A
Good
morning,
good
afternoon,
good
evening,
wherever
young
welcome
to
team
meeting,
number
92
and
I've,
just
eight
more
team
meeting
to
go
until
we
reach
100
alma
mater
for
today's
team
meeting,
we're
going
to
be
talking
about
some
new
classes.
We're
going
to
be
talking
about
the
slowdown
in
higher
education
and
higher
education
revolution,
have
a
mutinous
dwell
and
some
great
stuff
to
talk
about,
sir,
but
let's
first
go
to
rubber
new
classes.
Yeah.
B
B
And
I
talk
about
a
couple
of
the
new
classes
that
we've
got
so,
as
you
know,
when
you
go
onto
the
plane,
oh
homepage,
that
we
now
have
armed
a
course
catalog,
here's
the
homepage
and
then,
when
you
go
to
courses.
B
What
we've
got
here
is
a
listing
of
all
the
courses
that
are
up
and
available
and
that
can
be
launched.
Now
we're
going
to
be
launched,
you
know
in
the
next
month
or
two,
but
their
courses
that
have
all
been
approved
by
us
and
I
want
to
talk
with
you
about
this
new
one.
B
It
has
come
up
which
is
on
web
development,
one
HTML
and
CSS,
and
this
is
taught
by
Professor
David.
Her
witch
and
a
couple
of
interesting
things
to
remember
is
that
you
know
David
teaches
it
a
lot
of
the
at
the
couple
of
different
schools
and
institutions
he's
outlined
on
the
learning
objectives,
the
purpose
of
the
class
on
the
course
requirements
etc.
B
Obviously
you
want
some
background
in
HTML,
but
one
of
the
really
interesting
one
of
the
course
requirements
is
signed
up
for
a
code,
Academy
com
account
and
then
you've
got
to
have
a
dropbox
or
google
drive
with
or
a
flash
stick
so
that
you
can
download
between
our
two
and
four
gigabytes
for
project
file
storage.
One
of
the
really
interesting
things
about
David
is
two
pieces
one.
He
has
a
personal
website
which
can
take
a
look
at
here.
You
can
read
his
biography
on
the
course
site.
B
Take
a
look
at
his
website.
He's
done
a
lot
of
interesting
stuff
with
video
games,
arm,
website
design,
etc.
You
can
check
out
his
bio
and
his
resume
in
his
portfolio
arm.
So
you
really.
When
you're
choosing
to
take
David's
class,
you
can
check
out
what
he's
actually
done
in
the
field
and
to
make
sure
that
he's
the
kind
of
programmer
and
designer
that
you
want
to
work
with
one
of
the
other
great
things
about
David
is.
This
is
the
first
time
this
has
been
done
them
he
is
disliked.
B
That
outlines
that
it
is
a
1
through
5,
designation
on
a
bunch
of
different
categories,
helpfulness,
clarity,
easiness
of
the
class,
and
it
has
on
quality
rankings
instructors
on
the
raiders
grade
average,
and
then
neat
thing
about
this
is
that
it
also
has
a
lot
of
common
commentary.
So
again
you
can
use
the
rate
my
professor
piece
on
David
site
to
figure
out.
If
this
is
exactly
who
you
want
to
be
working
with.
There
are
a
couple
of
problems
with
ratemyprofessor
one
one
of
the
things
that
we
don't
that
I
don't
like
about.
B
It
is
the
fact
that
the
feedback
is
anonymous
and
I.
Think
if
you're
going
to
tell
someone
about
how
they've
performed,
whether
you're
a
student
or
not,
you
should
actually
be
signing
your
name
to
it,
so
that
we
know
that
the
person
actually
took
the
class
regardless.
He
has
so
many
different
arm
rating
69
that,
on
you
know,
you
can
get
a
really
great
sense
of
what
is
some
classes.
I
would
look.
Actually
if
I'm
going
to
use
ratemyprofessor
I
would
look
for
both
on.
