C
B
B
I've
make
one
correction
on
a
minutes
of
12
19,
a
page
war.
It
refers
to
person,
we
all
know
Gerald
breath
instead
of
Bob
redness,
but
we'll
take
care
of
that
and
that's
why
that's
my
only
thing
I
saw
other
than
that
we're
good.
So,
with
that
correction,
all
in
favor
all
right
most
motion
carries
assistant
input,
there's
anyone
from
the
audience
that
would
like
to
come
and
speak
before
the
Commission.
Now
it'd
be
the
time
to
do
it,
we're
all
anxiously
awaiting
seeing
no
one
remove
our
petitions
and
communications
I'm,
the
big
County
Treasurer.
B
The
treasurer
is
public
official
bond
stares
in
a
motion
to
receive
so
support
a
discussion,
seeing
that
all
in
favor,
aye,
opposed
motion
carries
and
from
the
personnel
director
a
listing
of
approve
departments
and
department
heads
on
their
public
act.
139
not
motion
received
so
support
discussion,
seeing
on
all
in
favor
aye
opposed
motion
carries
next.
We
have
reports,
resolutions
of
committees
and
from
the
Ways
and
Means
Committee
we
have
Commissioner
Lutz
Thank.
H
I
I,
don't
know
why
we
are
not
taking
other
proposals
from
from
at
least
two
other
developers
for
this
front.
Maybe
we
come
up
with
something
that
until
we
see
a
couple
different
proposals,
how
do
we
know
that
we're
certainly
agreed
that
it's
a
worthwhile
pursuit
to
get
these
tax
credits
I
know
that
there
are
issues
coming
down
the
line
that
we're
going
to
have
to
repairs
that
they're
going
to
be
made
there
at
the
senator
jars
and
I?
Don't
know
where
that
money
is
going
to
come
from.
I
Something
happened
to
that.
We
just
completed
a
project,
a
partner,
I
guess.
My
question
is
word
of
that
that
we
completed
that
project
and
I
should
know
that.
Excuse
me
for
asking
for
that.
I
think
I'd
like
to
know
where
the
money
came
from
and
I'd
like
to
know
what
other
projects
and
if
we
were
to
sign
this
mo
mo
you
with
MHT.
I
L
It's
my
understanding,
after
speaking
with
that
who
is
the
housing
director,
Hut
is
indicated
to
him
that
they're
going
to
be
looking
and
increasing
their
market
capital
improvement
fund
from
this
point
forth
or
a
number
of
reasons.
Obviously,
everyone
is
looking
at
doing
more
with
less
but
excused
from
that
as
well.
I
K
K
That's
not
true
maple
wood
manners,
a
twelve
million
dollar
project,
all
tax
credits,
that's
I,
think
what
they're
getting
they
probably
got
a
big
name
and
I
think
two
million
dollars
from
MHT,
or
maybe
it
was
well
well
under
dancer.
I
mean
well
over
two
million
dollars
closer
to
four
million.
That's
probably
where
some
of
the
money
on
the
county
market
is
being
proposed,
probably
from
the
baby.
K
Thanks
for
the
health
information
we
should
have,
we
should
ask
Bella,
that's
the
source
of
funding
on
these
new
projects
and
I
believe
those
would
be
affordable,
they'd
be
brand
new.
This
would
be
a
partnership,
as
you
know,
with
the
county
still
maintaining,
control
and
managing
it
and
being
51%
owner.
M
You
know
maybe-
and
maybe
this
is
my
fault
well-
I-
should
probably
be
a
little
more
proactive
and
being
more
aware
of
their
budget
they're
right.
They
have
an
operational
budget
and
a
capital
budget
annually,
I'd
like
to
see
what
that
was
for
the
last
ten
years,
and
according
to
some
of
the
information
that
I've
read
that
the
operational
budget
has
a
surplus
of
sixty
thousand
dollars
annually,
then
we
all
split
now,
that's
probably
in
the
ballpark
somewhere.
M
J
L
Basis
there
were
years
that
all
of
the
capital
improvement
plan
was
not
utilized.
I
believe
that
the
last
camp
with
$80,000
that
Center
radars
have
so
it
does
not
roll
over.
There
are
world
projects
that
weren't
completed.
For
instance,
you
can't
do
the
roof
for
$80,000.
So,
even
though
you
may
have
that
money
in
any
given
year
because
it
doesn't
roll
over,
it's
not
something
that
you
can
utilize
for
a
roof
replacement,
I
will
prepare.
