A
A
Good
morning,
thank
you
all
for
being
here
today.
This
is
going
to
have
a
repressor.
One
of
the
things
that
we
want
to
talk
about
is
the
ongoing
labor
issues
in
the
city
of
Philadelphia.
Today
we
just
want
to
stand
here
and
state
our
unequivocal
support
for
labor
in
the
city
of
Philadelphia,
as
relates
to
our
municipal
workers,
which
includes
dc33
and
686.
A
We
want
a
contract.
The
mayor's
indicated
today
in
his
budget
message
that
he
wants
a
contract
with
33.
We're
hope
that
we're
close
there's
some
concern
about
the
budget
that
we're
not
sure
that
the
budget
number
reflects
a
potential
contract
resolution,
as
it
relates
to
the
level
of
revenues
that
will
go
towards
raises
we're,
hoping
that
that
is
adjusted
at
a
minimum
to
the
level
of
raises
that
was
consistent
with
47
work
respects
this,
the
gas
workers,
union,
686
and
I'm
speaking
for
myself
at
this
point
in
time.
A
Personally,
just
generally
I
generally
do
not
support
the
privatization
of
municipal
workforce.
What
we
will
at
some
point
received
documents
from
the
administration
we
will
review
and
the
mayor's
indicated.
He
understands
that
we're
going
to
do
our
due
diligence
with
respect
to
that
particular
proposal
in
the
process
that
we
were
not
involved
with,
which
was
the
earlier
process
between
the
administration
and
the
respondents.
We
will
ensure
that
the
workers
from
the
gas
company
Union
will
be
involved
in
our
process,
as
it
relates
to
the
review
and
the
conversation
surrounding
that
to
propose
the.
B
Labor
peace
is
welcomed.
It's
been
disruptive
for
the
focus
of
this
legislative
body
and
the
city
of
Philadelphia
for
clarity,
I,
think
district
33.
The
gap
in
the
budget
that
the
president
was
talking
about
is
caused
by
I
think
the
number
is
reflected
in
the
budget
proposal
reflect
the
last
offer
that
the
mayor
made
the
district
33,
which
obviously
isn't
where
we're
going
to
end
up,
was.
C
B
I
think
it's
a
it's
a
continuation
of
last
year's
budget,
with
the
exception
of
where
we're
going
to
go
with
education.
Education
is
always
going
to
be
a
problem.
I've
called
on
Harrisburg
on
numerous
occasions
to
pony
up
in
Romani.
The
one
thing
that's
critical
is
to
recognize
from
the
city
of
Philadelphia
perspective
that
everyone
understands
consistently
they
caught
us
by
thirty-nine
percent.
We
all
have
eleven
percent
of
the
kids
that
has
to
be
adjusted.
We
can't
sustain
this
conversation
going
forward.
The
structural
debt
is
too
much
for
us
antal
ourselves.
