originally

three
cases.
The
two
appeal
of
zoning
violations,
one

1229,
east
1700,
south
and
the
other
at
954,
east
lowell
avenue
have
been
postponed,
and
that
leaves
us
with
the
the
variance
request.

am
that
our
proposal
was
well

really
did
make
a
lot
of
effort
to
try
to
stay
within
the
minimum
requirements
and
you
know
communicate
with
our
neighbors
extensively
about
what
we
were
trying
to
do
and
tried
to
just
keep
within
the
character
of
the
neighborhood
and
and
just
you
know,
try
to
toe
the
line
as
best.
We
could,
and
I
appreciate
your
willingness

take
our
