A
A
Oh,
it's
so
important.
Senator
Vincent
Hughes
is
not
only
one
of
the
best
in
the
Senate,
but
his
work
on
education
is
phenomenal
and
what
he
let
us
know
is
that
there's
so
much
this
funding
that
we
got
from
the
from
the
governor
that
might
amount
to
30
million
most
of
it's
just
non
recurring
it's
just
one
time
and
that
we
need
to
really
look
at
marcellus
shale
and
do
what
we
can
for
all
this
oil.
That's
going
to
be
drilled,
any
way
that
we're
worried
about
healthwise.
A
But
since
it's
going
to
happen,
we
need
to
really
try
to
tap
that
money
to
funded
you
at
least
education,
if
not
other
things
as
well.
One
of
my
big
concerns
always
is
that
charter
schools
in
traditional
public
schools,
fight
for
the
same
money
and
so
people
say
angry
with
charter
schools
and
I
really
hope
that
all
these
new
gubernatorial
candidates
will
find
a
way
to
find
a
way
to
fund
charter
schools
without
impacting
traditional
public
schools.
