This
is
a
short
workout.
We're
going
to
do
eight
exercises
today.
All
you
need
is
a
mat
and
some
water,
please
just
to
remind
you
that
this
workout
is
intended
for
fit
and
healthy
participants

conditions.
If
you're
new
to
the
workout,
you
take
it
really
easy
and
stop
whenever
you
need
to
take
as
many
breaks
and
drink
as
much
water
as
you
like
just
check
in
my