It
would
certainly
be
something
you
could
use
that
we.
M
Haven't
seen
that
$80,000
or
whether
you
could
do
a
riff
or
not,
you
might
say
that,
but
we
haven't
seen
that.
Secondly,
if
we're,
if
we
are
accumulating
sixty
thousand
dollars
a
year
in
rentals,
that
we
are
above
and
above
and
beyond
the
cost
that
we
have
what
it
where
is
that
money
going,
can
that
money
be
tied
into?
L
M
That's
why
I?
You
know
this
came
to
us
and
I
approved
it
last
week
because
it
sounded
good.
Maybe
it
sounded
too
good
to
the
truth
and
it
probably
may
be
the
way
to
go,
but
if
we
haven't
even
seen
a
camp,
if
we
haven't
even
seen
their
budget,
how
can
we
make
a
decision
on
something
that
we
don't
have
all
that
information
honest?
M
That's
some
of
the
you
know,
one
of
the
issues
that
I
have
I'd
like
to
be
a
little
more
knowledgeable
on
that
budgets,
what
they
bring,
what
what
their
operational
budget
is,
what
their
surplus
is,
what
the
capital
is,
what
needs
to
be
done
normal?
You
know
last
year,
last
wall
that
was
the
first
time
I
heard
there
was
a
problem
out
there
with
the
parking
lot.
Eighty
ninety
thousand
dollars
woman's
taken
care
of
through
capital.
M
If
we
would
have
take
that
capital
over
time
and
whatever
surplus
we
had,
are
we
able
to
do
some
of
these
projects
that
I
haven't
heard?
We
need
to
do
nobody
said
I
haven't
heard
anything
now,
I
heard
something
about
an
intercom
or
something
about
the
fire
suppression
III.
You
know
just
recently
heard
that
you
know
nobody
has
said
that
in
the
past
that
we've
got
all
these
looming,
costly
projects
that
we
have
to
do
just
the
last
3-4.
F
K
In
fact,
letting
ten
years
ago,
the
county
could
have
been
charging
HUD
$650
a
month
per
unit,
but
instead
it's
only
charging
450.
It's
apparently
they
didn't
keep
on
top
of
the
changes.
You
know
the
residents
pay
between
20
and
70
dollars
on
average
per
month
for
rent
utilities,
but
I
would
point
out
our
week.
Jim.
Are
we
gonna.
K
J
L
So
they
will
put
an
estimate
and
the
improvement
fund
of
how
much
it
would
cost
to
improve
the
fire
or
replace
the
fire
system.
They
would
also
say
a
roof
is
going
to
be
need
to
be
replaced
within
the
next
20
years
and
they
would
include
that
in
the
amount
that
was
in
the
needs
assessment
as
well,
so
that
amount
would
be
the
overall
repairs
and
replacements
that
would
take
place
over
the
next
20
years.
That's.
M
F
M
You
understand,
EMS
is
going
down,
you
know,
but
I
haven't
seen
the
budget
if
I'm
gonna
make
a
decision.
I
want
to
see
all
the
information
now
you
know,
let's
say
for
example,
at
some
point
we
do
go
to
whether
it's
this
company
or
another
company,
the
front
or
the
the
other
franchise
fee.
That
is
the
stuffy.
We
were
just
travelers
me.
The
up
the.
M
L
Developer
or
whatever
the
county
Jesus,
do
you
support
I'm
going
to
the
general
fund
the
amount
of
money
that
you
would
become?
It
receives
the
full
amount
of
the
purchase
price
for
the
building
and
that
funding
would
be
restricted
to
whatever
the
county
had
designated
to
HUD
that
it
wanted
to
use
the
money
for,
at
the
time
they've
been
put
in
the
application.
M
Know
senator
Johnson
never
really
been
in
the
jurisdiction
of
the
courts,
always
have
been
County
Executive
run
it
and
I
guess
the
information
was
there
had
chosen
to
see
exactly
what
so
within
that
budget,
I
didn't
do.
That
sure
would
like
to
see
I'd
love
to
see,
especially
if
we
go
for
450
a
month
to
650
a
month
at
that
operating
income
goes
from
60,000
to
whatever
and
that
operating
income.
M
If
that
could
be
combined
with
a
capital
budget
for
that
particular
year,
whether
we
can
knock
off
some
of
these
projects
that
are
need
to
do,
and
you
know
somebody
mentioned
the
growth
they
could
mention.
