar
to
to
to
believe
it
not
similar
to
our
partners
here
in
in
the
in
the
openness
itself,
so
I
will
be
reaching
out
to
them
again
to
set
up
a
formal
meeting,
but
I
did
tell
them.
I
would
bring
it
to
the
subcommittee
first.
A
We
could
talk
about
it
briefly
and
then
see
if
they
would
like
to
come
and
do
some
type
of
or
talk
to
them
and
then
see
if
they
would
like
to
come
and
do
some
kind
of
presentation
before
before
the
subcommittee.
So,
that's
that's
something
that
we
can
stick
on
the
agenda
for
our
our
next
meeting,
while
I
continue
to
research.
A
I
really
do
I
really
don't
want
to
bring
them
into
the
fold
until
I
have
a
good
idea
of
who
they
are,
how
they're
funded
all
that
kind
of
stuff.
E
Yeah
I
think
I
mean
that
sounds
really
really
good
and
I
like
the
idea
of
having
them
come
and
sort
of
pitch
themselves.
But
again
we
do
ought
to
be
careful
in
that,
but
every
time
you
have
a
conversation
with
them,
if
you're
in
any
way
representing
the
Linux
Foundation
just
make
sure
that
the
language
there
is
around
volunteer
in
partnership
with
them.
Yes,
I
think
that's
such
a
good
direction
to
attend.
E
I
do
have
one
quick,
good
news:
the
birds
of
a
feather
for
ossf
day
around
Deni
has
been
approved,
so
we've
gotten
this
page
and
we've
got
an
hour.
So
let's
get
some
plans
on
how
we
want
to
use
that
time.
D
D
That
was
exciting.
That
was
a
a
really
good
submission.
It's
cute,
okay,
so
do
do
I
have
because
you
invited
a
whole
bunch
of
folks
on
onto
that
panel.
So
do
you
want
us
to
kind
of
like
brainstorm
that,
during
this
section
or
yeah.
E
What
I'll
set
up
now
is
I
know
everyone
on
the
panel.
Most
of
them
are
my
mentees
and
then
it's
y'all,
that's
very
cool.
So
what
I'm
gonna
do
is
set
down
a
couple
of
questions
that
I
want
to
or
like
themes
that
I
want
to
make
sure
that
we
cover
and
then
have
us
get
all
on
a
zoom
call
a
few
weeks
in
advance.
Have
that
chat?
Make
sure
that
we
all
understand
what
we're
all
relatively
representing
and
then
make
sure
that
what
I?
E
What
I
want
to
make
sure
is
that
we're
in
agreement
about
how
we
spend
that
time
on
that
stage
and
what
we
focus
on
thematically,
because
the
people
that
are
in
that
audience
are
the
ones
that
can
help
us
to
get
these
initiatives
done.
So
if
we
kind
of
it's
going
to
be
a
birds
of
a
feather,
but
we're
going
to
leave
that
with
action
statements
for
our
audience
to
make
that
time
valuable.
So
I'm
excited
it's
done.
It's
through
that's
cool.
D
Yeah,
the
other
talk
that
Jay
and
I
kind
of
which
was
like
the
quick
sort
of
like
update.
It
was
going
to
be
similar
to
the
the
town
hall
talk.
So
that's
on
a
wait
list
and
I
believe
that,
because
they
said
that
the
other
talks
that
were
similar
and
it
might
have
been
because
of
the
other
work
with
the
tis-
has
said
that,
since
the
talks
were
similar,
that
they
put
it
on
a
waitlist
right.
E
D
E
E
F
E
D
Okay,
all
right,
so
so,
because
that
that
birds
of
the
feather
is
going
to
be
pretty
much
like
a
lead
and
that's
one
day
on
the
before
the
actual
other
talk
that
we
had,
which
was
scheduled.
The
lightning
talk
so
remember
we
had
this
I
wanted
to
introduce
again
the
same
thing.
Introduce
a
Dei
subcommittee
and
the
lightning
talk
about
well
in
a
regular
talk.
D
E
E
Yes,
yeah
it's
that
Monday,
however,
with
one
of
the
individuals
who's
going
to
be
on
this
panel,
this
undergraduate
that
I
work
with
and
your
database
for
supply,
chain
stuff,
and
they
had
a
very
Millennial
idea
and
said:
let's
do
a
cyber
security
Zine
which
we're
going
to
do,
and
so
we're
going
to
distribute
that
out
at
both
of
these
events
and
at
coffee
shops
around
so
I
think
it's
really
nice.
