We
were
attempting
to
take
a
look
at
the
for
prospective
applicants
for
the
second
casino
in
the
city
of
Philadelphia
to
measure
them
on
their
efforts
to
employ
minorities,
females
and
Philadelphians,
as
well
as
do
subcontracting
opportunities
for
everything
from
chips
to
laundry
to
maintenance
for
those
casinos
and
we
were
putting
them
through
the
paces.
To
make
sure
they
understood
that
the
city
of
Philadelphia
is
serious
about
diversity
and
inclusion
at
all
levels
of
employment
and
contracting.
So.
B
If
you
look
at
the
past
precedent
of
sugar
house,
they've
created
over
a
thousand
jobs,
are
looking
to
expand
and
create
450
more
jobs
and
by
way
of
contributions
to
taxes
over
three
hundred
million
dollars
in
taxes,
they've
contributed.
Five
million
a
year
goes
to
the
school
district
of
the
city
of
Philadelphia,
so
they've
made
an
economic
contribution,
but
we
just
want
to
drill
down
to
look
at
two
new
things:
one
supply
services
and
equipment,
but
also
equity
ownership
in
the
new
applications.
So
we
should
not
only
take
advantage
of
the
workforce
being
diverse.