The
next
20
years
were
repeated,
but
do
we
actually
read
it
now?
What
do
we
need
to
replace
at
them
told
us
what
we
need
to
replace
that
deck
building
today
or
within
the
next
year
or
two?
So
that's
why
some
of
the
concerns
that
I
have
and
I.
M
Write
here
that
maybe
this
concept
is
a
good
concept,
I'm
not
saying
it's
not
I'm,
just
saying
that
maybe
I
should
have
done
my
due
diligence
and
had
a
better
understanding
of
what
the
budget
was.
What
the
money
is
on
an
annual
basis
to
see
if
there's
any
projects
that
really
could've
accomplished
or
should
have
done
or
need
to
do
these
nobody
said
we
need
to
do
anything
really.
I
haven't
heard
anybody.
I
know
we
needed
to
do
a
part
design.
M
K
M
G
G
L
D
L
L
L
Question
of
do
we
have
enough
money
to
continue
to
make
repairs
down
the
line,
as
here
substantial
improvements
to
the
building
itself
and
still
retain
an
ownership
of
the
building
with
the
option
at
the
end
of
the
15
year
period
of
either
putting
another
improvement
process
in
place
or
just
simply
selling
our
interest
in
the
building.
So
we're
no
longer
in
the
low-income
housing
businesses
Thank.
H
K
L
H
N
N
L
H
K
H
L
H
M
L
L
M
Know
and
don't
get
me
wrong,
I,
don't
think
it's
a
bit.
It
may
not
be
a
bad
idea,
but
now,
just
in
asking
questions,
we've
got
a
million
six
and
fun
balance.
If
somebody
said
we
got
to
do
it
because
we
got
this
fire
suppression
system
that
if
I
just
heard
today,
if
a
you
know,
I
said
it
was
no
good,
and
if
we
don't
agree
to
this,
then
we
got
to
be
a
million.
M
We've
got
a
million
six
they're
doing
it's
still
too
early
by,
in
my
opinion,
to
come
to
an
agreement
on
this
because
there's
other
folks
out
there
number
one.
Secondly,
I'd
still
like
to
do
a
cost
analysis
over
ten
years
of
what
we're
bringing
in
and
what
that
facility
needs
to
see
if
we
can
do
it
ourselves.
So
if
we
want
to
get
out
of
the
business,
then
we
should
have
said
let's
get
out
of
the
business,
but
that's
not
what
we
were
selling.
That's
not
what
we're
said
to
us
to
me.
M
K
J
K
Have
john
morse
here
and
john
is
very
familiar
with
Senator
John's,
and
especially
the
rough
issue,
so
John.
If
you'd
want
to
speak
to
that,
but
I
can't
fathom
why
the
Commission
would
turn
turn
away
from
eight
million
dollars
of
improvements
when,
when
it's
already
been
explained
to
all
of
you
that
fifty
one
dollars
is
the
amount
the
county
has
invested
in
this
project.
M
O
O
The
rough
is
in
need
of
repairs,
I
think
we
got
about
three
or
four
years
of
from
the
guy
that
we
hadn't
look
at
it.
The
roof
is
actually
three
different
sections,
so
it
is
possibly
you
could
do
one
section
this
year
do
another
section
and
a
later
date,
because
they
are
three
separate
individual
groups:
they're
not
all
combined.
P
I
I
guess
so
you
know
listening
to
the
debate.
Yes,
but
I,
don't
know
I
gotta
tell
you
that's
you.
We
can't
even
go
off
to
some
other
developers
and
company
closely
now
the
stuff
in
the
timeline
and
we
roll
the
dice.
That's
terrible,
there's
terrible
east.
We
sit
here
and
take
action
on
something,
but
we
don't
even
know.
If
we
get
it,
that's
the
only
should
you
get
so
I
hope
we
can
improve
on
that
I.
Just
I,
don't
feel
good
about
it
by
the
same
guys,
I
think
it's
better
than
one
of
the
paper.
I
You
know
these
I
don't
even
want
to
call
them
prove
you
know
it's
more
than
that.
It's
necessary
maintenance
there.
You
know
we
have
not
done
either
paid
attention
to
or
not
not
enough,
pointing
fingers
in
it.
If
I'm
just
saying
the
process
needs
to
improve
this
isn't
the
way
we
should
be
conducting
our
business.
Thank
you.