E
D
So
we
got
correction
that
the
open
ssf
day
is
on
Wednesday,
the
10th,
okay
yeah
and
the
other
talk
which
is
the
lightning
talk,
I
believe,
is
on
Tuesday,
the
9th.
So
it
works
out.
Oh
yeah,
so
that's
the
leadership.
That's
part
of
the
leadership
track,
so
we
can
just
find
people
come
to
open
ssf
day,
learn
yeah
yeah
all
right.
D
So
for
the
lightning
talk,
we're
going
to
go
ahead
and
and
and
do
it
it's
five
minutes,
it's
very
short
JD
one
of
both
of
us
to
still
do
it.
It's
like
five
minutes
seems
super
short
for
two
people.
A
No
I,
you
know
we
could
sit
there
and
answer
questions
for
five
minutes
and
you
know
it's
not
gonna.
It's
gonna
go
over
just
a
little
bit,
especially
if
people
are
really
interested
and
they're
just
gonna
have
to
deal
with
that,
but
but
yeah
I
think
we
I
think
for
five
minutes.
We
can
sit.
There
answer
questions
hell
who
I
mean?
Who
knows?
Maybe
people
I
mean
I'm,
saying
people
won't
show
up,
but
I
think
they
will
so
we'll
see.
Okay,.
D
That's
it
right,
so
we've
got,
we've
got
kind
of
like
our
Outreach
sort
of
like
going
in
in
good
swing.
I
was
hoping,
Nicole
would
join
today.
F
D
We
really
would
love
to
kind
of
get
a
our
eyes
our
access
to
that
spreadsheet,
which
is
really
good,
but
none
of
us
have
been
able
to
trace.
E
E
But
I
am
catching
most
of
what
you're
saying,
but
I
did
just
skip
out.
Do
we
where
is
Nicole?
What
has
happened
to
Nicole?
Do
we
know
that.
D
All
right
so
Jay
and
I
were
discussing
and
we're
gonna
try
to
figure
things
out
based
on,
even
if
we
have
to
go
back
and
look
at
all
recordings.
D
So
yeah
so
that's
kind
of
like
another
big
piece
of
what
we
wanted
to
answer.
Some
of
our
work
around
like
even
to
start
talking
to
some
of
those
Partnerships
and
stop
fleshing
that
out.
So
maybe
I'll
just
take
the
action
item
to
try
to
within
the
next
couple
of
weeks
just
trying
to
see,
but
what
we
can
get
on
that
front.
D
All
right
and
so
I
don't
know
what
are
there
any
other
opens.
We
kind
of
have
like
pretty
light
agenda
today.
F
I
did
have
an
update
on
the
alpha
omega
side.
Two
pieces,
I'm
buddy
I-
have
them
locked
in
because,
if
not,
he
Causes
Chaos.
F
So
we
we're
moving
forward
with
two
universities
on
the
vulnerability
Discovery
program.
Unfortunately,
they're
not
really
a
dii-centric
but
I
think
having
a
good
group.
Just
kind
of
piloting
would
focus
it's
with
Purdue
and
UT
Dallas
they're,
like
the
quickest
that
we
could
get
running
with
the
program
I'm
speaking
with
UT
Dallas
in
April
on
April
7th
about
the
program,
I
added
a
link
to
how
we're
describing
out
the
the
university
just
wanted
to
discover
program
for
the
that.
F
So
everyone's
welcome
to
add,
if
you
don't
have
access-
just
let
me
know,
but
we
are.
We
have
Linux
Foundation
mentoring,
ship
opportunities
in
the
summer
for
four
paid
mentors
mentees
it's
a
it's
includes
a
siphon
optional
siphon
to
join
us
on
Defcon
and
b-sides
in
Vegas.
F
So
once
it
goes,
live
April
10th.
So
if
you
could
I'll
send
it
out
already
what
happened
she's
breaking
in
and
out
it's
like
I,
don't
know
how
excited
she
is,
but
I
I
will
have
those
positions.
So
if
you
know
anybody
it's
gonna
be
two
of
them
are
going
to
be
working
with
me
on
the
engineering
of
the
Omega
tools
and
then
two
are
going
to
be
working
with
my
counter
partner,
Jonathan
lyshu,
on
the
vulnerability
researching.
