A
Okay,
declarations
of
interest,
seeing

from
June

codes,
okay,
I,
remember:
one

update
community
and
Protective

is
committing
blazing
motions
to
the
parent
in
September.

received
I
remember
to
a
commemorative,
mainly
proposal
by
bicycle,
a
V

I
remember:
three:
a
commemorative
menu
proposed
a
huge
in
Metro
Park,
okay,.
B
B
We
request
a
waiver
for
two
reasons:
one
is
in
discussions
with
mr.
de
Monte
and
it's
set
out
in
in
the
motion
itself,
which
was
circulated
yesterday.
Staff
has
already
started
looking
at
this
particular
issue
and
work
is
ongoing,
so
it
continues
to
give
them
authority
of
Kelly
at
the
work
and
again
being
end
of
term.
This
may
well
be
the
last
meeting.
B
We
have
this
committee
and
the
motion
is
to
staff
to
consider
or
I'll
lead
it
be
it
resolved
that
staff
be
directed
to
include
a
potential
business
in
licensing
home
business
by
offer
committee
and
council
consideration
early
in
2019
as
part
of
the
bylaw
review.
Work
plan
and
I
can
certainly
explain
the
rationale
behind
that.
B
As
I've
discussed
with
a
number
who,
already
by
and
large
home-based
businesses
in
the
city
owners,
they
they
operate
in
a
reasonable
way.
They
operate
within
the
bylaw
rules,
but
each
and
every
one
of
us
have
it.
You
know
at
least
a
couple
that
look
at
bylaw
infractions
and
fines
as
a
cost
of
doing
business,
and
so
what
happens
in
what's
happened
in
the
number
of
cases?
B
My
my
worth
over
the
last
number
of
years
is
the
fine
is
paid
and
the
person
goes
back
to
carrying
on
the
business
as
they
were
before
the
fine
was
levied,
and
then
the
whole
process
has
to
start
again
with
residents.
Making
complaints
by
are
going
out
telling
that
investigations
we
were
being
involved
to
file
charges
and
so
on
and
so
on.
B
The
whole
process
can
easily
take
a
year
more
that
before
it's
in
front
of
a
justice
apiece
again,
a
fine
was
levied
in
the
same
respect
the
wheel
going
then
Toronto
has
a
model
with
businesses
whom
these
businesses
are
actually
licensed,
and
that
allows
another
true
and
by
law
and
illegals
toolbox,
to
deal
with
recurrent
offenders,
and
they
can.
They
can
work
within
that
regime
to
use
the
the
license
itself
as
leverage
to
promoting
proper
and
good
behavior
in
accordance
with
our
bylaws.
B
C
Thank
you,
madam
chair
I
will
be
supporting
the
motion.
That's
before
us
from
Council
I
just
wanted
to
ask
staff
if
they
could
remind
me
when
the
new
council
comes
into
office
and
this
committee
gets
re
constituted.
When
does
this
committee
deal
with
the
work
plan
for
2019?
When
does
that
actually
come
to
us,
and
just
very
briefly
describe
for
us
how
this
committee
will
piece
together,
what
the
actual
work
plan
will
be.
D
C
You
and
my
final
question
is
I,
see
some
similarities
with
the
subject
matter
of
this
motion
and
the
Airbnb
issue,
which
I
believe
this
committee
sent
to
staff
to
be
reviewed,
can
I
just
be
reminded,
was
that
was
the
direction
given
to
staff
that
that
be
part
of
the
overall
work
plan,
or
is
our
natural
report
on
that
on
the
Airbnb
issue?
That's
coming
back
to
this
committee
separately.
D
E
Thank
You,
chair
and
I
have
no
issues
with
the
motion,
but
I
had
a
similar
question
to
councillor
bark
and
in
just
so
that
I'm
crystal
clear.
So
when
the
new
council
is
in
empowered
I
guess
you
can
say,
and
a
counselor
who
is
or
isn't
on,
CPS
or
just
on
council
now
wishes
for
staff
to
consider
a
particular
bylaw,
because
he
or
she
wants
that
to
be
on
the
work
plan.
I
just
want
to
be
sure
that,
and
that
is
a
view
that
is
shared
by
enough
counselors,
that
mr.
E
E
But
ultimately,
what
we
need
to
make
sure
is
that
we're
not
prejudging
the
ability
of
the
next
council
to
determine
in
its
own
right
what
are
the
priority
items
and
that
will
take
a
survey
of
the
new
council
in
order
for
staff
to
be
able
to
speak
about
what
seems
to
be
a
priority
among
counselor
chair.
That's.
D
Actually
a
good
point,
so
staff
will
make
no
prejudgments
with
every
cal
serve.
An
attorney
will
be
consulted.
Motions
such
as
these
will
be
in
front
of
you,
so
it
will
all
be
there
a
low
hierarchy
per
se.
We
may
give
you
tools,
such
as
you
know,
on
item
one,
seven
counselors
think
it's
important
that
item
two.
D
E
If
you
go
and
sit
down
with
individual
members,
a
new
council-
and
we
say
here-
are
ten
ideas
that
we're
considering
and
the
council.
You
speak
to
says.
Well,
actually,
I've
got
an
eleventh,
that's
not
on
your
list.
That's
really
important
to
me.
It's
that
property
by
law
standards
are
actually
something
that
isn't
on
your
list.
Then
that
also
gets
considered
in
the
same
passion.
Absolutely.
D
F
You,
madam
chair
to
you,
I
I,
have
no
problem
with
the
motion.
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
in
the
little
at
all,
we
do
have
a
lots
of
situation
like
this
and
I
just
want
to
make
sure
to
take
it
under
consideration
in
the
report
to
see
if
there
is
any
impact
on
making
sure
we're
not
really
impacting
our
who
doesn't,
because
we
do
have
a
loss
of
home
businesses
in
Ottawa.
D
They're,
the
only
call
in
this
direction
asks
us
to
ensure
that
it's
on
the
list,
so
it
will
be
on
the
list
and
to
the
my
earlier
answer
to
the
counselor-
will
be
consideration
and
those
and
then
council
can
have
that
debate
and
the
details
can
be
there,
so
it
doesn't
preclude
that
at
all
you'll
have
plenty
of
time
and
stock,
all
of
them
determinations.
Thank.
G
You,
madam
chair,
just
following
up
on
councillor
brockington
and
council
dues,
we
in
counseling
as
well
money
that
prioritization
that
will
happen.
The
next
council
is
true,
except
for
the
items
that
are
already
financed
and
underway
right,
like
the
residential
room,
rental
and
the
Airbnb.
They
will
happen
no
matter
what
okay,
okay,.
A
Anyone
else
so
carried
on
the
motion
carry
thank
you
inquiries
most
of
motion,
saying
then
I
will
confirm
for
you
that
I
have
a
good
to
cancel
the
November
meeting.
So
this
is
the
last
modem
of
the
committee.
So
I
would
like
to
thank
you
all
for
your
hard
work.
I
have
this
term
and
those
of
you
are
seeking
me
right.
All
of
you
are
seeking
reelection
I
wish
you
well
on
the
campaign
trail
and
hope
to
see
you
all
back
here
next
term.