M
H
K
There'll
be
about
a
five
month
time
frame
for
a
Hut,
make
a
decision,
and
then
after
they
make
a
decision
be
about
six
months
before
money
would
be
approved.
Then
you
probably
have
to
have
the
you
know
the
the
work
begin
as
far
as
upgrading
the
units
it
has
been
mentioned,
$35,000
per
unit.
Now
that
wouldn't
go
in
every
unit,
but
that'd
be
including
other
infrastructure
upgrades
like
like
we
just
discussed
the
roof.
The
fire
alarm
system.
H
L
Not
know
whether
or
not
the
fund
balance
revealed
if
they
were
allowed
to
use
that
for
any
specific
purpose,
I
cannot
answer
a
better
fund
balance.
L
H
K
We
did
have
you
know
they
did
come
up
five
times
and
would
invite
muster
revin
who
wasn't
able
to
make
any
of
the
meetings
but
and
I
think
you
had
a
health
issue
in
your
family,
so
you
couldn't
make
any
of
the
meetings
and
we
did
have
commissioner
transect
mr.
Heric.
But
a
lot
of
this
stuff
has
been
gone
over
but
I
don't
have
a
committed
to
memory
and.
J
H
M
I
had
a
lot
of
questions
to
be
answered
so
I.
Would
you
support
never
refer
about,
only
refer
and
forget
about
the
evil
and
seem
to
bring
in
other
folks
that
do
this
type
of
work
and
see
what
kind
of
opportunity
we
do
and
we
get
competitive,
good
I,
don't
you
know
the
building's
not
going
to
fall
down
in
the
next
year?
So
maybe
we
should
look
at
the
scope
of
other
businesses
or
out
there
that
could
possibly
compete
against
particular.
M
What's
a
citizen,
therefore,
and
if
we
have
agreed
this
where's,
that
million
six
quoted
you
gave
half
ago
absolutely
questions
you'll
answer,
but
you.
M
A
Would
point
out
that
we
have
Kevin,
Kobe,
potentially
retained
and
the
resolved
portion
says
that
upon
review,
and
only
after
positive
recommendation
of
outside
counsel,
so
we
have
an
expert
he's
more
expert.
Do
we
are
not
experts,
we've
gotten
Laurie
retained
and
that
there's
an
out
that
if
he
says
it's
not
a
good
deal
of
the
mou,
so
we
never
out
so
I
I
respect.
This
gentleman
sounds
like
he's
an
expert
in
the
field,
so.
J
L
L
H
Simple
that
makes
you
and
we
will
often
solicit
other
firms.
In
addition,
identity
that
could
be
anywhere
six
one
three
years:
oh
just
throw
numbers
over
then
there
that'd
be
the
application
process,
and
then
there
would
be
another
six
months
who
get
it
approved
and
then
probably
another
six
months
to
a
year
to
get
a
fund
for
them
since
our
two
and
a
half
years
over
okay,
so
reporting
any
process,
Weatherby
MHT
here
or
any
future
person
beyond
the
next,
equally
beautiful.
H
H
H
You
know
I,
don't
think
the
aircon
system
there's
one
that
they
can
call
the
department,
but
they
ask
more
for
man.
So
if
we're
looking
at
you
know
two
and
a
half
years
of
maintenance
know
we're
gonna
have
additional
ones
going
in
over
the
next
two
and
a
half
years,
but
it's
going
to
be
at
the
rate
of
450.
If
I'm
going
to
be
routed,
because
we
can't
change
that
now,
because
we
just
are
women,
so
I
guess
this
board
would
have
to
figure
out
it.
H
B
Q
Interaction,
Thank
You
mr.
chair
I,
think
we
have
to
all
realize
that,
no
matter
what
company
you
get
this,
these
application
is
a
hot
application.
This
is
probably
not
going
to
be
an
application.
That's
all.
This
is
for
Bay
County
and
there's
another
one.
Oops.
That's
got
a
boiler
plated
think
about
this
thick.
You
fill
it
out
in
a
way
so
yeah
just
start
out
with,
but
by
the
time
these
guys
get
done,
they're
going
to
have
six
inches
of
paper.
Q
Q
Mht
got
an
answer
that
was
good.
Anybody
else
had
to
chance.
So
now,
all
of
a
sudden
here
we
are
or
the
11th
hour
in
the
signal
or
no-go
project,
and
now
we
got
all
these
voices
and
concerns
and
and
everything
else
now
to
me,
these
questions
should
have
been
answered
a
month
or
some
gold
I
understand
everybody's
busy.
