Well,
the
idea
behind
this
project
is
really
to
really
focus
on
our
neighborhoods
and
our
commercial
corridors
throughout
the
city
of
Adelphia.
There's
been
a
lot
of
development
in
our
Center
City
core
and
some
of
the
adjacent
neighborhoods.
We
really
want
to
focus
on
all
the
neighborhoods
in
the
city
of
foot
out
there
to
really
grow
small
businesses,
especially
on
our
commercial
corners,
to
really
help
address
our
high
poverty
rate
that
we
have
in
Philadelphia
and.
A
B
The
city
has
a
number
of
different
programs.
The
Greater
Philadelphia
Chamber
of
Commerce
has
other
programs
to
help
small
businesses
and
myself
I'm,
a
former
small
business
owner
on
a
commercial
card
in
Mount
Airy
on
Germantown
Avenue,
so
I
know
the
challenges
that
a
small
business
owners
have
and
trying
to
grow
their
business.
So
any
way
we
can
bring
different
resources,
attention
and
information
to
help
small
businesses,
especially
in
our
neighborhood
commercial
quarters,
and
something
that's
great
for
not
just
the
city
of
Fatah
Fiat,
but
the
region
as
a
whole.
There.
A
B
I
think
this
is
very
important
issue
because
to
me,
the
best
way
to
grow
jobs
and
address
poverty
is
to
grow
out
of
poverty,
and
you
can
do
that
by
growing
small
businesses.
You
know
every
major
corporation
at
one
point
started
as
a
small
business,
either
in
a
basement,
a
kitchen
table
or
garage,
and
so
what
better
way
to
help
encourage
the
small
businesses,
especially
in
our
neighborhoods
Philadelphia,
is
known
as
the
city
of
neighborhoods.