B
That's
what
what
do
people
say
when
they
write
out
write
a
bunch
of
stuff
down
on
that
they
really
like
about
the
class,
but
I
would
also
look
at
what
do
the
students
not
like
about
the
course,
for
example,
some
students
will
say
hey.
You
know
this
course
is
really
tough.
Now,
when
you
see
a
reaction
like
that
to
a
class,
you
know
if
it's
a
really
tough
class,
some
of
the
best
professors
that
I've
ever
had
have
been
difficult
and
what
we
can
do.
B
Is
you
want
to
take
a
course
with
that
person?
B
So
again,
the
biggest
thing
to
find
to
see
is
you've
got
a
lot
of
information
on
the
rate,
my
professor,
to
take
a
look
at
David
and
see
what
his
classes
like,
but
the
most
important
thing
is
the
web
development,
one,
the
HTML
class,
the
course
overview
the
course
requirements
and
the
fact
that
you
know
you're
going
to
be
done
with
this
class
that
you
will,
when
you're
done
the
class
you're
going
to
be
able
to
show
off
the
fact
that
you've
got
the
skills
needed
to
create
responsive
web
design.
B
The
roles
of
web
multimedia
design
team,
how
to
organize
people
etc
and
for
a
thousand
dollars
in
a
three
credit
class.
That's
a
great
that's
something!
That's
really
really
great.
That
course
is
going
to
be
available
on
is
going
to
start
running
the
first
week
of
March
and
we're
going
to
be
also
tweaking
this
on
landing
page
on
the
catalog
so
check
it
out.
A
B
The
only
new
class
that
I
want
to
announce
right
now
will
let
out
some
a
few
more
next
week.
One
thing
also
to
remember
is
that
we've
got
the
fact
that
now
david
has
added
his
class
along
with
the
c++
class,
is
that
we
have
a
growing
list
of
small
computer
programming
of
an
information
technology
classes
that
you
can
take,
and
we
also
have
the
ability
to
offer
certificate
in
that.
So
on
you
know,
building
the
content
is
really
really
important.
B
B
Yup
and
remember
that
for
a
plural
certificate
courses,
and
also
for
some
of
the
institutions
that
were
working
with,
if
you
take
some
of
these,
some
free
online
courses
or
large-scale
MOOCs
on
those
courses
may
be
able
to
transfer
into
their
programs
too,
but
they
definitely
transform
they
definitely
transfer
into
our
certificate
programs
in
a
planet.
You
know
you
can
bring
in
one
of
those
classes.
Yeah
great
now,
you
wanted
to
add.
B
A
Yeah,
I'm
gonna
I'm
going
to
go
through
that.
I
was
in
blue
egg
as
you,
which
I
think
our
minds
I'm
going
to
cut
three
pieces
are
so
that's
and
then
testing
liner.
So
oh
yeah,
so
I
put
a
link
to
my
vine
or
a
planners
wine
in
the
initial
answer
later
so
you
can
follow
where,
for
Lola
and
I'll
show
you
the
next
week.
B
A
But
is
it
up
yeah,
certainly
because
I
have
a
week
because
it
actually,
when
you
were
talking
about
this
new
class
by
david,
I
had
a
very
interesting
a
merry
one
of
the
rear
of
their
sir.
There
are
about
classes
being
harder
classes
being
difficult
until
teachers
having
having
issues
even
the
greatest
teacher.
I
was
reading
a
recent
recently
reading,
a
blog,
which
I
think
I
posted
on
high
resolution
as
well
about
oftentimes
you
even
the
best
teachers.
They
can
sometimes
just
not
be
able
to
communicate
the
information.
A
A
This
week,
I
think
there's
a
piece
of
out
about
that
in
our
latest
newsletter,
which
has
personally
link
below
there's
a
some
very
interesting
pieces
about
a
a
student
who
which
is
having
a
lot
of
difficulty
school,
which
it
and
then,
and
also
had
some
personal
problems
and
decided
to
out
herself
out
our
personal
problems
to
the
whole
school,
see
she
had
an
anxiety
disorder
and
then
suddenly
they
actually
changed.