You've
got
things
going
on
and
everything
else,
but
they
were
that
much
of
an
issue
they
should
have.
You
should
have
addressed
up
a
month
ago,
as
I
did.
Big
name
is
Patricia
Coonan.
M
I
don't
know
me
as
I
said,
a
radars
budget
Sophie
they
haven't
seen
a
budget.
How
can
we
make
a
decision
based
on
that
that's
their
budget?
Let's
see
we
just
pulled
out
the
balance
today.
K
Yeah
I
just
say:
I,
don't
see
how
the
two
are
related,
but
I
think
the
you
know
the
point
is
mr.
Coonan.
Basically
senator
Jones
has
had
a
little
investment,
I
think
other
than
a
boiler,
since
it
opened
in
1980
and
and
it's
it's
really-
we
have
I
think
currently
about
11
people
on
the
list
and
I
think
other
developers
have
said
you
should
have
a
two
or
three-year
waiting
list
to
get
into
Senator
charms.
Maybe
it's
been
neglected
for
so
long.
We
need
to
get
caught
up.
K
The
benefit
of
this
type
of
project
would
be,
it
would
produce
about
two
and
a
half
million
dollars
of
unrestricted
funds
to
the
counter
and
we
have
other
needs.
Besides
Santa
Ridge
arms.
You
know
that
that
I
included
in
the
budget
that
didn't
you
didn't
get
a
chance
to
vote
on,
but
our
infrastructure
is
suffering.
You
know
even
a
thousand
dollars
worth
the
tools
for
our
maintenance
department.
K
Don't
have
the
money
for
it.
You
know
I
mean
there
are.
We
have
a
whole
lot
of
needs
and
the
other
areas
of
County
government
and
this
this
project
would
generate
significant
revenue.
Now
we've
talked
to
Bill
Phillips
and
he
seemed
very
happy
I'm.
You
know
there
that
can
the
constraints
of
the
Open
Meetings
Act
prevent
us
from
having
more
than
three
commissioners
at.
We
can't
have
a
quorum
to
discuss
any
business
whose
informational
sessions-
and
you
know,
I,
wish
I
guess.
In
retrospect
we
should
have
had
every
every
Commissioner.
K
You
have
the
chance
to
sit
down
with
the
developers.
They've
come
to
Bay
County
five
times
with
all
of
their
about
four
to
five
individuals
on
each
visit
except
the
two
of
the
boring
ones,
just
Brian
Peter
again,
but
it
will
tell
you
based.
You
know,
on
my
familiarity
with
misto
and
MHT.
Think
commissioner
Durant
sac
mentioned
that
they
do
have
a
stellar
reputation
generally.
What
I
know
from
my
24
years
in
Lansing
is
when
MHT
makes
a
proposal.
They
they
generally
are
very,
very,
very
good
chance.
K
It's
going
to
be
approved
because
her
attested
commodity
they've
been
in
business
since
1990
they've
done
I.
Think
a
total
of
about
30,000
housing
units
they
are
the
owner
of
MHT
is
the
largest
housing
unit,
housing
owner
and
in
Bay
County
resembles.
So
many
of
your
projects
around
here
are
were
handled
by
MHD
and
they're.
Good
projects.
L
As
to
where
the
balance
would
go
and
the
steel,
it's
not
included
within
the
MOU,
because
those
that
money
does
not
get
transferred
to
MHT,
we
would
have
to
reach
agreement
with
HUD
as
to
how
basically
the
same
public
purpose
test
that
we
use
for
the
proceeds
of
the
building,
so
that
money
would
stay
with
the
County,
but
they
accountant.
We
have
to
make
a
determination
as
to
how
they
wanted
to
spend
it
tell
these
are
the
things
that
we
want
to
spend
that
money,
for
instance
the
septic
both
once
approved
by
HUD.
L
Q
H

K
C
B

B
H
H
H
H
A
D
Marx
from
president
of
a
veteran's
foundation
also
a
number
of
soldiers-
sailors,
Relief
Commission.
This
is
Mishka
trust
fund.
We
really
have
nothing
to
do
with
that
through
soldier
sailors
Relief,
but
in
conversation
with
several,
the
commissioners
or
members
of
the
committee
of
the
mission
contrast
fund
think
they
want
to
retain
it
in
Bay
County,
my
understanding.