F
The
word
spread
the
word:
if
anybody,
if
you
know
anybody,
that's
interested
looking
for
a
summer
internship,
unfortunately,
the
the
payout
is
into
installments
we're
hoping
to
have
like
an
initial
installment,
so
that
the
person,
the
folks
that
you
know,
join
us,
they
could
get
there
if
they're
joining
us
for
Defcon
and
besides,
they
can
get
their
tickets
and
fights
and
all
that
stuff
quickly
kind
of
as
a
sign
on
bonus,
can
you
stop
I
would
have
to
check
on
visa
requirements,
since
it
is
just
a
12-week
program,
I'm,
not
sure
if
we
were
targeting
anybody
outside
of
the
US
for
right
now,
since
it's
the
first
group.
A
A
D
C
D
Good
kind
of
like
even
surface
these
types
of
things
in
other
avenues
as
well,
so
that
might
be
one
of
the
things
that
we
use
zero
in
on,
especially
if
you're
kind
of
start
to
get
like
a
list
of
like
where
we
can
share
this
information
again
going
back
to
getting
that
list
of
put
together.
So
we
can
have
a
way
to
to
broadcast
these
messages.
A
lot
easier.
F
C
I
have
a
hand
up
again.
I
know
that
the
critical
projects
working
group
is
doing
like
an
office
hours
and
I.
Think
Marta
is
leading
that
and
they
have
different
topics,
but
that's
something
we
may
want
to
consider,
since
one
of
our
values
is
kind
of
mentoring
and
helping
encourage
and
develop
up
and
comers.
Maybe
we
want
to
consider
having
a
Deni
office
hours
where
we
invite
folks
in
and
we
work
with
them
on
portfolios
or
we
have
whatever
all.
C
D
C
C
The
idea
we
can
make
that
happen
pretty
quickly,
so
yeah.
D
That's
true
because
a
lot,
a
lot
of
folks,
probably
just
want
their
questions
answered
before
they're,
like
should
I
apply
for
this
or
yeah
I
like
that,
and
that
might
be
something
even
if
it's
just
like
come
ask
me
questions
about
I
mean
it
looks
like
well
you're,
saying
it
for
your
internship.
That
might
be
something
that
will
be
in
demand
anyway,
but
it
could
be
just
like
that.
Learn.
D
C
We
could
do
if
we
want
to
make
it
a
regular
thing
think
about
if
we
want
to
do
monthly
or
quarterly,
perhaps,
and
then
we
can
get
an
agenda
published
and
then
I'll
poke,
gen
Bly
and
we
can
kind
of
use
the
foundations,
Twitter
and
Linkedin
and
whatnot
to
get
the
word
out.
Okay,
so
I
I
think
it'd
be
interesting
and
very
worthwhile
and
kind
of
fits
within
some
of
the
goals
we
wanted
to
in
the
plan
and
kind
of
outside
the
plan
as
well.
D
Yeah
and
for
the
for,
if
we
wanted
to
kind
of
like
sync
it
up,
let's
say:
if
you
decide
to
do
what
do
folks
think
quarterly
or
monthly
or
just
start
orderly.
F
E
D
E
Could
do
that
and
I
think
that
particularly
yeah
yeah
I.
D
D
Yeah,
so
let's
go
with
like
monthly
to
start
off
with,
and
if
we
wanted
to
kind
of
go
in
with
an
agenda
more
like
in
the
beginning,
it
could
be
related
to
amas,
but
we
could
say
it's
explaining
what
we're
about,
but
also
one
thing
that
started
was
like
paid
internships.
So
what's
available,
yeah.
F
D
E
Wi-Fi
is
real:
bad
I
was
just
saying,
I
think
targeting
those
audiences
and
labeling
those
office
hours
as
four
developers
or
for
osbos.
Specifically,
those
two
different
audiences
are
very
different
conversations.
It
would
be
nice
to
consolidate
them
and
if
we
have
an
office
hours
for
ospo's,
that's
going
to
save
me
five
hours
a
month.
So
let's
do
it.
D
Yeah,
so
now
do
you
want
office
hours
for
ospo's
and
then
office
hours
related
to
like
Dei
question
separately.
E
I
think
that
both
I
think
we
can
take
an
onboarding
approach
to
ossf.
That's
Deni
focused
as
it
should
be,
I
think
that
those
are
hand
in
hand,
and
so
we
provide
the
Practical
ability
to
get
people
better
onboarded
to
ossf,
while
making
that
clear
that
that
process
requires
them
to
have
Deni
in
mind
and
because
it's
part
of
everything
we
do
I
think
that's
a
really
nice
way
to
do
it.
D
All
right
and
we
could
probably
discuss
even
now,
if
you
were
thinking,
if
you
kind
of
got
everything,
figured
out
operationally
what
we
could
probably
even
just
do
this
on
slack
or
offline.