Her
whole
outlook
changed
what
for
her.
A
It
changed
also
changed
all
the
people's
reaction
to
her,
so
they
could,
everybody
could
actually
bandy
together
and
help
her
to
actually
overcome
this
well
or
at
least
lifted.
With
this
issue,
we
have
a
very
interesting
pieces
where
we
have
some
interesting
people
pieces
about
crowd
of
about
Tiger
moms
there
gamification
of
your
classes
as
to
see
there's
no
whatever
why
your
LMS
isn't
motivating
well,
we
all
know
about
that.
Rob
about
LMS
is
being
not
motivating
for
teachers
as
well
as
for
students.
So
we
can
know.
A
This
is
one
of
the
reasons
why
we've
chosen
campus,
of
course,
where
our
Netherlands
and
there's
some
there's
lots
of
other
interesting
pieces
about
your
finding
jobs
about
Angie
mistakes
that
you
get.
There
made
a
mistake
in
choosing
cut
the
right,
College,
really
great
pieces,
and
this
week
this
week,
I
sent
out
a
newsletter
to
over
1,700
people.
So
we
have
1700
followers
that.
B
So
grating
it
a
little
if
you,
if
you
have
anything
that
you
want
to
add,
are
more
submit
to
high
red
Rev
and
you're.
Listening
to
this
video
you're,
a
faculty
member
or
just
an
interested
student
student
views
are
also
really
really
important.
Please
send
it
to
us
and
we'll
include
it
on
the
highroad
renfe,
medium
feed
that
we've
got,
which
is
growing
by
leaps
and
bounds,
excellent.
B
Basically
from
two
things:
one
is
I'm
sending
out
emails
are
making
a
lot
of
calls
to
different
institutions
to
get
to
get
work
or
to
get
in
to
get
involved
in
meetings
so
that
we
can
sell
our
materials
to
people
in
two
people
at
these
institutions
again
thinking
about
looking
at
us
like
Pearson's
arm,
but
with
the
professor
and
what
the
reaction
that
I'm
getting
right
now
and
that
is
coming
both
from
people
who
were.
You
know
institutions
that
were
approaching,
but
also
people
on
the
outside
that
I
keep
in
contact
with.
B
Is
that
we're
starting
to
see
a
slowdown
in
the
US
economically
and
that's
doing
two
things?
B
One
is
that
it's
causing
businesses
to
hold
off
on
doing
professional
development
for
their
arm
for
their
employees,
basically
because
they're
not
sure
what
the
economy
is
going
to
be
like
in
the
next
six
months,
so
they're,
not
there
they're
looking
for
the
ability
to
trim
budgets
in
or
eliminate
budgets
in
particular
kinds
of
categories,
and
so
businesses
are
being
really
really
sensitive
to
not
getting
involved
too
much
in
some
long
term
pieces
unless
it's
some
some
specialized
fields
on
where
they
have
really
critical
needs,
because
they're
trying
to
you
know
either
replace
employees
or
they're
trying
to
build
capacity
now
on
the
higher
end
institutional
side.
B
What
worse?
What
I'm
getting
messages
about
is
in
the
Northeast,
but
also
from
some
stuff
overseas.
Latin
America,
especially,
is
one.
The
dollar
strengthening
is
making
it
extremely
making
our
courses
actually
now
quite
expensive
for
people,
and
that
is
something
that
we're
not
going
to
we're
going
to
have
to
deal
with.
You
know,
maybe
in
some
sort
of
dynamic
pricing
piece,
but
it's
going
to
be
really
really
tricky
when
economies
are
crashing.
B
Okay,
when
they're
entering
recession
or
deflationary
periods
for
them
to
be
able
to
and
their
currencies
are
becoming
less
valuable
compared
to
the
u.s.
is
that
you
know
think
about
how
if
the
price
rises.