Having
read
my
memo
from
the
Michigan
Veterans
Affairs
agency
this
past
week,
they're
looking
at
cutting
cost,
you
know
they
close,
there's
been
trust
fund
office
here
a
couple
years
ago,
doing
much
to
our
consternation.
D
In
fact,
we
had
intervention
through
Senator
green
and
brought
the
head
the
mdaa
here
for
an
open
meeting
as
to
why
that
we're
doing
that
and
how
they
were
going
to
supplement
that
here,
it's
pretty
cut
and
dried
with
with
the
state
they
they
pulled,
the
Karen
Miller
retired.
At
the
time
they
didn't
replace
her.
We
don't
know
how
much
was
expended
through
the
Michigan
State
allocation
of
the
state
allocation.
D
There
were
some
conversations
that
we
had
with
some
personnel
within
that
department.
Some
disagreements
because
we're
serving
a
common
population,
the
veterans
here
from
Bay
County.
They
contend
that
we
couldn't
intermingle
records
and
so
on
so
forth,
but
when
you're
trying
to
deal
with
the
same
person
and
our
funds
will
cover
certain
things
and
state
funds
will
cover
certain
things.
D
D
My
response
back
to
the
memo
that
was
received
was
how
much
money
has
the
state
expended
on
behalf
of
a
County
veteran's
this
past
year.
How
many
have
been
served?
I
may
have
been
denied
that
those
those
were
just
off
the
top
of
my
head
of
reactions.
Where
is
this
fall
into
soldier
sayers
relief?
Again
we're
certainly
same
population
and
I
believe
that
the
criteria
is
pretty
much
the
same,
I
think
overall,
this
speaks
to
the
continued
fragmentation,
resistive
veterans
at
the
at
the
federal.
D
Level,
and
even
here
globally
and
I've
been
working
on
a
proposal
they
I've
mentioned
certain
things
to
several
of
you,
I
think
gives
us
an
opportunity
to
maintain
everything
locally
here
and
as
soon
as
debbie
and
kim
presidents
and
I
are
gonna
meet
next
week
to
figure
out.
What's
the
fund
balance
with
regard
to
soldiers,
sailors
relief,
some
recommendations
on
how
those
funds
could
be
better
used,
and
so
I
can't
speak
to
the
trust
fund.
All
I
know
is
that
the
fellows
want
to
keep
it
in
house
because
there's
better
control
over
it.
D
D
D
This
board
in
2007
agreed
to
fund
it
with
the
gypsy
moth
millage
that
was
going
off,
so
there's
been
no
new
taxes
to
the
to
the
county,
but
but
it's
been
used
and
that's
what
we're
trying
to
figure
out.
What's
the
fund
balance,
how
can
we
better
use
it?
We
have
some
thoughts
and
ideas
and
I
guess
I'll,
probably
pull
more
questions
to
you
than
what
I
could
answers.
F
E
Don't
I
just
wanted
to
mention
you
know
in
addition
to
what
what
Keith
said
you
know,
we
provided
in
a
service
is
something
that
we
can
do
to
help
our
local
veterans
care.
The
state
you
know
in
their
wisdom,
decided
to
pull
out
and
there
there
was
a
void
that
was
left.
You
know
when
they
did
so
and
our
our
service
person
down
there
now
Krista
Latimer
is
helping
out,
probably
in
areas
that
you
know
she
may
or
may
not
have
she
doesn't
have
to
do
she's
just
doing
it
because
they're
in
need
and
I.
E
You
know
my
feeling
is
in
it.
You
know
if
administration
and
the
board
hers
that
you
know
she
can
help
a
veteran
by
filling
helping
them
fill
out.
An
application
and
the
soldiers
relief
board
concurs
in
our
local
Michigan.
Veteran
trust
by
the
board
occurs
and
possibly
give
her
some
sort
of
a
compensation
for
doing
so.
E
Like
you
know,
like
we
do
with
some
of
the
other
people,
then
you
know
and
we
receive
a
per
diem
or
you
know
then
maybe
we
can.
We
can
look
at
that.
I
just
hate
to
think
that
that
someone
is
going.
You
know
unserved,
because
they
can't
fill
out
an
application
and
they're
not
going
to
set
it
at
the
computer
and
do
it.
B
You
know
I,
think
I,
think
it's
a
great
idea
to
retain
it
on
local
level.
You
know
when
we
get
out
in
the
region
where
you
can't
get
scat,
you
get
kind
of
lost
the
shuffle,
and
you
know
that
it's
in
there
I
tell
people
it.
