I
To
ensure
that
we're
looking
at
other
possibilities
and
with
the
thought
nor
mind
that
PLAs
goal
may
never
work
and
I
think
that
we
have
to,
we
have
to
continue
down
that
path.
But
having
said
that,
the
motion
today
is,
as
mr.
Kirkpatrick
correctly
pointed
out,
really
doesn't
change
the
day
to
have
SIPP.

You
don't
want
to
be
looking
five
years
from
now
and
saying
I
guess
we
should
have
stuck
with
that
just
to
see
if
it's,
if
it
works
or
not
by
the
end
of
2014,
we'll
know
if
they
own
the.

I
have
to
go
through
a
process
right
up
until
the
points
that
you
landfill's,
gonna,
close
and
then
you're
out
of
luck.
So
you
want
to
give
yourself
enough
time
to
go
through
a
process
to
examine
all
options
and
then
decide
what's
best
for
the
future.
So
I
appreciate
again
the
supports
for
this
and
obviously
I'll
be
supporting
it
again.
Thank.

Who
are
employed
at
at
Pineview
and
they
work
for
the
the
board
of
Pineview,
which
some
of
us
counselors
sit
on
and
a
number
civilians
sit
on.
There
would
have
been
more
civilians,
but
the
appointments
at
the
beginning
of
the
term
about
three
years
or
whatever
was
ago
didn't
take
place
so
mr.sheng
ii.
I
you
have
a
record.
B
I'm
prepared
to
put
a
motion
forward
that
that
the
RFP
should
include
some
sort
of
successor
rights
or
even
some
priority
for
staff
coming
into
the
city,
and
that
may
take
some
negotiations
with
QP,
because
I
think
that
would
be
the
most
relevant
union.
That's,
though,
that
would
come
into
play
here
so
I'm,
just
I'm
asking
a
question
and
I've
and
I
could
move
a
motion
depending
on
what
the
answer
is.
M
Mr.
mayor,
the
report
makes
a
light
reference
to
some
of
the
contractual
obligations
between
the
board
and
its
employees.
Recommendation
2
of
this
report
talks
about
the
city
developing
a
position
that
we
will
then
negotiate
with
the
with
the
NCC
in
terms
of
our
exit
from
this
lease.
Those
negotiations
will
address
a
whole
variety
of
current
obligations
that
the
board,
and,
in
some
cases
the
city,
have
things
like
leases
contracts,
service
agreements
and,
of
course,
relationships
with
employees.
So
our
intent,
this
fall
if
council
approves.

Is
encounter
losses
Wharton
reminds
me,
but
that
all
the
time
a
lot
of
the
people
that
make
use
but
more
importantly,
work.
There
are
from
around
that
Pineview
area
and
are
residents
of
my
ward.
So
again,
I.
Don't
think
there's
not
going
to
be
put
in
writing
here,
but
if
I
can
be
kept,
I
think
counsel
blows.
My
software,
probably
the.