Ten
five
ten
fifteen
percent
in
a
month.
Okay,
what
kind
of
sticker
shock
that
that
creates,
especially
for
people
who
may
be
paying
in
dollars?
Okay,
now
dollars
for
people
outside
in
certain
places
in
the
world
kind
of
like
euros
to
depending
on,
is
that
a
storehouse
of
dollars
allows
them
to
hedge
against
the
devaluation
of
their
local
currency.
B
So
people
are
more
likely
to
hold
on
to
those
for
as
long
as
possible
and
not
want
to
use
their
dollars
unless
they
absolutely
have
to,
and
they
also
want
to
get
ahold
of
dollars
rather
than
having
to
use
the
local
currency.
So
it's
going
to
be
really
the
the
overseas
market
is
going
to
be
trickier
to
get
to
I.
Don't
I've
got
to
be
thinking
about
how
to
how
to
deal
with
that,
but
it's
tricky
so
foreign
students
coming
to
the
u.s.
B
B
So
it's
kind
of
a
double
whammy:
we're
going
to
see
for
not
for
the
top
elite
institutions,
but
for
the
medium
and
the
low
and
the
you
know
the
bottom,
two
thirds,
okay,
the
ones
that
were
approaching
in
the
ones
that
we
are
on
you
know,
are
working
with
that
two-thirds
section
they're
going
to
get
really
they're
going
to
have
a
harder
and
harder
time
recruiting
those
on
foreign
students.
B
The
second
piece
is
sticker
shock
is
now
hitting
on
when
you
talk
with
students,
and
you
talk
with
people
when
they're
talk
when
they're
dealing
with
their
student
loans
and
thinking
about
how
much
money
they're
going
to
have
to
take
off,
take
take
out
to
pay
for
that.
The
federal
loan
budgets,
the
federal
loans,
have
a
certain
limit
as
to
the
amount
that
you
can
take
out
from
the
Stafford
subsidized
or
Stafford
unsubsidized,
then
the
rest
of
those
student
loans
are
taken
from
the
private
sector
now
arm.
B
B
They
still
are
making
their
bread
and
butter
arm,
making
most
of
their
money
on
people
who
come
to
the
institution
and
stay
there
for
four
years
between
the
ages
of
18
and
21,
and
it's
becoming
increasingly
difficult
for
them
to
get
ahold
of
it's
going
to
be
come
increasingly
difficult
for
them
to
get
ahold
of
those
of
those
students.
That's
leading
to
a
real
conservativism
and
shut
down
in
terms
of
what
people
want
to
what
risks
they
want
to
take
and
how
they
want
to
grow
on
their
outreach,
they're
so
concerned
with
it.
B
With
that
again,
the
traditional
arm
student
of
high
read
that
they're
not
looking
to
expand
their
market
they're,
just
looking
to
service
that
that
particular
group
so
I'm
finding
it
a
bit
frustrating
about
the
arm,
lack
of
interest
in
expanding
the
numbers
of
people
who
to
college
and
lowering
the
cost.
It's
almost
as
if
people
are
just
trying
to
keep
their
heads
down
and
keep
the
system
going
for.
B
As
long
as
possible,
but
I'm
getting
more
and
more
of
a
sense
of
some
really
big
shake
ups
that
are
going
to
happen
in
the
next
on
several
years
and
when
the
shake-up
start
to
happen
will
be
able
to
take
advantage
of
them.
But
right
now,
let's
not
delude
ourselves,
we're
kind
of
like
on
the
cutting
edge
and
in
the
wilderness.
B
That
is
something
that
is
not
yes
on
the
radar
and
not
something
that
students
are
pushing
for
they're
still
going
to
the
you
know,
they're
still
doing
the
traditional
purchasing
they're
still
going
to
you
know
using
the
federal
subsidized
and
unsubsidized
loans,
they're
still
going
for
private
loans
that
they
can
get
them
they're,
not
thinking
about
what
it's
going
to
cost
the
service
that
loan,
and
that
is
creating
a
mismatch
because
again,
a
plan.