You
know,
and
we
all
know
this-
that
when
you're
a
bay
county
of
a
city
that
there's
only
two
degrees
of
separation-
and
we
these
are
people
we
know
so
if
they
go
I
have
to
go
out
to
another
County
or
somewhere
else.
B
They
don't
know
those
people
and
they
they
don't
know
each
other.
But
here
we,
when
you
talk
to
somebody,
you
find
out
that
you're
related
to
them
that
you
know
some
s
relate.
So
you
know
it's
big
county.
As
this
you
know
it's
kind
of
unique.
You
know
how
close
people
are
and,
like
I
said,
if
you
go
to
long
enough,
you
know
almost
ever.
B
You
know
somebody
who
knows
somebody
who
you
talk
to
it's
just
it's
just
unique
in
that
way
and
I
think
this
is
part
of
that
that
you
know
we
help
retain
that
that
quality
of
light
and
to
help
like
there's
it
to
help
these
people.
You
know
that
we
can
do
more
for
here
than
they
can
get
on
a
more
of
a
regional
level,
Chris
you're
Krieger.
You
know.
G
D
D
It's
not
a
county
agency
organization,
there's
no
direct
tie,
but
they
could
be
brought
in
as
liaison
our
own
Bay
Veterans
Foundation,
which
we're
trying
to
work
on
an
activity
center
could
be
brought
in.
We
could
serve
as
a
not-for-profit
partner
in
in
receiving
certain
funds.
So
I
I
think
that
we've
got
to
be
careful
in
axing
the
state
out
of
this,
because
we
could
go
to
the
Michigan
of
Veterans
Affairs
agency
and
perhaps
seek
some
grants.
I
think
that
once
we
get
a
chance
to
read
some
of
the
research
that
we're
doing.
D
We
could
serve
as
a
model
pilot
program
for
other
communities
of
this
size
across
the
state
in
the
cross
country.
What
we
need
to
get
all
of
the
players
together
and
sit
down,
and
what
is
it
that
we
want?
What
kind
of
model
is
it
that
we
we
we've
got
some
real
solid
ideas
and
a
research
shows
that
there's
nobody
doing
an
activity
Center
for
veterans
in
the
state.
There's
some
makerspace
programs
that
are
starting
to
fall
by
the
wayside,
because
there
there
were
profit
driven.
D
They
had
a
lot
of
subsidy
by
Ford,
Motor,
Company
and
GM,
so
and
so
forth,
and
get
a
little
bit
of
fuel.
But
so
in
the
private
sector
there
were
some
things
going,
but
nothing
to
occupy
veterans
time
in
a
productive
manner.
We
have
these
guys
and
gals
that
come
in
and
we
assist
them,
buy
a
food,
cart
or
a
gas
card
or
repair
the
raw
formula
furnace,
but
that
doesn't
help
them
become
productive.
D
J
D
G
E
E
E
G
Yeah
I'm,
sorry,
just
one
last
thing
somewhere,
you
know:
Terry
presents
key
our
Keith
I'm
sorry
Rick's
been
working
real
hard
and
has
made
real
progress
with
the
land
bank.
This
is
finding
homes
that
have
a
potential
are
being
restored.
You
talk
about
a
veteran
that
that
goes
back
to
old
habits,
because
we
have
no
way
of
helping
them
develop
new
ones.
I'm
wondering
maybe,
as
time
goes
on
and
follow.
G
F
D
D
We
also
just
are
scratching
the
surface,
but
we
think
there's
about
600
women
veterans
in
the
Bay
Area
and
in
fact,
on
February
10th
at
the
State
Theatre
Bay
Veterans
Foundation
is
co-hosting
with
the
state
and
Tri
City
brewery
on
evac
called
red
white
and
blue
review
with
local
young
female
talent,
music,
songwriters
and
we're
recognizing
women
veterans
from
the
area.
So
we're
trying
to
bring
focus
to
that
larger
inflective
group
as
opposed
to
the
individuals.
You
know
our
soldiers,
sailors,
health,
individuals
and
I
think
some
of
our
figures
work
again.
D
D
That's
a
money
management
thing!
It's
not
that
these
folks
don't
have
anything,
but
it's
choices.
Somebody
needs
to
help
them
make
better
choices,
but
you
can't
do
it
by
just
giving
them
a
gas
card
and
food
card,
and
so
you
come
back
to
four
months.
