contract

was
to

go
to
matera

houston.
However,
sanitary
supply
of
beaumont
did
submit
a
local
bidder
preference
and
they
did
fall
under
that
category
and
as
such
we
are
recommending
that
section.

award
a
bid
that
may
be
a
little
bit
higher
amount
if

local

can

case
it
fell

the
planning
commission
recommended
five

zero

approve
the
request
for
a
specific
use,

subject

one
condition,

that
is
construction
plans
must
meet
all

services,
including
any
requirements
of
the
city's
backflow,
pre-treatment
and

fog

well

all
applicable
building

guys
have
done
an
outstanding
job

hiring

most
young,
smart,
brilliant,
energetic
city

last
week
you
made
the
most
brightest,
innovative
power
and
ever
to
the
city
of
beaumont,

serve

new
city

direction

have
not
been
revised,
nor
updated
since

groups

us

advocated

told

they're
playing
their
vision

what
they

trying
to
do
prior
to
getting
the
funding,

that
was
a
lot
less

the
department
budgets
we're
approving.
So
in
our
fairness
in
the
future,
if
we
can,
you
know
just
get
a
little
bit
more
insight
and
get
to
get
the
information
in
a
more
timely
manner.
