Members
today
is
a
special
day
in
my
son's
life.
He
actually
is
still
two
years
old.
Even
though
he's
turning
nine,
he
is
a
leap
day,
baby
and
he's
actually
watching.
His
name
is
tucker
he's
the
coolest
little
guy
and
we
celebrated
on
march
1st
for
some
of
y'all
you'll,
get
that
in
a
little
bit,
but
anyway,
y'all
wish
him
happy
birthday.
For
me,.
E
Thank
you,
mr
speaker.
Mr
speaker,
maybe
you
can
answer
this
for
me,
but
didn't
the
member
from
county
just
celebrate
the
birthday
of
another
child
just
last
week.
F
Mr
speaker,
one
of
your
former
colleagues
and
my
friend
representative
joanne
favors
this
past
week
lost
her
mother.
She
would
have
been
98
years
old,
the
16th
of
march.
So
I
would
ask
if
we
could
please
to
give
a
moment
of
silence
for
representative
favors
and
her
family
in
the
loss
of
their
mother.
A
G
H
Thank
you.
Thank
you,
mr
speaker.
Colleagues.
Many
of
you
have
had
visit
in
your
office.
Doug
gunnels.
He
works
with
tdot
transportation.
H
If
I
could
have
your
attention,
please,
and
you
would
just
think
about
doug
and
his
family,
his
son
corey,
is
in
the
hospital.
He
has
a
wife
and
a
six-year-old
young
son
and
he's
suffering
cancer,
and
it's
been
very
difficult
for
them.
So
would
you
keep
doug
gunnels
his
son
corey
in
your
prayers?
Thank
you.
I
Thank
you,
mr
speaker,
members.
Our
our
good
friend
and
colleague,
representative
carter,
confided
to
me
that
he
was,
as
we
know,
doing
chemo
again
this
week
and
I
wonder
if
we
all
just
might
rise
and
just
say
a
little
prayer
for
him
as
he
goes
through
his
chemo
this
week.
I
J
K
L
M
Thank
you,
mr
speaker,
for
members
that
did
not
get
a
chance
to
see
the
wonderful
procession
from
the
old
archives
built
into
the
new
archives
building
just
want
to
let
you
know
that
I'm
so
glad
to
to
have
seen
the
tsu
drum
line
leading
us
over
there
and
making
a
wonderful
procession
from
the
old
buildings
to
new
bend.
Thank
you,
mr
speaker.
N
Thank
you,
mr
speaker,
colleagues.
I
would
just
like
for
us
to
take
a
minute
and
say
a
short
prayer
for
david
byrd
he's
still
in
recovery,
he's
doing
okay,
but
he's
had
some
setbacks
last
week
and
we
would
just
like
to
let
him
know
that
we're
thinking
about
him
and
praying
for
him.
So
if
you
would,
let's
just
have
a
moment
of
silence,.
O
Thank
you,
mr
speaker.
Mr
speaker,
members
today
is
my
pastor's
61st
65th
birthday
and
I'd
like
to
wish
him
happy
birthday,
pastor,
alonzo
stevenson.
Thank
you,
speaker
members.
Thank
you.
P
Thank
you,
mr
speaker,
just
wanted
to
make
everyone
aware
of
my
assistant.
She.
She
is
very
appreciative
of
everyone
that
sent
cards
and
flowers
and
the
nice
letters
and
emails
due
to
her
husband
passing.
She
was
coming
back
to
work
today,
but
unfortunately,
on
her
way
here
she
had
a
bad
car
accident,
totaled
her
car
and
is
very
stoved
up
and
very
sore
and
in
a
lot
of
pain.
So
please
please
keep
her
in
your
thoughts
and
prayers.
Thank
you.
Q
No,
I'm
sorry,
mr
speaker,
I'm
looking
for
my
little
green
light
to
come
on,
so
we
made
it
to
get
that
fixed.
Remember
as
I
rise
today,
I
wanted
to
make
an
announcement.
I
do
this
most
most
every
year
at
this
point
in
time.
About
eight
years
ago
I
got
sworn
in.
I
think
I
was
sitting
right
here.
My
wife
was
beside
me
with
our
sweet
baby
katelyn
inside
her
belly.
She
was
born
that
february
and
her
birthday
was
yesterday.
Q

E
Thank
you,
mr
speaker.

a
reminder.

would
love

to
stop
in
and
just
say,
hi
or
to
the
interns
or
teach
them
how
to
tie
a
tie
or
have
some
breakfast
or
something
or
bring
some
more
ties.
Thank
you,
mr
speaker,

bring
some
more
ties.