It
just
doesn't
do
anything
but
to
your
point,
Ernie
I
think
that
you're
right
there's
a
lot
of
collaboration,
collaboration
that
we
can
do
effect.
D
B
M
P
F
F
P
And
I
would
like
to
explain
why
it
is
been
it
might
in
my
research
with
this
company
in
doing
reference
checks
and
things
of
that
nature,
that
the
facility
condition
assessment
is
going
to
give
us
a
lot
of
valuable
tools.
A
30-year
capital
forecast.
It's
going
to
load
all
of
our
units
into
all
these
buildings
into
the
system.
It's
going
to
build
the
system,
but
it
also
has
been
made
very
clear
about
the
people.
I've
talked
to
that.
P
If
you,
if
you
don't
do
the
FCA,
they
haven't
been
as
successful
if
you're
not
getting
the
information
into
the
system
that
you
need,
because
we
are
not
engineering.
We
have
professionals
in
the
field
coming
in
to
put
this
to
do
the
assessment
and
load
it
into
the
system
that
you're
not
getting
the
data
back,
outed
that
were
looking
for.
So
it
worked.
P
If
we
don't
have
the
ability
and
we're
not
able
to
get
it
into
the
system
and
I,
don't
believe
that
we
will
have
the
time
or
the
ability
to
get
it
into
the
system
as
a
as
a
professional
company.
Would
we're
not
going
to
get
the
data
out
that
we're
looking
for
we're?
Looking
for
information,
that's
going
to
tell
us
year
to
year
how
much
we
may
expect
in
a
capital
improvement,
how
many
units
who
may
need
to
replace
we're.
P
Looking
for
all
this
preventative
maintenance
to
be
preloaded
doesn't
do
the
research
for
what
we're
doing
now,
what
we
should
be
doing,
what
we
should
be
doing,
the
future
all
pre-loaded
into
the
system,
and
so
it
is
my
feeling
that
if
we
don't
do
the
facility
condition
assessment,
we
will
not
be
successful
with
the
software,
and,
if
we're
not
going
to
be
successful
with
the
software,
then
why
would
we?
Why
would
we
do
it?
Do
we
have
the.

Here's
the
thing
about
that
I
want
to
give
Marquez
every
tool
to
be
successful
when
we're
starting
this
project.
They
currently
don't
use
any
sort
of
system.
I
have
I
want
them
to
have
this
at
their
fingertips,
so
they
know
when
they
walk
into
a
job.
They
can
access
all
the
history
on
every
six
say:
they're
working
on
a
you
know,
a
boiler.
They
have
all
the
history.
They
have
all
the
information.
They
might
have
part
numbers
all
that
stuff.
That's
going
to
be
loaded
into
the
system.

J

F
J
O
Think
it's
10.
They
didn't
upgrade
our
package
of
units
so
we're
sitting
over
here.
You
know,
I
feel
dated
stuff
and
I
can
probably
say
there's
about
two
people
and
they
call
me
that
actually
will
submit
work
order
and
now
I've
got
to
try
to
figure
out
how
to
receive
it.
On
my
end,
I
have
no
training
with
the
ten
and
to
try
to
give
that
and
then-
and
you
see,
the
tissue,
disparate
person,
you.
O
O
We've
got
some,
you
know
it's
an
easy
to
use
that
you
know
says
that
too,
but
there's
some
back-end
that
that
we
can
use
with
dude
solution
that
doesn't
apply
with
munis.
Doesn't
have
it
our
accessibility,
the
reporting
graphs
in
the
system
and
give
us
crafting
the
preventative
maintenance
side
of
it
for
each
piece
of
equipment
built
into
the
system.
Yunus
doesn't
have
that
for
us.
J
O
P
Been
the
train
was
bonus,
there
is
a
training
portion,
so
we
will
be
be
trained
by
the
dude
solutions,
team
and
then
and
then
John
and
I
will
follow
up
with
any
additional
training.
That's
needed!
It's
it's
24/7
support.
So
if
we
don't
have
a
question
answered
during
the
training
sessions,
then
you
would
be
able
to
tal
and
ask
yeah.
P
Definitely
will
be
able
to
it's
crazy,
simple
to
use,
but
it
produces
this
really
dynamic
information
it.
It
is
it's
a
really
nice
system.
No,
you
know
I
know
we
keep
talking
about
Venus.
We
did
take
a
look
at
what
units
offers
for
the
new
pleading
facilities
and
it
doesn't
offer
the
same
Thanks
it
does
not.