But
what
would
be
like
the
first
officers
if
I
decided
to
do
it
monthly,
keeping
in
mind
that
we've
got
next
month
is
May
April
and
then
shortly
after
that
would
be
the
open
source
Summit,
not
the
North
America.
So
it
could
be
like
somewhere,
mid
april-ish.
F
I
can
take
April
and
focus
it
around
what
Alpha
Omega
is
doing
and
and
the
projects
and.
D
F
Internships,
okay
and
then
what
we
can
probably
do
is
like
a
schedule
rotation.
So
it's
it's
not
all
dependent
on
one
person,
but
you
know
one
one
month
would
be
ospo's
and
let's
say:
Saul
takes
it
next
week.
Is
you
know
next
month
is
what
not.
D
Okay,
okay,
Pro.
C
We'll
want
to
think
about
a
time
we
want
to
do
this
and
when
we
have
availability
and
again,
we
may
want
to
consider
doing
two
meetings
a
month,
one
like
European,
friendly
one
APAC,
friendly,
potentially
yeah
same
topic
that
you
know
do
one
in
the
morning,
one
in
the
evening
yeah.
D
So
Sal
says:
Alpha
Mega
is
a
first
pass,
bringing
a
lot
of
partnership,
participation
right
off
the
bat
and
then
okay,
and
then
she
can
take
on
the
European
model
calls
as
if
needed,
especially
if
you
want
to
do
that.
A
time.
That's
really
really
friendly
to
you.
D
Yeah,
that's
really
good
and
then,
as
you
say,
we
could
probably
just
map
out
the
rest
of
the
rest
of
the
the
office
hours,
but
this
would
be
really
good.
D
So
make
sure
it's
not
17
to
21st
and
that's
April.
Keep
calm
is
that
yeah
April?
Okay
right,
you
have
to
be
mindful
of
that
all
right!
Well,.
D
D
That's
good
and
then
other
than
that
I
remember
just
kind
of
like
sitting
in
on
the
the
office
hours
that
Martin
was
doing
for
the
vulnerabilities
and
I
think
I
don't
know
if
it
was
like
a
marketing
related
thing.
But
in
the
beginning
there
wasn't
a
lot
of
folks
who
signed
up
to
attend,
so
we
might
have
to
think
about
either
Lessons
Learned
of
what
we
could
learn
from
that,
or
maybe
it
was
not.
D
D
Okay,
any
other
opens
that
we
have.
C
A
D
D
Don't
give
your
girl
stuff
all
right,
so
we've
got
I'm
just
taking
it
in
terms
of
timing.
We've
probably
got
like
a
couple
of
a
couple
of
more
at
least
one
or
two
more
meetings
before
we
head
into
open
source,
Summit
North
America
and
we
also
got
April
17
at
that
time
frame
might
be
a
little
crazy
because
of
conferences.
D
So
if
we
need
to
kind
of
like
sync
up
Sal
and
anything
related
to
the
the
panel
discussion,
we
probably
may
have
to
do
it
probably
on
the
next
meeting
just
to
think
through
that
agenda
item
so
and
then,
hopefully,
by
that
time
we
get
I
really
want
to
get
my
hands
on
that
spreadsheet.
So
I
will
be
trying
to
get
that
cornered.
F
Need
to
discuss
today,
I
know
part
of
the
the
colleges
or
not
the
colleges,
but
the
communities
for
the
spreadsheet
are
somewhere
down
the
the
notes,
because
I
remember
she
copied
a
few
of
them,
but
I
know
she'll
actually
worked
on
it
too.
So,
okay,
if
we
need
to
start
again,
okay,
yeah.
D
E
E
I
do
have
just
one
quick
note
Yesenia,
if
you're
working
with
the
UT
system,
they
have
a
huge
network.
If
you
want
to
do
sort
of
like
diversity,
Outreach
within
that
sackness
they're,
one
of
the
biggest
participators
in
sackness.
So
that's
Latin
as
a
Native
Americans
in
the
U.S
and
they've
got
a
huge
Network
there,
where
they
take
people
from
stem
and
get
them
into
roles
there.
So
that's
a
great
Avenue.
D
All
right
and
we've
got
the
link
as
well
stocknass.org
all
right.
We've
got
a
lot
of
good
movement
and
I
love
those
stuff
that
we're
doing
with
the
Outreach.
Hopefully
you
can
kind
of
get
started
on
the
Partnerships
aspect,
but
if
we
don't
have
anything
else,
thank
you.
Everyone
for
joining
this
call
and
a
lot
of
great
progress
and
forward
movement
and
I'm
excited
to
see
what
we
can
continue
doing
with
the
school
yeah.
