Description

If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
So
that
everybody
feels
comfortable,
we
do
ask
that
if
you
give
any
sort
of
comment
that
people
in
the
audience
don't
cheer,
jeer,
snap,
clap
things
like
that,
we
want
people
to
feel
comfortable
when
they're,
giving
their
comments
to
the
City,
Council
and
actions
like
that
may
make
somebody
feel
uncomfortable
and
not
want
to
participate.
So
we
ask
that
you
be
respectful
and
listen
to
everybody's
comments.
In
that
way,
we
will
give
everybody
two
minutes
to
speak.
A
We
know
that's
not
a
ton
of
time,
but
in
order
to
make
sure
we're
moving
along
quickly
and
efficiently,
we
will
hold
you
to
those
two
minutes
and
we
ask
that
you
stay
to
those
two
minutes.
If
you
have
further
comments,
we
have
staff
around
the
room
that
are
happy
to
take
your
note
cards.
You
can
email
us,
you
can
get
in
touch
with
us
afterwards
too,
to
say
anything
else
that
maybe
you
didn't
have
time
in
your
two
minutes
to
say.
A
We
also
ask
that
you
be
respectful
of
this
space
that
we
are
in
many
of
you
know.
This
is
an
iconic
building
and
this
room
is
still
used
today.
What
it
was
originally
meant
to
be
used
for
when
this
building
was
built.
So
we
ask
that
you
don't
stand
on
the
chairs
and
be
respectful
of
the
decay
of
the
decor
and
everything
in
this
room
with
that.
I
would
ask
for
a
motion
to
approve
the
formal
meeting
minutes
of
Tuesday
August
27th
20
2019
and
Tuesday
September
30
780.
A
A
motion
by
councilmember
luke
and
a
second
by
councilmember
Rogers,
all
those
in
favor
any
opposed.
At
this
point
we
are
now
at
our
public
hearing
stage.
We
have
want
our
first
item
on
the
public
hearing
is
the
ordinance
and
resolution
regarding
block
67,
the
north
community
reinvestment
area.
This
is
an
ordinance
that
would
authorize
the
approval
of
the
block,
67
CRA
and
a
resolution
that
would
approve
an
interlocal
agreement
between
Salt
Lake
City
and
the
Redevelopment
Agency
of
Salt
Lake
City
to
use
a
portion
of
tax
increment
for
this
project
area.
A
A
C
Let's
see,
I,
remember
the
council
close
the
public
hearing
on
the
block
67
north
community
reinvestment
area,
CRA
project
area
plan
and
the
interlocal
between
Salt
Lake,
City
Corporation
and
the
Redevelopment
Agency
of
Salt
Lake
City
authorizing
the
use
of
a
portion
of
tax
increment
for
block
67
north
CRA.
Second,
alright,.
A
A
C

A
A
D
Thank
you,
I'm
Jeff
silverstein
and
the
mayor
of
Mill,
Creek
and
I'm
here
to
speak
to
you
with
respect
to
your
unfinished
business
business
items,
one
the
resolution
between
Mill
Creek
and
Salt,
Lake,
City
and
I
just
want
to
once
again
express
my
thanks
to
the
members
of
the
council
that
helped
us
work
out.
This
resolution,
which
I
think
is
for
the
benefit
of
both
of
our
cities,
and
we
look
forward
to
a
long
relationship
of
cooperation
with
you
and
can't
wait
to
get
started
on
that.
So
thank
you
very
much
once
again,.
A
So
that
are
there
any
other
comments?
I
only
had
the
one
general
card,
any
other
comments
for
us
great.
Then
we
will
move
on
to
the
unfinished
business
section,
which
does
bring
us
to
item
number
one.
The
resolution
between
Salt
Lake
City
and
Mill
Creek
as
a
proposed
boundary
adjustment
and
enter
a
little
local
agreement.
Madam.
A
C
Please,
madam
chair
I,
just
I
also
want
to
thank
mayor
silva
strany,
councilmember
Marcin,
for
their
work
on
this
item.
It.
This
definitely
shows
what
can
happen
when
two
cities,
you
know
work
together
and
and
I
think
that
the
relationship
that
has
been
developed
during
this
process
is
one
that
will
not
only
last.
You
know
throughout
the
time
that
the
Mill
Creek,
City,
Council
and
mayor
are
in
their
positions,
but
the
this
City
Council
and
our
mayor
are
in
positions,
but
I
think
it
will
also
stretch
to
future
elected
officials
as
well.
C
A
There
any
other
discussion
on
that
I
just
wanted
to
say
also
and
I-
should
have
done
this
in
the
beginning,
but
welcome
to
the
council
meeting
mayor
and
councilmember
Marchant.
We
appreciate
you
guys
being
here
for
this
and
it
has
been
quite
the
process
over
the
last
nine
months,
but
it
has
been
a
learning
process.
A
I
think
for
everyone,
and
I've
said
it
before,
and
I
will
continue
to
say
it
again,
but
I
think
that
this
can
certainly
be
used
as
an
example
for
other
cities
and
working
out
their
own
issues
with
one
another,
and
it's
just
just
like
being
a
neighbor
and
I'm
trying
to
be
a
good
neighbor.
So
thank
you
for
all
the
hard
work
that
you
guys
have
put
into
this,
that
your
staff
put
in
it.
Thank
you
to
our
staffs
for
working
as
hard
as
they
have
to
make.
This
resolution
actually
happen.
A
A
Ron
f2
a
resolution
authorizing
approval
of
five
inner
local
cooperation
agreements
between
Salt
Lake,
City,
Corporation
and
Salt
Lake
County,
providing
for
the
transfer
of
county
transportation,
funds
and
reimbursement
basis
for
certain
transportation
projects
within
Salt
Lake
County
in
Salt,
Lake
City.
Yes,
mr.
Morton.
B
Madam
chair
I
move
that
the
council
adopt
the
resolution
authorizing
approval
five,
inter
local
cooperation
agreements
between
Salt
Lake
City
and
Salt
Lake
County,
providing
for
the
transfer
of
county
transportation
funds
on
a
reimbursement
basis
for
certain
transportation
projects
when
in
Salt,
Lake
County
in
Salt,
Lake
City.
All.
A
A
I
just
wanted
to
say
how
how
really
hard
transportation
and
Jen
McGrath
worked
to
make
sure
that
these
not
only
did
we
get
these
grants,
but
that
I
mean
it
was
a
quick
turnaround
and
they
were
putting
in
a
lot
of
overtime
to
get
those
grants
in
to
the
county
so
that
we
we
could
ensure
that
we
got
them.
So
I'm
really
excited
about
this
public
transportation
opportunity
to
increase
what
we
have
here
in
the
city
so
send
my
send
that
along
the
way,
if
you
wouldn't
mind
mr.
