A
She
recognizes
councilman,
Thomas,
Thank,
You
council,
president
and
I
also
want
to
thank
councilman
Dom,
as
well
as
my
colleagues
who
all
signed
on
to
the
resolution.
Respect
and
respecting
and
honoring
the
life
and
legacy
of
cosa
Kobe
Bryant.
As
the
residential
basketball
coach
on
council
I
felt
in
my
obligation
and
my
duty,
as
well
as
the
youngest
member
of
councillors,
to
say
a
few
words
as
it
related
to
Kobe
Bryant
and
his
passing
away
for.
For
me.
A
I
grew
up
born
and
raised
in
the
city
of
Philadelphia
I
pride
myself
on
being
an
intricate
part
of
the
basketball
community
and
just
being
in
classrooms
in
the
city
of
Philadelphia.
I
didn't
have
a
classmate
named
Kobe,
my
entire
curved
Mayan,
tired
journey
through
high
school,
but
by
the
time
I
got
to
college
and
became
a
high
school
basketball
coach.
