On Saturday, August 8, 2020, the Black Doctors COVID-19 Consortium (BDCC) brought its mobile COVID-19 testing operation to the Mander Recreation Center in North Philadelphia to provide free tests for those in the community experiencing symptoms. Saturday’s event is a partnership between the BDCC and the office of City Council President Darrell Clarke (5th District).

test

held

says
that
it's
important
to
hold
testing
events
in
all
parts
of
the
city
to
make
testing
more
accessible.

not

open
up

provide

in
the

that

affected

the