No,
we
don't
like
that.
B
We
don't
want
you
to
go
into
debt,
for
your
education,
we're
keeping
the
cost
low,
so
you
can
finance
this
wall
you're
working.
Okay,
we
want
transfer
credits
to
other
institutions.
All
of
those
things
are
kind
of
like
you
know,
flying
against
the
the
against
the
prevailing
wisdom.
But
you
know
our
system
will
work.
B
We
just
were
just
going
to
be
more
patient
and
keep
you
know
pushing
pushing
and
you
know,
keep
going
as,
as
you
know,
for
the
foreseeable
future
for
a
long
for
a
long
time,
and
there
are
some
really
cool
things
which
we
can
talk
about
next
week
when
those
meetings
are
done.
That
give
me
a
lot
of
you
know,
they're
giving
me
hope,
we've
got,
you
know,
students
registering
for
classes
or
helping
out
students
in
particular
classes
at
Burlington
College.
B
All
those
things
are
good
and
we're
just
going
to
keep
we're
just
going
to
keep
plugging
along
and
you
know
but
realize
hey.
You
know
this
is
a
revolution
and
we're
going
to
have
to
push
hard
for
end
of
sermon.
But
I
thought
I
would
let
you
guys
know
a
little
bit
about
what
the
what
I'm
thinking
about
you
know
the
team
meeting
if
you've
got
comments,
send
them
to
me
because
I'd
like
to
know,
if
you
think,
if
you
agree
with
me
or
if
you
disagree
with
me,
let
me
know.
B
A
B
A
B
A
B
Thought
it
I,
don't
think
it's
on
netflix
I,
get
it
through
I
do
by
you
know:
I
buy
a
TV,
show
a
TV
series
on
google
play.
Okay
and
then
you
know
watch
it
as
it
comes
through.
This
is
about
the
pirate
republics
in
the
1700s,
and
you
know
that
they
were
really
it's
not
just.
Pirates
are
that
they
were
the
first
really
places
where
people
were
actually
free
that
we
think
of
in
the
modern
way
in
terms
of
being
able
to
you
know,
have
a
democratic
leadership
system.
B
Pirate
captains
couldn't
just
decide
what
they
wanted
to
do.
They
were
only
in
charge
one
hundred
percent
when
they
were
attacking
another
boat.
Otherwise
they,
if
they
were
going
to
sail
to
some
Island
river
chain
course
they
had.
The
crew
had
to
vote,
which
is
crazy
and
the
crew
decided
who
they
were
going
to
elect
to
be
their
captain
and
could
depose
the
captain
at
any
time,
and
so
and
everybody
no
matter
what
race
arm,
what
race
they
were
were
able
to
be.
B
That's
a
docu-drama,
but
it's
based
on
some
history
with
you
know,
characters
who
really
existed
and
really
acted
in
these
particular
ways,
and
you
know
some
fictional
fictional
groups
and
it
just
kind
of
when
I
watch
it.
It
reminds
me
that
you
know
a
player
know
is
a
small
pirate
colony
made
up
of
you
know
our
faculty,
who
have
you
know
equal
share
with
us
in
terms
of
what
we're
trying
to
accomplish,
and
now
what
we've
got
to
attract
is
no
more
students
to
join
us
in
this
movement.
A
B
Yeah
we
do,
you
have
the
course,
and
it's
called.
Let
me
look
like
I
solisti.
B
She's
Jack
tars
yep
our
mating,
yes,
r
yep.
You
can
check
it
out.
Okay,
so
listen
check
us
out
next
week
we'll
be
meeting
at
the
same
time
the
following
week.
We
will
not
be
meeting
arm,
but
next
week
we'll
be
meeting
and
so
check
us
out
and
we'll
see
you
online
and
keep
up
the
good
work
wherever
you
are
and
create
the
revolution
any
way
you
can.
